Using the network analysis method, this study investigates the communication structure of Open Data on the Twitter sphere. It addresses the communication path by mapping influential activities and comparing the contents of tweets about Open Data. In the years 2015 and 2016, the NodeXL software was applied to collect tweets from the Twitter network, containing the term "opendata". The structural patterns of social media communication were analyzed through several network characteristics. The results indicate that the most common activities on the Twitter network are related to the subjects such as new applications and new technologies in Open Data. The study is the first to focus on the structural and informational pattern of Open Data based on social network analysis and content analysis. It will help researchers, activists, and policy-makers to come up with a major realization of the pattern of Open Data through Twitter.

SMP 클러스터가 고성능 계산을 위한 플랫폼으로 등장함에 따라, 이 시스템을 활용하기 위한 프로그래밍 환경에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 이 논문에서 우리는 ParADE라고 부르는 쉽고, 이식성이 높으며. 고성능의 프로그래밍이 가능한 새로운 프로그래밍 환경을 소개한다. ParADE는 OpenMP 프로그래밍 환경으로 HLRC 변종 프로토콜을 구현한 다중 쓰레드 DSM 시스템을 기반으로 하고 있다. 특별히. 이 논문에서는 성능 개선을 위한 OpenMP 변환기의 역할에 중점을 둔다. OpenMP 변화기는 OpenMP 프로그램 모델과 실행 시스템의 수행 모델 사이에서 가교 역할을 한다. 특히, OpenMP 변환기는 동기화 디렉티브를 변환하고 임계 영역에 있는 작은 변수의 메모리 일관성을 유지하기 위해 집합 통신 함수를 활용한다. 동기화 디렉티브 성능 측정을 위한 마이크로벤치마크 프로그램을 통한 실험에서 ParADE 시스템은 기존의 DSM 시스템에 비해 우수한 성능을 보였다.

최근 스마트폰, 스마트 태블릿 등의 모바일 단말이 급속도로 보급됨에 따라 모바일-클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경이 대중화 되는 추세다. 이에 따라, REST 웹 서비스 Open API의 활용 역시 점차 확대되는 추세이다. REST 웹서비스 Open API는 서버에서 제공하는 기능을 스마트폰 애플리케이션에 추가함으로써 기능을 확장하기 위해 사용하는 경우가 대부분이다. 그러나, 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 Open API의 사용목적을 일반적인 모바일-클라우드(스마트폰-서버, 클라이언트-서버) 환경으로 확대하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 파이(pi)값 계산을 병렬적으로 처리하는 알고리즘을 활용하여 다수의 클라우드 컴퓨팅 노드에서 병렬수행을 테스트한다. 이 때, 소켓을 이용한 통신방법과 REST 웹서비스 Open API에 의한 통신방법을 적용한 경우의 성능을 비교한다. 결과적으로 REST 웹서비스 기반의 Open API 방식을 적용하는 것이 여러측면에서 유리함을 성능분석을 통해 보인다.

This study examines the co-evolutionary process between open innovation and firms' absorptive capacity. The effects of open innovation can be maximized through the capacity to absorb the knowledge from the external sources such as universities, government-support research institute, and private R&D centers. This study used data of STEPI technology innovation survey conducted at 2002, 2005, and 2008 (3 points measures). The data were analyzed through a structural equation model. Results suggest that open innovation at t0 point influences positively the absorptive capacity at t1 point, which subsequently enhances the intention of open innovation at t2 point. This result suggests the existence of co-evolutionary process between open innovation and firms' absorptive capacity. When knowledge comes from universities, the co-evolution has sustained; whereas when knowledge comes from private firms' R&D centers, the co-evolution has not effected. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

OpenID는 웹 서비스를 위한 사용자 중심의 분산형 인증 메커니즘을 제공한다. OpenID를 이용하면 기존의 아이디와 패스워드를 이용한 인증방법보다 더 편리한 회원등록과 로그인 기능을 제공 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 OpenID를 이용하여 모바일 웹 환경에서의 사용자 인증 메커니즘을 설계한다. 먼저, 이동통신 망과 무선인터넷에서의 사용자 인증기술에 대해서 분석하고, OpenID를 이용한 개선된 모바일 웹 사용자 인증 메커니즘을 제안한다. 제안하는 메커니즘의 목표는 모바일 웹 사용자에게는 보다 효율적인 회원등록과 로그인 기능을 제공하고, 모바일 웹 서비스 제공자에게는 좀 더 신뢰성 있는 사용자 인증 수단을 제공하는 데 있다.

