광중합형 및 자가중합형 교정용 전색제의 치아우식예방 및 진행억제효과에 관한 실험적 연구 (The effects of fluoride releasing orthodontic sealants on the prevention and the progressive inhibition of enamel demiheralization in vitro)

  • 고정성 교정장치 주변에 발생되는 백색반점은 임상적으로 쉽게 눈에 띄는 문제점을 가지고 있으므로 잔치제거 후 심니적으로 만족스럽지 못한 결과를 야기하는데, 이는 곧 교정치료의 실패를 의미한다. 이미 많은 연구를 통해 고정성 교정장치가 구강내 세균환경을 변화시켜 세균집단의 증식을 용이하게 함으로써 고정성 장치 부착 후, 법랑질 탈회의 발생빈도가 증가된다는 사실이 보고 되어 왔으며 장기간이 소요되는 교정치료의 특성으로 인해 발생되는 브라켓 또는 교정용 밴드 주변의 법랑질 탈회나 치아우식증을 예방 또는 억제시키기 위한 연구가 함께 진행되어 왔다. 이는 환자에 대한 구강위생 교육이나 치아관리 노력에도 불구하고 발생될 수 있는데 이를 예방하기 위한 방법의 하나로 불소가 유리되는 교정용 전색제를 사용할 수 있다. 본 연구는 불소가 유리되는 광중합형 및 자가중합형 교정용 전색제의 치아우식 예방 및 진행억제효과를 규명하기 위해 다음과 같이 각각 7개의 편광현미경군(A군-G군)과 주사전자현미경군(A'군-G'군)으로 분류하였고 [1. A & A'군 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그지 않은 정상치아군, 2. B & B'군 : STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기 에 72시간 보관한 비처치군,3. C & C'군 : STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$ 의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 자가중합형 교정용 전색제군, 4. D &D'군 : STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 광중합형 교정용 전색제군, 5. E & E'군 표면에 아무처리 없이 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 후, 이를 다시 아무런 처치없이 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 비처치군, 6. F & F'군 : 표면에 아무런 처치없이 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 후, 자가중합형 교정용 전색제를 도포하고 이를 다시 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 자가중합형 교정용 전색제, 7. G & G'군 :표면에 아무런 처치없이 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$ 의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 후, 광중합형 교정용 전색제를 도포하고 이를 다시 STPP 인공우식용액에 담그고 $37^{\circ}C$ 의 항온용기에 72시간 보관한 광중합형 교정용 전색제군], 이들을 편광현미경과 주사전자현미경을 이용해 조직의 변성 여부를 검색하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 편광현미경적 연구에서 인공우식병 소의 깊이는 $A군(5.08{\mu}m),\;B군(47.82{\mu}m,\;C군(8.42{\mu}m),\;D군(7.20{\mu}m),\;E군(85.41{\mu}m),\;F군(60.38{\mu}m),\;G군(60.13{\mu}m)$,이었다. 2. 인공우식 병소의 깊이에 있어서, B군은 A군,C군,D군과 비교하여 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이를 보였고(p<0.05), E군은 F군,G군과 비교하여 통계학적으로 유의성 있는 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 3. 광중합형 및 자가중합형 교정용 전색제는 법랑질탈회 예방효과가 있었다. 4. 광중합형 및 자가중합형 교정용 전색제는 법랑질탈회 진행억제효과가 있었다. 5. 광중합형 및 자가중합형 교정용 전색제 표본에 대한 주사전자현미경적 연구에서 인공우식용액의 시간 경과에 따른 영향은 없었다. 6. 광중합형 교정용 전색제 표본과 자가중합형 교정용 전색제 표본 사이의 차이는 편광현미경과 주사전자현미경으로 구별할 수 없었다.

