The purpose of this research was to find out the housing history of Sakhalin returnees since leaving hometown under the Japanese ruling period. Face to face interview had been done with 20 returnees in the community center during October to December, 2008. Personal life as well as housing histories were differed by the reason to move into Sakhalin, which still influenced the returnee' life in Ansan. The housing they had lived changed from barracks like a training camp, to Japanese small wooden cottage/row house, and then Russian brick house/apartment. Housing alteration and addition were common to renew the old house. The boundary of residing area was mostly limited to the first residing location throughout one's life without a long distance move. Housing satisfaction was very high in Gohyangmaeul because of the improvement of housing facilities and residence itself as well as convenience of housing management compared to the residence in Sakhalin. Economic and emotional aspect of life satisfaction were also high through about 8 years of living in. Forced movers still require the compensation on hand no matter the amount.

EMU, Electrical Multiple Unit, stores various information in the computer system installed on the vehicle when train is running. The stored information has to be moved into a computer installed on the ground. The information is used to all kinds of planning concerned EMU, and taken advantage of maintenance with information importantly. IC memory card is used to move the information from vehicle to the ground at present. But this method has many weaknesses from hours and manpower aspect because it spends much time shifting data. So this paper proposes a method to move data as quickly and correctly as possible. We propose the method to collect the information using wireless LAN automatically in this paper. And we carried out data-transfer-test on the real field using wireless LAN to confirm possibility of this method. This paper shows the result of the data-transfer-test.

Purpose: This study aimed to systematically develop an obesity prevention program for adolescents to promote healthy eating and physical activity in schools. Methods: The development of the Let's Eat Healthy and Move at School program for adolescents followed the six steps of intervention mapping (IM). IM is a widely used protocol for developing systematic and effective interventions based on theories and evidence. Results: To better understand the problem and identify the needs of adolescents, interviews were conducted with teachers, school nurses, and students (step 1). In step 2, the desired behaviors and their determinants were established and combined into a matrix comprising 16 change objectives. In step 3, theoretical methods such as persuasive communication and consciousness-raising were chosen. The program was segmented into three educational activity sessions in step 4. In step 5, an implementation manual was developed for program instructors to ensure effective and accurate implementation. Finally, practices for evaluating the program's effectiveness and procedures were designed in step 6. Conclusion: The Let's Eat Healthy and Move at School program will provide adolescents with guidelines to promote healthy living and prevent obesity in everyday life using strategies for sustainable adolescent obesity prevention and management.

비디오 감시 시스템에서 물체의 추적은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 외부 환경에서 움직이는 물체를 추적하는 방법을 제안한다. 움직이는 물체를 추적하기 위하여 먼저 가중치 차 영상을 구하여 움직이는 물체를 추출한 후 다시 닫힘 연산을 사용하여 잡음을 제거한다. 그리고 추출된 다양한 특징 정보로 매칭하여 움직이는 물체를 추적한다. 제안된 추적 방법은 가중치 차 영상을 사용하여 움직이는 물체를 추적하기에 정지된 물체가 갑자기 움직이거나 갑자기 멈출 때도 정확히 추적할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안한 추적 시스템은 공간위치, 형상과 명암도 특징을 종합하기에 움직이는 물체를 보다 더 효과적으로 추적할 수 있다.

파랑과 흐름이 공존하는 해안에서의 비점착성 퇴적물이동에 대하여 육지-외해방향 총 퇴적물 이동률을 산정할 수 있는 경험식을 제안한다. 본 경험식은 파랑만 존재하는 경우와 흐름만 존재하는 경우에도 범용적으로 사용할 수 있다. 해수면 기준 비대칭인 파랑을 이용하여 퇴적물의 부상률과 이동거리의 곱으로 단위면적당 총 퇴적물 이동률을 계산할 수 있다. 대체로 파고가 큰 파랑이 입사하는 경우 퇴적물은 외해방향으로 이동하는 반면 파고가 작은 파랑의 경우 육지방향으로 퇴적물을 이동시키는 경향을 본 예측식이 잘 재현하고 있다. 또한 장주기 파랑의 경우 퇴적물을 육지방향으로 이동시키려는 경향을 본 예측식이 잘 보여준다.