OpenVG는 낮은 수준의 하드웨어 가속 기능과 이를 바탕으로 하는 2D 벡터 그래픽 렌더링 API를 제공함으로써 모바일 환경에서 높은 화질의 그래픽을 구현할 수 있다. 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 OpenVG 엔진을 이용한 실제 사용자 인터페이스(User Interface)의 구현은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 그 이유는 OpenVG API에서는 기존의 개발 환경에서 제공하는 기본적인 위젯 컴포넌트(Widget Component)를 제공하지 않기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 OpenVG를 용이하게 사용하여 효율적인 UI 구현을 위한 위젯 컴포넌트 시스템을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 OpenVG 엔진을 기반으로 위젯 컴포넌트와 그들 사이의 계층 구조와 상관 관계를 설계하고, 시스템이 구동되는 방식을 기술한다.

본 연구에서 3차원 지형공간정보의 구축 및 처리, 가시화를 위하여 개인용 PC와 임베디드 단말기의 포켓 PC환경에서 자료 호환 및 동시 운영이 가능한 실시간 3차원 GIS의 Prototype의 설계 및 구현과 적용 실험을 하고자 한다 OpenGL(Open Graphic Library)과 OpenGL|ES (Embedded System)를 활용하여 도시경관을 구성하는 주요객체인 지형, 건물, 교통, 식생 등을 통합적으로 저작 및 3D 객체 모델링 및 렌더링이 통합 및 개별 운영 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현 단계에서 개인용 PC 운영환경에서는 기능성 향상에 중점을 두어 공간 데이터베이스 설계, 텍스처 영상 매핑처리, 대용량의 3차원 공간정보 처리 및 관리, 가시화, 렌더링, 모델링 기능들을 제공하며, PDA 휴대용 단말운영환경을 지원하는 모바일 시스템에서는 실시간 모바일 저작기능과 렌더링 기능에 주안점을 두어 개발하였다. 한편 연구 결과로 구현된 시스템은 원도우 XP 기반의 개인용 PC와 PDA 단말기 상에서 3D 객체 자료구조가 호환되어 향후 다양한 응용이 가능할 것으로 생각된다.

Using the concept of interval-valued fuzzy (IVF) sets, the notions of IVF semiopen (semiclosed) sets, IVF preopen (preclosed) sets and IVF $\alpha$-open ($\alpha$-closed) sets are introduced, and interrelations are investigated. Also, the concepts of IVF open mappings, IVF preopen mappings, IVF semiopen mappings and IVF $\alpha$-open mappings are introduced, and interrelations are discussed.

This study aims at developing the high speed/intelligent machining system suing the plug/play method of an open architecture controller. The plug/play technology by the Application Specific Function (ASF), can readily implement the open architecture controller into various machining system or other automatic equipments. For the open architecture controller, this study developed the open HMI, screen editor, ASF, visual builder, and controller OS technology as software components. On the other hand, we developed the I/O module and main board as control hardware system. This study, as an example, presents integration of individual component technologies for the plug/play type open architecture CNC system.

Nowadays, the policy of open data disclosure has become one of the globally used tools for public innovation. For this reason, this study investigates whether the policy has eventually created the achievement of public innovation in Korea. To this end, this study evaluates qualities of the fourteen thousand open data in Korea that is disclosed to the public and compares it with indexes such as the usage of data, transparency index, and Government 3.0 Excellency Index, which are regarded as the outcome of the disclosure. Based on the result, this study aims to suggest future orientation for the policy.
