Purpose: Before COVID-19 pandemic, Chinese mid/low-priced hotel industry has been steadily growing in recent years, and internal and external competition has been intensifying. Under these circumstances, this study started with a strategic objective to increase the quality of service, thus enabling customer satisfaction and revisit intention. For enhancing the competitiveness of Chinese mid/low-priced hotel business, we plan to establish a model using SERVQUAL, O2O platform, and identify their relationship through empirical analyses. Research design, data and methodology: Through the consideration of the existing literature, this study intended to identify the characteristics of service quality in Chinese mid/low-priced hotels and to consider their impact on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. We also wanted to examine the moderating effect of the O2O platform between the characteristics of service quality and customer satisfaction. A survey was carried out on customers using mid/low-priced hotels in China and empirical analyses were conducted using regression analyses. Results: First, in the hypothesis of service qualities' effects on customer satisfaction were identified with significant positive effects. Second, in the hypothesis of service qualities' effects on revisit intention, "tangibles, reliability, and empathy" have shown significant positive. Third, in the verification of the moderating effect of the O2O platform, there were "positive partial moderating effects" between service qualities and customer satisfaction. Finally, the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention was positive significant. Conclusions: In order to satisfy their customers, improvements in service quality should be made first. In addition, customer satisfaction had a positive impact on revisit intention. In order to revitalize Chinese mid/low-priced hotels, differentiation strategy is also needed for specialized customers such as college students, and basically, efforts should be made to optimize the O2O platform. O2O platforms should establish optimal platform construction strategies based on the customer's perspective. After all, in the case of Chinese mid/low-priced hotels, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the latest hardware infrastructure and O2O platform of software infrastructure, and to improve customers' advanced online and offline experiences. Finally, regarding the hypothesis that was rejected among service qualities' characteristics, we tried to discuss the reason and find the implications of these.

The Delivery Companies are Facing the Difficulty in their Delivery Services due to the Continuously Increasing Delivery Demand and Insufficient Supply of Delivery Persons to Satisfy the Demand. In Such Circumstances, the Delivery Companies have been Implementing the CSV Service by Introducing the Senior Parcel Delivery Service Creating Jobs for Senior Citizens. This Paper Investigated the Impact of the Quality of Senior Parcel Delivery Service, CSV Activities, and Individual Characteristic Factors of Consumers on the Customers' Confidence and Intention to Use the Delivery Service of Delivery Companies. For the Empirical Analysis, the Online/Offline Questionnaire Survey was Executed with the Individuals who used the Delivery Service and 216 Samples were Finally Selected for Empirical Analysis. In Accordance with the Analysis Results, the Speed, the Quality of Senior Parcel Delivery Service, had Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence, but Safety had no Significant Impact on it. Next, the Sincerity of CSV Activity by Senior Parcel Delivery Service Companies Showed the Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence. However, the Adequacy of CSV Activity had No Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence. Furthermore, the Consumption Value and Ethical Consumption Propensity, the Individual Features of Consumers, Demonstrated the Significant Impact on the Customers' Confidence and also on the Customers' Confidence on and their Intention to use Senior Parcel Delivery Service Companies.
This study was attempted to grasp the push-pull factors of urban to rural migrants in relation to services and infrastructure of rural welfare and culture. Online and offline survey were conducted for urban residents who were willing to return to the rural area and those who were already returning to the rural area. In the fields of health care, social welfare, and education, it was found that the satisfaction level of urban-to-rural migrants was relatively higher than those of latent urban-to-rural migrants. In the field of culture, leisure and sports, the level of satisfaction and concern were similar, so it was found that the expectations for the field were relatively high before returning rural area. As for the agreement degree to expand support, the demand for emergency medical facilities and dementia care program was the highest, and the demand for health care was found to be relatively high. The results of the survey on the top priority items indicate that latent urban-to-rural migrants require support of facility and space item and expansion of program item, and urban-to-rural migrants have high demand for expansion of program item in all field except healthcare field. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information for establishing the direction of the rural area development project in connection with the revitalization of policy of people return to rural area.
This study was intended to examine the effect of service quality on service failure and loyalty, and a survey was conducted online and offline with a focus on those in their 20s and 30s in Busan region. Specific details were as follows: First, service quality was found to have a statistically significant effect on live commerce loyalty(Hypothesis 1), live commerce service failure(Hypothesis 2), service failure of companies using the live commerce platform(Hypothesis 3), and repurchase intention of companies using the live commerce platform(Hypothesis 4). Second, service failure of live commerce companies had a significant effect on service failure of companies using the live commerce platform(Hypothesis 5), but did not have a significant effect on live commerce loyalty(Hypothesis 6) and repurchase intention of companies using the live commerce platform(Hypothesis 7). The service failure of companies using the live commerce platform did not have a statistically significant effect on loyalty of live commerce companies(Hypothesis 8), but had a statistically significant effect on repurchase intention of companies using the live commerce platform(Hypothesis 9). Finally, the repurchase intention of companies using the live commerce platform was found to have a statistically significant effect on live commerce loyalty(Hypothesis 10).

