어린이집 사례분석에 의한 연령별 보육실의 흥미영역 특성분석 (Analysis on the Characteristics of Activity Areas in Classrooms of Childcare Centers Depending on Age Groups)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the characteristics of activity areas according to the age difference and provide the alternatives for space planning of activity areas in classroom of childcare centers. This study used the content analysis method for field survey data collected from 36 classrooms of 9 childcare centers in the Daejeon area. Floor plans were converted to Autocad drawings to analyze the characteristics of activity areas. The results of this study were as follows; 1) In case of 0 to 2-year-old classrooms, they had 6 activity areas such as gross-motor area, role play, block building, language, creative expression, exploration/manipulation area. The activity area with the most low frequency was gross-motor area. 2) In case of 0 to 2-year-old classrooms, the size of activity area was in order of gross-motor area > role play > block building > language > creative expression > exploration/manipulation area. In case of 3 to 5-year-old classrooms, the size of activity area was in order of language > art > role play > math > block building > science > tone and rhythmic area. 3) The central areas with easy access in 0 to 2-year-old classrooms were Large-motor and Imaginary Play Areas. Also, more isolated areas were Manupulatives and Block Areas. The central areas with easy access in 3 to 5-year-old classrooms were Arts, Numbers and Manupulatives. While more isolated areas were Music, Movement and Science Areas.

부산부청(釜山府廳)의 건축과정과 변용특성 (A Study on the Architectural Process and the Characteristic of Municipal Building in Busan)

  • The Municipal Building of Busan was the first western-style building of Korea in 1879. It was also the predecessor of Busan Metropolitan City Hall. On the other hand, the Municipal Building of Busan was a symbolic structure that shows the history of Busan. The Municipal Building of Busan has inherited the construction location and site, including the speciality of Choryangwaegwan, and is a good example of the process of inheriting the authority of the former space through the appropriation of the building. The Municipal Building of Busan was relocated to the edge of the coast in 1934 because a small and dilapidated building failed to function properly. The relocation of the Municipal Building of Busan in 1934 was the origin of changing the coastal space in downtown. As a result, landfill sites along the coast were in the limelight and developed into the downtown area of Busan after Korea's liberation.

  • The vulnerability factor analysis and risk quantification model for aging buildings presented in this study can be utilized by governmental agencies such as the Facility Safety Foundation, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, and various local governments. Policymakers can use this to supplement inadequacies in existing checklists, and it is expected that they can proactively prevent risks by evaluating dangers based on specific aging characteristics of buildings.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive and to apply green factors focusing on the existing old settlements, Topdong 'Yangdalmal' in Cheongju City. This study is conducted through literatures and GBCC (Green Building Certification Criteria) review. Literatures cover the traditional characteristics of farming village and the modern characteristics of urban space today. The results are following as; first, Land Use, Environment, Resource and Energy are the most important green factors by literatures and GBCC. Second, traditional elements and natural elements such as history and culture, natural resource use and passive planning are added. Finally information communication is added as the green factor showed feature of modern society.

  • Deterioration of the educational facilities built before 1985 is a serious situation. The purpose of this study is to present the efficient remodeling method of old educational facilities. This paper, part III, presents the systemic and synthetic judgment method of deterioration grade of finished materials. Evaluation of the deterioration is carried out in every eight classrooms or building elements divided by the use. And classrooms are divided by several parts for example floor, wall and ceiling etc.. The whole deterioration of the building judges the result of every part collectively.

소규모 노후 건축물 안전관리 실태분석 및 효율화 방안 (Current Status Analyses and Efficient Strategies Subjected to Safety Management of Small-Scaled Old Buildings )

  • 본 연구는 소규모 노후 건축물을 대상으로 현행 법 제도적 한계와 문제점을 파악하고 관리대상, 관리조직, 예산 측면의 개선방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 관련 법령인 「건축물관리 조례」, 「건축 조례」에서 규정하는 안전점검 대상, 지역건축안전센터의 안전관리 업무 및 조직 구성, 건축안전특별회계의 재원 조성 등에 관한 사항을 조사하였다. 또한, 전국 지방자치단체를 대상으로 지역건축안전센터 및 건축안전특별회계의 설치 및 운영에 대한 현황을 분석하여 법적 규제에 기반하여 현 안전관리 실태를 진단하였다. 결과적으로 점검대상 측면에서 법적 안전점검 대상에 포함되지 않는 안전관리 사각지대 건축물이 존재한다는 문제점을 도출하였고, 관리 조직 및 예산 측면에서 지역건축안전센터의 운영을 위한 전문인력 확보의 어려움과 건축안전특별회계 운용을 위한 재원 부족으로 설치 및 운영에 대한 한계를 파악하였다. 해당 문제에 대한 개선 안으로 소규모 노후 건축물의 점검 대상 범위 확대에 따른 안전관리 사각지대 축소, 전문인력 보수 규정 개선 및 준전문 인력 양성, 재원 확보를 위한 이행강제금 최소 비율 규정 및 건축허가 수수료의 단계적 상향 조정 등을 제시하였으며 이를 바탕으로 소규모 노후 건축물 안전관리 효율성 제고에 기여하고자 하였다.

