The purpose of this study is to develop the category, intelligent element technologies and detail items for application of intelligent school. The result of this study will be a basic data to improve the intelligent school. For this purpose, analyze domestic and foreign intelligent system and through interview, survey with professional group, developed item was evaluated and for verifying and reappraising the items the researcher visited and interviewed teachers of three elementary schools. Developed intelligent items were composed of twelve basic technologies and fifty-four detail technologies.

최근에 제품설계, 제조 및 생산관리등의 분야에 컴퓨터의 이용이 급속히 보급되고 있다. 본고에서는 다품종 소량생산에 대한 자동화를 의미하는 새로운 기술용어인 프랙시블 오토메이션(flexible automation)의 개념을 소개하고, 이 개념을 기본해석으로 해서 공장자동화(factory automation, FA)의 방법과 이의 사무자동화(office automation, OA)에 대한 관계를 고찰하였다.

인텔리전트 빌딩(IB : Intelligent Building)이란 용어가 처음 사용된 것은 1984년 1월에 미국의 코네티컷주 하트포트에 건설된 시티 플레이스(City Place) 빌딩에 빌딩 자동화(BA : Building Automation), 사무 자동화(OA : Office automation), 통신(TC : Tele-Communication) 시스템을 구축한 UTBS(United Technologies Building System)사가 빌딩의 특징을 설명하면서부터였다.

In the existing distribution automation system, the database is managed by each distribution office. But there is a high possibility to happened a problem during a fault processing because the representation of the connection switches between distribution offices are complicated. In addition, if a distribution office will be going to collapse due to disaster, for example, a big fire or earthquake, its own database may be lost. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to have a structure of an integrated database management from an integration center to under the distribution office. To do this, the integration center must store and manage it as the database using the own office code.

Digitalization is creating a variety of changes and innovations in our business environment. In manufacturing, robots have long been used for automation to innovate processing speed and quality. The RPA brings these innovations in manufacturing sites to the office space. The purpose of this study is to improve productivity for simple, repetitive tasks in these office space. For identify the potential of automation related to productivity improvement, I looked at the concept of business automation, and then simulated the five areas of business documentation works with agile methodology. In conclusion, I confirmed that productivity improvement of 97.3% in quality inspection and 31.7% in editorial design is possible, and examined the direction to apply to actual work. Based on these results, future study will explore the application of Intelligent Process Automation (IPA).

Recently, the society is being, developed physically and technically and the desire for the better equipped office environment has been required. Due to the change of recognition about the information-oriented office and the rapid progress ot the office automation many conventional office environment are changing to the new phase, the intelligent building. Unfortunately, because of the lack of the harmony between our business operating characteristics and the western office space planning, there are some severe problems in improving the business ability. KEPCO enforces the development about distribution automation technology continuously for 10 years and reached in fair level present. And distribution automation system was constructed actively meantime, its establishment will be completed 100% at late 2002s. Distribution automation system had been developed also in Japan, U.S.A and Europe etc. In japan, distribution automation system was established all business office to whole county. Lately, there is examining distribution automation expansion actively in developing country including China. Therefore, we try to analyze domestic and foreign technological variance as that examine foreign distribution automation trend and the development direction of domestic distribution automation technology forward.
