스팬드럴용 투광형 결정계 PV창호의 셀 간격 개구율에 따른 온도 및 발전성능 해석연구 (Temperature and Power Generation Characteristics of c-Si G/G Spandrel Window depending on Opening Ratio of PV Module)

  • This study aims to analyze characteristics of Cell surface temperature and generated power performance for improving PV(Photovoltaic) system condition according to the cell opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system at Spandrel of curtain-wall. For this purpose, alternatives were classified for eight different cases that opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system varied from 0% to 70%, which was used by simulation tool, EnergyPlus. As results, it turned out that increasing opening ratio of transparent crystal PV system led higher PV surface temperature, back-sheet type was thus the most advantageous for decreasing surface temperature, annual generating efficiency, and annual accumulated generating power. Consequently, blocking off air space from outside insolation can advantageously keep to be better condition for generated power performance.

탄소섬유 복합재 및 두께 축소율을 이용한 풍력 블레이드 스파캡 경량화 설계 (A Lightweight Design of the Spar cap of Wind Turbine Blades with Carbon Fiber Composite and Ply Reduction Ratio)

  • 본 논문에서는 2MW급 풍력 블레이드의 스파캡을 탄소복합재료, 두께축소율(PRR) 및 상쇄연구(Trade-off study)를 이용해서 경량화 설계를 수행했다. 블레이드 스파캡은 블레이드의 기계적 건전성을 결정하는 가장 핵심적인 요소이다. 가벼우면서도 기계적 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 블레이드 스파캡의 형상을 도출하기 위해 주어진 설계하중으로 스파캡의 두께를 변화시키면서 반복적인 구조해석을 실시한다. 파손여부를 판정하기 위해서 Tsai-Wu 및 Puck 파손이론을 사용하였으며, 그 결과 GFRP 복합재료보다 CFRP 복합재료가 동일한 조건에서 약 30% 무게를 경량화 할 수 있었다. 해석 결과를 바탕으로 복합재료 적층두께의 최적값을 도출하여 구조적 성능 향상 및 경량화 된 설계 결과를 제시한다.

초음파로 진단된 자궁근종의 위험인자 평가 (Evaluation of Risk Factors for Uterine Myoma Diagnosed by Ultrasonography)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the risk factors for uterine myoma diagnosed by ultrasonography in Korea women and to evaluate the risk. Among the patients who visited the outpatient department of obstetrics and gynecology at I hospital in Busin between January 2019 and March 2021 for the purpose of examination, 98 patients in the experimental group diagnosed with uterine myoma and 163 patients in the normal control group without other diseases were retrospectively conducted. Among the general characteristics of the subjects, age, body mass index, parity, and menopause showed significant differences between the myoma group and the normal control group. ROC(receiver operating characteristic) curve analysis and logistic regression analysis were performed to obtain the cut off value and odds ratio that can predict the occurrence of uterine myoma. The cut off value for the prediction of uterine myoma was determined to be 30 years old and a body mass index of 23 kg/m2. After that adjusting for menopause, non menopausal cases with a body mass index of 23 kg/m2 and over 39 years of age had the highest odds ratio of 6.04. Therefore, premenopausal women over 40 years of age require regular checkups and thorough weight management. This study was conducted with a small number of subjects. Therefore, there is a limit to generalizing to all Korean women. However, based on this study if a large scale prospective study considering various variables is made, it can play a role as a predictive marker in early detection of uterine myoma.

대면적 TFT-LCD를 위한 다결정 실리콘 박막 트랜지스터 (The Poly-Si Thin Film Transistor for Large-area TFT-LCD)

  • 본 논문에서는 유리기판 위에 고상결정화(SPC)로 제작된 n-채널 다결정 박막 트랜지스터(poly-Si TFT's)에 대해 전류-전압 특성, 이동도, 누설전류, 문턱전압, 그리고 부임계 기울기 등과 같은 전기적 특성을 측정함으로서 대면적, 고밀도 TFT-LCD에의 적용 가능성을 조사하였다. 채널 길이가 각각 2, 10, 25$\mu\textrm{m}$로 제작된 n-채널 poly-Si TFT에서, 전계 효과 이동도는 각각 11, 125, 116 $\textrm{cm}^2$/V-s이었으며, 누설전류는 각각 0.6, 0.1, 0.02 pA/$\mu\textrm{m}$로 나타났다. 또한 낮은 문턱전압과 q임계 기울기 그리고 양호한 ON-OFF ratio이 나타났다. 따라서, SPC로 제작된 poly-Si TFT는 대형유리기판에 디스플레이 패널과 구동시스템을 동시에 집적하는 대면적, 고밀도 TFT-LCD에 적용 가능한 것으로 판단된다.

