의료시설은 일반건축물 보다 공사의 복잡성이 높고, 정부규제가 엄격하여 공사 단계에서의 설계변경과 하자보수들이 많이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 의료시설의 중점 관리공사와 요인들을 도출하고 분석하여, 설계단계와 공사단계에서 관리가 잘 되지 않는 공사들을 분석하였다. 그리고 2013년 현재 진행되고 있는 의료시설 공사 관리자들의 인식을 조사하여, 개선 가능성이 큰 공사를 도출하였다. 먼저, 중점 관리요인들을 건축과 설비, 그리고 전기의 세 분야로 분류하여 도출하였다. 다음으로, 1) 공사 진행단계에서 설계변경이 많이 발생하고, 2) 하자보수들이 많이 발생하고 소요비용이 큰 중점 관리공사와 요인들을 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 진행 중인 의료시설 공사 관리자들이 중요하게 생각하지 않는 공사를 조사하였다. 설계변경과 하자보수가 많지만, 중요하게 생각하고 있지 않다면 개선 가능성이 클 것이기 때문이다. 설계단계에서는 마감공사, 벽체공사, 창호공사, 사무 자동화 및 통신기능 공사, 조명공사, 그리고 공사 관리단계에서는 폐기물 공사, 사무자동화 통신기능, 창호공사, 오염관리, 배관공사로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과인 설계변경과 하자보수가 많은 공사, 그리고 개선 가능성이 큰 공사의 관리를 실시 설계단계와 공사 관리단계에서부터 집중 관리하여야 할 것이다.

Transient luminous events (TLEs; sprites, elves, jets and etc.) are lightning-related optical flashes occurring above thunderstorms. Since the first discovery of sprites in 1989, scientists have learned a great deal about the morphological, spectroscopic and electromagnetic characteristics of TLEs through ground and spacecraft campaigns. However, most of the TLE studies were based on events recorded over US High Plains. To elucidate the possible biasing effects, space-borne observations are needed and have their merits. Imager of sprites and Upper Atmospheric Lightning (ISUAL) on the FORMOSAT-2 satellite is the first instrument to carry out a true global measurement of TLEs from a low- earth orbit. In this short paper, we apply a common astronomical data analysis technique, two-color diagram, on the ISUAL spectrophotometer (SP) data. By choosing appropriated bandpasses and converting the measured flux of TLEs into the unit of magnitude, two-color diagrams of TLEs can be constructed. We demonstrate that two-color diagrams, which were constructed from the narrow-band spectrophotometer data, can be used to classify different types of TLEs and trace their temporal evolution. The amount of reddening due to Earth's atmosphere can also be estimated from two-color diagrams assembled from the broad-band spectrophotometer data.

본 논문에서는 기업 내 사무업무 프로세스를 자동화하고 보다 효율적인 작업 환경 구축을 위하여 실시간 그룹 협업 지원 기술과 ICN 기반의 워크플로우 모델링 도구를 설계하고 구현한다. 모델링 도구는 그룹 단위의 실시간 협업 지원을 가능하게 하는 워크플로우 비즈니스 프로세스를 정의하므로 "그룹 ICN 에디터"라 부른다. 본 논문에서는 그룹 ICN 에디터가 여러 사용자가 동시에 작업이 가능하게 하기 위해 Flexible rJAMM을 이용하여 에디터를 구현한다. 에디터를 통하여 정의된 워크플로우 비즈니스 프로세스 모델들의 집합은 데이터베이스에 저장이 되고, WfMC에서 표준화한 워크플로우 프로세스 정의 언어(WPDL)로 변환되게 된다.로 변환되게 된다.

e-VTOL 항공기는 전기동력으로 인한 운용유지비의 절감, 친환경성, 수직이착륙으로 인한 도심운용, 자동화로 인한 조종의 편리성 등 미래 교통수단으로 향후 수요가 급증할 것으로 예상된다. 이에 전 세계적으로 활발한 연구 개발이 진행 중에 있으나 상용화를 위해서 필수적으로 요구되는 안전성 확보와 인증에 있어 기술적으로 해결해야 할 문제점들이 상존한다. 이러한 어려움으로 운송사업용 형식증명 및 표준감항증명을 받은 e-VTOL 항공기는 아직까지 전 세계적으로 없는 상태이다. 현행 항공기 감항기술기준에서 요구되는 안전도 수준은 상당히 높고 이를 입증하는 과정도 상당히 까다롭다. e-VTOL 항공기 인증도 현행 감항기술기준에서 요구하는 안전도 수준을 만족해야 하나 현행 기준의 적용성과 동등한 안전성 확보에 필요한 기술적인 한계와 문제점이 존재한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기술적 한계와 문제점들을 e-VTOL 항공기의 특징과 함께 제시하고자 한다.

