본 논문에서는 네트워크 컴퓨터를 이용하여 병렬 프로그래밍 환경에서 수행되는 프로그램의 성능을 추적하고 평가하기 위한 온라인/일괄처리-사건/시간 기반형 성능 감시기를 제안한다. 본 논문의 JaNeC 성능 감시기는 자바로 구현되어 있으므로 이기종 컴퓨터사이의 시스템 이식성이 뛰어나며, 웹 기반의 그래픽 콘솔을 제공하여 사용자에게 친숙한 인터페이스를 제공한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 성능 감시기는 사용자가 프로그램 실행시에 발생한 이벤트를 보다 쉽게 분석할 수 있도록 태스크나 이벤트를 선택할 수 있는 필터 기능과 TimeLine, Task View, Task History, Message Passing View, Host CPU View 기능 등으로 구성되어 있다.

The study aims to investigate determinants of performance indicator and perceptions of existing and potential customers in accommodation sharing. This study uses data of Airbnb in Busan and Jeju from January 1 to December 31 in 2018, provided by AirDNA. The total number of listed accommodation sharing were 5,109 accommodations in Busan and 11,502 accommodations in Jeju. More than 90 property types of registered accommodation are subcategorized and re-classified in this study. Study 1 examined current usage and effects of factors on performance indicator in tourism destinations by applying Airbnb data. Study 2 investigated effects of perceived factors on satisfaction, intention to use, loyalty, and tourism competitiveness by applying online survey data. This study applies statistical analyses such as factor and regression analyses, ANOVA, t-test, and MANOVA. Results of Study 1 showed that usage and effects of accommodation sharing differ from regulation that is related to sharing types. Effects also differ based on travel destinations. Results of Study 2 showed how customers perceive accommodation sharing differ from pure meaning of sharing. The results of Study 1 and 2 found significant effects of price and service factors on performance indicator and customer satisfaction. The findings of Study 2 showed significant effects on loyalty and tourism competitiveness.

While many organizations believe that cloud computing has the potential to reduce operational cost by abstracting capital assets like data storage center and processing systems into a readily on demand available and affordable operating expenses, still many of these organizations are not aware of the factors determining the performance of cloud computing technology. This paper provides a systematic literature review focusing on the factors determining the performance of cloud computing. In trying to come up with this review, the following sources were searched for relevant articles: ScienceDirect, Scientific.Net, ACMDigital Library, IEEE Xplore, Springer, World Scientific Journal, Wiley Online Library, Academic Search Premier (via EBSCOHost) and EdITLib (Education & Information Technology Digital Library). In first search strategy, approximately 100 keywords related to the research domain like; "Cloud Computing" and "Cloud Services" were used. In second search strategy, 65 keywords more related to the research domain were selected. In the third search strategy, the primary materials were identified and classified according to the paper types (Journal or Conference), year of publication and so on. Based on this study, twenty (20) factors were found that determine the performance of cloud computing. The IT organization needs to consider these twenty (20) factors in order to adopt cloud computing.

Over the past generation, data warehousing and online analytical processing (OLAP) applications have become the cornerstone of contemporary decision support environments. Typically, OLAP servers are implemented on top of either proprietary array-based storage engines (MOLAP) or as extensions to conventional relational DBMSs (ROLAP). While MOLAP systems do indeed provide impressive performance on common analytics queries, they tend to have limited scalability. Conversely, ROLAP's table oriented model scales quite nicely, but offers mediocre performance at best relative to the MOLAP systems. In this paper, we describe a storage and indexing framework that aims to provide both MOLAP like performance and ROLAP like scalability by essentially combining some of the best features from both. Based upon a combination of R-trees and bitmap indexes, the storage engine has been integrated with a robust OLAP query engine prototype that is able to fully exploit the efficiency of the proposed storage model. Specifically, it utilizes an OLAP algebra coupled with a domain specific query optimizer, to map user queries directly to the storage and indexing framework. Experimental results demonstrate that not only does the design improve upon more naive approaches, but that it does indeed offer the potential to optimize both query performance and scalability.

Purpose: A survey was conducted to investigate the role, priority, and awareness of physical therapists in the community care system for the elderly. Methods: Nine hundred ninety-three physical therapists were invited to an online survey from 1st to 30th June 2020. Results: While the awareness of physical therapists for the community care system for the elderly was found to be low, the role priority and performance ability were found to be high. Fall training scored the highest for the job duties of physical therapists, and functional training scored the highest for the performance ability of physical therapists. For the role priority by the education status regarding the community care system, the participants who received the education program showed higher scores in the performance ability than those who did not. For the role priority and performance ability according to the education levels, higher education levels resulted in higher scores in both outcomes. Regarding the clinical experience, low scores were found in the participants with less than five years of experience. Conclusion: Physical therapy establishes itself as an essential area of expertise in the community care system for the elderly. Therefore, these results can be utilized in developing a model for Korean community care for the elderly.