비대칭적 전이효과와 SVM을 이용한 변동성 매도전략의 수익성 개선 (Performance Improvement on Short Volatility Strategy with Asymmetric Spillover Effect and SVM)

  • Fama에 의하면 효율적 시장에서는 일시적으로 높은 수익을 얻을 수는 있지만 꾸준히 시장의 평균적인 수익을 초과하는 투자전략을 만드는 것은 불가능하다. 본 연구의 목적은 변동성의 장중 비대칭적 전이효과를 이용하는 변동성 매도전략을 기준으로 투자 성과를 추가적으로 개선하기 위하여 SVM을 활용하는 투자 전략을 제안하고 그 투자성과를 분석하고자 한다. 한국 시장에서 변동성의 비대칭적 전이효과는 미국 시장의 변동성이 상승한 날은 한국 시장의 아침 동시호가에 변동성 상승이 모두 반영되지만, 미국 시장의 변동성이 하락한 날은 한국 시장의 변동성이 아침 동시호가에서 뿐만 아니라 장 마감까지 계속해서 하락하는 이상현상을 말한다. 분석 자료는 2008년부터 2018년까지의 S&P 500, VIX, KOSPI 200, V-KOSPI 200 등의 일별 시가지수와 종가지수이다. 11년 동안의 분석 결과, 미국 시장의 변동성이 상승으로 마감한 날은 그 영향력이 한국 시장의 아침 동시호가 변동성에 모두 반영되지만, 미국 시장의 변동성이 하락으로 마감한 날은 그 영향력이 한국 시장의 아침 동시호가뿐만 아니라 오후 장 마감까지도 계속해서 유의적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. 시장이 효율적이라면 미국 시장의 전일 변동성 변화는 한국 시장의 아침 동시호가에 모두 반영되고 동시호가 이후에는 추가적인 영향력이 없어야 한다. 이러한 변동성의 장중 비정상적 전이 패턴을 이용하는 변동성 매도전략을 제안하였다. 미국 시장의 전날 변동성이 하락한 경우 한국 시장에서 아침 동시호가에 변동성을 매도하고 장 마감시에 포지션을 청산하는 변동성 데이트레이딩전략을 분석하였다. 연수익률은 120%, 위험지표인 MDD는 -41%, 위험과 수익을 고려한 성과지수인 Sharpe ratio는 0.27을 기록하고 있다. SVM 알고리즘을 이용해 변동성 데이트레이딩전략의 성과 개선을 시도하였다. 2008년부터 2014년까지의 입력자료를 이용하여 V-KOSPI 200 변동성지수의 시가-종가 변동 방향을 예측하고, 시가-종가 변동율이(-)로 예측되는 경우에만 변동성 매도포지션을 진입하였다. 거래비용을 고려하면 2015년부터 2018년까지 테스트기간의 연평균수익률은 123%로 기준 전략 69%보다 크게 높아지고, 위험지표인 MDD도 -41%에서 -29%로 낮아져, Sharpe ratio가 0.32로 개선되고 있다. 연도별로도 모두 수익을 기록하면서 안정적 수익구조를 보여주고 있고, 2015년을 제외하고는 투자 성과가 개선되고 있다.

ICT 인프라 이상탐지를 위한 조건부 멀티모달 오토인코더에 관한 연구 (A Study of Anomaly Detection for ICT Infrastructure using Conditional Multimodal Autoencoder)

  • ICT 인프라의 이상탐지를 통한 유지보수와 장애 예방이 중요해지고 있다. 장애 예방을 위해서 이상탐지에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있으며, 지금까지의 다양한 이상탐지 기법 중 최근 연구들에서는 딥러닝을 활용하고 있으며 오토인코더를 활용한 모델을 제안하고 있다. 이는 오토인코더가 다차원 다변량에 대해서도 효과적으로 처리가 가능하다는 것이다. 한편 학습 시에는 많은 컴퓨터 자원이 소모되지만 추론과정에서는 연산을 빠르게 수행할 수 있어 실시간 스트리밍 서비스가 가능하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 연구들과 달리 오토인코더에 2가지 요소를 가미하여 이상탐지의 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 먼저 다차원 데이터가 가지고 있는 속성별 특징을 최대한 부각하여 활용하기 위해 멀티모달 개념을 적용한 멀티모달 오토인코더를 적용하였다. CPU, Memory, network 등 서로 연관이 있는 지표들을 묶어 5개의 모달로 구성하여 학습 성능을 높이고자 하였다. 또한, 시계열 데이터의 특징을 데이터의 차원을 늘리지 않고 효과적으로 학습하기 위하여 조건부 오토인코더(conditional autoencoder) 구조를 활용하는 조건부 멀티모달 오토인코더(Conditional Multimodal Autoencoder, CMAE)를 제안하였다. 제안한 CAME 모델은 비교 실험을 통해 검증했으며, 기존 연구들에서 많이 활용된 오토인코더와 비교하여 AUC, Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-score의 성능 평가를 진행한 결과 유니모달 오토인코더(UAE)와 멀티모달 오토인코더(Multimodal Autoencoder, MAE)의 성능을 상회하는 결과를 얻어 이상탐지에 있어 효과적이라는 것을 확인하였다.

