The explosive growth in wireless networks and Internet services has created considerable demand for mobile Internet services based on the mobile phone. Mobile Internet has become the new business model in telecommunication market, therefore the open network policy for mobile Internet has been formulated and implemented by the government in Korea. In spite of the open network policy for mobile Internet, there has been no systematic analysis of the various interconnection issues, including pricing, in mobile Internet network. This paper aims to suggest the interconnection pricing methods for mobile Internet network by reviewing the current pricing models for various communications services, and adapting them to mobile Internet communications circumstances. Results of this paper can be used as a guideline for government policy directions and management decision making after the introduction of the open network policy for mobile Internet.

Location-based services or LBS refer to value-added service by processing information utilizing mobile user location. With the rapidly increasing wireless Internet subscribers and world LBS market, the various location based applications are introduced such as buddy finder, proximity and security services. As the killer application of the wireless Internet, the LBS have reconsidered technology about location determination technology, LBS middleware server for various application, and diverse contents processing technology. However, there are fears that this new wealth of personal location information will lead to new security risks, to the invasion of the privacy of people and organizations. This paper describes a novel security approach on open LBS service to validate certificate based on current LBS platform environment using XKMS (XML Key Management Specification) and SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language), XACML (extensible Access Control Markup Language) in XML security mechanism.

시스템 자체를 에뮬레이션 하는 Virtual Platform은 임베디드 시스템 개발 프로세스 과정 중 하나인 소프트웨어 개발의 시점을 앞당길 수 있어 Time-To-Market을 줄일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 Virtual Platform에 리눅스를 포팅하고 벤치마크 프로그램을 수행하여 성능을 측정하였다. 또한 이를 임베디드 시스템의 실제 개발단계에서 사용되는 Prototype Machine과 완성된 시제품에 각각 매칭 될 수 있는 FPGA 와 PC의 성능과 비교함으로써 Open Source Virtual Platform의 대표 주자인 QEMU의 효용성을 연구하였다. 실험 결과, 전체적인 성능은 PC가 FPGA보다 약 5.27배, FPGA가 Virtual Platform보다 5.38배, PC가 Virtual Platform보다 약 28.36배 더 좋은 성능을 보였다.

This paper sets up a two agent small open economy with monopolistically competitive firms and catching up with the Joneses to investigate the labor and capital Laffer curve, taking into account aging population along the line of Auray et al. (2016), Galí and Monacelli (2005), and Trabandt and Uhlig (2011). The paper finds that the higher the market power of firms is, the larger the consumption inequality between asset holders and non-asset holders is in the economy with aging population. It also finds that there is room for government to increase the tax revenue by raising tax rates under the economy with higher markup, as households will work more hours to compensate for their loss of labor income to tax hikes. The expected maximum tax revenue is likely to shrink with progressive taxations, since non-asset holders with additional dividend income work less and consume more. The paper finds that the fiscal multiplier decreases with the degree of progressive redistribution.

The prolonged untact era, which has continued since the end of 2019, further accelerated the spread of distribution platforms that provide cultural contents in digital form. Digital content distribution platforms are fiercely competing in the market as the central axis of cultural content planning, production and distribution. In this study, we apply the open innovation theory as a competitive element of digital content distribution platforms to assess whether competitiveness can be secured in terms of multilingualization of content.

I have observed the validity of open-offer from a point of European contract law in comparison with International Trade Law in this paper. Generally we know that an offer is an expression of willingness bo be bound to the contract. In English law if there are no intention it will be considered such as circulation of price lists or catalogues. As for French law these activities could be considered as an offer. However German law is closer to English law as to an offer. A contract which does not ascertained price is open-price terms and it can be applied not only for general commercial contracts but also for franchise or for distributorship agreements especially in Europe. When open-price terms applied to reserve a exclusive right to the contract the validity of contract can be a serious matter between principals. In English law an offer must be sufficiently complete to be capable of acceptaqnce. English law does not require that price terms should be indicated on offer. English law allow a open-price terms in the contract. In French law a contract will be valid in the absense of a price which is either determined or objectively determinable. A price by the market price of similar products is not enough to be valid offer. It should be recognized and accepted objectively by third parties. French law require that price terms should be indicated on offer. Open-price terms are not enough to be an effective offer. However German law shows more flexible than French law. In German law if the price is not fixed in the contract there are four ways to determine it. The seller may determine the price by the time of deliver. By reason of thess backgrounds I have made comparison with European contract law and International trade law on the validity of open-price offer in this paper. It seems that we are not familiar with open-price terms although franchise contract or special terms of contract have been increased in these days. So I hope this paper will be helpful to show a new point of view.

The proportion of users and companies using open source continues to grow. The size of open source software market is growing rapidly not only in foreign countries but also in Korea. However, compared to the continuous development of open source software, there is little research on open source software subject classification, and the classification system of software is not specified either. At present, the user uses a method of directly inputting or tagging the subject, and there is a misclassification and hassle as a result. Research on open source software classification can also be used as a basis for open source software evaluation, recommendation, and filtering. Therefore, in this study, we propose a method to classify open source software by using machine learning model and propose performance comparison by machine learning model.

Services, despite the difficulty of its exact definition, can be defined as deeds, efforts, or performances by economical bodies, attributing to four unique characteristics - intangibility, inseparability, heterogeneity, and perishability. This study aims to research the global competition and problems of the local professional services, especially educational services and health services, and to suggest some devices for increasing the exportation of both educational services and health services. Educational services and health services were reserved in the multilateral negotiation to open the WTO parties' markets because of its national public benefits. But it is indispensable to open our local market by the bilateral FTA negotiation. Legal restrictions, therefore, related to both education and health should be erased according to the basic rule of the market competition, and it is advisable to control the national public benefit of these services by enacting the different legal systems. For recovering from minus balance of payment in the educational services or health services, furthermore, it is necessary to drive rather some offensive exporting policies than the defensive policy against supply from the foreign countries. In conclusion, the korean Foreign Trade Act and other relative acts should be revised, and both educational services and health services should be contained within the definition of "the international trade" for the governmental benefits of supporting the services exportation.

This paper aims to grasp the status of dispute and relevant issues, focusing on cases resolved by the Contents Dispute Resolution Committee. In consequence, this paper reviewed and addressed many issues like the mobile game of pre-school children, game disputes between telecommunication service providers and other domestic companies, responsibility of game-developing companies, necessity of efforts (led by the service providers) for establishing the system to prevent damage, and increase of awareness on damage redeemed by companies. Additionally, this study enables us to understand that the system of dispute resolution pays a pivotal role to help disputers resolve issues in a reasonable way and that self-imposed confidence is absolutely required in the mobile open market.

Calligraphy contents(shortly called, CalliContents) depict the feature of communication media with artistic sentences or drawings before being processed into digital contents to become printed advertisement, visual design and entertainment products. As a fast growing business model, they can be applied to every single scope of all fields these days and each application case presented excellent effects to grab consumers' attention immediately. In this paper, we designed and produced an emotional bi-directional recommendation DIY calligraphy contents platform to consume created cultural contents and boost personalized contents industry that meets consumer's needs through both wired and wireless-based software with convergence of artistic and emotional calligraphy contents and ICT. For this works, we established for DIY calligraphy consumers a foundation of a virtuous circle of the CalliContents where various CalliContents are provided in on and offline environment and a third party target is opened at the CalliContents platform
