로짓 模型을 利用한 都心居住의 適住者 選定에 관한 硏究 - 大邱市를 中心으로 - (Study on the Selection of Suitable Resident for C.B.D. Living by Using the Logit Model -The Case of Taegu City-)

  • This study is for the development of C.B.D. residential land that is available in the changeable housing market and urban planning paradigm. The results are as follows. First, we developed a Logit model to analyzed the suitable resident for living downtown and we used several variables in the model such as their living place, the location of their works, in come according to sex and age, and whether they have a car or not. Second, in analysis for the suitable residents using the Logit model, the main demanders who live in C.B.D. or have a job there and the young and old were chosen, Third, it shows that the suitable residents prefer semi-C.B.D. because it has convenient accessibility to C.B.D. rater quickly (in ten minutes). They prefer apartment and Mixed-Use building. Fourth, there are much residential land in semi-C.B.D. (63.7%) so as to support enough land in ease of redevelopment. The land price is tremendously low compared to that of land for business or for C.B.D.

대구도심 폐교시설 활용방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Reuse of School Facilities in the Downtown Deagu)

  • This study is processing to analyze the causes and to suggest the solution about extension of closed schools which comes from urban decay in the city. The meaning of this report is based on the purpose to help the substantial application of the equipments of closed schools. This is used by groping the composite application scheme for improving the values of recycling facilities of closed schools which is according to abolition and amalgamation. To complete the purpose of this report, many documents, records and corroborative evidences were used to process this study. We suggest the program that is available to invest space. That is analyzed the environment and the social application that the building has is proper or not.

  • The purpose of this study is to find important factors for establishment of masterplanner operating model in residents' participation regeneration project suitable for small provincial city compared with Seoul city's which were already operated these days. The study showed the following results: 1) Conditions required for masterplanners are professional, regionality, sustainability, balance, independence. 2) Regionality and professionality can be guaranteed by expert-recommendation and perform manual suitable for character of project and regional conditions. 3) Conditions required for masterplanners are applied flexibly depending on the size and duration of project.

비침이 비색증에 대한 영향 (A Clinical Observation of the Nasal Acupunture Therapy on Nasal Obstruction)

  • We studied 32 patents, who had visited Kyung Hee downtown oriental hospital with nasal obstruction. They has been observed their nasal cavity through anterior rhinoscopy. We had paten't middle and inferior turbinte bleeding by acupuncture. This symptom had been disappeared after this treatment. The result were as follows. 1. Sex and age distribution: The males were 18($56.2\%) and Female were 14($43.8\%$). The most common occurrence was found between 1-5 years old. 2. The most common duration of disease was between 2-6 months. 3. In decreasing order, the common complication & past history of otolaryngologic or allergic disease were allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, chronic sinusitis, adenoid or tonsil hypertrophy, otitis media with effusion and asthma. 4. In descending order, distribution of symptoms were rhinorrhea, sneezing, dry sensation, sputum, frontal headach, postnasal drip and cough. 5. The improvement rate in symptom were $31.3\%\;excellent\;and\;53.1\%$ good.

PAV의 개발현황과 경제적 효율성 비교 (Development Status and Economic Efficiency of PAV)

  • PAV is considered to improve quality of life and standards of living, improvement of which was caused by automobile hundred years ago. Comparative economic efficiency of PAVs is measured to compare each PAV. Specification and sales price of the PAVs are open to the public. BlackFly, Transition and Aeromobil 3.0 have competitive power in flying range, purchasing cost, and operational cost. Lift & cruise configuration and vectored thrust configuration PAVs are designed by many companies nowadays, and BlackFly which can be considered to be lift & cruise configuration is one of the most efficient PAVs. High battery price does not help multi-copter shaped PAVs to have economic efficiency. Aerodynamic wing, eVTOL, and low sale price are needed for PAVs to ride a wave of public interest as a new personal mobility. Under the conditions, the PAV can fly at downtown and can be purchased by people at large. Popularization of PAV could follow in the 100 years old footsteps of automobile.

도시화에 따른 중국 연길시 토지이용의 변화 (Change of the Land Use in Yanji city of China in the Connection with Urbanization Process)

  • 본 연구는 중국 개혁개방 이후, 계속적으로 도시지역이 확장 발달하고 있는 연길시의 도시화에 따른 연길시 토지이용의 변화에 관한 연구이다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 지목별 토지이용변화에서 1978$\sim$2003년 사이의 경지는 $22.7km^2$가 줄어 23.2% 감소하였으며, 시가화 면적은 $16.7km^2$가 늘어 무려 111.3%나 증가하였다. 또 도시적 토지이용인 공장은 250.0%, 학교는 75.2%, 공원은 271.4%, 도로는 153.3%로 증가하였다; 용도별 토지이용에서는 시역이 확대됨에 따라 1978년 이후 상업지역이 620.0%로 가장 많이 증가하였다. 또 공업지역은 250.0%로 증가했으며, 주거지역은 43.8%로 증가하였다. 이 사이에 용도지역은 뚜렷한 증가 현상을 보였다; 지가에 의한 도시화는 최고 지가지대와 최저지대가 현저한 차이를 보인다. 도시화의 정도가 지역에 따라 현저한 차이를 보이고 있으며, 도시개발사업에 의해 시가지가 확산되어, 이로 인해 지가는 개발지의 입지에 따라 변화 해왔다; 지가분포도를 살펴보면 남, 서쪽 보다 동 북쪽으로의 개발이 먼저 이루어졌음을 짐작할 수 있다. 도심 주변부는 동쪽으로의 확장이 이루어지고 도시 외연부는 남, 서쪽으로의 확장이 이루어졌다. 주요간선도로를 따라 '신흥(新興)'을 중심으로 동서방향으로 확장되었다.