뇌 정위적 방사선수술 시 Non-Coplanar Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy의 유용성 평가 (The Evaluation of Non-Coplanar Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy for Brain stereotactic radiosurgery)

  • 목 적 : 뇌 정위적 방사선수술은 외과적 수술로 인한 합병증 발생 비율이 높은 질환을 비침습적으로 치료할 수 있다. 하지만 뇌 정위적 방사선수술은 방사선을 이용하기 때문에 분할방사선치료와 같이 방사선에 의한 부작용을 동반할 수 있다. 두경부 등의 분할방사선치료 시 방사선에 의한 부작용을 줄이기 위해 Coplanar Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy(C-VMAT)와 Non-Coplanar Volumetric Modulated Arc Therapy(NC-VMAT)가 주변 정상조직에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석이 이루어졌지만, 뇌 정위적 방사선수술에서는 이러한 내용들이 분석되지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 뇌 정위적 방사선수술을 실시한 환자를 대상으로 C-VMAT과 NC-VMAT을 비교, 분석하여 NC-VMAT의 유용성을 평가하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 뇌 정위적 방사선수술 13건을 대상으로 하였으며, C-VMAT, NC-VMAT 치료 계획을 진행하였다. 치료 계획 용적은 최소 0.78 cc에서 최대 12.26 cc의 용적을 가지고 있었으며, 처방 선량은 15~24 Gy가 처방되었다. 치료 장비는 trueBEAM Stx(Varian Medical Systems, USA)을 사용하였으며, 치료 계획에 사용된 에너지는 6 MV Flattening Filter Free(6FFF) X-선을 이용하였다. C-VMAT 치료계획은 half 2 Arc 또는 full 2 Arc를 사용하여 치료계획을 진행했으며, NC-VMAT 치료계획은 $40{\sim}190^{\circ}$의 Arc를 3~7개 사용하고, couch의 각도 또한 3~7개의 각도로 구성하여 치료계획을 진행하였다. 결 과 : 최대선량의 평균 값은 C-VMAT에서 $105.1{\pm}1.37%$로 나타났으며, NC-VMAT에서는 $105.8{\pm}1.71%$로 나타났다. C-VMAT의 처방 선량 지수(Conformity index)는 $1.08{\pm}0.08$로 나타났고, 선량 균질 지수(Homogeneity Index)는 $1.03{\pm}0.01$로 나타났다. NC-VMAT의 처방 선량 균질지수는 $1.17{\pm}0.1$, 선량 균질지수는 $1.04{\pm}0.01$로 나타났다. 뇌의 $V_2$, $V_8$, $V_{12}$, $V_{18}$, $V_{24}$는 C-VMAT에서 $176{\pm}149.36cc$, $31.50{\pm}25.03cc$, $16.53{\pm}12.63cc$, $8.60{\pm}6.87cc$, $4.03{\pm}3.43cc$로 나타났으며, NC-VMAT에서는 $135.55{\pm}115.93cc$, $24.34{\pm}17.68cc$, $14.74{\pm}10.97cc$, $8.55{\pm}6.79cc$, $4.23{\pm}3.48cc$로 나타냈다. 결 론 : 최대선량과 처방 선량 지수, 선량 균질 지수 항목에서는 C-VMAT과 NC-VMAT이 큰 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 뇌의 선량 당 용적은 $V_2{\sim}V_{18}$까지 구간에서 값의 차이는 최소 0.5 %에서 최대 48 %의 차이가 나타냈다. $V_{19}{\sim}V_{24}$까지 구간에서 값의 차이는 최소 0.4 %에서 최대 4.8 %의 차이가 나타냈다. 방사선괴사(Radionecrosis)가 발생하기 시작하는 $V_{12}$ 용적의 평균 값을 비교해본 결과 NC-VMAT 이 C-VMAT 대비 약 12.2 % 적은 용적을 포함하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과로 볼 때 NC-VMAT 치료 계획을 수립한다면, $V_2{\sim}V_{18}$의 용적을 줄일 수 있기 때문에 방사선괴사를 줄일 수 있을 것이라 사료된다.

