자율운항선박 도입에 따른 해기사 직능 변화와 인력양성에 관한연구 (A Study on the Changes in Functions of Ship Officer and Manpower Training by the Introduction of Maritime Autonomous Surface Ships)

  • 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 기술에 의해 선박의 자동화와 지능화가 진전되면서 자율운항선박이 도입되게 됨에 따라 해기사 인력수요축소와 직능 전환 등의 문제가 대두되는 상황에서 해기사의 직무변화와 이에 따른 요구 역량을 분석하고 이를 배양하기 위한 인력양성 방향을 제시하였다. 선행연구 검토와 전문가 집단의 브레인스토밍과 AHP 설문조사를 통해 자율운항선박의 해기사 직무와 역량 요인을 도출하고 그 중요도를 평가하였다. 해기사 승선 자율운항선박의 해기사 직무 중에서 안전 운항과 비상시 대응 그리고 화물의 안전운송 관련 직무요인이 중요한 것으로 나타났으며, 자율운항시스템의 제어 및 운용 역량의 중요성이 매우 높으며 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 육·해상 커뮤니케이션과 AI 및 Big Data 분석 역량이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 완전자율운항선박의 해기사 직무는 예상하지 못한 비상상황에 대비하여 선박을 안전하게 원격운항시키는 비상상황대처, 원격운항제어, 선박정비·관리 직무 순으로 중요도가 높으며, 해기사 역량에서는 자율운항시스템 제어와 운용 그리고 이를 수행하기 위한 Big Data 와 AI 활용 역량들의 중요도가 매우 높은 것으로 분석되었다, 이러한 요인들의 직무역량 함양을 위한 해기인력 양성 방향과 규모는 기술의 진보에 따라 크게 달라질 수 있는 점을 고려하여 자율운항선박 도입단계별로 필요한 해기사 교육 프로그램과 직무교육 내용 그리고 핵심역량 함양을 위한 교육인프라 구축 방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 자율운항선박의 해기사 직무 및 역량 요인을 실무적 관점에서 체계적으로 도출하였으며, 관련 전문가별 인식도를 분석함으로써 자율운항선박 도입에 대한 전문가 차원의 대응 방안을 진단하였다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

저온 및 고전류밀도 조건에서 전기도금된 구리 박막 간의 열-압착 직접 접합 (Thermal Compression of Copper-to-Copper Direct Bonding by Copper films Electrodeposited at Low Temperature and High Current Density)

  • Electronic industry had required the finer size and the higher performance of the device. Therefore, 3-D die stacking technology such as TSV (through silicon via) and micro-bump had been used. Moreover, by the development of the 3-D die stacking technology, 3-D structure such as chip to chip (c2c) and chip to wafer (c2w) had become practicable. These technologies led to the appearance of HBM (high bandwidth memory). HBM was type of the memory, which is composed of several stacked layers of the memory chips. Each memory chips were connected by TSV and micro-bump. Thus, HBM had lower RC delay and higher performance of data processing than the conventional memory. Moreover, due to the development of the IT industry such as, AI (artificial intelligence), IOT (internet of things), and VR (virtual reality), the lower pitch size and the higher density were required to micro-electronics. Particularly, to obtain the fine pitch, some of the method such as copper pillar, nickel diffusion barrier, and tin-silver or tin-silver-copper based bump had been utillized. TCB (thermal compression bonding) and reflow process (thermal aging) were conventional method to bond between tin-silver or tin-silver-copper caps in the temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees. However, because of tin overflow which caused by higher operating temperature than melting point of Tin ($232^{\circ}C$), there would be the danger of bump bridge failure in fine-pitch bonding. Furthermore, regulating the phase of IMC (intermetallic compound) which was located between nickel diffusion barrier and bump, had a lot of problems. For example, an excess of kirkendall void which provides site of brittle fracture occurs at IMC layer after reflow process. The essential solution to reduce the difficulty of bump bonding process is copper to copper direct bonding below $300^{\circ}C$. In this study, in order to improve the problem of bump bonding process, copper to copper direct bonding was performed below $300^{\circ}C$. The driving force of bonding was the self-annealing properties of electrodeposited Cu with high defect density. The self-annealing property originated in high defect density and non-equilibrium grain boundaries at the triple junction. The electrodeposited Cu at high current density and low bath temperature was fabricated by electroplating on copper deposited silicon wafer. The copper-copper bonding experiments was conducted using thermal pressing machine. The condition of investigation such as thermal parameter and pressure parameter were varied to acquire proper bonded specimens. The bonded interface was characterized by SEM (scanning electron microscope) and OM (optical microscope). The density of grain boundary and defects were examined by TEM (transmission electron microscopy).

