참조기 유자망어업에서 어로기술개발에 따른 어획성능지수 변동 (Change of relative fishing power index from technological development in the small yellow croaker drift gillnet fishery)

  • The small yellow croaker (Larimichthys polyactis) is one of the representative high-class fish species in Korea. The catch of small yellow croaker in adjacent water fisheries has been continuously decreasing from 59,226 tons in 2011 to 19,271 tons in 2016. The small yellow croaker is caught by gillnet, stow net and bottom trawl, among which about 55~65% is caught by gillnet. For the sustainable use of small yellow croaker, the fishing power of small yellow croaker drift gillnet is very important. Therefore, the change of fishing power index were analyzed to identify the development of the vessel and gear technology that may have improved the fishing efficiency of the small yellow croaker drift gillnet fishery from 1960s to 2010s. Gross tonnage and horse power per fishing vessel was increased annually. The mesh size was 75.0 mm in the 1960s, but reduced to 60.6 mm in the 1980s and to 51.0 mm in the 2000s. In the 1960s, it was hauled out by manpower. However, the net hauler were modernized and supply rate was also increased since 1970. Due to the mechanization of the net hauler, the number (length) of used net gradually increased from 1.5 km in the 1960s to 7.5 km in the mid-1980s and to 15 km in 2010. Colour fish finders and positioning system were introduced and utilized from the mid-1980s. Surveys on the supply and upgrading of fishing equipment utilized visiting research. Therefore, the relative fishing power index in the small yellow croaker drift gillnet fishery increased from 1.0 in 1980 to 0.8 in 1970, to 1.1 in 1990, to 1.6 in 2000 and to 1.9 in 2010. The results are expected to contribute to reasonable fisheries stock management of the small yellow croaker drift gillnet fishery.

In these Myanmarese Ceramics, Black glazed large Jar is very important to understand the Character and Role of Myanmar Ceramics. The description on the Black glazed large Jar of Myanmar is seen in several Books such as a travel essay of Ibun Battuta, Duarte Barbosa, The book of Duarte Barbosa: A Account of the Contries Bordering on the Indian Ocean and their Inhabitants, Jan Huygen van Linschoten, Volker, T., Porcelain and the Dutch East India Company These descriptions on the Black glazed Jar in these Books are important evidence to discovery the existence of it and its Types and Price and Use. The appearance of Black glazed Jar of Myanmar is considered in the Middle of 14C with the description of the Book of Ibn Battuta. Furthermore, Excavated from the Shipwreck of China in the Sinan, Chellanamdo, it is certain that the Black glazed large Jar was already existed in the early of 14C. And it was considered that the Shipwreck of China in the Sinan, Chellanamdo was started from Ninbo(寧波) of China to the destination of Japan with the Inscrition made Bamboo. So we know that The route of $Ninbo{\rightarrow}Korea{\rightarrow}Japan$ is very important in the Trade Ceramics of East Asia in 14C. And The size of Black glazed Jar has 3 types, Large, Middle and Small. The large type is used as a Tools for Water and Oil. The small type is the personal bottle for drinking. The Price of Black glazed Jar of Myanmar was changed as times go by. The price of the late of 16C and the early of 17C is 30 prolin and the late of 17C is 8 Prolin. The price of the Black glazed Jar of Myanmar in the late of 16C and the early of 17C is estimated 3 times for the price of the late of 17C. and This change of the price of Myanmarese Black Glazed Jar is decided on the Demand and Supply. and the Black glazed Jar of Myanmar was mainly used for the tools for Morpin in the year of 1620 and for Salt and Sugar in the year of 1640 and for Water and Oil in the late of 17C.

해양 플랑크톤 군집의 전기분해 염소소독 효과 (The Electrochemical Chlorination for Marine Plankton Community Disinfection)

  • 전기분해 염소소독기로 처리한 결과가 국제해사기구의 협약에서 제시한 생물처리 기준(D-2 regulation)을 만족하는지 확인하기 위해 박테리아, 식물플랑크톤($10-50\;{\mu}m$) 및 동물플랑크톤($>50\;{\mu}m$)의 사멸효과를 확인하였다. 실험조건은 대조구와 잔류염소농도 10 ppm(Expt. 1)과 30 ppm(Expt. 2)을 실험구로 설정하였고, 시험수를 $23.8\;m^3/hr$의 속도로 전기분해염소독기에 통과시켰다. 시험수의 생물조건은 국제해사기구에서 작성된 선박 평형수 관리 장치의 승인을 위한 지침서에서 제시한 기준을 따랐다. 식물플랑크톤의 생사판별은 광학현미경, 형광현미경 및 형광측정기(Turner Designs 10-AU)를 이용하여 확인되었다. 두 농도 조건(10 ppm, 30 ppm)의 처리수에서 운동성이 있는 식물플랑크톤은 움직임이 나타나지 않았고, 형광현미경 하에서 엽록소 형광색이 적색에서 녹색으로 바뀌었으며, 형광값은 고농도(Expt. 1: 6.95, Expt. 2: 7.11)에서 0으로 바뀌었다. 이는 식물플랑크톤의 활성이 상실되어 모두 사멸되었음을 의미한다. 동물플랑크톤의 생사판별은 해부현미경하에서 부속지의 움직임을 토대로 결정되었다. 전기분해 염소소독기 처리 후 해양환경에서 채집되어 농축된 자연군집 동물플랑크톤은 모두 사멸되었으나, 일부 Artemia가 생존하였다. 그러나 각 잔류염소 농도조건의 암소에서 노출시킨 지 24시간 뒤에는 모든 동물플랑크톤이 사멸되었다. 박테리아는 Petrifilm plates($3M^{TM}$)를 이용한 접종배양법으로 처리수의 총 세균, 대장균 군 및 대장균의 사멸효과를 확인한 결과, 균주가 전혀 관찰되지 않았다. 또한 각 염소농도 조건의 처리수에서 추가적으로 노출시킨 5일 동안 세 그룹의 생물에서 재성장이 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구결과는 세 그룹의 생물에 대한 전기분해염소소독기 처리결과가 국제해사기구에서 제정한 선박 평형수 배출기준을 만족시켰음을 보여주었다.