호남지방(湖南地方) 직파재배(直播栽培)의 현황(現況), 문제점(問題點) 및 대책(對策) - 잡초방제적(雜草防除的) 측면(側面)에서 - (The Status, Problems and Countermeasure of Direct Rice Seeding in Honam Province - On Weed control -)

  • 호남지방(湖南地方)에 있어서 직파재배(直播栽培)의 현황(現況)과 잡초방제(雜草防除)에 대한 문제점(問題點) 및 그 대책(對策)에 對(대)하여 조사연구(調査硏究)를 하였다. 호남지방(湖南地方)(전북(全北), 전남(全南), 충남(忠南) 및 광주시(光州市))에 있어서 92년(年) 현재(現在) 직파면적(直播面積)은 건답(乾畓)이 732.1ha 담수(湛水)가 918.7ha로 총(總)1,650ha 였다. 1. 건답직파(乾畓直播) 농가(農家)의 잡초방제(雜草防除) 현황(現況)을 보면 건답기간(乾畓期間)에는 파종(播種) 3-5일(日) 후(後)에 butachlor 유제(乳劑)나 입제(粒劑)를 처리(處理)하였으며 극(極)히 소수(少數)의 농가(農家)는 benthiocarb 나 chlornitrofen 유제(乳劑)도 사용(使用)하였다. 또 벼 발아전(發芽前) 10-14일(日) 후(後) butachlor에 praquat을 혼합(混合)(Tank Mixture) 하여 처리(處理)한 농가(農家)도 있었다. 그리고 이어서 파종(播種) 35~40 일(日) 사이 담수후(湛水後)에는 Sulfonyl-urea계(系) 합제(合劑)를 처리(處理)하는 체계처리(體系處理)를 택(擇)하고 있었고 상기(上記) 제초제(除草劑)를 처리(處理)하고도 방제(防除)되지 못한 잔초(殘草)는 Bentazon + quinclorac 수화제(水和劑)로 마무리 제초(除草)를 하고 있었다. 2. 대부분(大部分)의 농가(農家)는 담수직파(湛水直播)에 있어서 제초제처리(除草劑處理)를 할때는 각(各) 제초제(除草劑)에 대한 특성(特性)을 이해(理解)하지 못한 가운데 선택(選擇)을 했거나, 특히 제초제(除草劑)의 처리적기(處理適期)를 지나서 처리(處理)하여 실패(失敗)한 경우(境遇)가 많았다. 그 중(中) 제초제처리(除草劑處理)에 비교적(比較的) 성공(成功)한 농가(農家)의 사례(事例)는 다음 4종류(種類)로 요약(要約)된다. (1) 파종전(播種前) 처리(處理) : 파종(播種) 5-9 일(日) 前 써레질 직후(直後) oxadiazon, butachlor 또는 benthiocarb를 처리(處理)하고 이어서 파종(播種) 20일(日) 후(後)에 sulfonyl-urea계(系) 합제(合劑)를 처리(處理)한 체계처리(體系處理) (2) 써레질후(後) 10 일항(日項)에(피 2엽기(葉期) 이내(以內))에 bensulfuron-methyl + dimepiprate 또는 pyrazosulfuron-ethyl + Molinate, bensulfuron-methy1 + mefenacet + dymron 등을 처리(處理)한 체계(體系)(두 제초제(除草劑)는 초기(初期) 약간(若干)의 약해(藥害) - 그후(後) 회복(回復)) (3) 써레질 18-20 일(日) 후(後)(피 3.0 엽(葉))에 bensulfuron-methyl + quinclorac, Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl + quinclorac, bentazon + quinclorac 입제(粒劑) 등(等)의 처리(處理)는 약해(藥害)도 없고 제한효과(制限效果)도 우수(優秀)하여 성공적(成功的)이었다. 