제4차 산업시대의 개인정보 관리수준 진단지표체계 개선방안: 특정 IT기술연계 개인정보보호기준 적용을 중심으로 (The Improvement Plan for Indicator System of Personal Information Management Level Diagnosis in the Era of the 4th Industrial Revolution: Focusing on Application of Personal Information Protection Standards linked to specific IT technologies)

  • 개인정보보호위원회에서 공공기관을 대상으로 시행하고 있는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 지표체계는 「개인정보 보호법」의 법적 준수사항을 점검하지만, 새로운 IT기술의 도입에 따르는 개인정보보호사항을 기준으로 적용하는 데 한계가 있었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 제4차 산업혁명의 핵심기술인 빅데이터, 클라우드, 사물인터넷, 인공지능을 특정IT기술의 도입에 따라, 개인정보보호가 강화될 수 있도록 별도의 지표체계가 운영될 수 있도록 지표체계의 개선방안을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 선정한 특정IT기술의 개인정보보호사항에 관한 국내외 문헌조사를 통해 지표체계의 구성요소를 도출하고, 공공기관의 개인정보 보호담당자 대상으로 한 설문조사 및 개인정보보호 전문가대상으로 FGI/Delphi분석을 통해 진단지표로 선정하였다. 이렇게 선정한 지표체계는 먼저, 모든 특정IT기술의 기획 및 설계단계에서부터 개인정보보호원칙(PbD)과 가명정보처리 및 비식별 조치에 관한 기준의 적용여부를 점검하는 공통지표를 선정하였다. 이외에 빅데이터에 관한 2개 점검항목, 클라우드에 관한 개인정보 처리방침 게재 사항 등 5개 점검항목, 사물인터넷관련 원칙적용, 로그기록 관리 등 5개 점검항목, 인공지능에 관한 원칙 적용 등 4개 점검항목을 선정하였다. 이처럼 본 연구는 개인정보 관리수준 진단제도의 발전을 위해 새로운 IT기술변화에 대응할 수 있도록 개인정보보호의 신속한 대응을 유도하는 진단제도가 되도록 제언하고자 하였다.

감염가금 전처리 및 폐사가축 처리시스템 개발 (Development of a Pre-treating Equipment and the Carcass Disposal System for Infected Poultry)

