A 35-year-old Perubian who suffered from grand mal seizures died in the aircraft on his way from the United States to Hongkong via Incheon international airport of Korea. While performing the autopsy, 115 packs made with double layer of transparent film and black plastic bag containing cocaine were found in the ileum and large intestine. Among of them, 3 packs were ruptured. To determine the concentration of cocaine and its metabolites, blood, urine, bile, liver, spleen, heart, kidney, brain and gastric contents were taken and toxicological analysis was performed. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) following liquid-phase extraction using chloroform:isopropanol (=9:1) and derivatization with bis(trimethylsilyl)-trifluoroacetamide (contains 1% trimethylchlorosilane) was performed. High levels of cocaine, benzoylecgonine (BE) and ecgonine methylester (EME) were found in the postmortem blood (0.96, 3.09 and $5.59{\mu}g/mL$) and urine (32.85, 145.35 and $53.17{\mu}g/mL$), respectively. Cocaine and its metabolites were also detected in all other biological specimen.

A 10-year-old spayed female Maltese presented with purpura and hematemesis. Initial laboratory evaluation revealed immune-mediated thrombocytopenia, but evidence of hemolytic anemia was not identified. Three milligrams of human intravenous immunoglobulin (hIVIG) was administered for 3 hours following prednisolone and mycophenolate mofetil. A pale mucous membrane was identified, and the packed cell volume decreased by 3%. Blood film examination revealed significant spherocytosis with auto-agglutination. Blood transfusions and immunosuppression were continued for 4 days, and hIVIG was discontinued. This report describes a case of increased immune-mediated hemolysis after hIVIG administration, possibly due to new-onset immune-mediated hemolytic anemia or enhanced immunogenicity.

이 글에서는 영화 <택시운전사>가 우리를 여전히 현재형인 선택의 기로에 서게 하는데 목표가 있었다는 점에서 매우 계몽적이고 대중적인 스토리텔링을 추구했다고 보고, 스토리 국면에서 정동 과정의 스토리화와 담론 국면에서 목격자에서 동참자로의 시점 변화를 분석하여 이를 증명하였다. 장훈은 상흔을 지니고 현재 여기 우리 속에서 살고 있는 인물인 김만섭을 통해 광주민중화운동의 재구성을 추구한다. 택시운전사 같은 우리 주변의 흔하고 익숙한 인물이 보내는 정동의 메시지에 맞닥뜨리게 하면서 관객으로 하여금 과거의 꺼림칙한 사건을 우리의 일부로 받아들이게 하는 데 목표가 있었다고 해야 할 것이다. 이는 만섭이 갈림길에서 '평안하고 안위한 기존의 삶으로 모른 척 복귀할 것인가 역사의 현장에 소신껏 참여할 것인가'를 선택해야 하는 갈림길에 설 때, 관객 역시 동일한 지점에 서게 하려는 전략의 소산이다. 이 영화는 1980년의 '그들'을 '우리'가 되게 하고, 37년이나 된 과거 사건을 현재 바로 우리의 이야기로 치환시키는 방법으로 정동을 동원한다. 곧 이 영화의 의도는 광주민중화운동을 '저기, 그들의 이야기'에서 '여기, 우리의 이야기'로 만들려는 것에 다름 아니다. 그렇기에 대중적 스토리텔링 필요했으며 그것이 이 영화가 획득한 대중성이라고 결론지었다.

과거 영화가 예술성을 함유하며 동시대의 문학, 종교, 철학 등을 담아냈던 것과 달리 최근엔 외형적으로 흥미로운 구성과 자극되는 장면위주로 제작되고 있다. 좋은 영화란 흥미로운 스토리 밑에서 스며 나오듯 감독의 주제 메시지가 감동적으로 표현되며 동시대의 사회 면모에 대한 감독의 날카로운 시선인 사회의제를 공감할 수 있어야 한다. 코엔형제들의 영화를 살펴보면 아이러니와 해프닝을 통한 전형적인 블랙 코미디 장르의 오락 영화인 것 같으나 실제로는 자국의 사회문제를 영화 곳곳에 수없이 많이 삽입하며 관조적 시점에서 냉소적으로 자신들의 사회의제를 훌륭히 표현해 내고 있음을 볼 수 있다. 그들의 영화 "위대한 레보스키(1998)"를 보면 주인공 캐릭터들의 천덕스런 모습을 통해 코믹한 내용을 창출해 내고 있는 것 같지만 실제로는 사회 부적응 자를 양산한 역사적 사실에 대한 사회의제를 블랙코미디로 희화화하는 등 베트남전, 포스트모더니즘, 우민화정책 등 미국 사회문제 들을 섭텍스트(sub-text)로 표현하고 있는 감독의 탁월한 연출임을 알 수 있다. 이와 같은 문화적 파급력을 가진 영화를 분석함으로 한국의 영화산업의 진일보에 일조하기를 기대한다.