프로젝트를 성공적으로 수행하기 위한 ERP시스템의 구축은 학자마다 여러 단계를제시하고 있으나 아무리 구체화된 계획을 가지고 출발하더라도 ERP시스템를 구축하다 보면시스템을 사용하기도 전에 여러 가지 문제점과 장애물에 직면하게 된다. 따라서 ERP를 구축하는 데 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 실제 컨설팅회사의 벤치마킹의 자료를 근거로 3가지 쟁점에서 나타나는 12가지의 변인을 가지고 ERP프로젝트의 단계별 모델을개발 제시하였다. 여기서 실제사례의 주요 내용을 6단계 기준에서 분석하고 나아가 전 과정을 집행하기 전에 비용과 시간을 절약하기 위한 몇 가지 주요 기준과 선택적 요인을 기술하며 나아가 단축되고 빠른 방법의 단계별 모델도 축소화하여 제시하고자 한다.

자기센서가 전압이나 전류의 형태 그대로 출력되는 경우에 발생되는 잡음 유입 및 전압 손실 문제를 개선하기 위하여 소자부는 CMOS공정을 이용하여, 포화영역에서 동작하는 2 drain의 MAGFET을 설계 제작하고, 연산증폭기를 이용한 I-V변환회로, VCO(Voltage Controlled Oscillator)를 만들고 Schmitt trigger에 의한 주파수(Pulse) 변환회로의 시스템부를 하이브릿드 IC로 구성하여 packaging했다. 이 때 자기센서 절대감도는 1.9 V/T, 적감도는 $3.2{\times}10^{4}\;V/A{\cdot}T$ 이었으며 190 kHz/T의 안정된 출력 주파수 특성을 얻을 수 있었다.

This study presents the growth strategy of outsourcing service by finding out the differences of importance between user firms and system integration(SI) firms in Korean outsourcing business, The result of data analysis reveals that there are siginificant differences between user firms and SI firms in some components of information systems(IS) outsourcing services. User firms regarded integation of distributea data centers as the prominent issue of IS environment changes. Meanwhile, SI firms chose management of IS/VAN center, office automation(OA), and management of global network, as the more important issues in the application area of outsourcing. Among the merits of outsourcing, both of them considered cost reduction and IS flexibility as the most important factors, However, they chose the difficulty of management control and the lack of operation knowledge among the demerits of outsourcing, Also, they commonly selected overall IS consulting among the components of outsourcing diffusion. In the question of future outsourcing services, user firms chose the adoption of client/server architecture, while SI firms selected the application of multimedia. These results show that there are some differences of preference between user firms and SI firms. Most of user firms consider the outsourcing to maximize information utilization, while the service suppliers focus on new IT adoption and its application to organization. For the strategic use of outsourcing services, SI firms are required to establish the diffusion strategy to meet the outsourcing needs of user firms.

This paper presents a novel version of an active voltage clamped ZVS-PWM high frequency inverter using IGBTs for electromagnetic induction eddy current-based rolling drum heating in new generation copy and printing machines in consumer business use. The operating principle of this inverter circuit and unique features are described herein. Its constant frequency duty cycle (asymmetrical PWM) controlled voltage source quasi-resonant soft switching high frequency inverter employing IGBTs is proposed, which is capable of achieving stable and efficient zero voltage soft switching commutation over a widely specified power regulation range from full power to low power. The operating performances in a steady state of this inverter is discussed and evaluated on basis of simulation and experimental results as an induction heated roller in new generation copy machine.

기존 전자상거래에서는 양단(End-to-End)간의 인증만이 존재한다. 그러나 분산환경에서 사람이나 컴퓨터의 신분을 확인하는 인증은 위조와 사칭으로 인하여 그들의 신분이 고정적이지 않다는 점 때문에 상당히 힘들다. 또한 고객과 판매인을 연결시켜주는 다수의 중개인(Broker)이 포함된 경우에는 제 3자에 대한 인증이 반드시 필요하다. 이런 인증은 기존 방법으로는 참여하는 구성원이 많아질수록 복잡해지는 한계점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위하여 상호 간접 인증을 이용하며, 또한 이동에이전트를 이용하여 상호 간접 인증에 의해 복잡한 환경에서의 상거래가 성립되는 모델을 제시한다.

지금까지 알려진 의사난수 생성기에서는 혼합 합동 생성기, 승산 합동 생성기, 유니버셜 난수 생성기, 역함수 합동 생성기, 양의 역함수 난수 생성기 등 여러 가지가 있다. 이러한 의사난수 생성기에 대하여 각각 20, 40, 60, 80, 100개의 자료를 생성하여 유의수준(${\alpha}$) 0.1, 0.05, 0.01 기준으로 10,000번의 시행 과정을 통하여 난수의 특성인 일양성과 독립성을 만족하는지를 검정하였다.
