한국의 빨간 오징어 유자망 어업과 북서태평양의 해황 변동 (Korean Drift Gillnet Fishery For Flying Squid , Ommastrephes bartrami ( Lesueur ) , and the Variation of Oceanographic Conditions in the North Western Pacific Ocean)

  • The fishing conditions of flying squid, ommastrePhes barsram(Lesueur), in the North Pacific Ocean was studied based on the horizontal water temperature data, satellite data from NOAA and statistical data of flying squid fisheries which were collected from 1980 to 1984. The obtained results were as follows; 1. Since 1979, the Korean drift giIlnet fishery for flying squid was launched in North Pacific. Number of operating vessel and catch of flying squid increased gradually every year. The number of vessels were 111 and their annual catches were 42, 977 M/T in 1984. Therefore, Korean drift giIlnet fishery for this species has played an important role in the products of Korean high-sea fisheries. 2. In the beginning of the fisheries, fishing grounds was formed in the west of long. 1800E. In 1982, in consequence of the center which extended eastward, the fishing ground was formed long. 166$^{\circ}$W in the central North Pacific Ocean. Since 1983, the fishing grounds were formed as far as long. 161$^{\circ}$W. The range of general fishing season in the central North Pacific was from June to August. After september, fishing ground was shifted to the west, in the Northwestern Pacific. 3. The Predominant fishing season for the flying squid was August through January of the coming year. Optimum water temperature for flying sguid at surface layer in the Pacific Ocean ranged from 11 $^{\circ}$e to 17$^{\circ}$e in winter, 13$^{\circ}$e to 17$^{\circ}$e in spring, 12. 8$^{\circ}$C to 19.7$^{\circ}$e in summer and 1O.6$^{\circ}$e -18.7$^{\circ}$e in fall. 4. In summer, the Oceanographic condition in the North Pacific Ocean showed that the water temperature at surface layer was lower in 1980, 1983 and higher in 1981, 1982 and 1984 as compared with mean annual water temperature. 5. The characteristics df oceanographic conditions in the fluation, disformation, mixing and other factors of the Kuroshio and Oyashio currents, which have considerably influenced upon the water masses of the areas. 6. The data and information on surface thermal Structure interpreted from Infrared Satellite Imaginary from NOAA-7 and NOAA-8 are very available in estimating water temperature on the areas and investigating the major fishing grounds. 7. According to the fisheries statics of Japanese drift gilInet, the annual catches of flying squid considerably decreased from 225, 942 M/T in 1983 to 133, 217 M/T in 1984. 8. The fishing grounds in the central North Pacific in several fishing seasons were formed as follows: In June, the initial fishing season, the fishing grounds were formed in the vicinity of lat. 35 - 40oN, the central North Pacific east of 179$^{\circ}$E. In July, the fishing ground were formed in the wide arEa of the central North Pacific north of 400N and long. 174$^{\circ}$E-145$^{\circ}$W In Auguest, concentrative fishing operation carried out in :he central North Pacific north of 43$^{\circ}$N and East of 165$^{\circ}$W. On the other hand, in September, main fishing grounds were disappeared and moved to the west.

북태평양 빨강오징어 채낚기의 조획성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Fishing Efficiency of the Jigging Gear Neon Flying Squid , Ommastrephes Bartrami in the North Pacific)

  • Drift gillnet fishery for neon flying squid in the North pacific was one of the major pelagic fisheries of Korea until 1992, its annual catch was 79, 000M/T as average during 1988-1992, but moratoriumed since 1993 according to the decision of UN. Therefore, for the developing of the new fishing gear for the squid, the seven types of rip hook by automatic squid jigging machine were experimented by the korean research vessel Pusan 851 (G/T 1.126, 2.600 PS) in the North Pacific (38 $^{\circ}$30'-43 $^{\circ}$N, 152 $^{\circ}$E-178 $^{\circ}$W) from July 6. 1993 to August 31. 1993. The investigation on catch rate, dropout rate, and catch condition of the rip hooks related to the fishing lamp power for aggregating the squid were carried out during the period. The results obtained are as follows: The composition of catch by automatic squid jigging machine was 83.9% for neon flying squid. 15.5% for boreopacific gonate squid. 0.6% for boreal clubhook squid, and 0.01% for luminous flying squid. The catch rate of neon flying squid was 94.6% in 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of surface water temperature and 5.4% in others. The higher catch rate of neon flying squid was made in the range 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of temperature at the surface and about 1$0^{\circ}C$ of temperature at the 100m layer. The CPUE of neon flying squid in the 13.6-18.3$^{\circ}C$ of surface water temperature was ranged 0.8-11.8kg (8.7kg as average). The mantle length and body weight of neon flying squid caught in the experiment were ranged 18.3-51.3 cm, 140-3, 980g and mean mantle length and mean body weight were 29.4cm, 972g respectively. The catch rate of neon flying squid was the highest at dawn with a value of 25.0% of the total catch. The body weight of neon flying squid caught by the D type hooks was 1.7 times more than that of the A type hooks. The dropout rate of neon flying squid caught by the seven types hooks was 7.9-57.5% (19.0% as average), and dropout rate of the D type hooks was 7.9% with 2.7 times decrease than that of the A type hooks. The catch efficiency of small sized neon flying squid in case of using on-off switch method on fishing lamp in 15 minutes intervals was 2.6 times higher than that of the on-switch method with same fishing lamp power.

