The proportion of old buildings over 40 years among all school facilities is about 20%. The degree of deterioration is also increasing, resulting in safety risks that reduce the residential safety of faculty and students or a poor environment that does not meet the new curriculum and educational conditions is rapidly increasing the need for repair and renovation of school facilities. In order to fully fulfill its role as a space for implementing education, school architecture requires an understanding of the national curriculum and a clear criterion for determining the relationship between education and space. In order to set the evaluation criteria for deteriorated school architecture, this study presents judgment data centered on quantification and accuracy so that relevant personnel can utilize scientific analysis, research and development of detailed and systematic comprehensive evaluation indicators, and quantified evaluation methods.
Research method was a case study as narrative method through in-depth interviews around 21 sufferers of elder abuse in rural area and the researcher interviewed them directly. Conclusively, the majority of sufferers of elder abuse were physically very low in the ADL(activities of daily living) and had been bereaved with no spouse. The relations of abused parents and the adult children were much disagreed and divided as unrecovered. Their economic reliance and physical reliance were much overlapped and the majority of them were low educational background and low income level. In case of the abused old people, they had severe low self respect and melancholy, so they considered severely suicide so much as invaluable as their existing value. In spite of over 80.5 years old average, the abuse action had continued for 6 months to 50 years long and the intensity of the abuse was more strengthened. The majority of abused old people refused mostly the entrance of social welfare facilities for elders and also they desired to live in present living area and their own houses.
The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate a nutritional education program for preschool children in association with Center for Children's Foodservice Management, childcare facilities and home in order to provide nutritional knowledge and change food attitudes in children. The program was repeated three times using the same educational theme and consisted three steps. Step 1 involved visiting education with teaching tools by a dietician. Step 2 involved home education with a worksheet and participating in events with parents. Step 3 involved repeated education with a textbook by a preschool teacher education reports sent to the center. The subjects of this study were 3 to 5-year-old children at 89 childcare facilities located in Busanjingu. Interest in meals at childcare facilities, dietary guidance for parents of children, and dietary attitudes of children were evaluated before and after education. Number of parents interested in meals managed by childcare facilities (kitchen visiting, meals observation, progress of children's education) increased after education. Mean scores for meal awareness in parents in the form of three questions (proper food distribution, hand washing before mealtime, nutritional and hygienic satisfaction with meals) significantly (p<0.05) increased after education. Mean dietary guidance for parents' scores for all questions except table manner significantly (p<0.01) increased after education. Mean dietary attitudes for children in the form of six questions (try to eat various vegetable, eat meals without leaving, wash hands before mealtime, eat cleanly, reduce sodium intake and keep table manner) also significantly (p<0.001) increased after education. As a results, the nutritional education program applied in this study, positive influenced children's nutritional knowledge and dietary attitudes, and parents' dietary guidance of children.

To establish a new creative economy, the worldwide efforts have been made to wriggle out the old economic paradigm after the financial crisis of 2008. When it comes to the limitation of the viability. the start up companies have a high risk of failure. Therefore business incubator (BI) should carry out the role to improve their viability. As for the maximization of the effect on the business incubating services as move in companies, it is important for BI to increase the level of business incubating services by the systemic and scientific measurement. This study showed that the quality of the BI center services was measured by Kano analysis and the previous research as follows. First, BI quality attribute by Timko's customer satisfaction came out into the attractive qualities on the 14 items that amount to the 70% of 20 business incubating services items. It is desirable to perform the strategy for the satisfaction. Secondly, basic business incubating services were interpreted as the one-dimensional quality like incubating spaces, parking facilities, security facilities, industry technology development funds, and incubating managers. Finally, training and educational service was recognized as indifferent quality. Futhermore, the improvement and the limitation of this study as well as the interpretation of analysis results are also provided.

The purpose of this study is to clearify the architectural pattern of the Dogsedang(讀書堂) and it's characteristics of the Place which based on the historical background of the Saga-reagingsystem(陽假讀書制度) in the early Chosun Dynasty. The Saga-reaging(賜暇讀書) was given vacation to read books for young scholars who serve in a Royal institution chartered an academic society that we call the Giphyunjeun(集賢默). Due to the consciousness of preference about the old Documment on the history of Chosun Dynasty such as, whangchoshillok(朝蘇王朝實錄) and giligie(地理誌) and so on, I could find a clue that would lead to the solution of the problem. So to speak the division into periods about historical background of the Saga-reagingsystem(賜暇讀書制度) is analysed by questionnaire of scholars who is in. By the analysis, there were two types of the Saga-reagingsystem(賜暇讀書制度) and three places in the Dogsedang(讀書堂). Vacation to read books at the single schalor's home is we called jaegadogse(在家讀書), reading area at the temple in the deep mountain district is the Sansadogse(山寺讀書). The first place reading area at the temple in the deep mountain district was the temple of Jinkwan(律寬寺), the second place was the temple of Jangyue(藏義寺) the third was the temple of youngsan(龍山寺) so called the Namhodang(南湖堂). There is a certain difference of viewpoint with each site. These results show that the site of the Dogsedang(讀書堂) has deep consideration in relation with picturesque scenery.

