모바일뱅킹 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 탐색 (Exploring the Antecedents to Affect the Intention to Use of Mobile Banking)

  • 최근 모바일뱅킹은 모바일을 포함한 정보기술 인프라를 통해 소비자의 수요에 맞춰 즉각적으로 고객이 원하는 개별 맞춤 서비스를 가능하게 함으로써 기존 오프라인 은행의 전략까지 변화시키는 혁신적인 서비스이다. 하지만 모바일뱅킹서비스는 기대와는 오프라인 뱅킹을 대체할 수 있을 수준으로 사용범위가 확대 되지는 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 오프라인 뱅킹과는 다른 혁신적인 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 대상으로 고객들이 어떠한 요인에 영향을 받아 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 활용하는 지를 파악하고자 한다. 구체적으로 모바일뱅킹 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 동인으로 개인 사용자 측면에서의 개인-혁신 적합성과 긍정적 심리자본을, 그리고 객관적인 정보기술 서비스 특성으로써 모바일뱅킹의 서비스품질 요인을 각각 영향요인으로 연구모형에 포함시켜 향후 모바일뱅킹 서비스 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 모바일뱅킹 사용자 195명의 데이터를 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 실증적 분석을 한 결과, 사용자의 능력적합성 및 가치적합성, 그리고 긍정적 심리자본은 사용자의 향후 모바일뱅킹 사용의도 및 실제 사용성에 긍정적인 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 또한 모바일뱅킹 목적(뱅킹업무와 온라인 주식거래)에 따라 긍정적 심리자본과 사용의도 간 관계가 달라질 수 있다는 조절효과 또한 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 모바일뱅킹 서비스를 이용하는 고객의 사용능력과 모바일뱅킹을 통해 추구하는 가치와 목적을 반영한 뱅킹서비스 개발에 주력할 필요가 있음을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문은 웹기반 원격진료시스템에서 대중적이면서, 저 비용이며, 다양한 의료서비스와 의료의 질을 높이고 개인병력사항의 관리와 협업진료, 가족간의 진료자료공유 등으로 인한 오진의 최소화와 빠른 치료 및 성공적인 e-비즈니스를 지향하고 있으며, 또한 회원관리기법에 대한 전반적인 솔루션이 제공되어 기존의 원격진료시스템과는 차별화 되어 효율적인 온라인과 오프라인을 연계한 시공간을 초월한 사이버진료를 행하게 하는 것이다. 특히, 본 논문에서는 가족 구성간의 진료자료를 공유하는 병력기록관리기법을 제안함으로써 가족간의 체질과 환경을 이해하고 가족 중 비슷한 병을 앓았을 경우는 빠른 치료효과를 가져오게한다.

A Study on the Selection Attributes for Restaurant, Customer Satisfaction, and Recommendation Intention on Traveling Domestic Tourists: Targeting Tourists for Rail-ro Tickets

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationship among restaurant selection attributes and customer satisfaction and recommendation tastes for young people in their twenties who use tickets for Rail-ro. Data collection was conducted to utilize questionnaire survey with online and offline distribution. The collected data were analyzed using a statistical program SPSS 21.0 with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study showed that Internet search is the most common source of information about restaurants during the trip, and restaurant choice attributes have an important impact on customer satisfaction, food quality, employee service and reputation, but hygiene did not have a big effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, customer satisfaction has a significant effect on recommendation intention. Concluding the results from this study, it investigated the significant attributes for customers selection of restaurants and provide meaningful advice for market managers to make useful marketing strategies to attract more clients and augment economic benefits.

  • 디지털 콘텐츠 산업 즉, 영상 및 게임, 가상현실 등에서는 실시간으로 불꽃, 폭발, 연기, 액체, 눈, 비, 등의 특수효과를 시각적으로 사실적이고 화려한 영상으로 제공하기 위해 입자시스템을 사용한다. 디지털 콘텐츠 및 가상현실 제작자들과 응용 프로그램 개발자들에게 손쉽게 다양한 매개변수를 변경할 수 있는 인터페이스를 갖춘 GUI 환경이 제공된다면 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠에 사용자가 원하는 특수효과를 실시간으로 제공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 개발자에게 프로그래밍 기반을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 제작자 와 가상현실 응용 프로그램 개발자가 저비용 고품질의 디지털 콘텐츠를 제작할 수 있도록 유체속성, 기상현상 등의 다양한 특수효과를 손쉽게 적용할 수 있는 특수효과 생성기를 설계한다.

Price Discount and Membership Features on Trust in Luxury Online Shopping Malls

  • Purpose: This study attempts to explain why online luxury shopping malls have implemented a difficult registration process and membership fees. These features weaken online shopping convenience, one of the major reasons why people shop online instead of offline. Therefore, this study scrutinizes the effects of membership features on trust, focusing on the moderating effects of registration difficulty and membership fees. Research design, data and methodology: A survey method with a total of 296 survey data was used. A 2 × 2 × 2 factorial design was employed. The three independent variables are price discount rate (20% vs. 70%), registration difficulty (low vs. high), and membership fees (yes vs. no). Results: The results reveal that a price discount rate has a negative effect on trust, whereas membership fees and registration difficulty moderate its negative effect on trust. Conclusions: A high price discount rate lowers trust for online luxury shopping malls. Meanwhile, registration difficulty and membership fees can be used to prevent consumers from losing trust caused by the high price discount rate. Therefore, registration difficulty and membership fees are signals implying that not everyone can use these private online shopping malls, which provide low prices for luxury items.

