공공임대주택의 유형에 따른 거주자 평가와 주거서비스 조사 (Resident Evaluation on Housing and Demand on Residential Service according to Type of Public Rental Housing)

  • There is a growing demand for public rental housing since housing price increased rapidly and socially vulnerable people need more stable housing. The purpose of this study is to investigate housing evaluation (satisfaction), moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident, and to suggest the development direction for comprehensive housing services including the community level. Data used for analysis in this study are from 2016 Seoul panel survey of public rental housing residents. A total of 3009 questionnaire from public rental households were collected in 2016 Seoul panel survey. In order to investigate housing requirements, we analyzed household characteristics, housing satisfaction, moving plans, welfare services, residential activities and community facilities, social environment. In this study, the difference of residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service according to the type of the public rental housing and the characteristics of the resident is analyzed to identify their housing demands. As a result, there were differences in residential satisfaction, moving plan, and residential service depending on type of public rental housing and characteristics of residents. Residents in public rental housing modified from the multi-family housing after purchase showed lower residential satisfaction, and higher intention for moving plan compared to residents living in other type of public rental housing. In the residential service, residents in permanent lease type have higher experience of housing service as well as demand on housing service. Especially single household, elderly household, female household, or household with handicapped person indicated higher demand for housing services.

  • 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스는 자율주행 버스와 실시간 수요대응형 버스의 단점을 상쇄시킨 미래교통수단이다. 하지만 버스 기능의 고도화로 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스 도입 시 영향에 관한 정량화된 연구는 활발하지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 강화학습 기반 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스를 미시적 교통 시뮬레이션에 적용하여 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스의 정량화된 효과평가를 실시하였다. 구체적으로 수요 변화에 따라 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스가 도로 네트워크에 끼치는 영향과 이용자 대기시간을 미시적 시뮬레이션 안에서 구현하였다. 시뮬레이션 대상지로는 한국교통대학교 인근을 선정하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 실시간 수요대응형 자율주행 버스는 기존 노선 고정형 버스 대비 이용자 대기시간과 평균제어지체는 감소하였고, 평균통행속도는 증가하였다. 본 연구를 통해 실시간 수요대응형 버스의 도입을 정량적으로 평가하는 것이 기대된다.

The Trend of Competitive Structure in Telecommunications Industry : The Case of Voice Fixed and Mobile Service

  • The remarkable growth of Korean telecommunication market has based on the introduction of competition as well as mobile technology like CDMA. It was well Down that such a conspicuous growth has been towed by mobile service rather than fixed telephone service. In telecommunications service the number of subscribers to mobile was over 40 millions in 2006 and also, while the traffic amount of fixed telephone has been more decreased, that of mobile, which already outnumbers the fixed, has been constantly increased and will be much more in future. It will accelerate the substitution of access and call demand of fixed service by mobile. This change of technology and demand does affect directly the market performance of telecommunications. And regulation has also an effect on market structure, which finally affects on market performance. In this paper we suppose the fixed and mobile telecommunications services are in a same industry. After reviewing the relations among the demand, cost, charge structure and revenue structure in the one fixed and mobile telecommunications market using the framework of an industrial structure analysis, we discuss the current issues of telecommunications regulation and implications for the future regulation.

국내 이동통신서비스의 주파수 대역별 전환수요 예측에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Forecasting Demand of Mobile Communication Services for each Frequency Band Using the Substitution of Next Generations)

  • In the mobile communication service market, this study represents an attempt to forecast the subscribers of the IMT-2000 service market using the questionnaire of experts which is the qualitative technique is used. In this study, by using the substitution model of next generations among products in order to analyze the IMT-2000 demand of service, a demand was predicted. And by estimating the market demand prospect in which it becomes the important factor of the IMT-2000 service diffusion according to each bandwidth frequency the politically necessary approaching direction about the frequency was presented. It will be able to become the important part to not only the business carrier but also the policy maker to examine a prospect toward the subscriber of the IMT-2000 service. As a result, the market demand was exposed to be most big when the SKT 800MHz, and the KTF 800(900)MHz were used as the additional frequency. And it was likely to reach to the IMT-2000 number of subscribers to about 35.750 thousand peoples in the future at 2015.

유무선망에서의 개인 주문형 음악서비스 시스템 구현 (Private Music on Demand Service in Wireless/Wired Networks)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 유무선 망에서 사용가능한 새로운 모바일 네트워크 서비스인 PMOD(Private Music on Demand) 서비스를 소개하고 이를 구현한 모바일 디제이(Mobile DJ) 시스템에 대해서 소개한다. 새로운 개념의 PMOD 서비스는 유무선으로 통합되는 통신환경에서 개인의 취향 및 기호에 따라서 음악 서비스를 정비하여 사용할 수 있도록 하는 서비스로써, 사용자가 원하는 환경에서 원하는 음악서비스를 받을 수 있도록 하는 개념을 바탕으로 한다. 더불어서 이를 지원하는 모바일 디제이는 음악서비스를 개인의 취향에 맞도록 변경하는 서비스를 제공하여 기존의 단순히 듣기만 하는 음악에서 한차원 달라진 음악서비스를 제공하게 될 것이다.