한국인 적혈구 Zinc Protoporphyrin 및 ZPP/Heme Ratio에 관한 연구 (Study on the Erythrocyte Zinc Proctoporphyrin and ZPP/Heme Ratio in Normal Korean)

  • Using the hematofluiorometer normal values of the erythrocyte zinc protoporphyrin(ZPP) and ZPP/Heme ratio were measured in 312 males and 163 females aged from 6 month to 73 years old and compared with those of anemic persons. The mean$\pm$SD values of ZPP of normal Koreans were 28.5$\pm$6.4($\mu\textrm{g}$/dl) in males and 3.18$\pm$7.7 in females. the mean$\pm$SD of ZPP/Heme ratio were 49.5$\pm$12.3($\mu$mol/mol heme) in males and 62.0$\pm$15.8 in females. The difference in the mean ZPP and ZPP/Heme ratio values between male and female subjects were statistically signficant(p<0.0001) In male subjects the mean ZPP and ZPP/Heme ratio of the age groups less than 15 years old were higher than adult groups and the difference between age groups was significant(p<0.005 and p<0.0001 respecti-vely) The normal upper limit of the mean$\pm$2SD in normal male and female subjects were 41.3 and 47.2 for ZPP and 74.1 and 93.6 for ZPP/Heme ratio respectively. The mean values of ZPP and ZPP/Heme ratio measured in the anemic persons were higher than those of normal subjects and did not show any significant difference by the sex and age groups except in 6-14 years male groups. The test specificity(positivity) analyzed in the anemic persons by the cut-off values calculated from the normal data were 50.6% for ZPP and 73.0% for ZPP/Heme ratio. The correlation analysis between blood hemoglobin and erythrocyte ZPP or ZPP/Heme ratio in the total 801 normal and anemic subjects showed that there are very high logarithmic correlation between the hemoglobin levels and ZPP/Heme ratio (r=-0.8339) and high correla-tion between the hemoglobin levels and ZPP concentrations(r=-0.6372) These results suggested that the measurement of the erythrocyte ZPP and ZPP/Heme ratio with the hematofluorometer can be a usuful screening method for iron deficiency anermin because they provide a reliable immediate results with a small amount of sample and are relatively simple and inexpensive.

농업법인의 자본구조 결정요인 연구 (A Study on the Determinants of Capital Structure of Agricultural Corporations)

  • 본 연구는 한국채택 국제회계기준(K-IFRS)이 도입된 2011년 이후 금융감독원 전자공시시스템(DART)에 공시된 농업법인의 재무제표를 바탕으로 자본구조의 결정요인에 관하여 분석하였다. 지금까지 자본구조에 관한 실증연구들이 많이 이루어졌지만, 농업법인을 대상으로 한 연구는 존재하지 않는다. 농업법인의 표본기간은 2015년부터 2019년까지를 대상으로 하였으며, 부채비율을 종속변수로 하고, 기존의 실증연구에서 의미있는 것으로 제시된 변수들 가운데 수집 및 이용이 가능한 수익성, 기업규모, 유동성, 유형자산비율, 고정장기적 합률, 성장성을 독립변수로 선정하여 패널데이터 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 농업법인의 수익성과 기업규모가 증가할수록 부채비율은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 우리나라 농업법인의 수익성 및 기업규모가 자본구조와의 관계에서 정태적 절충이론보다는 자본조달순위이론을 지지하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 또한, 고정장기적합률이 증가할수록 부채비율은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 우리나라 농업법인이 수익성, 기업규모, 고정장기적합률을 고려하여 부채사용정책을 수립할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

대퇴 외과 절삭 징후(cut-off sign) - 원판형 외측 반월상 연골 예에서 나타나는 새로운 단순 방사선 소견 - (Femoral Condyle Cut-off Sign - New Indirect Sign of Radiologic Finding in Knee with Discoid Lateral Meniscus -)

