이 글은 본인이 1982년 9월부터 11월까지 약 2개월간 일본 자치성 소방연구소에서 연수중에 지도 받은 내용으로서 고층건물 등 대형건물에서 화재의 조기 감지 및 오동작억제에 많은 문제점이 대두되고 있어 동 연구소의 죽원소부씨와 도변창부씨가 공동 연구한 결과이다. 연기감지기의 작동에 영향을 미치는 연소 생성물에 대한 근본적인 연구 결과는 우리나라도 '86 Asian Game 및 '88 Olympic 등을 대비한 대형 Hotel등의 조기 화재 경보 체제를 위해 많은 도움이 될 것으로 사료되어 소개한다.

본 연구는 올림픽 도로에 인접한 병원건물의 내외부에서 교통 소음을 동시에 측정하여 대상 병원건물에서의 교통소음 특성과 그 소음이 병원건물에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 소음 방지 대책의수립에 필요한 기초자료를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 올림픽도로에서 발생하는 교통소음의 변동 및 분포특성, 주파수 특성, 도로교통소음으로 인한 건물실내의 소음도를 파악하였으며, 실내에서의 소음도는 ISO의 권장치를 초과하는 것으로 나타나 소음저감 대책이 필요한 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 도로주변에서의 특정건물에 대한 연구이나, 그외 건물의 소음방지대책에도 참고가 될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

현대건설은 노르웨이 여빅시에 건설된 여빅 올림픽 지하 경기장(Gjovik Olympic Mountain Hall)의 건설 기술에 관하여 93년 5월부터 NGI, SINITEF 등 노르웨이측과 공동연구를 수행 중이다. 연구는 94 년말까지 완료 예정으로 현재 연구 요원 4명이 현지에 파견되어 연구에 임하고 있다. 최근 폐막된 릴리함메르 동계올림픽은 환경 올림픽이라는 구호하에 치루어져 기존 생태계와 자연을 원형대로 보존하려는 노르웨이인들의 노력이 경기장 건설에서도 드러나 세계인의 관심을 끈 바 있다. (중략)

최근의 국제 올림픽은 첨단 ICT 기술 산업의 경연장으로서 국가적 위상을 고양하고, 산업 측면에서는 자국의 기술 수준을 과시하는 중요한 기회의 장으로 자리매김하고 있다. 또한 국제 올림픽을 위한 ICT 전략은 올림픽 이후 관련 산업에 발전에 적지 않은 영향을 끼칠 수 있어서 각국은 해당 올림픽의 ICT 기술과 전략 개발에 총력을 기울이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 역대 올림픽 ICT 적용 현황을 간략하게 소개하고 이를 바탕으로 평창 동계 올림픽의 ICT 추진 전략을 분석하고자 한다.

디자인은 이미 우리 삶속에 없어서는 안 될 요소로 많은 영역에 다양한 형태로 존재한다. 다양한 디자인이 생성되면서 디자인의 가치 정립(아이덴티티)의 더욱 중요해졌고, 개발된 디자인을 바르게 사용하고 배포 관리하여 일관성을 유지하는 것도 개발만큼 중요한 일이 되었다. 국가적 차원에서 유치하여 치러진 2018 평창 동계올림픽대회 및 동계패럴림픽대회는 다양한 콘텐츠를 생성하고 운영하여 전 세계에 대한민국을 알리는 중요한 역할을 하였다. 한국적 특성을 잘 반영 할 수 있는 '한글'을 모티브로 개발된 엠블럼과 대회 룩, 대회의 정체성을 잘 드러낸 마스코트 등을 만들었다. 생성된 콘텐츠들은 사용자(후원사, 언론, 유관기관 등)의 편의성을 고려하여 디자인 가이드로 만들어져 디자인 배포 시스템(DDS)을 통하여 관리되었다. 본 연구자는 POCOG의 DDS를 운영하여 얻어진 결과를 토대로 디자인 배포 및 관리 시스템의 효용성과 가치를 판단하고자 한다.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) was created to focus on the procedural complexity in the resolution of sports-related disputes, confidentiality, the matter of expenses, and the necessity of prompt settlement in the field of international sports. The CAS had originally launched as one of bodies of International Olympic Committee (IOC), but later it became properly operational as an independent organization to facilitate sports-related disputes when the International Council of Arbitration for Sport (ICAS), which came into force in accordance with the Paris Agreement in 1984 and has acted in place of IOC, took responsibility for the administration and financing of the CAS. The CAS is composed of four divisions, the Ordinary Arbitration Division and the Appeals Arbitration Division, the Ad hoc Division created later in 1996 and the CAS Anti-Doping Division (CAS ADD) established as from 2016 only to conduct proceedings and to issue decisions on an alleged anti-doping rule violation, and two (Sydney and New York) permanent decentralized offices. The head office of the CAS is Lausanne, Switzerland. Since CAS ADD was established, CAS Ad hoc Division has had jurisdiction over the appeal case against a decision pronounced by the IOC, an NOC, an international Federation or an Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games. Although there are so many virtues of CAS as a resolution authority for sports-related disputes in terms of its organization, arbitration rules and procedures, it is also true that the CAS has not been showing the consistency. The CAS should overcome these issues through much more advanced system and its instant and fair decisions.

