하남시 토지이용현황에 따른 겨울철 야생조류 서식유형 분석 연구 (Habitat Types of Wintering Season Wildbirds Depending on Land Use, Hanam)

  • This study aims at analyzing relationships between land use and habitat types of winter wildbirds to provide basic understanding of ecosystem for preservation and restoration of urban ecosystem in the future. The research area is Hanam City. Researches on land use types showed Hanam City had 79.1% of greenspace and openspace, but intensive urban development has been taking place in greenspace that is adjacent to urban districts. This has brought the problems of lack of greenspace in urban districts and damages to cultivated areas and grassland. A total of 61 and 8,642 populations of winter wildbird species were observed in research areas. Paradoxornis webbiann(16.91), Passer montanus(11.93), Pica pica(6.88) were dominant species. When they were divided according to habitat types, 20 species of interior species, 8 species of interior-edge generalist species, 12 species of edge species and 3 species of urban species were observed. When which land use type was mostly served as wildbirds habitats was examined, urban species(3 species and 290 populations) was a dominant species in urban districts while in greenspace and openspaece, water species(19species and 3,075 populations) including winter migratory birds was. Among greenspace and openspaece, edge species was dominant in forest while urban species was a dominant species in cultivated areas. This shows there is a need to improve diversity of wildbirds through restoration of cultivated areas in the central part of Hanam City.

도시 지표면 온도분포 특성 및 열섬완화방안 (A Study on the Distribution Characteristic of Urban Surface Temperature and Urban Heat Island Effects)

  • The purpose of this research was to three-criteria landuse-pattern, developing density, NDVI which were related to the heat island and find the distribution characteristic of urban surface temperature and urban heat island effects. The results of this study were as follows. According to the analysis of surface temperatures, the first grade was the outside-city like a mountain and its temperature was less than $12.18^{\circ}C$. The fifth grade was the downtown industrial area and its temperature was more than $23.54^{\circ}C$. It means Daegu-Metropolitan-City has the serious heat-island effect. the results of landuse pattern analysis, in case of fifth and forth grade, city area was occupied over 90% with residential, commercial and industrial areas, but in case of third grade, openspace was occupied over 70%. The results of developing density analysis, the temperature had high correlation with building ratio, road ratio, vegetation ratio and etc. To plan for the decrease of heat island effect needed the extension of green space, decrease of paving, but there was a limit to get the objective method for grade classification because of lacking in the basic data, the research of criteria will be accomplished continuously.

  • 도시녹지공간의 수목은 체계적이고, 신속한 관리를 함으로써 인간에게 더 많은 혜택을 부여한다. 현재 도시 녹지공간에 있어서의 수목관리의 방법론적인 방안을 고려해 볼 때 수목관리의 유지관리를 위한 자료의 수집과 처리, 첨단 System을 활용한 관리체계가 극히 미흡한 실정이다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 녹지자원 관리를 위한 효율적이고 체계적인 자료의 수집 및 처리와 합리적인 분석과정이 필요하며 그 다음으로 이러한 자료를 토대로 하여 적절한 도시녹지공간에 있어서의 수목관리를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 시스템과 그 활용이 필요하다. 이러한 시스템으로 본 연구에서는 최근 여러 분야에서 이용되고 있는 GIS을 이용하여 도시녹지관리모델을 제시하고 이를 통하여 그 효율성을 극대화하였다.

초고층건축물의 유형화와 부지 내 배치계획요소 계획현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Typological Classification of Super-tall Building and Present State of Masterplan Planning Factor in the Site)

  • Recently, the construction and plan of super-tall building is attention link of new town development or urban core regeneration. Super-tall Buildings have many advantages and a lot of affects in urban contexts. Also, construction of super-tall building is will be able to social problem like urban core's decline, loss of openspace, incompatible urban scape, traffic congestion of urban core. But, compares to super-tall buildings affects in urban contexts, there was not extra ordinary study about super-tall building by the urban scale approaches. Therefore, need about study materplan planning of the site which is made to meet super-tall building and urban contexts. There are two main processes in this study. First, to analyze the factors affect to masterplan planning of the super-tall building's site. Through the analyzed factors, classify type of super-tall buildings and identify the type's state. Second, to classify and set the elements of masterplan planning factor in the site. Identify the masterplan planning factor's state by deployment materplan planning factor set the current applied to the constructed super-tall buildings. Through this process, identified the recent trend and providied the basic elements of materplan planning of super-tall building's site.

