Analysis of carrying capacity and site suitability by the systematic application of environmental information an provide a basis for implementing environmentally sensitive and sustainable resource development policies. Based on the availability of public services and environmental and site-specific constraints, a Rural Residential Density Matrix was applied in Santa Cruz County, California, USA to assess the development potential of rural land parcels since 1980. In one case, the Matrix was applied to calculate the allowable development density on a site in Lompico planned for use as a Buddhist retreat center. These calculations revealed higher environmental sensitivity and lower carrying capacity than projected in the proposed plan. Under the constraints of the county's minimum acreage policies and insufficient developable land, the developer cancelled the proposed plan. This example suggests that application of the Matrix at the concept development stage would increase the effectiveness of the prior environmental review and environmental impact assessment (EIA) system in Korea.

As untact travel has become a new trend in leisure culture due to the spread of COVID-19, car camping market is rapidly increasing. The sales of car camping-related goods increased by up to 600 percent, and the sales of SUV in Korea also increased by about four times. Despite the growth of the car camping market, there is a lack of research on the actual condition of the car camping market or research on the user's perspective. Therefore, in this study, a survey of actual camping users was conducted to derive factors that they consider important in camping, and through this, a car camping map was produced. As a result, two types of maps were produced: a map about the car camping site and convenience facilities closest to the car camping site in Gangwon-do, and a hash tag themed map based on keywords for each car camping site. We gathered data on portal sites and social media to obtain information related to camping sites and proceeded with analysis using text mining. In addition, we extracted keywords using network analysis techniques and selected key themes that represent them. This allows the user to choose a car camping site by selecting keywords that suit their taste. We hope that this research will help car camping researchers as a prior study and provide a foundation for leading a clean camping culture through clean camping campaign. Also, we hope that car camping users will be able to do quality trip.

The leading foreign arbitration agencies have established a representative office in China since 2015 to improve their arbitration agencies' problem being neglected by foreign parties. The Chinese government has enacted a system in which mediation services can be provided in China. The Chinese government seems to expect that if foreign arbitration agencies enter China and compete with Chinese arbitration agencies, Chinese arbitration agencies will also have an opportunity to develop through competition. In addition, it seems to reflect the expectation of Chinese parties that rather than using a foreign arbitration agency under foreign countries as the arbitration site to settle disputes, it would be more advantageous to arbitrate in China as the arbitration site with a foreign arbitration agency. The Chinese government has adopted a strategy to gradually open China's commercial arbitration service market to foreign arbitration agencies. Regarding the scope of arbitration services, China opened an arbitration service market limited to non-profit activities and foreign arbitration agencies in 2015 and then opened it to commercial activities in 2019. Also, the provision of arbitration services by foreign arbitration agencies is limited to foreign-invested companies registered in the Shanghai Pilot Trade Zone and parties in China, which are the counterparties of disputes between them. It will take a little more time to see how much the Chinese government will expand the number of parties that can use foreign arbitration agencies in the future.

This paper proposes a novel Web Services enhancement method, which enhances XML based e-commerce and Web Services securely and efficiently. Recently, the ratio of XML Denial of Services (XDOS) is increased significantly However, XML data is visible only at the target application site or the application layer. Thus, an efficient and secure mechanism handling XML data on the network layer to provide fast performance on the server and protect XDOS at network level is strongly required basic component. This paper presents many issues and gives useful results from the various experiments to support an implemented XAN platform.

As social network services has become one of the most successful web-based business, recommendation in social network sites that assist people to choose various products and services is also widely adopted. Collaborative Filtering is one of the most widely adopted recommendation approaches, but recommendation technique that use explicit or implicit social network information from social networks has become proposed in recent research works. In this paper, we reviewed and compared research works about recommendation using social network analysis and collaborative filtering in social network sites. As the results of the analysis, we suggested the trends and implications for future research of recommendation in SNSs. It is expected that graph-based analysis on the semantic social network and systematic comparative analysis on the performances of social filtering and collaborative filtering are required.

It has been a well known fact that the Internet as a information media has became a obvious ISDN(Integrated Services Digital Networks) through ultra speed information networks. Internet has mads a great change in educational fields. The educational systems are being changed into a learner central figure from the professor central one and cyber universities regardless of space and distance have appeared though the Internet. Accordingly in this paper, we present the web site of UC(Ulsan College) applied to WIDS(Web Identity Development System) to supply the enhancement of information services and the interface design of user's convenience in rapid changing educational environment. We suggest the more enhanced methodology of web site development in cyber space through the case of UC web site development.

Today, many services are supported on the web sites. Analysis of usage patterns of web site visitors is very important to optimize the use and efficiency of the web sites. In this study, analysis of usage patterns and comparative analysis of user groups were conducted by analyzing web access log provided by BPI Challenge 2016. This data provides access logs to the web site in the IT system of a Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV). The customer information, and the click data describing the customers' behavior when using the agency's web site. In this study, we use process mining techniques to analyze the usage patterns of customers and the characteristics of customer groups, and ultimately improve the service quality of customers using web services.

Mobile IP protocol introduced in RFC3344 provides a node of the mobility service through IP tunneling mechanism in the IP networks. In this paper, we describe a method to provide a mobility service for VPN(Virtual Private Network) nodes on the MPLS(Multiprotocol Label Switching) network. The MPLS VPN considered here is based on "BGP/MPLS VPNs" presented in RFC2547. PE(Provider′s Edge) routers, which are able to provide VPN services on the MPLS network, are associated with mobility agents to support Mobile IP This proposed mechanism applies when a VPN node moves to other site of the same VPN, or when it moves to other site of a different VPN, or to the ordinary Internet site. We implemented this mechanism in PE routers and analyzed the performance of the MPLS VPN with mobility support on the testbed.

The purpose of this study is to understand a architectural characteristics of local church in Virginia, U. S. This study focuses on not only analyzing the worship and service program inherent in the site planning of local church but also introducing worship service space and chancel elements of it in the village of garden area. We surveyed five protestant churches where are located in suburban and rural area outside of Midlothian city in the early August, 2010. I surveyed church building site and worship service space of churches focused on platform design, interviewed the historical background and program of churches with ministers, and corrected annual calender and newsletter. The results of this study are as follows. First, the characteristics of site plan have a comfortable parking lots and site of churchyard(cemetery) with playground that can take an activities out of chapel. The axis of church building follows to front street. Second, worship services keep two types of traditional and comtemporary worship in order to consider of both adult and youth members. The worship hall has a balance of bilateral symmetry. Third, the form of platform is built that is able to perform a music drama and movement of sermon without only one church, GraceLand Church that church building has over fifty years, and they stick to simple traditional type of Chancel that is established by pulpit, table(altar), baptistery(only baptist church), music instruments, and so on.

For web application vulnerability diagnosis, from the development stage to the operation stage, it is possible to stably operate the web only when there is a policy that is commonly applied to each task through diagnosis of vulnerabilities, removal of vulnerabilities, and rapid recovery from web page damage. KISA presents 28 evaluation items for technical vulnerability analysis of major information and communication infrastructure. In this paper, we diagnose the vulnerabilities in the automobile goods shopping mall website and suggest security measures according to the vulnerabilities. As a result of diagnosing 28 items, major vulnerabilities were found in three items: cross-site scripting, cross-site request tampering, and insufficient session expiration. Cookie values were exposed on the bulletin board, and personal information was exposed in the parameter values related to passwords when personal information was edited. Also, since the session end time is not set, it was confirmed that session reuse is always possible. By suggesting security measures according to these vulnerabilities, the discovered security threats were eliminated, and it was possible to prevent breaches in web applications and secure the stability of web services.
