최근 기록학계에는 배제된 소수의 기록화와 사회정의 실현이라는 관점에서 공동체, 일상, 정치사회적 운동, 인권 등에 대한 다양한 기록화 논의가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 기록학 실천주의는 근래 들어 새로이 형성되었다기보다 이미 1960년대 후반부터 학문적 사회적 영향에 따라 변모되어왔다. 최근의 기록학 실천주의는 디지털 환경과 맞물려 기관, 지역을 넘어서 전세계적, 주류/비주류를 아우르는 모양새로 다방면에서 진행중이다. 일어나지 말았어야 할 4.16참사는 우리나라 기록공동체에게도 여러 과제를 안겨주었다. 증거, 치유의 기록에 대한 성찰적 접근이 필요한 시기이다. 이 글은 월가점령운동의 기록화 사례를 통해 동시대 기록화에 대한 과제에 시사점을 찾아보고자 한다. 이를 위해 기록학 실천주의의 개념, 그 기원과 의미의 발전과정을 살펴보고 월가점령운동의 기록화 활동 사례를 통해 기록학 실천주의를 수행하는 기록전문직의 역할에 대한 함의를 찾고자 한다.

The Hong Kong's Anti-Ordinance Amendment Movement is the most serious radical social movement since the 1997 return, which has served as the promotion of the 2014 Occupy Central Movement and broken through the violence baseline. The movement came from a criminal case committed in Taiwan,which gave a good reason and motivation for the HK government to amend the Fugitive Offenders Ordinance. The HK government has responded to the protests by strictly limiting the legal scope and transfer procedure, even giving up the legislative motion. But the protests still say no and develop into the constantly violent activities. Many of the protests have committed the crimes in HK laws,part of whom have been arrested,prosecuted and under judicially judged. It is necessary for the offenders to be punished to protect the authority of rule of law in HK. Two different paths for HK have fought against each other since the 1997 return: one is the "democratic-welfare" path taken by the Pan-Democratic Camp, the other is the "Legal-development" path taken by the Pan-Establishment Camp. The second path shares some nuclear characteristics of the so-called The China Model mainly shaped from the 40-years Reforms and Openness. However, the HK people can't understand the China Model very well and show great fear and distrust on the judicial system of Mainland China. The foreign powers such as US and UK have illegally interfered the HK issues which are deemed to be the domestic affairs of China. The so-called Sino-UK Joint Declaration can't serve as the legal basis for the interference. Taiwan, as a part of China, also plays a negative role in this movement for its electoral and political interest. Up to now, the movement has gone down and the HK government has the legal capacity to solve the problems under the supports from the central government and the HK people. The HK people love its rule of law and order under the constitutional framework of One Country Two System. After the movement,One Country Two Systems will be go on, and the integrated development under the policies of the central government will be the main stream. However, the relevant problems exposed by this movement muse be checked and solved legally and strictly,especially concerning the social inequality and youth development.

이 글은 토머스 모어의 "유토피아"에 대한 대위법적 읽기를 시도한다. 에드워드 사이드가 주창한 대위법적 읽기란 특정 작품 속에 들어있는 잠재성이 시간적 문화적 이데올로기적 경계를 가로질러 현재에 말을 걸게 하는 독법을 말한다. 이 글은 현재의 맥락을 드러내기 위해 2011년 점령운동 당시 활동가들이 내놓은 "유토피아"에 대한 상반된 해석을 검토한다. 당시 점령운동 반대론자들은 이 운동이 기존 유토피아 서사의 한계를 벗어나지 못하고 있다고 비판하면서 그 문제점을 작중인물 히슬로다에우스와 그가 2부에서 그리고 있는 유토피아의 형상에서 찾고 있다. 반면, 점령운동 옹호론자들은 모어의 텍스트를 긍정적으로 읽어내고 있지만, 이들이 초점을 맞추는 것 역시 유토피아 사회의 구체적 모습이 그려진 2부가 아니라 자본주의에 대한 비판이 전개되고 있는 1부이다. 이들은 이상주의자가 아닌 사회비평가 히슬로다에우스를 복원하고자 한다. 이 글은 점령운동 반대론자들 뿐 아니라 옹호론자들로부터도 비판받고 있는 2부 유토피아 상상의 급진적 가능성을 적극적으로 읽어내고자 한다. 2부는 1부 후반부에서 전개되는 부분적 유토피아의 한계를 드러내면서 기존 질서의 모순을 해소한 총체적 사회변화의 가능성을 그리고 있다. 이 가능성은 '없음'(nothingness)에서 발견된다. 유토피아에서 왕은 존재한다고 묘사되고 있지만 그가 거주할 공간은 '없는' 것으로 나타나며, 시장은 도시를 구성하는 구역의 중앙에 존재한다고 말해지지만 실상 그 공간 역시 '없다.' 담론과 실제 공간지도 사이에 불일치가 발생하고 있는 것이다. 이 불일치가 루이 마랭이 유토피아서사의 특징으로 제시한 '중성화'(neutralization)를 만들어낸다. 중성화는 텍스트의 이념적 모순이 해소되는 계기이다. 텍스트에 존재하는 이 중성화의 계기가 기존질서에 존재하지 않는 미지의 가능성, 근대 주권권력과 자본주의 체제를 넘어선 공유사회에 대한 유토피아적 꿈을 열어놓는다. 이 꿈은 우리 시대에 자본주의에 대한 대안으로 새롭게 소환될 수 있다.