  • 본 연구에서는 감염가금을 친환경적으로 신속히 처리하기 위하여 가금류를 안락사, 수거 등 전처리와 폐사축 살균처리 요인시험을 통해 구명된 결과를 토대로 전처리 및 폐사축 처리시스템을 설계 제작하여 성능시험을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 전처리 요인 구명을 위하여 안락사, 페사가축 수거시험 결과 안락사는 챔버 내에서 축종 및 분당 가스투입비율별로 시험결과 단시간 내에 처리가 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, 가금 사체수거는 트랙터 로더에 부착이용 할 수 있는 수거, 배출 일관형 수거장치가 1회에 닭 80수/회 까지 수거운반이 가능하였으나, 수거량 증대 및 작업시야 확보 등 개선이 요구되었다. 2. 저전염성 AI, ND를 공시하여 멸균조건구명 시험결과 살균온도 $120^{\circ}C$ 에서 10분 처리시 멸균되는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 증기살균 요인 구명을 위하여 파쇄, 교반과 동시에 살균이 가능한 간접가열방식 소형 폐사가축 살균시험장치 (살균조 용량 : 0.75 $m^3$)를 제작하여 시험한 결과 닭, 오리는 30분, 돼지는 60분 처리 시 살균이 가능하였으며, 중량도 12.4~34.4% 정도 감소되며 폐액도 발생되지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 소형 폐사축 살균장치를 이용하여 닭, 돼지 등 사육농가에서 발생하는 일반 폐사가축을 처리하여 퇴비 및 사료화에 이용가능 할 것으로 판단되었다. 4. 요인시험 결과를 토대로 감염가금 전처리 및 폐사가축 처리시스템을 설계제작 하였다. 전처리 및 폐사가축 처리 작업체계는 평사에 사육하는 육계의 경우 비닐텐트 내에 $CO_2$ 가스를 투입하여 안락사 시킨 후 트랙터용 수거, 배출 일관형 가금사체 수거장치를 이용 폐사축을 수거 운반하여 트럭 탑재형 이동식 폐사가축 처리시스템 (용량 : 6.3 $m^3$)에 투입하면 파쇄, 교반과 동시에 간접스팀 살균하여 배출할 수 있으며, 살균작업이 끝나면 고온고압의 세척장치가 부착되어 세척 소독할 수 있도록 전처리 및 폐사가축 처리시스템을 설계제작 하였다. 5. 닭 1천수를 공시하여 전처리 및 폐사축 살균처리 성능시험결과 안락사는 비닐텐트(10 $m^3$)를 설치하여 인력몰이 한 후 $CO_2$ 가스를 분당 300L 투입하여 안락사에 이르는데 9.7분 소요되었으며, 비닐텐트 설치와 인력몰이를 합하면 3인 작업에 총 30.2분 소요되는 것으로 나타났다. 가금사체 수거는 트랙터 부착형 가금사체 수거장치를 이용 1회 평균 142수 수거가 가능하며, 총 작업소요시간은 21.2분 소요되는 것으로 나타났다. 폐사가축을 파쇄 교반과 동시에 간접살균방식의 이동식 폐사축 처리장치의 살균처리성능은 60분으로 능률적이었으며, 살균 후 중량 21.1%, 부피 31.9%가 감소되고 폐액발생이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이동식 폐사가축 처리장치에는 고온고압 세척장치가 부착되어 있어 작업이 끝나면 기체를 세척소독 할 수 있어 친환경처리가 가능한 것으로 판단되었다.

Tokamak plasma disruption precursor onset time study based on semi-supervised anomaly detection

  • Plasma disruption in tokamak experiments is a challenging issue that causes damage to the device. Reliable prediction methods are needed, but the lack of full understanding of plasma disruption limits the effectiveness of physics-driven methods. Data-driven methods based on supervised learning are commonly used, and they rely on labelled training data. However, manual labelling of disruption precursors is a time-consuming and challenging task, as some precursors are difficult to accurately identify. The mainstream labelling methods assume that the precursor onset occurs at a fixed time before disruption, which leads to mislabeled samples and suboptimal prediction performance. In this paper, we present disruption prediction methods based on anomaly detection to address these issues, demonstrating good prediction performance on J-TEXT and EAST. By evaluating precursor onset times using different anomaly detection algorithms, it is found that labelling methods can be improved since the onset times of different shots are not necessarily the same. The study optimizes precursor labelling using the onset times inferred by the anomaly detection predictor and test the optimized labels on supervised learning disruption predictors. The results on J-TEXT and EAST show that the models trained on the optimized labels outperform those trained on fixed onset time labels.

국제항공(國際航空)테러리즘으로 인한 여객손해(旅客損害)에 대한 운송인(運送人)의 책임(責任) ("Liability of Air Carriers for Injuries Resulting from International Aviation Terrorism")