The purpose of this research helps to make full use for perfect performance by grasping the defects of Ropez motion performed by athlete CSM who was under the training for the 28th 2004 Athene Olympic Garnes, and by presenting complementary methods. For the better Ropez motion which had been performed by CSM for the 1st dispatch selection test and the final for the 28th Athene Olympic Game was analyzed with 3-dimensional cinematographic method. Here are the conclusions: 1. During the board contact phase, powerful kicking and rapid forward flexion motion of upper body make increasing vertical velocity of C. O. G and enlarging body angle. 2. It was indicated that rapid forward flexion motion of upper body during the board contact phase get a large body angle in horse take-off. 3. rapid forward flexion motion of upper body during the board contact phase makes a longer time at horse contacting phase. It showed that this result increased velocity of horse take-off causing by powerful blocking motion. 4. Increasing of air-borne height during pre- flight phase, makes a higher C. O. G; and larger angle of hip, angle of knee and body angle in the landing phase. And it revealed that these results have a stable landing.

An understanding of anthracnose (Colletotrichum acutatum) infections, including the infection of flowers and latent infection early in the season, is necessary to achieve successful control by means of properly timed spraying with a curative fungicide. In the present study, latent anthracnose infection of chili was investigated under greenhouse and field conditions in 2007-2008. Flowers on greenhouse-grown seedlings were infected and 11% of the young fruits subsequently showed symptoms of anthracnose. Apparently healthy-looking green peppers obtained from unsprayed fields or an organic market also exhibited symptoms of anthracnose after 4 days of incubation under high moisture conditions at $25^{\circ}C$; less than 1% of the peppers were found to be latently infected. To determine the natural timing of infection in the field, 3,200 fruits were wrapped in paper bags and then selectively unwrapped and examined for signs of infection. Field experiments were conducted at Suwon (cvs. Yokkang, Manitta, Olympic) and Asan (cv. Chunhasangsa) in 2008. The 7- to 10-day wrapping periods were July 25-31, July 31-August 7, August 7-15, August 15-24, and August 24-September 3. The 1-to 2-month wrapping periods were from July 4, July 31, and August 15 until harvest (Sept. 3). The controls consisted of 1,712 field-grown non-wrapped fruits. The rates of infection on the various cultivars were Yokkang 55%, Manitta 37%, Olympic 55%, and Chunhasangsa 20%. A distinct period in which anthracnose infection suddenly increased could not be identified; however, attempts to guess the approximate timing of field infection showed that 0-39% of the plants had latent infections, while depending on the cultivar, 8-14% of the plants examined in August and 4-13.5% of the those examined during May-July showed symptoms of infection. Delaying fungicide spraying by 24 and 48 h after artificial infection decreased the rates of infection by 10% and 25-30%, respectively. Chemical control of anthracnose based on a forecasting model should be considered starting from the transplanting stage, with spraying within a day after warning and care being taken not to latently infect apparently healthy pepper fruits.

1980년대의 민간경비는 1976년 용역경비업법이 제정되면서 마련된 제도적인 틀 속에서 성장하는 시기였다. 1980년 민간경비의 발전을 가져온 동인은 우선 저 달러가치, 저 국제금리, 저 원유가격이라는 국제경제환경에 힘입어 국내 경제가 고도성장을 하고 무역수지 흑자를 가져오면서 호황을 누리게 된 것이다. 아울러 전자산업 고도화계획에 따라 추진하던 반도체, 컴퓨터 및 통신기기분야가 육성되었다는 점이다. 이러한 경제발전에 따라 다양한 서울국제무역박람회, '86 아시안게임, '88 서울올림픽 등의 국제행사와 국내행사가 개최됨에 따라 민간경비가 참여하여 성공적인 경비업무를 수행함으로서 민간경비에 대한 인식제고와 확산의 계기가 되었다. 또 1980년대에는 일본 세콤을 비롯하여 외국기업의 한국투자 또는 한국의 기술도입이 민간경비산업에도 많은 변화를 가져온 것이다. 그동안 인적 경비를 중심으로 해오던 민간경비가 기계경비 또는 시스템경비가 보완되는 기계경비시대를 가져왔다는 점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 1980년대의 민간경비를 둘러싼 사회적 환경을 분석하고 민간경비에 발전적인 계기가 되는 중요한 요소들을 체계적으로 분석하는 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 텔레비전을 통해 중계되는 스포츠 경기의 결과가 중간광고 회상에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 스포츠 경기로 인해 유발되는 서스펜스의 조절효과를 검증하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2012 런던 올림픽에서 축구 경기를 시청한 257명의 시청자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 경기결과(패배/무승부)와 서스펜스(고/저)에 따른 광고회상에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 경기의 결과는 광고회상에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 시청자들이 지지하는 팀이 경기에서 패배한 경우에는 무승부일 때보다 광고회상이 낮게 나타났다. 그리고 스포츠 경기가 유발하는 서스펜스가 낮은 경우에는 경기결과에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었으나, 서스펜스가 높은 경우에는 경기결과가 무승부일 때 서스펜스가 낮은 경우 보다 광고회상이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 연구결과 요약 및 시사점, 그리고 향후연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