현재 치아 교정 분야에서 투명교정의 중요성이 점점 더 부각되고 치아 교정 시장에서의 점유율도 점점 높아지고 있다. 현재 세계 1등 기업이 전 세계 시장의 대부분을 차지하고 있고 수많은 후발 주자들이 제품 개발에 많은 공을 들이고 있다. 국내에서도 많은 회사에서 투명 교정 시스템을 개발하고 있고 그 중에 세라핀 투명 교정 시스템은 세계 1등 기업의 제품과 마찬가지로 단순한 부분 교정이 아닌 포괄적 교정 치료를 지향하고 있다. 본 증례 보고에서 세라핀 투명 교정 시스템을 이용한 두 증례를 보고하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a unified structural account of some instances of the English Modals and Semi-auxiliaries. The classification and the syntactic/structural description of the English Modal auxiliary verbs and verb-related elements have long been the center for many proposals in the history of generative syntax. According to van Gelderen (1993) and Lightfoot (2002), it was sometime around 1380 that the Tense-node (T) appeared in the phrasal structures of the English language, and the T-node is under which the English Modal auxiliaries occupy. Closely related is the existing evidence that English Modals were used as main verbs up to the early sixteenth century (Lightfoot 1991, Han 2000). This paper argues for a bi-clausal approach to English Modal auxiliaries with the infinitival particle 'to' such as 'ought to' 'used to' and 'dare (to)' 'need (to)', etc. and Semi-auxiliaries including 'be to' and 'have to'. More specifically, 'ought' in 'ought to' constructions, for instance, undergoes V-to-T movement within the matrix clause, just like 'HAVEAux' and all instances of 'BE', whereas 'to' occupies the T position of the embedded complement clause. By proposing the bi-clausal account, Radford's (2004, 2009) problems can be solved. Further, the historical motivation for the account takes a stance along with Norde (2009) and Brinton & Traugott (2005) in that Radford's (2004, 2009) syncretization of the two positions of the infinitival particle 'to' is no different from the 'boundary loss' in the process of Grammariticalization. This line of argument supports Krug's (2011), and in turn Bolinger's(1980) generalization on Auxiliaryhood, while providing a novel insight into Head movement of V-to-T in Present Day English.

In this paper, in order to explicate how mathematics education can contribute to humanity education, I enquired in which position mathematics occupy in Froebel's For this, I examined Froebel's theory of humanity education, his theory of mathematics education, and the applicational problem of his thoughts to nowaday education. Froebel's educational theory is based on the concept of the Divine Unity which is relevant to the notion of 'The Absolute' of Fichte, Schelling, Hegel. He claims that from inanimate objects to human being, all is subject to the eternal law, which is presided by God. So the world itself is the representation of this law of the Divine Unity and education consists in leading man to conscious and free representation of it. The revealing process of the inner law of the Divine Unity can be attained through the awareness of the divinity which resides in the self. And this process of self-consciousness is dialectical movement of the two opposites, i.e. 'inner' and 'outer' Froebel suggests that mathematics is the mediator between the inner and outer world, i.e. he suggests that since both human being and nature are the representations of the Divine Unity, mathematics is both the pure human spirits and the law of nature. Having such a role, mathematics becomes the main discipline in education. Though there are some criticism on Froebel's educational thoughts on mathematics discussed in this paper, it can provide a typical answer to the question about how mathematics education contributes to humanity education.