  • The Fundamental purpose of the Warsaw Convention was to establish uniform rules applicable to international air transportation. The emphasis on the benefits of uniformity was considered important in the beginning and continues to be important to the present. If the desire for uniformity is indeed the mortar which holds the Warsaw system together then it should be possible to agree on a worldwide liability limit. This liability limit would not be so unreasonable, that it would be impossible for nations to adhere to it. It would preclude any national supplemental compensation plan or Montreal Agreement type of requirement in any jurisdiction. The differentiation of liability limits by national requirement seems to be what is occurring. There is a plethora of mandated limits and Montreal Agreement type 'voluntary' limits. It is becoming difficult to find more than a few major States where an unmodified Warsaw Convention or Hague Protocol limitation is still in effect. If this is the real world in the 1980's, then let the treaty so reflect it. Upon reviewing the Warsaw Convention, its history and the several attempts to amend it, strengths become apparent. Hijackings of international flights have given rise to a number of lawsuits by passengers to recover damages for injuries suffered. This comment is concerned with the liability of an airline for injuries to its passengers resulting from aviation terrorism. In addition, analysis is focused on current airline security measures, particularly the pre-boarding screening system, and the duty of air carriers to prevent weapons from penetrating that system. An airline has a duty to exercise a high degree of care to protect its passengers from the threat of aviation terrorism. This duty would seemingly require the airline to exercise a high degree of care to prevent any passenger from smuggling a weapon or explosive device aboard its aircraft. In the case an unarmed hijacker who boards having no instrument in his possession with which to promote the hoax, a plaintiff-passenger would be hard-pressed to show that the airline was negligent in screening the hijacker prior to boarding. In light of the airline's duty to exercise a high degree of care to provide for the safety of all the passengers on board, an acquiescene to a hijacker's demands on the part of the air carrier could constitute a breach of duty only when it is clearly shown that the carrier's employees knew or plainly should have known that the hijacker was unarmed. A finding of willful misconduct on the part of an air carrier, which is a prerequisite to imposing unlimited liability, remains a question to be determined by a jury using the definition or standard of willful misconduct prevailing in the jurisdiction of the forum court. Through the willful misconduct provision of the Warsaw Convention, air carrier face the possibility of unlimited liability for failure to implement proper preventive precautions against terrorist. Courts, therefore, should broadly construe the willful misconduct provision of the Warsaw Convention in order to find unlimited liability for passenger injuries whenever air carrier security precautions are lacking. In this way, the courts can help ensure air carrier safety and prevention against terrorist attack. Air carriers, therefore, would have an incentive to increase, impose and maintain security precautions designed to thwart such potential terrorist attacks as in the case of Korean Air Lines Flight No.858 incident having a tremendous impact on the civil aviation community. The crash of a commercial airliner, with the attending tragic loss of life and massive destruction of property, always gives rise to shock and indignation. The general opinion is that the legal system could be sufficient, provided that the political will is there to use and apply it effectively. All agreed that the main responsibility for security has to be borne by the governments. I would like to remind all passengers that every discovery of the human spirit may be used for opposite ends; thus, aircraft can be used for air travel but also as targets of terrorism. A state that supports aviation terrorism is responsible for violation of International Aviation Law. Generally speaking, terrorism is a violation of international law. It violates the soverign rights of the states, and the human rights of the individuals. I think that aviation terrorism as becoming an ever more serious issue, has to be solved by internationally agreed and closely co-ordinated measures. We have to contribute more to the creation of a general consensus amongst all states about the need to combat the threat of aviation terrorism.

미용사의 직무만족도와 직업관 (Beauty Shop Workers' Views of Job)