"Purpose of this study was to investigate influence on preference of cohousing (eg. intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing) according to sense of community by married people residing in Seoul and its outskirts. Research method used for this study was a social survey. Respondents were 214 people by accidential sampling. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program using frequency, mean, average, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Multiple Regression. Findings of this study were as follows. 1) Though respondents took part in interaction meetings rarely, they took part more often in meetings for health issue, leisure and hobby. Members of meetings were mostly job colleagues. 2) The respondents were interested in meetings for exchange of used stuffs, and children and the youth program most. It was revealed that the group taking part in meetings more often have higher sense of community than others. 3) Respondents who were older, who have been living longer in the same town had higher sense of community as well as closer interaction with neighbors than others. 4) As respondents showed positive response about preference of cohousing, there was a difference between intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing. While women, more educated, less income, and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to spread cohousing, home owner and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to move in cohousing.

최근 IoT 및 딥러닝 관련 기술요소들이 영상보안감시시스템에서도 다양하게 응용되고 있다. 그 중 CCTV를 통해 촬영된 동영상에서 자동으로 특정 객체를 검출, 추적, 분류 하는 감시 기능이 점점 지능화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보급형 CPU만 사용하는 PC 환경에서도 실시간 처리가 가능한 알고리즘을 목표로 하였다. GMM(Gaussian Mixture Model)을 이용한 배경 모델링과 헝가리안 알고리즘, 그리고 칼만 필터를 조합한 추적 알고리즘은 전통적이며 복잡도가 비교적 적지만 검출 오류가 높다. 이를 보강하기 위해 대용량 데이터 학습에 적합한 딥러닝을 기술을 적용하였다. 특히 움직임이 있는 사람의 특징을 강조하기 위해 추적된 객체에 대해 SRGB-3 Layer CNN을 사용하였다. 성능 평가를 위해 기존의 HOG와 SVM을 이용한 시스템과 비교했을 때 Move-in은 7.6%, Move-out은 9.0%의 오류율 감소가 있었다.

This study shows that frequency of tropical cyclone (TC) around Korea in summer (June-September) has positive relation with Arctic Oscillation (AO) in the preceding April. In a positive AO phase, each of anomalous cyclone and anomalous anticyclone is developed in low latitude and middle latitude regions of East Asia from the preceding April to summer. As a result, while anomalous southeasterly around Korea serves as a steering flow that TCs move toward this area is strengthened, northwesterly that reinforced in southeastern area of East Asia plays a role in preventing TCs from moving toward this area. In addition, due to this distribution of pressure systems developed in this AO phase, TCs tend to occur, move and recurve in further northeastern region in the western North Pacific than TCs in a negative AO phase. On the contrary, TCs in a negative AO phase mainly move westward toward southern China or Indochina Peninsula from Philippines. Eventually, intensity of TCs is weaker than those in a positive AO phase due to the terrain effect caused by high passage frequency of TCs in mainland China.

The railroad station building is a public facility that many people use. The disabled persons cannot move as freely as the ordinary persons do, so the facility shall be considered on this matter. We reviewed on the features of the retarded, visually handicapped and mentally retarded persons upon moving, and calculated the minimum space required in their move, access and use of the reachable space, and we also analyzed the design factors so that the prior guidance can be considered for the visually handicapped such as installation of guidance facility, change of finishing material and Braille points block handrail to avoid obstacles for the use of senses of touch, hearing and remained eyesight of the visually handicapped. In addition, we also analyzed the requests of general design totally to analyze and arrange the design factors with the thought that the facility for the handicapped shall be useful for the ordinary people as well as the handicapped.