노령층의 온라인 커뮤니티 이용이 사회화와 사회적 고립감에 미치는 직·간접 효과 (Direct and Indirect Effects of Older Adults' Use of Online Communities on Socialization and Social Isolation)

  • 본 연구는 노령층의 온라인 커뮤니티 이용과 사회화 그리고 사회적 고립감 사이의 잠재적 관계에 대해 탐색해 보고자 했다. 위계적 회귀분석의 분석결과에 따르면, 온라인 커뮤니티 회원으로 구성된 개인적 네트워크의 크기와 질은 사회화에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 사회적 고립감 또한 저하시켰다. 그러나 온라인 커뮤니티의 회원들과의 오프라인 미팅의 유의미한 효과는 발견되지 않았다. 이에 더해, 온라인 커뮤니티를 이용하는 시간은 사회화로 매개되어 사회적 고립감에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 연구결과는 제한된 사회적 관계로 인해 발생할 수 있는 심리적 문제들을 극복하는데 있어서 온라인 커뮤니티의 이용이 긍정적인 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사한다.

아웃도어 스포츠웨어 구매행동에 관한 질적 연구 -기능성 인지수준과 추구 혜택을 중심으로- (The Qualitative Study on Outdoor Sportswear Purchase Behavior -Focusing on Functional Fabric Awareness Level and Benefits Sought-)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the outdoor sportswear purchase behavior, outdoorwear sportswear brand preference, functional fabric awareness, and benefits sought. The research was performed through in-depth interview during February to March 2011. Data were collected from 10 consumers who had purchased outdoor sportswear and experienced camping in 6 months. First, the results from study showed that functionality/comfortability, design, color, and brand name were important factors in selecting outdoor sportswear. Offline stores were the main place to purchase, however, internet shopping mall and portal online community were another shopping channel as well. Second, respondents preferred imported outdoor sportswear brand to national brand. According to the study, the respondents trusted the imported outdoor sportswear quality based on the brand name, value, and brand history more than national brand. Third, consumers who had low functional fabric awareness were more likely to evaluate apparel products based on the brand name. Knowledge levels for textile functions were high in elastic, UV protection, air permeable, and antibacterial properties. The essential features for camping were water absorbing and quick dry, water resistance, wind proof, UV protection, and fire retardant properties. Finally the results showed that there were two sportswear benefit soughts: functionality and status ostentation.

게임제작 실습 교과목에서 활용할 수 있는 비대면 교육방법 연구 (A Study on Non-face-to-face Educational Methods which can be used in Practical Subject of Game Production)

  • Due to Covid-19, the un-contact culture has affected society as a whole, and the methods of education conducted offline has been greatly affected. In the private education of preparing for university entrance, the public official examinations and certification acquisition, the method of online education has been shown to have positive effects. While private class and school class which have offered in off-line to cope with rapid changes caused various problems such as decline in quality for education. Due to the characteristic of design class, practical training is important. As interactive feedback between students and educators is more important than one-way of delivering knowledge while class is conducted in online, educators have a challenge when they prepare for class. This study handles the methods of online education for the purpose of practical education methods in university nowadays, Especially, the non-face-to-face education methods for game animation production. Based on this study, I propose an effective educational method with non-face-to-face class that allows students to be satisfied and increases their knowledge, beyond face-to-face class.

Effect of Information Characteristics of COVID-19 Vaccine on Acceptance Attitude Through Health Belief Theory

  • COVID-19 vaccines have been developed worldwide in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection-19, but some people tend to refuse to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Therefore, we will investigate how people's understanding of COVID-19 vaccines affects their attitude to accept COVID-19 vaccination information. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the determinants that affect the acceptability of COVID-19 vaccine through the informational characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine and the individual health belief theory. This study conducted an offline survey of 215 adult men and women living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province during the period from September 1 to September 10, 2022, and we have conducted a final analysis using a total of 212 questionnaires. The results of our study were as follows. First, among the information characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine, it was confirmed that the amount of information had a significant positive effect on susceptibility, severity, and barriers in health belief theory, respectively. Second, among the information characteristics of COVID-19 vaccine, it was found that the quality of information had a significant positive effect on the susceptibility in health belief theory. Third, susceptibility and barriers in the health belief theory significantly had a positive effect on voluntary attitude and involuntary attitude in acceptance attitude, respectively. And finally, it was found that the severity of the health belief theory had a positive effect on the involuntary attitude in acceptance attitude. The results of this study suggest that policy efforts are needed to make accurate information about COVID-19 vaccine known to the people.

A Study on the Development of Adaptive Learning System through EEG-based Learning Achievement Prediction

  • Purpose - By designing a PEF(Personalized Education Feedback) system for real-time prediction of learning achievement and motivation through real-time EEG analysis of learners, this system provides some modules of a personalized adaptive learning system. By applying these modules to e-learning and offline learning, they motivate learners and improve the quality of learning progress and effective learning outcomes can be achieved for immersive self-directed learning Research design, data, and methodology - EEG data were collected simultaneously as the English test was given to the experimenters, and the correlation between the correct answer result and the EEG data was learned with a machine learning algorithm and the predictive model was evaluated.. Result - In model performance evaluation, both artificial neural networks(ANNs) and support vector machines(SVMs) showed high accuracy of more than 91%. Conclusion - This research provides some modules of personalized adaptive learning systems that can more efficiently complete by designing a PEF system for real-time learning achievement prediction and learning motivation through an adaptive learning system based on real-time EEG analysis of learners. The implication of this initial research is to verify hypothetical situations for the development of an adaptive learning system through EEG analysis-based learning achievement prediction.