  • 목적 : 단순 방사선 사진에서 슬관절 외측 원판형 연골판을 진단하는데 도움이 되는 새로운 방사선 소견인 대퇴외과 절삭 징후(cut-off sign)를 관찰하여 이를 보고하고, 이의 진단적 의의를 특이도, 민감도, 양성 예측도, 음성 예측도와 함께 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법 : 관절경 시술로 확진 된 50예의 완전 원판형 연골군과 50예의 정상 대조군을 대상으로 하였으며, Tunnel view에서 보이는 대퇴 외과와 내과의 내측부의 최장 길이를 측정하여 비율을 비교 분석하였다. 결과 : 원판형 연골군에서 대퇴 내과부 길이와 외과부 길이의 비율의 평균은 0.716 이였으며, 정상 대조군에서는 0.902 이었다. 이를 T-test로 분석했을 때, t-value는 -11.13 (p<0.0001)로 두 군간에 매 우 유의 한 차이를 나타내었으며, 또한 경계값(cut point)을 0.8로 하여 chi-square test로 분석했을 때 통계적으로 두 군간에 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 민감도 $76\%$, 특이도 $100\%$였으며, 양성 예측도 $100\%$, 음성 예측도 $80.6\%$로 나타났다. 절삭 징후는 육안적으로도 뚜렷한 차이를 보여 원판형 외측 반월상 연골을 단순 방사선 사진에서 진단할 수 있는 매우 좋은 간접적인 소견이라고 생각한다. 결론 : 대퇴 외과 절삭 징후는 단순 방사선 검사의 Tunnel view에서 원판형 연골을 진단할 수 있는 좋은 방사선 소견이며, $100\%$의 특이도와 $100\%$의 양성 예측도를 나타내는 우수한 진단소견으로 판단된다.

Level Set 방법을 이용한 액적 충돌 현상에 대한 수치해석 (A Numerical Analysis on the Binary Droplet Collision with the Level Set Method)

  • A prediction of binary droplets collision is important in the formation of falling drops and the evolution of sprays. The droplet velocity, impact parameter and drop-size ratio have influence on the interaction of the droplets. By the effect of these parameter, the collision processes are generated with the complicated phenomena. The droplet collision can be classified into four interactions such as the bouncing, coalescence, reflexive separation and stretching separation. In this study, the two-phase flow of the droplet collision was simulated numerically by using the Level Set method. 2D axi-symmetric simulations on the head-on collisions in the coalescence and reflexive separation, and 3D simulation on the off-center collisions in the coalescence and stretching separation were performed. These numerical results showed good agreements with the experimental and analytical results. For tracking the identity of droplets after the collision, transport equation for the volume fraction of the each initial droplet were used. From this, the identities of droplets were analyzed on the collision of droplets having different size.

Organic TFT fabricated on ultra-thin flexible plastic with a rigid glass support

  • We have fabricated pentacene OTFT on ultra-thin flexible polyimide film with a rigid glass support. Polyimide film of the thickness of $10{\mu}m$ has formed on glass by spin coating from the solution. After the entire OTFT process, the OTFT exhibited a fieldeffect mobility of $0.4\;cm^2/Vs$, an $I_{on}/I_{off}$ ratio of $10^7$ and a subthreshold swing of 0.7 V/dec. The OTFT on polyimide film has been detached from the glass support and laminated on a plastic support of $130\;{\mu}m-thick$ PET film. After the detach process, in spite of the degrading of its field-effect mobility, the OTFT showed high $I_{on}/I_{off}$ as high $as{\sim}10^6$.

Improvement Performance of Graphene-MoS2 Barristor treated by 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES)

  • Graphene by one of the two-dimensional (2D) materials has been focused on electronic applications due to its ultrahigh carrier mobility, outstanding thermal conductivity and superior optical properties. Although graphene has many remarkable properties, graphene devices have low on/off current ratio due to its zero bandgap. Despite considerable efforts to open its bandgap, it's hard to obtain appropriate improvements. To solve this problem, heterojunction barristor was proposed based on graphene. Mostly, this heterojunction barristor is made by transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), such as molybdenum disulfide ($MoS_2$) and tungsten diselenide ($WSe_2$), which have extremely thickness scalability of TMDs. The heterojunction barristor has the advantage of controlling graphene's Fermi level by applying gate bias, resulting in barrier height modulation between graphene interface and semiconductor. However, charged impurities between graphene and $SiO_2$ cause unexpected p-type doping of graphene. The graphene's Fermi level modulation is expected to be reduced due to this p-doping effect. Charged impurities make carrier mobility in graphene reduced and modulation of graphene's Fermi level limited. In this paper, we investigated theoretically and experimentally a relevance between graphene's Fermi level and p-type doping. Theoretically, when Fermi level is placed at the Dirac point, larger graphene's Fermi level modulation was calculated between -20 V and +20 V of $V_{GS}$. On the contrary, graphene's Fermi level modulation was 0.11 eV when Fermi level is far away from the Dirac point in the same range. Then, we produced two types heterojunction barristors which made by p-type doped graphene and graphene treated 2.4% APTES, respectively. On/off current ratio (32-fold) of graphene treated 2.4% APTES was improved in comparison with p-type doped graphene.