Public Building Value Evaluation Using Contingent Valuation Method Based on Market Value Estimation

  • Building deterioration reflects the degradation of basic building performance including structural performance, energy performance, durability, and safety, and it also includes perceived deterioration, which considers a user-based perspective. More than 50% of the existing buildings in Korea are over 15 years old and public buildings compose 2.5% of all buildings domestically. Therefore, there are several different problems, such as poor energy efficiency, structural performance, and safety. To address the challenges of increasing stock in deteriorated buildings, it is necessary to make decisions about reconstruction or renovation. In this study, we propose a new method to evaluate public building value with a contingent valuation method (CVM). By estimating willing-to-pay (WTP) from users of private buildings in similar situation with the public building, it is possible to compare market prices and calculate a correction factor to adjust the WTP data. Finally, we apply the correction factor to the WTP of a public building and estimate market price, willingness to pay (WTP).   • Recently, there has been a large social issue about the environmental sector for safe zones from crime. Since 2010, starting with Seoul, most local governments have enacted ordinances related to crime prevention environmental design (hereinafter referred to as CPTED) and are showing active movement. In this study, as part of a method to understand how to use the design elements applied to CPTED, the safety village creation project of deteriorated construction districts in Daegu Metropolitan City was conducted, focusing on the 10 project destinations using CPTED, and the CPTED application elements were evaluated by CPTED. The analysis was conducted according to the basic principles, and the elements related to the architectural plan of the environmental design elements were reviewed. In order to extract the environmental design elements of the project site, the CPTED guideline appropriate for the sector was used based on the standard guidelines for environmental design for crime prevention in Daegu City and the contents of the crime prevention urban design ordinance.

  • Recycled aggregate by the recycling construction waste has a lot of advantage such as the developing the alternative resource and protecting of environment. However, recycled aggregate is used as the low quality grade, because the technic to remove old mortar from aggregate is low level. To use the recycled aggregate as high quality grade, it is important to develop the technic to produce the high quality recycled aggregate. To manufacture the high quality recycled aggregate, old mortar attached on the aggregates should remove efficiently. Therefore, in this study, we suggested the optimum condition to remove old mortar effectively using sulfuric acid and low speed wet rotary mill for high quality recycled fine aggregate. The results shows that the recycled aggregate satisfy on the standards of KS F 2573 in density, absorption and solid volume when, adequate condition of sulfuric mole ratio and aggregate ratio are make.

Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process for the Evaluation of Old Dwelling Façade Design Factor

  • 생활양식이나 형태 변화에 따른 전통적인 주거건축들의 전통성, 공공성과 사유권의 균형, 계승 발전, 보존에 부가되는 공동체의 활성화와 효용성 등 환경 개선이라는 과제에 직면하고 있으며, 이들 역사 경관 권역의 경관훼손 가능성이 점증하고 있는 상황에서, 지역적 경관의 고유한 특성과 다양성을 가질 수 있도록 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 속성에 대한 이해가 선행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 "전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가"에 영향을 미친 속성을 파악하기 위해, 입면디자인 평가척도 (지붕, 창호, 기둥, 벽면, 마루, 주초석, 기단)를 기준으로 쌍대비교를 실시하여 도출된 Synthetic Evaluation Value를 Fuzzy 방법을 통해 Fuzzy Integral (Choquet Integral) value를 추정하여, 가치속성을 규명하였다. 속성 간 가중치 산정결과에 ${\lambda}$-value를 이용하여 Sensitivity Analysis를 실시하여 유효함을 검증하였다. 전통적 주거건축의 입면디자인 평가에 영향을 미친 가치속성을 추정하는데 있어 유의미한 방법론이며, 복합 가치속성을 도출하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.