그러나 그외(外)의 sulfunyl-urea계(系) 합제중(合劑中) 중기처리(中期處理) 제초제(除草劑)는 피에 대한 방제효과防除效果)가 불완전(不完全)하여 바로 이어서 bentazon+quinclorac 수화제(水和劑)의 추가처리(追加處理)가 필수적(必須的)이었다. 3. 직파재배(直播栽培)에 있어서 엽기(葉期)가 진행(進行)된 피에 대하여 우수(優秀)한 살초효과(殺草效果)를 나타낸 quinclorac합제(合劑) 대신 대체(代替) 가능(可能)한 제초제(除草劑)를 찾고자 우리나라에 등록(登錄)된 41종(種)의 논 제초제(除草劑)를 화합물(化合物) 계통별(系統別)로 분류(分類)하고 각각(各各)의 특징(特徵)과 처리적기(處理適期)를 분석(分析)한 결과(結果) 초기처리(初期處理)가 약(約)70% 였으며 그 외(外)에는 중기(中期) 및 후기처리(後期處理) 제초제(除草劑)였다. 담수직파재배(湛水直播栽培)에서는 파종후( 播種後) 벼가 완전(完全)히 착근(着根)하고 뜬묘나 누은묘가 없는 시기(時期)에 제초제(除草劑)를 처리(處理)하는 것이 완전(完全)하다. 그런데 이때에는 피가 2.5- 3.0엽기(葉期) 이상(以上) 되므로 처리적기폭(處理適期幅)이 넓은 除草劑가 절실(切實)히 필요(必要)하다. 따라서 일년생(一年生) 및 다년생(多年生) 잡초(雜草)를 동시(同時)에 방제(防除)할 수 있는 sulfonyl-urea 계합제중(系合劑中) 중기처리제(中期處理劑) 6종(種)과 bentazon + quinclorac 합제(合劑) 2종(種)을 공시(供試)하여 피 3.0엽기(葉期) 이상(以上)에서 담수조건(湛水條件)에서는 토양처리(土壤處理) 그리고 건답조건(乾畓條件)에서는 경엽처리(莖葉處理)하여 피 엽기별(葉期別) 살초(殺草) 스펙트램을 검정(檢定) 실시(實施)하였다. 그 결과(結果)(Table 9, 10, 11) 살초폭(殺草幅)이 넓은 순위(順位)는 bentazon + quinclorac WP>bentazon+quinclorac G>Bensulfuron-methyl + quinclorac G>pyrazosulfuron-ethyl + quinclorac G>pyrazosulfuron-ethyl + Molinate>bensulfuron-methyl + mefenacet +dymron G>bensulfuron-methyl + mefenacet G>bensulfuron-methyl + benthiocarb G로 나타났으며 농가포장(農家圃場)에서 직면(直面)한 결과(結果)와도 부합(符合)된다. 결론적(結論的)으로 건답직파(乾畓直播) 담수직파(湛水直播)를 막론(莫論)하고 피 엽기(葉期)가 3.0엽기(葉期) 이상(以上)으로 진행(進行)된 상태(狀態)에서는 bentazon + quinclorac합제(合劑)를 대체(代替)할 제초제(除草劑)는 아직 없다. 따라서 직파재배(直播栽培) 정착(定着)을 위해서는 quinclorac합제(合劑)는 농가(農家) 공급(供給)이 지속(持續)되어져야 된다. 직파재배(直播栽培)의 조속(早速)한 정착(定着)을 위하여 다음 사항(事項)을 제안(提案)한다. 1. 관(官), 농민(農民), 연구지도기관(硏究指導機關)이 일절(一切)가 된 가칭(假稱) 직파재배시험(直播栽培試驗) 연구위원회(硏究委員會)를 지방별(地方別)로 조직운영(組織運營)할 것. 2. 정밀(精密)한 세조파기(細條播機) 및 직파전용(直播專用) 품종개발연구(品種開發硏究) 3. 새 피해(被害) 방지연구(防止硏究) 4. 잡초방제기술(雜草防除技術)의 체계확립(體系確立)에 대한 다면적연구(多面的硏究) 5. 토지기반조성(土地基盤組成) 확충(擴充)과 정밀(精密)한 정지작업(整地作業) 기술연구(技術硏究) 및 항공산파법(航空散播法) 연구(硏究).

