Period changes found in the 10 years CCD BVR photometry data (2005 - 2014) of the Intermediate Polar MU Cam will be discussed. The timings of extrema of the data are determined and the new ephemeris for the spin period and orbital period have been calculated by using multi-periodic approximation as follows: BJD(orb)=2454085.46(19)+0.19664 $10(26){\cdot}E$ and BJD(spin)=2454085.50725(91)+0.013740942(13) ${\cdot}$ $E-1.51(10){\times}10^{-12}{\cdot}E^2$. The O-C diagram shows an increasing of the spin period as $P=-2.20(14){\cdot}10^{-12}s/s$. It is also found in MU Cam that the white dwarf's rotation seems to be switched from a state of spin-down to spin-up by the white dwarf's equilibrium spin period in 2005.

The accuracy of CCD observations obtained at the Korean 1.8m telescope has been studied. Seventeen comparison stars in the vicinity of the cataclysmic variable BG CMi have been measured. The 'artificial' star has been used instead of the 'control' star, what made possible to increase accuracy estimates by a factor of 1.3-2.1 times for 'good' and 'cloudy' nights, respectively. The algorithm of iterative determination of accuracy and weights of few comparison stars contributing to the artificial star, has been presented. The accuracy estimates for 13-mag stars are around $0.^m002$ mag for exposure times of 30 sec.

We present the results of the investigations of high dispersion spectra of two stars. These are the eclipsing binary RR Lyn, and $\rho$ Pup - the prototype of the group of pulsating variables. The spectra were obtained at 1.8 m Bohyuunsan observatory telescope, and 8.2 m VLT. We found the chemical composition. The both components of RR Lyn are Am stars (metallic line stars), but the abundance patterns of the components are not similar - the iron abundance and the abundances of other elements are surely different. For few elements the differences exceeds 1 dex. We found the abundances of 56 chemical elements in the atmosphere of $\rho$ Pup. This is one of the best stellar abundance patterns. It permits to investigate the role of the charge-exchange reactions in stellar atmospheres. These reactions can produce the abundance anomalies in the atmospheres of B-F type stars. These reactions can be one of the sources of galactic cosmic rays, and the reason of the braked rotation of A-F type chemically peculiar stars.

The reanalysis of the previously published abundance pattern of mild barium star HD202109 (${\zeta}$ Cyg) and the chemical compositions of 129 thin disk barium stars facilitated the search for possible correlations of different stellar parameters with second ionization potentials of chemical elements. Results show that three valuable correlations exist in the atmospheres of barium stars. The first is the relationship between relative abundances and second ionization potentials. The second is the age dependence of mean correlation coefficients of relative abundances vs. second ionization potentials, and the third one is the changes in correlation coefficients of relative abundances vs. second ionization potentials as a function of stellar spatial velocities and overabundances of s-process elements. These findings demonstrate the possibility of hydrogen and helium accretion from the interstellar medium on the atmospheres of barium stars.

The article analyzes the theoretical aspects of the relationship between the right to medical secrecy and the employer's right to receive information on the employee's state of health, resulting in a more complete description of the implementation of the right to medical secrecy and the employer's right to information on the employee's health state and the possibilities of protecting violated rights. The limits of permissible restrictions on the right to secrecy of health in terms of ensuring the person's performance of their job function have been clarified.

The article is devoted to current issues of the development of e-commerce, which is gaining more importance in the conditions of widespread quarantine restrictions. As a result, of the research the importance of digitalization as a driver of economic development is substantiated and the main business models of e-commerce and their modifications are examined. The peculiarities of e-commerce in the context of digital economy were analyzed and their current state was established. Identified the main trends in the development of e-commerce at the current stage, which allowed to identify problem areas that require further study and evaluation. Presented the results of the market research of decorative cosmetics, based on which the summarized set of problems that affect the online sales in this segment of the market.

The article is timed to coincide with the thirtieth anniversary of Ukraine's independence. Based on the generalization of fundamental and applied studies of scientists, the author's vision of such category as the gender parity is conceptualized. Based on the analysis of historical events related to the development of the state, the formation of cultural and social values in determining the gender identity of modern society is substantiated. Based on the analysis of literary and regulatory sources, the structure of the state administration of Ukraine is visualized, which has become the basis for the diagnosis of gender aspects. Based on the analysis, the problems of gender parity in the public administration system of Ukraine are identified.

The article considers in detail the possibilities and significance of marketing technologies for additional education programs as the most flexible and adaptive component of the educational process. Moreover, additional education programs are the most market-defined. Also at this stage, we have developed the structure of the e-mail message about ongoing additional educational programs in order to promote them, and on its basis, we have prepared an example of a letter for e-mail.informational and educational mailing using techniques to attract the attention of the addressee in order to promote additional educational programs.The content of the letter was also formed for students of the electronic course "Education Marketing", sent out in order to monitor the educational process.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy. The effectiveness of the regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of development of tourism and the national economy largely depends on the presence of an effective central executive body that would take care of the problems of the development of the industry, the quality and perfection of legal support, a strategic view of programming the development of the industry within the state and regions, as well as administrative mechanisms of public administration, which fully ensure control over the activities of economic entities and the quality of the services they provide. Based on the results of the study, key aspects of state regulation of the hotel and restaurant complex in the system of tourism development and the national economy were identified.