훈액처리에 의한 조미오징어 훈제품의 가공 및 품질안정성 (Preparation and Keeping Quality of Seasoned Smoked-Dried and Vacuum-Packed Squid)

  • 북양에서 어획되는 대형 빨강오징어의 효과적인 이용방안의 하나로서 훈액처리진공포장 및 열탕살균법을 병용하여 훈제조미오징어 가공조건을 구명하고, 저장중의 품질안정성을 실험하였다. 동결오징어를 해동한 다음, 탈피한 동부육에 대하여 설탕 $5\%$, 식염 $2.5\%$, 솔비톨 $12\%$, monosodium glutamate $1\%$로 된 혼합조미료를 살포하여 조미($5^{\circ}C$, 15시간)한 다음 건조($45^{\circ}C$, 6시간)하였다. 건조후 $10\%$ Smoke-EZ(Alpha foods Co., Ltd)용액에 1분간 침지후 재건조($45^{\circ}C$, 1시간)한 것을 훈액제품으로 하여 적층 필름포장주머니(polyethylene/polyester : $12{\mu}m/70{\mu}m,\;15{\times}15cm$)에 충전하여 진공포장한 후 $95^{\circ}C$에서 30분간 살균하였다. 제품을 상온, 저온($5^{\circ}C$) 및 $35^{\circ}C$의 항온기에 90일간 저장하여 두고, 저장중 제품의 품질안정성을 측정하였다. 제품은 저장 90일까지 품질에 손상없이 상온에서도 안전하게 저장할 수 있었고, 훈액처리함으로서 풍미나 색조면에 있어서 재래식훈제품과 같은 효과를 낼 수 있으며 훈연처리제품의 결점도 충분히 보완할 수 있는 조미오징어 훈제품을 가공할 수 있다는 결론을 얻었다. 원료오징어와 제품중에서 함량이 많은 유리아미노산은 arginine, taurine, glycine 및 proline이었고, 핵산관련물질로서는 hypoxanthine의 함양이 많았다. 그리고 지방산조성 중 함량이 많은 것은 docosahexaenoic acid(22:6), hexadecanoic acid(16:0) 및 eicosapentaenoic acid(20:5)였다.

북태평양 오징어류의 연직 및 수평분포 (Vertical and horizontal distribution of squids in relation to oceanographic structure in the North Pacific Ocean)

  • 본 연구에서는 국립수산진흥원 소속 부산 851호에 의해 1987~1990년 (4개년)과 1992~1993년 (2개년)의 하계 (7~9월)에 북태평양 ($34^{\circ}~47^{\circ}N,\;150^{\circ}\;E~170^{\circ}W$)에서 오징어채낚기 (오징어손줄낚시)에 의해 시험조업하여 어획된 6종의 오징어를 대상으로 하여 분석한 오징어종류별 어획수충, 해양환경(수온, 염분) 및 어획률을 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 문어오징어는 아한대영역의 위도 $41^{\circ}~43^{\circ}N$ 인 71~80m 수층의 수온 6~11^{\circ}C$, 염분 33.2~$33.6{\textperthousand}$인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다. 2. 갈구리오징어는 아한대영역의 위도 $41^{\circ}~42^{\circ}N$인11~20m 수층의 수온 10~12^{\circ}C$, 염분 32.9~$33.6{\textperthousand}$인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다. 3. 살오징어는 아한대영역 및 이행영역의 위도 $40^{\circ}\;및\;42^{\circ}N$인 11~20m 수층의 수온 15~18^{\circ}C$,염분 33.6~34.0$\textperthousand$인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다. 4. 빨강오징어는 아한대수렴선 및 이행영역의 위도 $39^{\circ}~41^{\circ}N$인 표층~10m 수층의 수온 16~17^{\circ}C$, 염분 33.7~$34.4{\textperthousand}$인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다. 5. 두줄무늬빨강오징어는 아열대영역의 위도 $37^{\circ}~39^{\circ}N$인 11~20m 수층의 수온 18~20^{\circ}C$, 염분 33.8~$34.6{\textperthousand}$인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다. 6. 노랑점빨강오징어는 아열대영역의 위도 $36^{\circ}~37^{\circ}N$인 표층~10m 수층의 수온 24~25^{\circ}C$, 염분 34.2~$34.4{\textperthousand}$$\textperthousand$ 인 해역에서 높은 어획률을 보였다.