  • 목적: 정상인 뇌에서 측정한 신호대잡음비율, 주사 시간, 그리고 대사물질의 상대 비율을 이용하여 서로 다른 1.5T 자기공명영상기기에서의 수소자기공명분광법의 유용성과 차이점을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 총 10명의 정상인 (20-45세)에서 PROBE (PROton Brain Exam) 라는 자동화된 방법을 이용하여 수소 자기공명분광술을 시행하였다. 수소 자기공명분광술은 1 channel 코일의 기존의 자기공명영상기기(Signa Horizon)와 1 channel 및8 channel 코일을 이용한 다른 자기공명영상기기(Echospeed plus with EXCITE)에서 3번씩 시행하였다. 각각 방법에서 팬톰과 생체에서의 스펙트럼의 신호 대 잡음비와 주사 시간을 측정하였다. 모든 정상인에서 뇌의 2 부분, 즉 기저핵과 심부백질 부위를 위의 방법으로 각각 검사하였고 각 부위에서 대사물질의 상대적인 비율의 차이(NAA/Cr, Cho/Cr, mI/Cr)를 측정하였다. 모든 스펙트럼에서 STEAM(Stimulated Echo Acquisition Method) 방법을 이용하여 다음과 같은 조절치로 검사하였다: TR=3.0/2.0 sec, TE=30 msec, TM=13.7 msec, SW=2500 Hz, SI=2048 pts, AVG=64/128, NEX=2/8 (Signa/Echospeed). 결과 : 신호대잡음비율은 Echo speed 기계에서 약 $30\%$이상 더 높았고 주사 시간은 거의 같았다. 각각의 방법에서 모두에서 믿을만한 스펙트럼을 얻었고 정상 뇌의 2부분에서 얻은 스펙트럼 모양과 대사물질의 상대적인 비율의 차이는 서로 의미있는 차이를 보이지 않았다 (p>0.05). 결론: 새로운 자기공명영상기기와 코일을 이용한 수소자기공명분광소견은 매우 믿을만 하였고 높은 신뢰성과 재현도를 보였으며 기존의 자기공명영상기기의 수소자기공명분광소견과 의미있는 차이는 없었다.C의 높은 T2 자기이완율은 T2 강조영상에서의 정상 간실질의 신호강도를 감소시켜 간실질과 VX2 암종의 구분을 쉽게 하였다. MnPC 주입시 T1 강조영상에서는 간세포 특이성 조영제의 주입시보다 종양의 경계가 명확하였고, 조영증강은 주입후 최소한시간 이상 높게 유지되었다. 결론 : MnPC가 간세포로 흡수되어 담관으로 배설된다는 사실은 Mn-DPDP와 유사한 특성이며 이는 MnPC가 새로운 간특이성 조영제임을 확인시켜 준다. 또한 MnPC의 R2값이 기존의 조영제에 비해 매우 크다는 사실은 T1 조영제로서 뿐만 아니라 T2 조영제로서의 사용 가능성을 보여준다. 이러한 사실들을 좀더 정확하게 뒷받침하기 위해서는 임상적으로 사용되기 이전에 생체 내 그리고 시험관내 연구가 더 필요하며 다른 동물모델에서의 추가적인 연구가 요구된다.유발 가능자를 1차 적으로 선별 할 수 있는 지표 개발 가능성을 제시하였다고 사료된다.대상자 선정이 어려워서 자원자를 대상으로 연구가 행해졌다. 둘째. 적은 수의 연구 대상자를 대상으로 연구가 행해졌다. 셋째. 연구기간이 짧았던 까닭에 좀더 상세한 사례 연구가 이루어질 수 없었다 좀 더 신뢰할 수 있는 표본 추출 방법을 통하여 선정된, 많은 연구 대상자를 가지고, 심도 있는 연구가 추후 반복적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.더욱 더 발전을 거듭하고 있으며, 외식은 여행과 여가 활동의 필수적인 요소로써 그 역할을 일조하고 있다. 이와 같은 여가시간의 증가는 독신자들에게는 좀더 많은 여유시간을 가족을 이루고 있는 가족구성원들에게는 가족과의 유대를 강화하는 휴식과 오락의 소비 트렌드를 창출시켰다. 이와 더불어 외식은 식사를 해결하기 위한 단순한 수단에서 벗어나 동기와 동반자에 따라 달라지는 행동 패턴을 나타내고 있으며, 연령과 목적에 따라 세분화되는 분명한 선호도를 나타낸다. 지난 10여 년간 외국으로부터 수입된 다양한 음식과 레스토랑 업태 등은 우리나라의 외식문화 발전과 소비자들의 외식 선택

주제 균형 지능형 텍스트 요약 기법 (Subject-Balanced Intelligent Text Summarization Scheme)

  • 최근 다양한 매체를 통해 생성되는 방대한 양의 텍스트 데이터를 효율적으로 관리 및 활용하기 위한 방안으로써 문서 요약에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 특히 최근에는 기계 학습 및 인공 지능을 활용하여 객관적이고 효율적으로 요약문을 도출하기 위한 다양한 자동 요약 기법이(Automatic Summarization) 고안되고 있다. 하지만 현재까지 제안된 대부분의 텍스트 자동 요약 기법들은 원문에서 나타난 내용의 분포에 따라 요약문의 내용이 구성되는 방식을 따르며, 이와 같은 방식은 비중이 낮은 주제(Subject), 즉 원문 내에서 언급 빈도가 낮은 주제에 대한 내용이 요약문에 포함되기 어렵다는 한계를 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 한계를 극복하기 위해 저빈도 주제의 누락을 최소화하는 문서 자동 요약 기법을 제안한다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 (i) 원문에 포함된 다양한 주제를 식별하고 주제별 대표 용어를 선정한 뒤 워드 임베딩을 통해 주제별 용어 사전을 생성하고, (ii) 원문의 각 문장이 다양한 주제에 대응되는 정도를 파악하고, (iii) 문장을 주제별로 분할한 후 각 주제에 해당하는 문장들의 유사도를 계산한 뒤, (iv) 요약문 내 내용의 중복을 최소화하면서도 원문의 다양한 내용을 최대한 포함할 수 있는 자동적인 문서 요약 기법을 제시한다. 제안 방법론의 평가를 위해 TripAdvisor의 리뷰 50,000건으로부터 용어 사전을 구축하고, 리뷰 23,087건에 대한 요약 실험을 수행한 뒤 기존의 단순 빈도 기반의 요약문과 주제별 분포의 비교를 진행하였다. 실험 결과 제안 방법론에 따른 문서 자동 요약을 통해 원문 내각 주제의 균형을 유지하는 요약문을 도출할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

High Resolution HC$_3$N Observations toward the Central Region of Sagittarius B2

  • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70${\pm}$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32${\pm}$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The CF 15-11 HFDs which failed APD test did not show changes in the UFR compared to normal dialyzers indicating that APD is a more sensitive test than UFR test to evaluate the integrity of the fibers. 30527 T00401030527 ^x For quantitative measurement of reflected light from a clinical diagnostic strip, a prototype old reflectance photometer was designed. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. In this paper, a new method to detect nonlinear propagation characteristics of the internal vibration in the tissue for the low frequency mechanical vibration by using bispectral analysis is proposed. In the method, low frequency vibration of f0( = 100Hz) is applied on the surface of the object, and the waveform of the internal vibration x (t) is measured from Doppler frequency modulation of silmultaneously transmitted probing ultrasonic waves. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. The operating system and database management system were SCO UNIX and SCO foxbase, respectively. For program development, we used Xbase language provided by SCO foxbase. The C language was used for interface purpose. To make the system use friendly, pull-down menu was used. The system connected to our hospital information system via application program interface (API), so the information related to patient and request details is automatically transmitted to our computer. Our system interfaced with fwd complete blood count analyzers(Sysmex NE-8000 and Coulter STKS) for unidirectional data tansmission from analyzer to computer. The important parameters of this process are the conduction loss to laser power absorption (defined as the conduction-to-laser power parameter, Nk), the convection heat transfer at the surface to conduction loss (defined as Bi), dimensionless extinction coefficient (defined as Br.), and dimensionless irradiation time (defined as Fo). Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.   • The wall shear stress in the vicinity of end-to end anastomoses under steady flow conditions was measured using a flush-mounted hot-film anemometer(FMHFA) probe. The experimental measurements were in good agreement with numerical results except in flow with low Reynolds numbers. The wall shear stress increased proximal to the anastomosis in flow from the Penrose tubing (simulating an artery) to the PTFE: graft. In flow from the PTFE graft to the Penrose tubing, low wall shear stress was observed distal to the anastomosis. Abnormal distributions of wall shear stress in the vicinity of the anastomosis, resulting from the compliance mismatch between the graft and the host artery, might be an important factor of ANFH formation and the graft failure. The present study suggests a correlation between regions of the low wall shear stress and the development of anastomotic neointimal fibrous hyperplasia(ANPH) in end-to-end anastomoses. 30523 T00401030523 ^x Air pressure decay(APD) rate and ultrafiltration rate(UFR) tests were performed on new and saline rinsed dialyzers as well as those roused in patients several times. C-DAK 4000 (Cordis Dow) and CF IS-11 (Baxter Travenol) reused dialyzers obtained from the dialysis clinic were used in the present study. The new dialyzers exhibited a relatively flat APD, whereas saline rinsed and reused dialyzers showed considerable amount of decay. C-DAH dialyzers had a larger APD(11.70$\pm$1.32mmHg/min)compared to CF dialyzers(4.32$\pm$0.55mmHg/min)(p<0.05). However, there