With the advent of the 4.0 era of logistics due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, infrastructures have been built to receive the same services online and offline. Logistics services affected by logistics 4.0 and IT technology are rapidly changing. Logistics services are developing using technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of things, and augmented reality. The convergence of logistics services and various IT new technologies is accelerating, and the development of data management solution technology has led to the emergence of electronic cargo waybill to replace paper cargo waybill. The electronic waybill was developed to supplement paper waybill that lack economical and safety. However, the electronic waybill that appeared to complement the paper waybill are also in need of complementation in terms of efficiency and reliability. New research is needed to ensure that electronic cargo waybill gain the trust of users and are actively utilized. To solve this problem, electronic cargo waybill that combine blockchain technology are being developed. This study aims to improve the reliability, operational efficiency and safety of blockchain electronic cargo waybill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the blockchain-based electronic cargo waybill system and to derive evaluation indicators for system supplementation.
The development and generalization of the Internet increased the popularity of food delivery service applications in Korea. The food delivery market based on online-to-offline service is growing rapidly. This study compares the usability of Korean food delivery service application between that of Chinese food delivery service application. This study suggests improvement points for Korean food delivery service applications. To conduct this study, we explore the status of various food delivery service applications and conduct interviews and surveys based on the honeycomb model developed by Peter Morville. This study obtained the following results. First, all restaurants participating in the Korean food delivery service must be able to accept order through the application. Second, the shopping cart function must be able to accept order of all restaurants simultaneously. Third, when users look for menu recommendation, their purchase history and shopping cart functions should appear at the first page of the website. Users should be able to perceive the improved usability of the website using those functions. Fourth, when the search window is fixed on the top of each page, users should be able to find the information they need. Fifth, the application must allow users to find the exact location of the delivery person and the estimated delivery time. Finally, the restaurants'address should be disclosed and fast delivery time should be confirmed to enhance users'trust on the application. This study contributes to academia and industry by suggesting useful insight into food delivery service applications and improving the point of food delivery service application in Korea.
This study explains consumers' showrooming which refers to the activities of visiting offline stores to check products in person and obtaining information offline and online via mobile devices before making the final decision to buy. More specifically, this study verifies key determinants of showrooming based on two dimensions of the mobile technology and user characteristics. Furthermore, the study examines the relationship of showrooming and purchase intentions and the moderating effect of perceived risks on the relationship. The key findings are as follows: firstly, service connectivity and time convenience of the mobile technology characteristics are positively related to showroming. Secondly, as the user characteristics, need for touch and personal innovativeness increase showrooming while impulsiveness does not. Thirdly, showrooming contributes to the increase of purchase intentions. Finally, moderating effect of perceived risks has turned out to be insignificant. This study has implications by providing the understanding of key determinants of showrooming and further proving the positive relationship of showrooming and purchase intentions.
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the logistics industry in Korea has rapidly been expanding, with offline demand concentrating on online platforms owing to the development of digital infrastructure. This has increased the workload of courier drivers considerably, along with labor intensity. A delivery driver died recently from overwork due to the continuous increase in delivery volume, which raises social concerns. Delivery drivers work long hours, (over 12 hours) and are greatly affected by weather conditions, such as snow, rain, heat waves, and cold waves. In addition, they lack a fixed workplace; perform atypical work handling workpieces of various sizes, weights, and shapes; and spend a large amount of time driving as part of their work. This work involves a high level of tension and requires attention and concentration. Despite the frequency of industrial accidents in the courier industry, studies on safety and health to quantitatively analyze and systematize the work of courier workers are very scarce. Therefore, to define the work process necessary for investigating the harmful factors in delivery service and the work analysis, this study conducted interviews and on-site surveys to analyze the unit work of the delivery service by targeting delivery workers. In other words, a framework of unit work for work analysis was presented to enable research and analysis by considering the aforementioned characteristics of the courier industry. The process was broadly divided into work, transport, storage, delay, and inspection. Work was divided into loading, sorting, unloading, and door subcategories, and transportation was divided into vehicle, cart, and walking subcategories as well as 10 small processes. Moreover, 22 unit works were again drawn by conducting field surveys and interviews. The risk of unit work derived from this study was ergonomically evaluated, and the ergonomic analysis revealed that uploading and transportation were the most dangerous. The results of this study could be used as basic data for preventing industrial accidents among courier workers, whose work has increased with the logistics volume and the development of the logistics industry.

BBTS consists of a bluetooth based data of the low-power supply system and the beacons and interoperable smart applications. Data supply system consists of the BLE & Beacon Pairing-based / non-pairing data transmission module with integral hardware. Smart application modules that provide indoor location of users information, internal server module and tourist information collection and information guide around comprised of applications. The proposed BBTS is possible that indoor service tourism tourist demand due to utilizing the beacon technology. Outdoor tourist information is designed to be downloaded to the smartphone receives the information received from the beacon APK file to provide services. BBTS system is expected to make a big impact on the smart tourism services industry.

This study aims to analyze communication and experiences between public libraries and to identify these factors affect user satisfaction. Customer experience management (CEM), which is currently used in various fields of management and marketing, was applied to segment and analyze user experiences. After reviewing CEM research in marketing and management to derive user experience points, set physical environment, human factors, communication, and service as independent variables, emotional pleasure as parameters, and user satisfaction as dependent variables. Based on this, questionnaire items were constructed. The survey method was conducted in two ways, online and offline (face-to-face), and statistical analysis was performed based on a total of 60 questionnaires collected. The results indicate the higher the user's experience with the physical environment and convenience, the higher the satisfaction level, but library accessibility had no significant effect. In addition, library staff attitude and problem-solving ability had a great influence on user satisfaction, and problem-solving ability had a more important influence than kindness and emotional pleasure was found to have an mediating effect.