서울 청계광장 설계 연구 (A Design Study on Seoul CheongGye Plaza)

  • 청계천 주변지역은 과거부터 많은 인파가 몰리는 서울의 주요한 공간이었으며, 시민의 희로애락과 삶이 담긴 장소다. 많은 역사적 사건을 겪으며 서울의 중심을 흘러온 청계천은 생활오수에 따른 하천오염과 범람을 이유로 근대화 과정에서 역사속으로 완전히 사라지게 되었다. 그러나 2002년, 회색도시를 살리고 도시경관의 질을 향상시키려는 대규모 도시운동 프로젝트의 일환으로 서울시는 노후화된 청계천 고가도로를 철거하고, 하천을 복개하기 이전의 모습으로 되돌리기로 결정하였다. 청계천은 구도심권을 활성화시켜 다양한 문화 공간을 창출했으며, 하천을 따라 형성되는 문화적, 자연적 파동에 의하여 거대도시의 어메니티를 향상시켰다. 또한 역사성을 재생하여 시민들에게 교훈적인 기회를 제공하였다. 그 중에서도 청계 광장은 디자인과 문화적인 가치를 되찾고, 현 시대가 요구하는 도시의 환경을 만들었다. 강북과 강남지역으로 나뉘어 불균형적으로 발전되어 온 서울에서, 균형적인 발전을 제고한 청계광장은 도시공간을 디자인하는 조경가의 입장에서 매우 중요한 가치가 있으며, 이러한 사회적 촉매의 노력으로 도심 문화공간으로 재탄생된 것에 의미가 있다.

농촌관광 방문경험자와 잠재방문자의 비교분석을 통한 지속가능한 농촌관광개발 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study for Sustainable Development of Rural Tourism through Comparisn between Visitors and Potential Visitors)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide basic materials for working out differentiated marketing strategies appropriate to the visitors and potential visitors of rural tourism for the sustainable development of rural tourism. The study was conducted through a questionnaire survey fur 500 adults aged 18-year-old or older residing in downtown Seoul, and the characteristics of the visitors and potential visitors of the rural tour were analyzed through frequency analysis and logistic analysis. The analysis results are summarized as follow. In many cases, they obtained information on the rural tourism chiefly through mass media and decided their participation after listening to the stories of nearby people or visitors. The survey showed that the estimated necessary expenses of the potential visitors were more than actual ones of the visitors. It was analyzed that the reception attitude of residents was a factor to have the most significant effect on the participation of rural tourism, while necessary budget for potential visitors.

여성 노인의 슬픔 (Elderly Women′s Grief)

  • This study sought to find a nursing intervention tool for enhancing elderly women's lives by investigating the causes and the meaning of their grief. Method: This research was derived from a phenomenological tool such as qualitative research design. The data collection took place from December of 2000 until April of 2001 Through systematic interviews and participatory observations of five elderly women attending C welfare center located in downtown Seoul the data was collected. Each interview lasted an hour and a half and was arranged five times. The analysis of this research was conducted using the Giorgi method. Results: \circled1 There was obvious physical and physiological decline caused by aging old; as well as there being spouse health problems, additional physical suffering, signs of senility, and insomnia, \circled2 Further grief was imposed by unpleasant memories of the spouse; infidelity, incapability, and even disregard of her own well-being, \circled3 Then there was pity for children; unfaithful children, uncertain futures of the children, and early death of a child, \circled4 Also, regrettable fate, painful daily acttrities, unreliable factors, bad circumstances, and feelings emptiness were reported, \circled5 Finally, anxiety for the future; ac sense of despair, loneliness, economic hardship, and the fear of imminent death increased grief levels. Conclusion: A variety of programs and social meetings for the elderly to overcome their physiological or psychological crisis should be substantially developed and supported by the government. In order to implement the social welfare for the elderly women, special consideration whether on the governmental level or the personal level, should be devoted to the elderly who live without any financial support or social concern.

공·폐가를 활용한 예술마을 대상지 선정방법 - 광주광역시(대한민국)를 중심으로- (Site selecting method of Art-Village using Empty House - Focused on Gwangju, Korea-)

  • Purpose: An increase of empty houses is recognized a serious problem in residential environmental improvement areas and old downtown. The government recognizes the empty houses as a reason for the accelerated formation of local slum, and a negative element threatening the residential environment and urban landscape. Therefore, it has a high interest in the use of empty houses in urban regeneration projects. In this study, we propose a site selecting method for the composition of Art-Village by using empty houses. Method: The main process of this study is to create a dot map and contour map based on a survey of the empty houses on Gwang-ju Metropolitan City. Based on this result, the sites were selected on the basis of the five principles; 1) Density of Empty Houses, 2) Accessibility, 3) Resources of Amenity, 4) Related Plan, and 5) Regional arrangement Result: As a result, this research proposed methods of selecting sites for art village by using empty houses. The eight regions were selected in Gwang-ju Metropolitan City.
