  • The rapid growth of information industry fields has been changing according to the times due to the transformation of an industrial structure and a new paradigm. The majority of contents which are handled off-line are somehow aimed to be on-line, and many companies pursue to maintain research and investment according to the changes that are mentioned above. In this study, the DM service system which was controlled off-line demonstrates to make handling data easier and more effective using an on-line system which can be more advantageous than an off-line one.

  • A new subway, line 9 linking Western and Eastern Seoul began its services for citizens between Gimpo airport and Gangnam area within 30 minutes by express transit service. Seoul Metro Line 9 Corporation plans to operate both local transit service which will stop at every station, and express transit service that will stop at several key stations including junctions. The passengers on line 9 will be able to transfer to lines 2, 3, 5, 8, Bundang and Incheon International Airport. The Line 9 is expected to disperse the demand for line 2, having the most number of subway users, and will provide passengers with less crowded travel. The new line will also help residents in southern Seoul outskirts and Gyeonggi provincial cities including Bundang vicinity, and Gangdong area commuters get better access to Gimpo and incheon Airports. The Corporation expects to transfer 560,000 passengers daily by the subway line 9. Seoul Development Institute conducted network reshuffle study for Seoul Metro system to sort out congestion problem due to its irrational line alignments and inconvenient transfer. Among several candidate plans of network reshuffling, the direct connection of line 9 with line 5 was chosen as a pilot study. The study found that direct connection of the 2 lines is essential for enhancing transit utility and reducing automobile commuters.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze expenditure on children's private, after-school education, perceptional need for private education, and budget planning pattern for the expenditure of education applying survey data, and to investigate current situation to Identify solving planning for digital age. taking on-line educational service system and internet financial planning for children's educational expenditure into account. Under the purposes, this study especially focused on the condition of on-line educational service system and the merits as well as problems of the system, the need for household financial planning for children's education, and the condition or nature of internet financial planning system, in terms of providing market information and of suggesting policy implications.

  • In this thesis, the interactive multimedia contents service system is proposed. The interactive multimedia contents service system which added the on-line merit on the off-line merit of CD-ROM title can transfer messages among users and update contents immediately. The Interactive multimedia contents service system which Integrated the CD-ROM title and Internet sonics is possible to use in on-line / off-line. The proposed system more improved the fault of CD-ROM title in the conventional main media, the search environment by using mutual correlation of the utilization and method of the Internet CD-ROM title.

The Effect of Hospital Web Service Quality on Initial Trust and Off-line Visit Intention: Focusing on Medium and Small Size Hospital (웹서비스품질이 초기신뢰와 오프라인 방문의도에 미치는 영향: 중소병원을 중심으로)

  • Purpose: Present study was designed to examine the casual relationships among web service quality, customer satisfaction, initial trust and off-line visit intention in hospital website. Research object was limited to web service quality of general hospital. We applied path analysis model in order to test the hypotheses and research model. Methods: Survey tool, that is, Questionnaire had obtained validity through literature survey, exploratory survey and pretest and sample 320 was selected. For statistical treatment of pretest and main analysis, SPSS18.0 and AMOS18.0 were employed and Structural equation model was employed as analysis method. Results: Result of this study shows as follows. Factors of web service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction and initial trust, both of customer satisfaction and initial trust have an effect on off-line visit intention. Also customer satisfaction affects initial trust. Especially, customer satisfaction and initial trust were empirically confirmed as the important factors preceding off-line vis it intention. Conclusion: Therefore, present study shows that customer satisfaction and initial trust are important factors that medium and small size hospitals have to emphasize to raise performance. However, present study has some limitations to additionally research in the future.

  • A single line diagram is a graphic user interface to represent electrical connectivity between power equipments in distribution automation systems. This paper proposes a new single line auto-drawing technique based on the service oriented architecture. Web service, CIM(Common Information Model) and SVG(Scalable Vector Graphics) are adopted to implement SOA concept. A web service demo system was established which is configured with the service provider, consumer and broker to verify the feasibility of this study.

Experimental Study on Vibration Ride Comfort of a Railway train to increase the Service Speed (철도차량의 속도향상시 진동 승차감에 대한 실험적 연구)

  • To provide faster service and to relief the road traffic jam, the increase of service speed of conventional railway has been intensively considered. In this study, we measured and analyzed the vibration ride comfort of Saemaeul Train to evaluate the feasibility of 5km/h speed-up in curves and l0km/h speed-up on straight tracks. Four main lines, such as Honam, Kyungboo, ]anghang, Kyungjeon were chosen as representative lines for speed-up feasibility study. The increase of mean ride comfort index in case of speed-up is 0.5-2㏈. The mean ride comfort index of vertical direction in case of speed-up is 107 ∼110 ㏈ for Honam line, 104 ∼112 ㏈ for Kyungboo line, 108∼112 ㏈ for Janghang line and 105∼108 ㏈ for Kyungjeon line. Through this study, we found that the Saemaul Express has slight margin to increase the service speed from the view point of vibration ride comfort.

Utilization of Computer System for Outpatient's Dispensing Affairs in Hospital Pharmacy (병원약국의 외래조제업무에 대한 컴퓨터의 이용)

  • Hospital pharmacy services are divided into dispensing affairs for inpatients and outpatients, pharmaceutical service, stock control, intravenous admixture service, drug information service, pharmacokinetic consultation service, education and research work, etc. But among those affairs, dispensing affair for outpatient is perceived as the most important work in Korea, because it is linked directly with hospital service for patients. Therefore, total computer system for dispensing area was adopted from opening point of hospital in 1989 in Asan Medical Center. Utilization of computer system for outpatient dispensing area is as follows; 1) Order communication system of prescription by Total Hospital Information System, 2) Automatic print-out system of direction for use by sticker connected with on-line net work, 3) Use of automatic tablet counting and packaging machines connected with on-line net work. Those computer system resulted in curtailment of pharmacy manpower and shortening of waiting-time for outpatient.

  • In the past, customers utilize a secondhand book market as a major counter for their purchasing used books. With expansion of internet and IT devices, many customers would like to buy their used books in an on-line secondhand book store which has more price competitiveness and ease. Nowadays a new concept off-line secondhand book market which has the advantages of both on-line and off-line is a growing trend instead of existing secondhand book markets in the economic recession. In this study, we established customer service satisfaction for 'Aladin store', which is the advanced concept off-line secondhand book store, with the most typical service quality test technique SERVQUAL. First, we selected appropriate service quality factor for the advanced concept off-line secondhand book market such as Aladin store. After that, we analyzed which factors are influencing repurchase intentions, through customer survey. The conclusion provides the secondhand book store's service quality improvement and strategy toward customer satisfaction including the existing used book stores.

  • Software product line engineering is an approach to creating core assets by systematically exploits common that can be highly reusableand different characteristics in related system families that is domain. By adapting this approachin object and component paradigm, software productivity is extended. Recently, Software development paradigm is changed to service oriented paradigm which is using services that are core assets. Therefore, to develop service oriented software more flexible, systematic and to enhance business agility about business changes, we need adaptation of product line to creation of services that are core assets. In this paper, we propose an approach to create and specify domain service through combine of product line and service oriented paradigm. Domain service explicitly specifies commonality and variability by domain service common/optional property variability, operation type variability, message type variability. By using this approach, it can support efficient and flexible service oriented development by producing various services through customization of domain service for the purpose.