부정적 감성은 인간의 생존에 기여한다는 점에서 중요한 기능을 한다. 본 연구에서는 시청각 동영상자극을 이용하여 부정적 감성을 유발하고 각 부정적 감성에 따른 자율신경계 반응을 구분하고자 하였다. 실험에는 성인 남녀 30명(22.6세${\pm}$1.24, 남: 15명, 여: 15명)이 참여하였다 예비실험을 통해 2분 길이의 동영상 자극을 실험자극으로 선정하였다. 실험참여자가 선정된 동영상자극을 시청하는 동안 피부전기활동(EDA), 심전도(ECG)가 측정되었고, 하나의 자극제시가 끝난 후에 실험참여자들에게 각 감성자극에 의해 경험되는 감성에 대한 심리평가를 실시하였다. 심리반응 분석결과, 각 부정적 감성 자극은 표적감성을 적절하고 효과적으로 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 자율신경계 반응분석결과, 각각의 감성자극들은 서로 구분되는 자율신경계 활동패턴을 유발하였다. 그리고 공포자극은 다른 유형의 부정적 감성자극보다 피부전기활동과 심전도의 지표들에서 높은 교감신경계의 활성화를 유발하였다. 본 연구는 각 부정적 감성에 대한 자율신경계 반응을 세분화하였다는 데 의의가 있다.

Ginseng is a shade-plant cultivated using shading facilities. However, at too low light levels, root growth is poor, and at high light levels, the destruction of chlorophyll reduces the photosynthesis efficiency due to leaf burn and early fall leaves. The ginseng has a lightsaturation point of 12,000~15,000 lux when grown at 15 to 20℃ and 9,500 lux at 25℃. This study was conducted to select the optimal light intensity of 3-year-old ginseng grown in blue-white film plastic house. The seeds were planted in the blue-white film plastic house with different light receiving rate (March 17, 2020). Between April and September, the average air temperature in the house was 20.4-20.7℃. Average soil temperature was 18.3℃-18.5℃. The chemical properties of the test soil was as follows. The pH level was 7.0-7.4, EC was 0.5-0.6 dS/m, OM was at the levels of 33.6-37.7 g/kg, P₂O₅ was 513.0-590.8 mg/kg, slightly higher than the allowable 400 mg/kg. The amount of light intensity, illuminance, and solar radiation in the blue-white film house was increased as the light-receiving rate increased and the amount of light intensity was found to be 9-14% compared to the open field, 8-13% illuminance and 9-14% solar irradiation respectively. The photosynthesis rate was the lowest at 3.1 µmolCO²/m²/s in the 9% light blue-white plastic house and 4.2 and 4.0 µmolCO²/m²/s in the 12% and 14% light blue-white plastic house, respectively. These results generally indicate that the photosynthesis of plants increases with the amount of light, but the ginseng has a lower light saturation point at high temperatures, and the higher the amount of light, the lower the photosynthetic efficiency. The SPAD (chlorophyll content) value decreased as the increase of light-receiving rate, and was the highest at 32.7 in 9% light blue-white plastic house. Ginseng germination started on April 11 and took 13-15 days to germinate. The overall germination rate was 82.9-85.8%. The plant height and length of stem were long in the 9% light-receiving plastic house. The diameter of stem was thick in the 12-14% light-receiving plastic house. In the 12% and 14% light-receiving plastic house, the length and diameter of taproot was long and thick, so the fresh weight of root per plant was 20 g or more, which was heavier than 16.9 g of the 9% light-receiving plastic house. The disease incidence (Alternaria blight, Gray mold and Damping-off etc.) rate were 0.9-2.7%. The incidence of Sclerotinia rot disease was 7.5-8.4%, and root rot was 0-20.0%. The incidence ratio of rusty root ginseng was 34.4-38.7% level, which was an increase from the previous year's 15% level.

필자들은 경주지역 최대 고분인 황남대총 남, 북분에서 출토된 칠기의 재질과 기법 조사를 실시하였다. 조사 방법은 깨어진 칠기편을 이용하여 태골을 분류하고 그 결과를 바탕으로 도막단면(약2㎜)의 박편을 제작, 현미경하에서 하지의 혼입재 종류와 도막구조를 분류함으로써 칠기의 유래를 추정하였다. 그 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 1. 남분에서 출토된 칠이배, 칠완, 칠장방형합자 등 협저제칠기의 하지에는 골분이 사용되었다. 이러한 칠기는 동시대 동아시아에 있어서 중국의 진~한대 이후 발달된 고급칠기의 계보에 위치된다. 2. 남, 북분에서 출토된 칠배, 완, 장방형합자 등은 식기류, 화장도구의 일부로서 세트로 부장되었을 가능성이 있다. 3. 남분과 북분 출토 칠기에는 품질면에서 차이가 있다. 남분에는 중국칠기의 계보를 잇는 협저제칠기, 포태칠기 등 고급품이 다수 부장되어 있다. 북분에는 남분에서 출토된 칠기보다 제작방법이 간단한 목심제칠기가 많다. 4. 북분에서 출토된 흑칠지에 동물이나 새 문양이 그려진 용기류는 대부분 목심제칠기로 제작 공정이 비교적 간단하다.

