The law of Jus Rerem of China enacted on March 16, 2007 came into force from October 1st, 2007. China has enacted the law of Jus Rerem. This means that all three nations of Northeast Asia have formally and substantially similar legal terms and conceptions. Therefore, they will be reciprocally influenced on the legal matters related Jus Rerem. In the year 1949 when China, as a communist country, was originally established without the private ownership system, the law of Jus Rerem was not introduced. Since the reform and the open-economy policy in the year 1978 came into force, it has become important that newly acknowledged private property has been stipulated by the law of Jus Rerem. Arbitration Law of China is enacted on August 31th, 1994 and came into force from September 1st, 1995. It is a basic law which rules Chinese arbitration system. China has enacted the law of Jus Rerem, "conformed with the 21st century", by solving a lot of issues in dispute. A socialistic idea, a traditional Chinese idea and realistic conditions of the market economy were integrated into the law of Jus Rerem. It would have a very good effect on the growth and prosperity of China.

A service broker supporting customers plays an important role in internet marketplaces. Recently. several intelligent brothers have been developed for electronic commerce, outline shopping mall, and electronic marketplaces. While these systems provide interesting shopping experiences, they fall short in fully exploiting the capabilities, such as the service integration and automatic execution required by internet market places. In this respect, we propose a workflow-based service broker system. Dependent services in our approach are modeled as workflow processes, which are automatical1y processed by a workflow engine. In the proposed system all data exchanges are realized through XML providing platform independent, extensible, open. and interoperable architecture.

The market of conferences and expos of traditional/ complementary and alternative medicine has not been mature enough while interests in those medicines are growing fast. Meanwhile, some related events in Europe, North America, and Asia, held on regular basis, have reached to the international level in size, such as CAMExpo The Complementary, Natural & Healthcare Show in Europe, Integrative Healthcare Symposium in North America, Ayurveda Congress & Arogya Expo in India, International Conference and Exhibition of the Modernization of Chinese Medicine & Health Products in Hong Kong. Those events have been held for 10 years or so, initiated their own features, and secured their own regular booth exhibitors and visitors. They open the homepage on the internet one or two years before their events are held and vigorously advertise their events on yearly basis. To succeed in, and bear fruits from, the 2013 World Traditional Medicine Expo in Sancheong, it is needed to analyze strong points of the events above and benchmark a practical timeline and technical road map to the 2013 Expo from them.

Knit industry requires versatile knit designers who have to control whole process such as material select, color, type of machine, technique, structure and shape. In other words, knit designers urgently need to interplay between technology and design aesthetics. It becomes essential to learn and master basic principles of knitting in order to design and develop effectively for innovative knitwear design. The main purpose of this study is to show fresh methodology through examining the various applications of 'Stitch transfer knitting structure' used in women's knitwear design development. Stitch transfer knitting structure is one of the most popular techniques among various basic knitting methods. Eight knitwears were designed and produced with various types of formative applications which differ from existent stitch transfer knitwears of flat and simple style in the market. These are produced by computer knitting machine 'Shima Seiki 122S' and programmed by 'Knit CAD' software. Among various basic stitch transfer pattern, 'Leaf' pattern is selected as a most effective example for this study. This fabric applied to collar, sleeves, body pattern and accessories as formative decoration. It is expected that this study of methodology helps to get open mind and to indicate possibility to develop and show creative and innovative knitwear and knitted textile design.

Since the bank managers were accustomed to be under the goverment policy and control so far, all what they had to do were just to follow the government policy and wait for customers. These usual practices resultedin neglection of concerns for innovation and competitive power. However, it currently happens the change of business environment such as the liberalization of interest rates and the open finance market policy. Thus, it is necessary for the bank managers to have a concern on that situation for the improvement of profitability through productivity and cost-down. The bank managers are trying to set out an innovation strategy to cope with this situation. An innovation strategy should be based on its own characteristics of banking business. The banking business is different from those of other business because it deals with intangible services rather than material goods and thus, the bank managers have to be more sensitive to the customers. There also exists an inefficiency of internal process due to too many repetition of 'check and balance'. Thus, We set out the five principles and six selected tasks in order to settle down an inefficiency and to redesign a bank operation process.