Construction of Customer Appeal Classification Model Based on Speech Recognition

  • Aiming at the problems of poor customer satisfaction and poor accuracy of customer classification, this paper proposes a customer classification model based on speech recognition. First, this paper analyzes the temporal data characteristics of customer demand data, identifies the influencing factors of customer demand behavior, and determines the process of feature extraction of customer voice signals. Then, the emotional association rules of customer demands are designed, and the classification model of customer demands is constructed through cluster analysis. Next, the Euclidean distance method is used to preprocess customer behavior data. The fuzzy clustering characteristics of customer demands are obtained by the fuzzy clustering method. Finally, on the basis of naive Bayesian algorithm, a customer demand classification model based on speech recognition is completed. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of the customer demand classification to more than 80%, and improves customer satisfaction to more than 90%. It solves the problems of poor customer satisfaction and low customer classification accuracy of the existing classification methods, which have practical application value.

부산지역 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 이용자 수요 분석 (An Analysis of the Users' Demands of Public Library Services in Busan)

  • 공공도서관의 서비스 전략은 사회 환경 변화에 대한 조망을 포함해서 실질적인 서비스 수요자인 이용자에 기반하여 수립될 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 부산지역 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 현재 제공되는 도서관 기능과 서비스에 대한 이용자들의 인식을 파악하고 앞으로의 서비스에 대한 수요를 조사·분석하였다. 데이터는 설문을 통해 수집되었고, 응답자는 부산지역의 공공도서관 이용자 733명이다. 주요한 결과는 첫째, 부산지역 이용자가 가장 중요하게 생각하는 공공도서관의 역할과 기능은 여전히 자료수집제공에 있었다. 둘째, 정보서비스 영역에서는 문화/평생학습 프로그램 서비스, 서비스 유형에서는 새로운 IT기술 체험·교육에 대한 수요가 가장 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 정보서비스 영역에 대한 ISA 분석결과에서는 자료수집제공 서비스와 정보활용교육 서비스는 계속 유지 관리해야 하고 독서 관련 서비스는 집중관리하여 확대할 필요가 있는 영역으로 나타났다. 넷째, 연령별 서비스 수요 분석에서는 41세 이상~50세 이하가 정보활용교육 서비스 영역을 제외하고 모든 영역에서 수요가 가장 높은 세대로 나타났고 정보활용교육에 대한 수요는 61세 이상의 고령층 세대에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 부산의 서부권 이용자 집단이 거의 모든 서비스 영역의 수요에서 다른 지역의 이용자 집단보다 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역사회 공공도서관 서비스를 이용자에게 최적화하기 위한 전략 수립시 기본 데이터로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Industry Activation Scheme through mVoIP Technology Trends and Market Analysis

  • The mVoIP service is the technology which focuses on the wireless data service as the IP network having the transmission rate of 100 Mbps classes on the high-speed middle of movement through the WiFi, WiBro and 3G mobile radio communication network, and etc. and is developed. Since 2010, the mVoIP (mobile VoIP) service shows the rapid growth due to 4G-LTE service seriously disclosed from July with the Smart phone and 2,011 it begins to be rapidly popularized. In this research, additionally the mVoIP service industry activation plan is presented with the trends of technology development including the chip-set/module/terminal, etc. based upon local and foreign market trend searchlight through the market demand analysis. The mVoIP service downloads App to the mobile apparatus and or can provide the service as the software through the WiFi network. Therefore, the change which is large in the products development aspect is to be have no. Expected to is being provided as the added service in the case of 4G-LTE as a matter of course, the service deployment where it is based on the market principle and demand needs is needed.

  • 수요분석은 모든 생산적 활동을 수립하기 위한 의사결정을 돕는데 대단히 중요한 역할을 한다. 발주자의 수요를 분석하기 위해서는 발주자가 왜 CM을 선택하게 되었는지 즉, CM 선호 동기 항목을 정형화하여야 하는데 실제로 세부항목을 정형화하여 설정하는 것은 어렵다. 본 연구의 목적은 CM 발주자의 수요분석을 위한 측정도구, 즉 설문항목을 개발하기 위하여 타 분야 등 구매의도 관련 다양한 문헌조사를 통해 CM 발주자의 CM 서비스 구매에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하고, 수요분석 항목을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 통해 CM 서비스 수요분석의 중요성을 높이고, CM 서비스 수요를 이해함으로서 CM 시장 성장의 중요한 토대가 될 것이다.

외식수요증대를 위한 주부의 시간배분행동과 회귀분석 (The Study On Housewives부 Allocation of Time and Analysis of Recurrence for the Increase in Demand for the Food Service Industry)

  • This study has been made on the basis of the theoretical model of Beeker's time allocation concerning housewives' advance into society-- a primary cause for enlargint the scope of our food service market and developing the food service industry as a whole. The primary purpose of this study is to clarify the close relationship between housewives' activities in the course of allocating their time and the demand for the food service through Beeker's theory of“Total income and Total price”, analyzing the information obtained through the questionaires sent to the housewives in metropolitan areas. The result of the questionaires shows that the demand of food service is closely related to women's market activities. Yet it has become clear that the demand for food service correlates with housewives' allocation of time in terms of sharing profits. As a result, it is true that the increase in housewives' income per hour has brought about the increase of the term of employment and the decrease in their cooking time, thus greatly increasing the opportunities to dine out. In order words, the increase of housewives' income and the decrease in their cooking time have come to make a great contribution to shortening the time needed to take care of family matters while increasing the demand for eating out, or food service. And it is also clear that the common practice to dine out is derived from the reduction in our domestic duties, indicating the choice of social division of labour, but is needs to be noted that the gradual increase in women's income is sure to have exerted a considerable influence on this practice of eating out.