최근들어 우리나라 국민의 식품소비 형태가 점차 고급화됨에 따라 메밀의 어린 식물체와 종실은 건강 별미식품의 원료로서 수요량은 단속 증가될 전망이다. 엽채소용으로 이용되는 메밀의 어린 식물체는 30% 이상의 단백질과 500mg / 100g 이상의 Rutin과 상당한 양의 미네랄, 비타민 함유하여 단경기 재배시 녹채소의 수량은 파종량, 파종기, 재배환경 조건에 따라서 262～2,270 / 10a로 차이가 매우 컸으며 예상조수익도 52.4～183.5만원 / 10a이었다. 엽채소용 메밀의 육묘기간을 20, 25, 30일로 하였을 경우 육묘기간이 길수록 초장, 줄기의 굵기, 잎의 수와 크기가 증대되었다. 4배체품종 신주대메밀의 생체중은 2배체품종 수원재래와 신농001에 비하여 35%가 더 무거웠으며 엽육이 두껍고 잎이 커서 상품가치가 더 좋았다.

이 글의 목적은 개봉 당시 비평과 흥행 양면에 성공한 <다크 나이트>를 통해 할리우드 슈퍼히어로를 주인공으로 한 액션 스릴러를 연출적인 관점에서 분석하고자 하는데 있다. 크리스토퍼 놀란의 <다크나이트>는 과거 슈퍼히어로 액션물의 기본적인 내러티브 원리에 충실하면서도 그 주제의 진지함과 시각적 표현력에 있어 한 단계 업그레이드된 명품 액션스릴러라고 할 수 있다. 연출 분석은 크게 내용과 형식으로 나뉜다. 내용에 있어서는, 선악의 존재론적 딜레마를 다룬 주제, 과거 배트맨 시리즈보다 깊고 강해진 캐릭터, 5막 구성, 특히 조커의 게임을 활용한 극적 구성, 그리고 다양한 아이러니와 모티프 활용이 돋보인다. 형식에 있어서는 아이맥스 카메라의 효과적인 활용, 특히 카 체이스와 격투액션 등의 액션 연출이 뛰어나다. 편집, 음악, 미술 역시 전편을 뛰어 넘는다. 이 작품이 높이 평가받을 수 있었던 가장 큰 요인은 슈퍼히어로의 액션스릴러라는 블록버스터에 철학적인 주제를 깊이 있게 담아내는데 성공했다는 점이다. 무엇보다도 오랜 역사를 거친 할리우드의 슈퍼히어로 전통과 액션 스릴러의 진화된 기술력이 정점에 이른 시점에 놀란 감독이 뛰어난 연출력이 영화적 스타일과 극적으로 조화를 이뤘기에 가능했던 것이라고 본다.

The incidence of congenital aortic valvular stenosis has been known rare, and approximately 3-6% of congenital heart diseases. Recently, we experienced 1 case of congenital aortic valvular stenosis, and which was corrected surgically under extracorporeal circulation successfully. A 11 years old male pt. was admitted to N.M.C. because of dyspnea, dizziness, chest pain and episode of syncope. An auscultation, harsh systolic murmur [Gr. IV/VI] was noted at aortic area and also palpable strong thrill. ECG showed LVH c strain pattern and suspicious LVH finding in simple chest P-A film. In Lt. cardiac catheterization, abrupt pressure change [110mmHg] between LV & Aorta was noted across the aortic valve. And aortic insufficiency was absent, well visualized both coronary arteries and suspicious bicuspid aortic valve in aortography. Valve form was bicuspid, large one was noncoronary cusp and another cusp was Rt. & Lt. coronary cusp which was interpositioned rudimentary commissure. Central aortic orifice was about 5ram in diameter. Valvulotomy was done along the fusioned commissure between noncoronary cusp and Rt. & Lt.coronary cusp, and then short incision was added between Rt. coronary cusp & Lt. coronary cusp. Immediate postoperative course smooth but unknown cardiac arrest was noted in POD second day. Complete recovery was done without sequelae by resuscitation. After operation, clinical symptoms were subsided but systolic murmur [Gr. II/VI] was audible at aortic area, diastolic murmur was absent. ECG showed still remained LVH but much decreased R wave voltage in Lt. precordial leads. Simple chest P-A showed no interval changes compared to preop film. Control Lt. heart catheterization revealed still remained pressure gradient [40ramrig] between LV & Aorta. But much decreased pressure gradient compared to preop pressure gradient [110mmHg].