In general, teachers' perceptions on the physical environment of elementary school are related on the quality of education and school life. But, we don't have study what teachers think of their enviroment of school. This study analyzed elementary school teachers' satisfaction with overall physical environment and their assessment of spaces with specific functions in order to understand teachers' perception of the physical environment of elementary schools. A survey questionnaire was administered to 982 homeroom teachers working at 67 elementary schools located in Seoul and Busan. Teachers' satisfaction with physical environment of school and their assessment were analyzed comparatively according to the teachers' personal attributes and school conditions. 1) Most of the surveyed teachers were satisfied with overall physical environment of the school, and assessed high the substantiality of functional spaces indoor and outdoor. By sub-factor, however, their satisfaction with work environment was lower than that with education and living environment. 2) The teachers perceived that the optimal number of classes was 30~36, and this is probably because they were relatively accustomed to large scale schools. 3) As might be expected, negative assessments were more frequent among teachers working at a large-scale school, an old school, or a school with small outdoor spaces. The results of this study show that, though partially different according to region, gender, teaching experience and school condition, teachers' satisfaction with school environment was relatively high. This suggests that elementary school teachers perceive their current school environment positively. Because they are accustomed to traditional education methods that have been maintained.

Speech information of teachers is transmitted to students in classrooms so that appropriate aural environment should be provided for academic purposes. Many researches have been undertaken for classroom acoustics, and acoustic standards of domestic classrooms were suggested based on the reverberation time and background noise level. However, these standards are suitable for middle and high schools and so not consider the auditory ability by ages. As a precedent research, the present study was begun to suggest an acoustic standard for lower grade elementary school classrooms with children under age 9 who have not normal auditory ability. In order to do this, acoustic performances of the lower grade classrooms were measured and compared with the general classrooms. Also, change of acoustic parameters depending on the desk layout was measured and analyzed. The measured acoustic parameters were background noise, signal to noise ratio, RT, STI, D50, and IACC. As a result, it was found that background noise is exceed the standard of 35dB(A) at the schools along the road sides. Also, it was shown that most of acoustic parameters are higher in the classrooms built recently rather than the old classrooms. Generally, there are not much difference of acoustic parameters among the various desk layouts but, better acoustic performances are acquired at the center line and the seats near sound source. Also, Higher IACC was measured at the seats on the center line facing the source squarely.
The goal of this study was to investigate the distribution chart of management and satisfaction through Hanwoo education program and to provide fundamental data and development conformity available on the management and educational program to managers. In this study, we chose 75 managers taking part in Hanwoo education program as pre-test and applied satisfaction for education program to 33 managers randomly selected as post-test. The results of this study are as follows: First, age and academic career had a significant (P<0.05) effect on breeding size, breeding career, sales, and management methods. This may be due to the fact that managers in Hanwoo industry tended to raise academic standards and the age group moved towards young age rather than middle and old ages. However, an academic career was unaffected by sale and management methods. Second, managers who randomly selected the education program showed higher satisfaction about the program and lower or usual interest and intention in the educational environment, incidental facilities, and reviews. In conclusion, to equip the constituent parts of education program with entire propriety and an effective running system, information on breeding size and breeding career for managers in Hanwoo Industry with respect to age and academic career had to be clearly premeditated. It also needed the educational program to look at it from the standpoint of the managers.
It is a general trend in the world that female workers are drastically increasing due to the facts that highly developed capitalism requires women's job, women are inspired to work, housewives can shorten their working hours for house-keeping and save their energy from their routine works, educational expenses of their children become larger, large among of modities has stimulated purchasing desire. Since the International Treaty on Prohibition of Female's Night Labor was agreed at the Bern's Conference in 1906, the International Labor Organization (I.L.O.) established after the World War II, has adopted innumerable international labor treaties. According to the laws of the advanced countries, the first priority of their protection has been placed on juvenile and female workers. The legal protection of female workers and equal treatments such as wage and promotion between men and women have become important world problems. In this thesis, the great principle of the Labor Standard Law, protection regarding working house, risk and harm in performance of jobs, protection of mother-workers, protection of women workers in advanced countries and the present status of welfare facilities for women workers in our country will be studied. The most important points this thesis has placed stress and appealed, are as follows : 1. The scope and variety of women workers' jobs should be broadened. 2. Opportunity for promotion should be guaranteed for women workers based upon the ability and capacity of individual woman worker. 3. Equal wage principle between men and women workers, should be established based upon the idea that men and women should be equal. 4. The age limit or marriage limit of employment applied only to female workers, should be abrogated. 5. The ability of middle and old aged women workers should be developed and utilized to the maximum extent. 6. Welfare facilities for women workers, should be urgently secured and guaranteed.
Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the status of depression and the cognitive function among the elderly over 65 years of age who use the welfare facilities for the aged in the community. Methods: For this study the data were collected from March 27, 2006 to April 14, 2006. Subjects were 92 elderly over 65 years old. The level of depression was estimated with the Beck Depression Inventory, and the cognitive function with the modified Mental Status Questionnaire (MSQ). The Data were analyzed using frequencies, t-test, and Pearson's correlation coefficient with the SPSS/PC program. Results: The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The mean score was 13.09 for depression and 8.27 for cognitive function. 2. Analysis according to the demographic characteristics confirmed a statistically significant difference on the level of cognitive function between the elderly who live alone and those who live together(f=4.293, p<0.01) 3. The percentage of the severely and mildly impaired in cognitive function was 7.6% and 6.5%, respectively. 4. The variables of age(f=11.17, p<0.01), educational level(f=15.23, p<0.01), martial status(f=4.084, p<0.01), and economic activity(t=4.41, p<0.01) showed a significant effect on cognitive function. 5. There was no relationship between depression and cognitive function. Conclusion: Social support and a variety of programs at welfare facilities in the community were recommended in order to reduce depression and cognitive impairment in the elderly.
