요즘 기업의 경쟁력은 조직이 축적한 조직의 지식들을 모든 조직원들이 잘 공유하고 활용하는 능력에 달려있다. 이것을 증명이라도 하듯이 지금 세상은 LLM(거대언어모델)의 기반의 생성형 AI 기술을 이용한 쳇GPT서비스에 대해 집중하고 있다. 하지만, 쳇GPT 서비스를 업무에 적용하기에는 아직 환각성 문제가 많아 어려운 상태이다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 sLLM(경량거대언어모델) 기술이 대안으로 제시되고 있다. sLLM을 구성하기 위해서는 기업데이터가 필수적으로 필요하다. 기업데이터는 조직의 ERP Data와 조직이 보존하고 있는 기업의 오피스 문서 지식 데이터이다. ERP Data는 sLLM과 직접 연결하여 활용할 수 있으나 오피스 문서는 파일 형태로 저장되어 있어서 데이터 형태로 변환하여야 sLLM과 연결하여 활용할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 파일 형태로 저장되어져 있는 오피스 문서들을 조직을 지식 정보로 활용하기에는 기술적 제약 사항이 너무 많다. 본 연구는 오피스 문서를 파일 형태가 아닌 DB 형태로 저장하는 방법을 제시함으로서 기업이 기 축적 된 오피스 문서를 조직의 지식 시스템으로 잘 활용할 수 있게 하고, 기업의 sLLM에 오피스 문서를 데이터 형태로 제공하여 AI 기술과 접목하여 기업 경쟁력을 향상 시키는데 기여하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 멀티미디어 메일을 주고 받을 수 있게 하는 멀티 미디어 메일 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 메일 시스템은 기존의 텍스트 위주의 e-mail 시스템을 확정한 것으로 텍스트, 이미지,,MPEG 비디오 및 바이너리 데이터의 전송을 가능하게 한다. 멀티미디어 데이터를 표현하기 위해서 기존의 RFC-822 포맷을 확정한 MIME(Multipurpose Untemet Nail Extension)를 그대로 사용한다. 한편, 메이팍스 검색 프로토콜로는 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 POP(Post Office Pritocol)보다 기능이 우수한IMAP(Internet Mail Access Prltocol)을 사용한다. 메일클라이언트는 PC에 구현 하였고 메일 서버는 UNX 시스템에 구현하였다. 구현한 메일 시스템은 바이너리 파일의 추가 기능을 제공하며, 수신된 멀티미디어 메일을 검색하는 경우 수신 윈도우 내에서 포스트스크립트뷰어, MPEG 디코더 등의 응용프로그램과의 직접적인 인터페이스 기능을 제공하여 사용자가 다양한 형태의 메일 메시지를 듣고 볼 수 있게 한다.

본 연구는 근 미래 작업환경에서의 새로운 작업 패턴 및 작업공간의 변화에 합당한 적절한 기술과 이 기술을 활용한 실험적인 디자인 솔루션을 찾기 위한 문제의식에서 출발하였다. 최근 급격한 기술의 발전은 새로운 노동 패러다임을 이끌고 있고 새로운 컴퓨터 기술이 사무환경을 급속도로 변화시켜나가고 있음에도 불구하고 그 변화가 실제로 이루어지고 있는 현장을 보는 것은 그리 쉽지 않다. 본 연구의 일차적인 목적은, 근 미래 작업환경에서 작업자들의 업무와 개인적인 커뮤니케이션을 성공적으로 지원하는 모바일기기 디자인의 실험에 있다. 여기서 말하는 근 미래 작업환경은 5년의 기술적인 그리고 사회적인 시각이 적용 되었다. 근 미래의 사무환경의 실험적인 경험을 얻기 위한 본 연구에서는 새로운 기술의 발전이 제공하는 사무환경의 변화에 대한 심도 있는 고찰이 이루어 졌으며, 이 실험적인 미래 사무공간에서 사용될 협업과 커뮤니케이션을 지원하는 통합된 시스템에 대한 제안이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과인 bON은 근 미래의 사무실에서 사용될 업무를 위한 도구인 동시에 커뮤니케이션 기기이다. 사용자가 자기 자리를 떠나 있을 때 사용하기에 적합하도록 디자인된 bON은 업무와 커뮤니케이션이 하나로 통합된 도구로서 모바일 게이트웨이의 모습을 띠고 있다. bON으로 인해 사용자는 자기의 물리적인 작업공간으로부터 자유롭게 떠날 수 있으며, 일상생활의 어떤 시간, 어떤 공간으로도 자신의 업무정보와 개인정보와 함께 이동가능하다. 매우 복잡하고 큰 시스템의 한 부분으로써 작은 모바일기기인 bON은 사용자의 업무 능률 향상을 위해 다양한 방법으로 주변의 여러 구성요소들과 상호작용한다. 사용자의 휴대성을 향상시키는 동시에 제공되는 정보의 품질을 극대화하기 위해 다양하고 방대한 기술 및 관련 연구에 대한 심도 있는 고찰이 이루어 졌으며, 현장관측과 밀착 인터뷰 등의 실제적인 조사방법을 통한 문제발견은 보다 현실성 있는 디자인 제안을 가능하게 했다. 더욱이 제한된 크기의 스크린의 사용에 있어서 사용자의 시각적 한계성을 극복하기 위한 새로운 GUI의 시도와 제안은 향후 모바일 기기 디자인의 새로운 방향성을 제시하고 있다.

