본 연구는 온라인 디지털자료 납본 및 이용에 관한 법률(안) 및 도서관법 일부개정법률(안)이 국회에 발의되어 있는 상황에서 국가의 디지털 문화 자산인 온라인 디지털자료에 대한 보존과 접근을 지속적으로 보장하기 위하여 세계 주요국의 납본 관련 법률 및 지침을 참조하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본요소를 추출하고, 납본의 이해당사자인 저작권 소유.유관단체 및 관련 기업과 이용자의 의견 그리고 납본 관련전문가의 자문을 수렴하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본체계 및 이용에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 디지털자료의 망라적 수집과 보존 그리고 접근을 지속적으로 보장하기 위하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본에 대한 국내 외 법령 및 사례를 참고하고, 국내의 납본 이해 당사자인 저작권 소유 유관 단체 및 기업, 이용자, 그리고 납본 관련 전문가의 자문을 수렴하여 온라인 디지털자료의 납본 가이드라인을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 납본기관이 납본 받아야 할 범위를 규정한 납본 범위에서 납본 불이행 시 납본주체에 대한 제재까지 총 14개의 가이드라인을 제시하였다.

Due to the development of Internet and networking technologies, it is much more easier to get in touch with public service through the web services such as tax, travel information, getting a job, etc. In order to measure the quality of official government web sites, we are to test the difference between the web quality of the government sites and the offline feature of the same official service by means of customer perspectives. The resulting of this study show that the quality of official web site has been improved so far though such areas as privacy, security needed to be updated. Especially the web interface or contact point of the digital media should be reflected customer's need so that the online materials may be quickly updated according to the request of client's.

This study investigated learners' perceptions of using self-generated listening materials based on Text to Speech. After taking an online training session to learn how to make listening materials for extensive listening practice outside the classroom, the learners were engaged in practice with self-generated listening materials for 10 weeks in a self-directed way. The results show that a majority of the learners found the TTS-based listening materials helpful to reduce anxiety toward listening and enhance self-confidence and motivation, with a positive effect on improving their listening ability. The learners' general satisfaction can be attributed to some beneficial features of TTS-based listening material, including freedom to choose what they want to learn, convenient accessibility to the material, availability of various native speakers' voices, and novelty of digital tools. This suggests that TTS-based digital listening materials can be a useful educational tool to support learners' self-directed listening practice outside the classroom in EFL settings.

최근 인터넷의 사용이 일반화되면서 온라인상의 저작물을 무분별하게 다운받거나 재사용하는 사례가 증가하면서 온라인 저작물 침해에 대한 보호정책이 시급해졌다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 저작권 침해에 대한 보호책으로 강화되고 있는 법적규제 및 처벌과 저작물 침해에 대한 윤리의식 고취가 온라인 사용자의 행동과 의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증연구를 통해 분석한다. 본 논문의 목적은 온라인 침해에 대한 합리적인 해결책을 제시하고, 온라인 침해와 올바른 사용에 대한 도덕적, 윤리적인 학습과 제도의 중요성을 부각시키고자 한다. 이 연구의 결과는 처벌과 윤리의식 모두 사용자의 저작권 침해행위에 영향을 미치며, 특히 사용자의 윤리의식이 저작물 침해행위에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study is to design the web-based educational setting in industry to test the effectiveness of online teaching in Korea. Especially this study focuses on the impact of information technology on educational influence on employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) because these experimental settings are differed from universities or large firms often called Jaebaels. The findings of the study are summarized as education setting especially personalization content materials greatly influences on the speed and quality of employees' learning. Also the positive attitudes of employees toward the learning environment correlate to the effectiveness of online learning in SME.

With the development of digital dentistry, various intra-oral scanners which acquire intraoral image without conventional impression taking and stone pouring steps have been introduced. Fixed dental prostheses such as inlay, onlay, crown, and bridge fabricated by CAD/CAM technique combined with digital impressions is getting popular due to the recent rapid progress of digital impression taking system. In comparison with traditional prosthetic procedure, the advantages of intraoral image acquiring and CAD/CAM technique are as follows; the omission of conventional impression materials, reduced workflow step, and increased efficiency by online communication with clinic and laboratory. This review article covers some opinions about the suitable scanning procedures for the various prosthodontic treatments and the utilization of digital intraoral scanner and CAD/CAM system.

디지털 전환이라는 시대적 배경에 힘입어 마르셀 프루스트의 탄생 150주년을 맞는 2021년과 서거 100주년을 맞는 2022년에는 프루스트에 대한 다양한 디지털인문학적 연구가 진행되었다. 니콜라 라고노는 문학 웹사이트 '프루스트노믹스'를 운영하여 프루스트와 관련한 온/오프라인의 담론들을 아카이빙하여 분석하고, 『프루스트그래프』를 통해서 프루스트와 관련된 이야기와 『잃어버린 시간을 찾아서』를 둘러싼 다양한 자료들을 수치화하여 효과적으로 시각화하였다. 2021년에 프루스트의 삶과 작품에 관한 다양한 자료를 온라인으로 서비스하는 버팔로 프루스트 프로젝트Buffalo Proust project 2021가 진행되었다. 일리노이 대학의 콜브는 그르노블 대학의 프랑수아즈 르리쉬와 함께 프루스트의 서신을 디지털화하여 온라인으로 서비스하는 작업인 Corr-Proust사업을 진행하였다. 국내의 프루스트에 대한 디지털인문학적 연구는 부재한 상황이라서 지난 60년간 출판된 학술논문의 어휘를 분석하여 2000년 전후 주제면이나 양적인 면에서 많은 발전이 있었음을 어휘빈도와 워드클라우드를 통해 시각화해보았다.

In the vibrant environment, documentation and managing systems are maintained autonomously through education foundations, book materials and libraries at the same time as information are not voluntarily accessible in a centralized location. At the moment Libraries are providing online resources and services for education activities. Moreover, libraries are applying outlets of social media such as Facebook as well as Instagrams to preview their services and procedures. Librarians with the assistance of promising tools and technology like analytics software are capable to accumulate more online information, analyse them for incorporating worth to their services. Thus Libraries can employ big data to construct enhanced decisions concerning collection developments, updating public spaces and tracking the purpose of library book materials. Big data is being produced due to library digitations and this has forced restrictions to academicians, researchers and policy creator's efforts in enhancing the quality and effectiveness. Accordingly, helping the library clients with research articles and book materials that are in line with the users interest is a big challenge and dispute based on Taibah university in Saudi Arabia. The issues of this domain brings the numerous sources of data from various institutions and sources into single place in real time which can be time consuming. The most important aim is to reduce the time that lapses among the authentic book reading and searching the specific study material.

The Ewha Music Database (EMDB) is an online database comprised of primary source materials related to music education from East Asia during the modern era (1880 to 1945) when Korea, Japan, and China were geopolitically and culturally intertwined. We developed the incipit search in EMDB as an embedded tool. This is the first attempt in Korea to implement a unique search function of musical data using alphabets of musical notes. Unlike in traditional search system that uses general literature information search conditions, such as author, title, publisher, year, number of pages, etc., it offers a new way of searching a musical piece/work and sheet music. This study confirms that digital information technology is an important methodology for research of music culture as a field of humanities.