was no observable difference in the UFR between the two dialyzers. Neither APD nor UFR showed any significant increase with an increasing number of reuses for up to more than 20reuses. A substantial number of failures observed in APD(larger than 20mmHe/min)on the reused dialyzers(2 out of 40 CP and S out 26 C-DAK) were attributed to the Possible damage on the fibers. The purpose of this study is to identify major geometrical differences between Korean femurs 3nd others that we believe belong to Caucasians so that we would be able to get insights into the femoral component design that fits Asians including Koreans. We utilized computerized tomography (CT) images of femurs extracted from cadavers. The CT images were transformed into bitmap data by using a film scanner, and then analyzed by using a commercially available software called Image v.1.0 and a Macintosh IIci computer.The resulting data were compared with already published data. The major results show that the geometry of the Korean femurs is significantly different from that of Caucasians: (1) the anteversion angle and the canal flare index are greater by the amount of approximately 8˚ and 0.5, respectively, (2) the shape of the isthmus cross section is more round, and (3) the distance between the teaser trochanter and the proximal border of the isthmus is shelter by about 15 mm. Then, the bispectra of the signal x (t) at the frequencies (f0, f0) and (f0, 2f0) are calculated to estimate the nonlinear propagation characteristics as their magnitude ratio, w here since bispectrum is free from the gaussian additive noise we can get the value with high S/N. Basic experimental system is constructed by using 3.0 MHz probing ultrasonic waves and the several experiments are carried out for some phantoms. Dependence of Fo on Nk and Bi has been observed by experiment, and the results have been compared with the numerical results obtained by solving a 2-dimensional conduction equation. Fo and explosion depth (from the surface to the point of maximun temperature) are increased when Nk and Bi are increased.To find out the minimum laser power for explosive evaporative removal process, steady state analysis has been also made. Optimal stimulus parameters, which can minimize muscle fatigue and can achieve effective muscle contraction were determined in slow and fast muscles in Sprague-Dawley rats. Stimulus patterns of our stimulator were designed to simulate electromyographic activity monitored during locomotion of normal subjects. Muscle types of the lower extremity were classified according to their mechanical property of contraction, which are slow muscle (msoleus m.) and fast muscle (medial gastrocneminus m., rectus femoris m., vastus lateralis m.). Optimal parameters of electrical stimulation for slow muscles were 20 Hz, 0.2 ms square pulse. For fast muscle, 40 Hz, 0.3 ms square pulse was optimal to produce repeated contraction. Higher stimulus intensity was required when synergistic muscles were stimulated simultaneously than when they were stimulated individually. Electrical stimulation for each muscle was designed to generate bipedal locomotion, so that individual muscles alternate contraction and relaxation to simulate stance and swing phases. Portable electrical stimulator with 16 channels built in microprocessor was constructed and applied to paraplegic patients due to lumbar cord injury.