전문가·이용자간 평가비교를 통한 도시자연공원 관리방안 - 인천광역시 도시자연공원을 중심으로 - (A Comparison on the Management Assessment of Professionals and Users for the City Natural Park - Focused on the City Natural Park in Incheon Metropolitan City -)

  • In Incheon metropolitan city, the urban open space areas are deficient and it is nearly impossible to obtain newly the land for parks by reason of the risk of the land value, the budgetary deficit and so forth. Therefore, it seems to be urgent to consider how to manage the established urban natural park efficiently to enhance the quality of recreational experiences of the public. The organization for the urban natural parks management is to be completely put in good order, for the objects to manage is changeable as well as diverse and what users need should be full satisfied. The purpose of this study is to investigate the differences of urban natural park's management suggest the improvement and development directions in urban natural park by group(professionals and Users). To do this, data were collected in the typical regions by urban natural park for this study, using the questionnaires. In these urban natural park, the on-site survey was carried out the users of these urban natural park during October in 2004. Also The analysis was done with the valid questionnaires of user's 644 and professional's 146. The questionnaires contained three of categories : openspace types' satisfaction and urban natural park's satisfaction, and management, and park user's socioeconomic characteristics and behaviors. Data collected from respondents were analysized by descriptive statistics, T-test, factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; The evaluation of urban natural park management is predicted the operation management. So, one can draw a conclusion that user's needs is likely to be increased correspondingly as urban natural park planning and design, management which meets the overall satisfaction. Using the results of this study, we can make a guideline for a park management program, market positioning, standards and provisions of urban natural park by group.

도시녹지의 대기정화효과에 대한 분석적 연구 - 도시 가로수를 중심으로 - (An Analytical Study on the Air Purification Effect of Urban Openspace - Focusing on Urban Roadside Trees -)

  • The objective of this study is to review and verify whether the functions and effect of roadside trees generally known in theory are actually realized in urban roads and how well they are performed if the function and effect are really realized. The study was conducted with a focus on air purification effect of roadside trees. The m헤r study result is as follows. First, calculation of air purification effect of roadside trees showed that it is minimal. However, 7.4 units of broad-leaved trees is necessary in order to purify $SO_2$ discharged by one passenger car and 1,803.3 trees to purify $NO_2$. Second, regarding pollutant absorption capacity, air pollutant absorption capacity increased as the number of rows planted gets higher (i.e., 2-row plantation absorbs pollutant better than I-row plantation). In particular, "2-row plantation + lower-level shrub + buffer green belt" was as eight times high as "I-row plantation" in absorption capacity. Third, out of 30 roads with over 8 lanes in 15 cities, only 33.3% or a total of ten roads in seven cities had a median strip. Out of these ten roads, nine roads were planted in a double-layer consisting forest trees, shrubs, ground plants (grass). Analysis showed that out of six tree species planted along these roads, about a half of them were weak to air pollution. Also, based on the outcome of this study, charging a "plantation due" when people purchase a new car, improving layout of roadside trees, and reinforcing plantation of air purification tree species when selecting tree species for roadside trees were proposed.

도시주변 녹지경관의 보전.관리에 있어 경관잠재력 지표의 경관정보화와 가시화 연구 (Landscape Information Visualization of Landscape Potential Index in Hilly Openspace Conservation of Urban Fringe Area)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest the landscape potential index for visualizing landscape information in the conservation of hilly landscape in urban fringe. For the visual and quantitative approach to topological landscape assessment, numerical entity data of DEM(digital elevation model) were processed with CAD-based utilities that we developed and were mainly focused on analysis of visibility and visual sensitivity. Some results, with reference in assessing greenbelt area of Eodeung Mt. in Gwangju, proved to be considerable in the landscape assessment of suburban hilly landscapes. 1) Since the viewpoints and viewpoint fields were critical to landscape structure, randomized 194 points(spatially 500m interval) were applied to assessing the generalized visual sensitivity, we called. Because there were similar patterns of distribution comparing to those by 56 points and 18 Points given appropriately, it could be more efficient by a few viewpoints which located widely. 2) Regressional function was derived to represent the relationships between probabilities of visibility frequency and the topological factors(topological dominance, landform complexity and relational aspect) of target field. 3) Visibility scores of each viewpoint were be calculated by summing the visual sensitivity indices within a scene. The scores to the upper part including ridge line have been more representative to overall distributions of visual sensitivities. Also, with sum of deviations of sensitivity indices from each single point's specific index to the weighting values of view points could be estimated rotationally. 4) The deviational distributions of visual sensitivity classes in the topological unit of target field were proved to represent the visual vulnerability of the landform. 5) Landscape potential indices combined with the visual sensitivity and the DGN(degree of green naturality) were proposed as visualized landscape information distributed by topological unit.