기존 연구에 따르면 컴퓨터 게임에서 플레이어에게 주어진 목표를 성취해 가는 과정을 Personal Interaction으로 정의하고 있다. 또한 Personal Interaction이 효율적으로 이루어졌을 때 사람들은 게임 플레이 과정이 즐거웠다는 몰입의 경험을 하게 된다고 한다. 본 연구에서는 Personal Interaction이 효율적으로 이루어졌다는 판단 근거가 되는 내적 보상인 인지적 성과와 외적 보상인 보상 분배의 형평성이 몰입에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과에 따르면 플레이어는 목표 성취과정에서 주어지는 외적 보상이 형평성에 맞게 제공되었을 때, 자신이 수행한 목표 성취 과정이 잘 이루어졌다는 인지적 성과가 높아진다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 더불어 인지적 성과가 높았을 때 플레이어는 목표 성취 과정이 최적의 경험이라고 평가한다는 점을 발견하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 앞으로 게임 디자인 과정에서 목표 성취와 관련한 외적 보상 분배를 어떻게 했을 때 플레이어에게 몰입의 경험을 높게 할 수 있도록 유도하는가에 대한 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the beneficiaries of the SMEs(Small and Medium Enterprises) support project that has been handled online on the 'BizOK System', which is the integrated support system for SMEs in Incheon, by comparing before and after receiving support. Various performance indicators can be used, but this study used the rate of increase in sales, exports and employed manpower collected by the 'BizOK System'. Moreover, to analyze the trend of business performance by corporate feature, this study grouped the businesses into 7 categories including sales, business history, number of employees and capital. The results of this study are expected to be used in drawing implications for business support policies by utilizing them as basic data for enhancing efficiency of the support project and establishing corporate policies.

Service quality has been a point of discussion from the decades as it is important for customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention. Various models have been proposed to measure the quality in the service sector. Models are modified in accordance with context and geography to assess the quality of service better. This study aims to investigate the impact of the modified e-SERVQUAL model on the customer perception about the existing relation and potential scope of doing business with a bank which in-turn will decide the performance of the bank. Statistical data was analyzed through various tests like reliability analysis, correlation and regression analysis using SPSS 25.0. The primary data of e-SQ and performance was gathered from 721 internet banking users using 32 item questionnaire, representing 72% response rates, of four selected Islamic banks of Malaysia. E-SERQUAL was modified by adding Shariah Compliance information about banks and products for Islamic banking customers. The finding specified that efficient & reliable services, fulfillment, security/trust, and Shariah compliance information have a significant association with the performance of Islamic banks. The research is original and its implications will be helpful for Islamic banks across the world to enhance the online experience of customers, which will help them to retain the customers in the rapid changing virtual environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze product innovation and process innovation as an indicator of innovation that affects the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Government policy as a moderator of the effect of innovation on performance. This research was conducted during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population in this study are SMEs that produce clothes and t-shirts in Indonesia. Data collection is done through questionnaires and direct interviews. Online questionnaires were given to the managers and business owners. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling based on certain conditions of the research object, and in this study 100 business units were selected. The result of loading factor correlation between indicator and latent construct is significant. Hypothesis which explored the linear relationship between the construct variables was tested. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was used. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive relationship between innovation and business performance, and government policies have an important role as a full moderator in this relationship. The study findings concluded that the government policies are an important instrument in supporting the development of SMEs by innovating product and process innovation.

Objectives: This study aimed to provide a comprehensive analysis of the relationship between the service quality of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI), along with the utilization of and customer satisfaction with its export supporting program, and the export performance of Korean pharmaceutical companies. Methods: An online and offline survey was conducted on Korean pharmaceutical companies that have used the export supporting program provided by KHIDI. Data on the service quality of KHIDI, utilization of and customer satisfaction with the export supporting program, and company export performance were collected via survey. Results: Results indicated that systemizing and reliability service factors of the export supporting program have a significant impact on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has a significant impact on utilization of the export supporting program. Furthermore, customer satisfaction and utilization of the program have a significant impact on company expectations regarding future export performance. Conclusions: As a result, service quality, utilization, and customer satisfaction were found to affect Korean pharmaceutical company's expectations regarding their future export performance. The results of this study can significantly impact the development of export supporting programs.