Most manufacturing companies are trying to develop a competitive product by increasing the quality, shortening time to market and reducing the cost of a product. Collaborators related to the development of a new product want to confirm geometric forms and dimensions during the design process, as well as to verify dimensional errors of a product during the fabrication process. Objective of this paper is the development of a collaborative design and dimension verification system on the Internet. STEP files obtained from the design process are used for the design and dimension verification. Functions of the design and dimension verification modules are constructed over the ActiveX control using the visual C/sup ++/ and OpenGL. By using mark up functions over the Internet, collaborators check geometries, interferences, dimensional errors, human factors and form errors, as well as share their design ideas and opinions with XML rapidly and remotely. The usefulness of the developed system is confirmed through case studies.

Modern livestock production facilities face both challenges and opportunities with respect to sustainable manure management practices. Nutrient recycling is constrained by the size of modern livestock operations, the low nutrient density of liquid manures, and the spatial and temporal variability of manure nutrient concentrations. These constraints can and must be addressed or farmers will be increasingly drawn to nutrient wasting strategies such as anaerobic lagoons, wetlands, and other systems designed to treat and discharge nutrients to the environment. Intentional discharge of nutrients is difficult to justify in a sustainable agricultural production system, since replacing those nutrients through chemical fertilization requires considerable expenditure of energy. In contrast, there are several currently viable technologies which provide the homogenization and stabilization needed to successfully compete against chemical fertilizers, including composting, pelletization, and anaerobic digestion. Some of these technologies, particularly anaerobic digestion and composting, also open up increased opportunities to market the energy and nutrients in manure to non-agricultural uses. Future advances in biotechnology are likely to demonstrate additional options to transform manure into fuels, chemicals, and other non-agricultural products.

To expect accurately the maximum power of solar cell module under various installation conditions, it is required to know the performance characteristics like temperature dependence. Today, the PV (photovoltaic) market in Korea has been growing. Also BIPV (building integrated photovoltaic) systems are diversified and become popular. But thermal dependence of PV module is little known to customers and system installers. In IEC 61215,a regulation for testing the crystalline silicon solar cell module, the testing method is specified for modules. However there is limitation for testing the module with diverse application examples. In extreme installation method, there is no air flow between rear side of module and ambient, and it can induce temperature increase. In this paper, we studied the roof type installation of PV module on the surface of one-axis tracker system. We measured temperature on every component of PV module and compared to open-rack structure. As a result, we provide the foundation that explains temperature characteristics and NOCT (nominal operation cell temperature) difference. Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to examine total logistics concept performed by 3^rd party logistics, managing with 4th party logistics to achieve more efficient and systematic dealing with sub-functions of physical distribution process. Research design and methodology - The research method to be adopted is first to review 3th party logistics providers that has attracted to various functions of 4PL, and then total logistics concept to be investigated which is related to 3 PL and 4 PL. Results - For the total logistics concept implemented by 3PL, management technique should be widen, then 3 PL's service activities and area should extend. Especially for the collaboration effects between the company and external organizations, it can be collaborated with some commitments in terms of their own independent activities, carrying on inherent functions by both 3PL and 4PL, pursuing total logistics concept. Conclusions - More areas of logistics service has been required by clients in the field, and service activities available is strongly related to roles of 3th party logistics providers as main player in logistics market. However, total logistics management is could be implemented by 3PL combining with various functions of logistics service offered by 4th logistics provider.

This paper examined the present status of local newspapers and their problems. It was originated from the fact that the number of local newspapers have continuously increased since 1987 when the establishment of newspaper company became convenient, and that as a result the competition among local newspapers became high and several unexpected negative out comes brought forth. The analytical focus of this parer was placed on the internal and external environments surroundings local newspapers. The results showed followings: There are too many local newspapers competing each other in the same area; Financial crises mainly caused by over-competition are critical; Ownership and business operations are too distorted to take the socially expected role of newspapers; Many newspapers are often mobilized for the political and economic purposes of the owner; Market rules and advertising inducement practices are likely to be violated because of over-competition; the morales of Journalists are decreased and work qualities are deteriorated. On the basis of these findings this paper suggested several policy implications: The structure of ownership has to be changed into a direction where a few major stock-holders cannot influence the whole business operations; Top managers have to change their business motivation from profit-seeking to profit-sharing; business practices has to be open and clean; New editorial polices attracting readers have to be established; qualified Journalists have to be recruited and they have to be retrained throughout their career life.
