This paper proposed a novel high performance sensorless control scheme for IPMSM based on an extended nonlinear state observer. The gain-matrix of the observer has been derived by using state linearization method. Steady state errors in estimated rotor position and speed due to parameter inaccuracy have been analyzed, and an equivalent flux error is defined to represent the overall effect of parameter errors contributing to the wrong convergence of the estimated rotor speed as well as rotor position. Then, an online compensation strategy was proposed to limit the estimation errors in rotor position and speed. The effectiveness of the extended nonlinear state observer is validated through simulation and experimental test.

This study addresses a shift, generally positive, in the acceptance and adoption of mobile commerce. The study, based on data collected using a survey questionnaire from mobile phone users in South Korea, examined the relationships using factor analysis and multiple regression analysis methods. The results showed equal positive adoption rates across all demographics of age, education, and income, except for gender, in terms of attitudes toward mobile shopping. The rate of mobile commerce adoption was relatively stronger among females than males. This finding provides new developments to mobile service providers on the effect of demographic profile on consumers'behavior and attitudes toward mobile shopping. Based on the results of the study, practical implications for marketing strategies in mobile commerce markets are suggested.

Through this technology development, companies that operate online shopping malls and prospective startups will support education, consulting and expert group matching so that they can solve various issues that may arise in the course of the entire business life cycle, from startups to closures. It is expected that differentiated consulting programs will be designed for companies that currently operate shopping malls and start ups, and customized consulting programs will be provided to improve the effectiveness of consulting while improving customer satisfaction. It is planning to develop a "successful start-up and operation helper" that helps successful start-ups. It is a system that primarily diagnoses problems of prospective entrepreneurs and operators through an automation system at the start-up and operation stage, and professional consultants participate to derive and solve problems, and takes care of all stages of shopping mall birth and growth. In this paper Metaverse based shopping mall Creation is also discussed. Through Big Data creation these accumulated data, we intend to help operators start and operate shopping malls through accurate information by managing all knowledge of shopping malls as a system in the long run.

Universities that offer architectural engineering programs in Korea are making efforts to introduce innovation teaching methods to cultivate teamwork, creativity, flexibility of thought and practical skills needed for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. However, there is a lack of specific measures to support them. In this regard, this study investigated a method of application development for building construction courses applied with the innovation teaching methods. It mainly focused on 'improvement directions for existing learning management systems' and 'online learning support plans using the innovation teaching method' as research contents. It is expected that these improvement directions can be applied to the field of education through the development of mobile and web-based applications. In the follow-up research, the development of specific software for field application will be carried out.

As the educational paradigm has shifted from the traditional knowledge oriented instruction learning to the knowledge product oriented instructional learning, the development of student's creativity becomes one of the most important educational goals, because the ability that can produce the knowledge creatively is required in the digital information knowledge based society. The purpose of this study is to make a basic direction and strategy for the instructional design to develop an on and off line blended instructional design which will help a learning community to be a more collaborative and creative learning community. This research has investigated the concept and the characteristics of collaborative creativity and creative problem solving as the theoretical basis of the design. After that, on the basis of the theories connected with the collaborative creativity theory, the direction and the strategies for the development of collaborative creativity was designed. The design was applied into the real learning community and finally proved the effectiveness of the learning model for the development of the collaborative creativity by the quantitative evaluation.

Purpose: This study aimed to understand the current situation of Korean adolescents' sexual experience and its characteristics by school level, gender, and related factors to their sexual experience. This could be the basic evidence for the development of various sex education programs for the youth. Methods: This study used the 11th online survey data on youth health behavior (2015) and all 68,043 students who participated in the study were included for the analysis. The binominal logistic regression model was used to identify the characteristics and relevant factors of sexual intercourse experience. Analysis was performed by complex sample design using SPSS/WIN 18.0. The statistical significance was defined as p<.05 with a two-sided test. Results: The factors related to sexual experience of adolescents included grade, sadness and hopelessness, smoking, Internet addiction, and sex education in school, for middle school boys. For middle school girls, grade, residence area, sadness and hopelessness, smoking, drinking, and sex education in school were related. For high school boys, the factors were grade, living with parents, economic situation, sadness and hopelessness, smoking, drinking, and Internet addiction. For high school girls, grade, sadness and hopelessness, smoking, and drinking were found to be related factors. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that a practical program considering adolescents' level and characteristics should be developed and applied.

Purpose: This study was aimed to investigate experiences, perceptions, and educational needs related to patient safety and the factors affecting these perceptions. Methods: Study design was a descriptive survey conducted in November 2019. A sample of 1,187 Koreans aged 20-80 years participated in the online survey. Based on previous research, the questionnaire used patient safety-related and educational requirement items, and the Patient Safety Perception Scale. Descriptive statistics and a decision tree analysis were performed using SPSS 25.0. Results: The average patient safety perception was 71.71 (± 9.21). Approximately 95.9% of the participants reported a need for patient safety education, and 88.0% answered that they would participate in such education. The most influential factors in the group with low patient safety perceptions were the recognition of patient safety activities, age, preference of accredited hospitals, experience of patient safety problems, and willingness to participate in patient safety education. Conclusion: It was confirmed that the vulnerable group for patient safety perception is not aware of patient safety activities and did not prefer an accredited hospital. To prevent patient safety accidents and establish a culture of patient safety, appropriate educational strategies must be provided to the general public.

Prezi, which is an implemented software in the form of flash-based online presentation, is considered to be a new appropriate smart-learning tool. This study aimed to investigate an impact of project learning utilizing Prezi on the creativity, attitudes toward science and science process skills of scientific gifted children in elementary school. The results of this study were as follows; First, after project learning utilizing Prezi, their creativity was raised meaningfully, especially in sub-elements of patience, adaptability and variety of interestings. Second, project learning utilizing Prezi showed meaningful effect on their improvement of science process skill, especially in integrated science process skills. Third, project learning utilizing Prezi improved their attitudes toward science meaningfully. In almost sub-elements, except the element of ordinariness of scientist, positive meaningful improvements were showed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the meaning and status of the current service of academic libraries in the aspect of its supporting roles for academic courses. The research methods include an examination of model cases from the U.S.A. and Hong Kong and also an electronic questionnaire survey of 32 academic libraries in Korea(67% response rate). With the result of the research analysis, this study aimed to provide optimal administrative plans in e-learning environment.

Objectives: This study aimed to identify general characteristics of health status and health behavior of adolescents in accordance with their purposes with internet. Methods: Based on Adolescent Health Behavior Online Survey (KYRBS) in 2014, a total of 57,333 adolescents who had used internet were examined in this study. Results: Users for non-academic purposes were associated with male, low grades, low education level of parents, low income level, being apart from parents, being without any consulting partners, being with one parent families, low perceived health status, the experience suicidal ideation and negative health behavior such as alcohol and tobacco. In particular, these trends were appeared strongly by internet users for the purpose of the non-academic purposes. Male among high grades is shown to be mostly Academic internet users and they were more likely to have problems with some health behaviors such as exercise frequency and smoking. Conclusions: Target population should be internet users for only non-academic purposes to prevent internet addiction of adolescents. Internet addiction prevention program should be provided in terms of mental health and problematic behavior. Additionally, health behavior of internet over user for only academic purposes should be concerned.