Purpose: Communication skills are considered as one of the essential requirements in medical education, and the training often involves exercising medical interviews with standardized patients(SP) or role play. This study investigated the helpfulness of the communication skills training programs for students' performance on the clinical performance examination (CPX). Methods: Fourth-year students who have taken one of two communication skills programs(exercising communication skills with SP or elective communication skill course with role play) completed a questionnaire on their evaluation of the helpfulness of communication skills programs immediately after finishing the CPX. Then, the programs were objectively assessed by comparing all fourth-year students' CPX scores between program participants and non-participants. Results: About 70% of participants answered that the programs were helpful to perform clinical clerkship and CPX. However, there was no difference in either the total CPX score or 2 categorical scores(integrated clinical encounter, communication and interpersonal skill) between program participants and non-participants. Conclusion: Although the students felt that the communication skills programs were helpful to their clinical activities, this study failed to find objective evidence of any effect of the programs on the CPX results. Communication skills training should be continued during clinical clerkship to maintain or enhance the skills, and it is necessary to introduce more effective methods for precise evaluation of students' communication skills.

In this Paper telemetering system for home automation is Proposed and implemented. Proposed and developed systems are composed with a home server and a few clients which send metering data of gas electric power water and home security to home server using power line communication. Management computer located in office of apartment complex collects all kinds of measured home data from each home server with multi drop communication by UDP Protocol A simple ASK method is used for power line communication Collected data from each home can be used for issuing the bill of each house and web service. The experiments were carried out under laboratory environment using various kinds of electric home appliances to ascertain the performance.

The objective of this thesis is to measure the limit of the real space where wireless Local Area Network (LAN) is used, and to apply this result as reference to set up a real Wireless LAN environment. The organized circumference was composed of Wireless LAN based on IEEE 802.11b of the American standard, and the examination is carried out on the campus. On the real condition of office environment and open space, the ratio of available distance to a signal at each distance was measured and this result was studied as data to embody wireless LAN on the campus. The measurement under an indoor environment was executed under circumstance having two walls and open space, however, was executed respectively under three circumstances: Where no obstacle, where one wall exists, and where two or more walls exist.

To examine the role IM plays, We focus on the factors that promote or hinder communication within a Korean organization when instant messenger is used. These factors were examined through two research questions. To understand these issues, a survey consisting of 33 categories was given to government and corporate office workers in Seoul, Korea. The survey results showed that Instant Messenger is recognized as a powerful communication tool in official organizations, but is only used effectively within groups or generations that do not follow the hierarchical relationships characterized by Confucian values. The results of this study fill a gap in our understanding of the important role of IM use in organizational effectiveness and may prove useful when developing tools and strategies to help promote communication within organizations using information technology media.

인텔리전트 빌딩(IB : Intelligent Building)이란 용어가 처음 사용된 것은 1984년 1월에 미국의 코네티컷주 하트포트에 건설된 시티 플레이스(City Place) 빌딩에 빌딩 자동화(BA : Building Automation), 사무 자동화(OA : Office automation), 통신(TC : Tele-Communication) 시스템을 구축한 UTBS(United Technologies Building System)사가 빌딩의 특징을 설명하면서부터였다.