  • This study was conducted to examine beauty shop workers' views of job. Data were collected from the workers in Seoul, Daegu, Pohang, Junjoo, and Kimhae from June 1, 2000 to August 31, 2000. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. According to general characteristics of the subjects, 28,7% of them was female; 94.2% 'specialized in hair'; 46.4% 'below twenty nine years old'; 47.1% 'married'; 59.7% 'highschool graduate'; 33.9% 'worked for below three years'; 28.5% 'monthly income of five hundred thousand to nine hundred ninety thousand won'; 62.3% 'working for above twelve hours a day' ; 41.0% 'above five workers' ; 40.6% 'working in city'. 2. 54.8% of the respondents thought that they were in good health. 76.3% of them smoked and 54.8% drank. 62.8% of them did not exercise and 78.7% was under stress. 61.5% responded that they chose the job because of its possibility of professional vocation. 91.0% of them obtained the beauty skill from beauty schools. 3. Among the factors which influenced job satisfaction, 'stable job and life security' was highest(43.9%), while 'interest in the job and amount of pay' was lowest(3.2%). 'Personal ability and use of originality' was 19.4% and 'harmonious relationship with fellow workers' was 18.1%. 'Job environment' was 7.1% and 'harmonious relationship with higher workers' was 4.5%. 4. The level workers' view of job was $113.8{\pm}17.3$ points on the basis of 150 points. On the basis of 75 points, each item showed it points in order of self-development($22.3{\pm}3.8$), service for customers($20.1{\pm}3.1$), vocational mission($15.6{\pm}3.1$), harmony with the others($18.9{\pm}3.5$), working environment($18.6{\pm}3.6$), and working condition($14.3{\pm}5.1$). 5. Among the reasons why they considered leaving the job, 24.0% of them considered it because they could not free time, while 15.4% considered it because undesirable living environment or long distance from home. 15.0% thought it because they could not receive proper treatment as much as they worked and 12.8% thought they overworked. 6. When they move into new working places, they consider such factors as good working environment(24.1%), good place to open their own beauty shops(16.7%), good beauty shop to learn beauty skill(15.6%), chance to have job training(9.5%), and close place from home(9.0%). 7. 40.6% of the respondents wanted to leave the job, while 32.3% of them did not want to leave the job. The intention of leaving the displayed significant difference in the variables of age, working period, monthly income, marital status, the number of workers, location of the shop, rank, and reason of selecting the job. 8. According to the results of a regression analysis of factors which influenced job satisfaction, it was affected significantly by intention of leaving job, the number of workers, health condition, level of stress, and monthly income. The beauty shop workers showed low satisfaction level with working environment, working condition, and working mission, They considered leaving the job because of lack of free time, overwork, poor working environment, improper treatment, etc. Therefore, related professionals and organizations must device adequate measures in order to make them work with pride as creators of beauty.

이물 객체 탐지 성능 개선을 위한 딥러닝 네트워크 기반 저품질 영상 개선 기법 개발 (Development of deep learning network based low-quality image enhancement techniques for improving foreign object detection performance)

  • 경제성장과 산업 발전에 따라 반도체 제품부터 SMT 제품, 전기 배터리 제품에 이르기 까지 많은 전자통신 부품들의 제조과정에서 발생하는 철, 알루미늄, 플라스틱 등의 이물질로 인해 제품이 제대로 동작하지 않거나, 전기 배터리의 경우 화재를 발생하는 문제까지 심각한 문제로 이어질 가능성이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 초음파나 X-ray를 이용한 비파괴 방법으로 제품 내부에 이물질이 있는지 판단하여 문제의 발생을 차단하고 있으나, X-ray 영상을 취득하여 이물질이 있는지 판정하는 데에도 여러 한계점이 존재한다. 특히. 크기가 작거나 밀도가 낮은 이물질들은 X-Ray장비로 촬영을 하여도 보이지 않는 문제점이 있고, 잡음 등으로 인해 이물들이 잘 안 보이는 경우가 있으며, 특히 높은 생산성을 가지기 위해서는 빠른 검사속도가 필요한데, 이 경우 X-ray 촬영시간이 짧아지게 되면 신호 대비 잡음비율(SNR)이 낮아지면서 이물 탐지 성능이 크게 저하되는 문제를 가진다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 저화질로 인해 이물질을 탐지하기 어려운 한계를 극복하기 위한 5단계 방안을 제안한다. 첫번째로, Global 히스토그램 최적화를 통해 X-Ray영상의 대비를 향상시키고, 두 번째로 고주파 영역 신호의 구분력을 강화하기 위하여 Local contrast기법을 적용하며, 세 번째로 Edge 선명도 향상을 위해 Unsharp masking을 통해 경계선을 강화하여 객체가 잘 구분되도록 한다, 네 번째로, 잡음 제거 및 영상향상을 위해 Resdual Dense Block(RDB)의 초고해상화 방법을 제안하며, 마지막으로 Yolov5 알고리즘을 이용하여 이물질을 학습한 후 탐지한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 방식을 이용하여 실험한 결과, 저밀도 영상 대비 정밀도 등의 평가기준에서 10%이상의 성능이 향상된다.