도시공원의 접근성 향상 방안 연구 - 경기도 권역을 중심으로 - (Strategies to Improve Parks' Accessibility in City - Focus on Gyeonggi-do Region -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the arrangement of parks, in whole city level by using park's effective distance and to find the accessibility obstacles in case of using parks, in boundary of each parks' effective distance, so that to show how to improve communities' usage of city parks. The 8 cities in Gyeonggi-do and analysed the effective distance of parks. To find the accessibility obstacles in the boundary of parks' effective distance, 1) we choose 18 sample parks and extract obstacles - wide road, rail road, river- in interior and verify it by field survey and asking the park user's residents directly. The main findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, Ansan city and Goyang city are only satisfied with the minimal city parks size standard, so that the rest 6 cities are lack of quantities which residents can use. The result of analyzing effective distance in whole city level, parks are mainly designated in new-town, so that most cities which have old-towns have very poor park systems to use. Because Ansan city is new-planned city, it is very effective arrangement in park systems exceptionally. Second, $96.2\%$ of park users' are living in the area which was easy to gain access not intercepted by wide road, rail road or river. Third, therefore at the stage of planning park, effective distance and resident's accessibility as well as park's supply quantitatively are needed to be considered. In addition, selection of location and elevation of resident's safety and accessibility through making a plan must be reflected. In the low accessibility area, the program to improve park's accessibility and amenity - like making small park or pocket park, linking parks with resident-friendly road etc.- has to be investigated.

도시 녹지축 주변 시가화지역 내 야생조류 출현 영향요인 분석 연구 (Study on Analysis of Influence Factor for Wildbirds' Appearance in Urban Area around Urban Green Axis - A Case Sturdy of Gangdong-gu in Seoul -)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 강동구 녹지축인 산림과 인접한 시가화지역 내 야생조류 출현에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고자 하였다. 연구대상지 도시생태계 현황 분석결과 시가화 비오톱은 녹지율이 높은 공동주택지 비오톱과 녹지율이 낮은 주상혼합지 및 상업업무지 비오톱이 주요 유형이었고 녹지 및 오픈스페이스 비오톱은 배후녹지 비오톱이 대부분이었다. 분석공간단위는 비오톱 유형별 블록을 기준으로 하였다. 봄철에 출현한 야생조류는 총 51종 3,419개체, 겨울철에 출현한 야생조류는 총 35종 4,213개체이었고 분석대상종은 연구 목적을 고려하여 시가화지역에 출현한 31종 중 도심지에 적응한 종과 맹금류, 수변에 서식하는 종들을 제외한 총 24종을 선정하였다. 선정된 종들을 대상으로 각 공간단위별 봄철, 겨울철 야생조류 출현종 및 개체수를 분석하였다. 시가화지역 야생조류 출현과의 상관분석을 위해 분석 공간단위별 블록면적, 녹지율, 건폐율, 용적율 등 토지이용구조와 교목 아교목층 녹지용적, 관목층 녹지용적, 블록내 평균 녹지패치면적, 교목층 평균 수고 및 흉고직경 등 녹지구조를 산출하였으며 주요 녹지와 각 블록간의 최단거리를 구하였다. 토지이용구조와 야생조류 출현특성과의 상관분석에서 블록면적, 녹지율, 건폐율은 야생조류 출현종수, 출현개체수에 영향을 주는 요인으로 분석되었다. 녹지구조와 야생조류 출현특성과의 상관분석에서 층위별 녹지용적, 블록내 평균 녹지패치면적, 교목층 수고는 야생조류 출현종수, 출현개체수에 영향을 주는 요인으로 분석되었다.

도심 도로변 가로녹지가 주변 오픈스페이스의 미세먼지농도에 미치는 영향 연구 - 부산시청 광장을 대상으로 - (Study on the Impact of Roadside Forests on Particulate Matter between Road and Public Openspace in front of Building Site - Case of Openspace of Busan City hall in Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 도로변 선형의 가로녹지 조성이 고밀시가지 대로와 건물 사이에 조성한 보행로 및 오픈스페이스의 미세먼지 농도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 부산시 중앙대로와 부산광역시청 건물 사이에 폭 약 70m로 조성된 오픈스페이스를 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 조사결과 가로녹지가 없는 지역의 경우 주중과 주말 모두 차도와 인접한 오픈스페이스의 농도차이가 미미하였으나, 반대로 가로녹지가 조성되어 있는 지역은 차도에 비해 오픈스페이스의 농도가 현저히 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 가로녹지가 조성된 지역은 차도와 보도 모두에서 미조성지역보다 미세먼지량이 높게 나타나고 있어 차도와 건축물 사이가 넓은 공간의 경우 가로녹지의 조성이 전체적으로 도로 밖 오픈스페이스의 미세먼지농도를 높이는 효과를 보였으며, 특히 차도보다 오픈스페이스에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 현상은 차량에 의해 발생한 미세먼지가 빠른 바람흐름에 의해 가로변 관목림을 통과하지만 바람흐름이 줄어든 보행공간에서는 확산이 이루어지지 않아 발생하는 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서와 같이 넓은 오픈스페이스를 확보하고 있는 도심 도로변 지역의 경우에는 가로녹지가 오히려 바람에 의한 확산을 억제하여 하여 차량이동에 따른 부유 미세먼지를 녹지 내부에 가두어 보도를 포함한 오픈스페이스의 미세먼지 농도를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 도로에서 발생하는 미세먼지를 줄이기 위한 가로녹지의 조성에 있어 도로와 건물의 거리는 매우 중요하게 작용하는 것을 확인하였다.
