Student male 16 years old fractures of mandible in symphysis and both condyle head, conservative treated intermaxillary wiring (Rubber bands elastic) 2 weeks, mandible movement fractured healed. Patient has practically normal masticatory function and no complaints after treated 10 months.

Traumatic aorta-right ventricular shunt is an uncommon but important phenomenon due to development of irreversible cardiac dysfunction. Aorto-right ventricular shunt and aortic valvular laceration following stab wound of the chest was successfully surgically repaired in a twenty-year-old male patient. With the brief review of literatures, we describe the case.

The author has observed a case of Pregnancy Tumor occurred in the gingival papilla between lower central incisors of a 26-year-old female. This patient was in the state of poor oral hygiene and severe calculus deposition. This case was treated by sugical excision and calculus was removed thoroughly.

The Author have had a case of Salivary-stone in the posterior of Warton's duct in the right Side . 1. The patient was 24 years-old R.O.K.a Soldexr. 2. The salivary stone was 1.6cm by 2.11 cm in big size. 3. There was a History of pain at meal-time, and swelling of mandible of Right region.

A case of 20-year-old man involving a dens in dents with dentoalveolar abscess in the symphysis has been presented. 1. The patient pressented free drainage through the fistulous opening onn labial gingiva in area of left mandibular dentral and lateral incisors. 2. Roentgenographs revealed roentgenolucent shadows around left mandibular central and lateral incisors, dens in dente, was noticed.