축산시설 사이의 차량이동은 국내에서 가축전염병 확산의 주요 원인이다. 이 같은 상황에서 본 연구는 축산시설의 차량이동 네트워크에서 주요한 위치를 차지하는 허브시설을 도출하고, 그 특성을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 농림축산검역본부의 KAHIS(Korea Animal Health Intergrated System)에서 제공하는 축산시설의 차량 진출입자료를 활용하였다. 허브시설의 도출에는 사회연결망 분석의 대표적인 중심성 지표인 연결정도 중심성과 매개 중심성 지표를 활용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축산시설의 차량이동 네트워크에는 다른 시설에 비하여 매우 높은 중심성 지표 값을 가지는 소수의 허브 시설이 존재한다. 둘째, 연결정도 중심성 기준의 허브시설은 사료공장, 집유장, 도축장, 도계장, 가축시장이다. 셋째, 매개 중심성 기준의 허브시설은 가축시장, 사료공장, 도축장이다. 넷째. 연결정도 중심성에 기반한 허브시설은 특정지역에 집중되어 입지하고 있으나, 매개 중심성에 따른 허브시설을 상대적으로 고르게 분포하고 있다. 다섯째, 중심성 지표에 따른 허브시설은 시간이 지나도 상당히 안정적으로 유지된다. 본 연구는 축산시설 사이의 차량 이동이 가축 전염병 전파의 주요 원인으로 지목되는 상황에서, 방대한 진출입 자료를 활용하여, 허브시설을 도출하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.

The result of variance decomposition through yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA, S&P 500 index, stock price of KEPCO has 76.12% of impulse of KEPCO stock price at short-term horizon, but they have 51.40% at long-term horizon. After one year, they occupy 13.65%, and 33.25%. So their effects are increased. By the way, S&P 500 index and yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA have relatively more effect for forecast of stock price oi KEPCO at short-term & long-term. The yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA more than S&P 500 index have more effect for stock price of KEPCO. It is why. That foreign investors through fall of stock price of USA invest for emerging market is less than movement for emerging market of hedge funds through effect of fall of yield of Treasury of 30 year maturity of USA, according to relative effects for stock price of Korea companies. The result of variance decomposition through won/dollar foreign exchange rate, yield of corporate bond of 3 year maturity, Korea Stock Price index(KOSPI), stock price of KEPCO has 81.33% of impulse of KEPCO stock price at short-term horizon, but they have 41.73% at long-term horizon. After one year, they occupy 23.57% and 34.70%. So their effects are increased. By the way, KOSPI and won/dollar foreign exchange rate have relatively more effect for forecast of stock price of KEPCO at short-term & long-term. The won/dollar foreign exchange rate more than KOSPI have more effect for stock price of KEPCO. It is why. The recovery of economic condition through improvement of company revenue causes of rising of KOSPI. But, if persistence of low interest rate continues, fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate will be more aggravated. And it will give positive effect for stock price of KEPCO. This gives more positive effect at two main reason. Firstly, through fall of won/dollar foreign exchange rate and rising of credit rating of Korea will be followed. Therefore, foreign investors will invest more funds to Korea. Secondly, inflow of foreign investment funds through profit of won/dollar foreign exchange rate and stock investment will be occurred. If appreciation of won against dollar is forecasted, foreign investors will buy won. Through this won, investors will do investment. Won/dollar foreign exchange rate is affected through external factors of yen/dollar foreign exchange rate, etc. Therefore, the exclusion of instable factors for foreign investors through rising of credit rating of Korea is necessary things.

The inauguration of the collective Reality and Utterance (Hy$\breve{o}$nsil kwa Par$\breve{o}$n) in 1979 and 1980 marked a watershed moment in Korean art. This is not only because the collective gave birth to the politically-engaged art movement that would come to be labeled "Minjung Art" by the middle of the 80s, but also because it enthusiastically embraced a wide range of images from the urban culture. With a special focus on the members' early work, my research explores an issue largely neglected in the dominant narrative of Minjung art as a form of activism against the authoritarian Korean government during the 80s. The issue is what was at stake in Reality and Utterance's exploration of contemporary urban visual culture. The aim of this essay is to recognize the engagement with the urban visual culture as central to the group's early project and to consider it at some distance from the anti-urban and anti-mass culture perspective which was endorsed by the Minjung narrative. Focusing on members' turn to urban visual culture, this essay instead argues that this turn was by no means merely a means to making art as social critique, but more importantly, it was an experiment with the shared image world, as opposed to the rarefied visual vocabularies of abstract modernism. Visual productions such as advertisements, billboards, posters, and kitsch paintings, which come from outside the narrow confines of fine art, were definitely ominous signs of the colonization of everyday life in the capitalist city, but at the same time they were anticipated to be a catalyst for redefining Korean art in a more communicative, accessible, and democratized way. In this regard, in the early 1980s-in particular 1980 and 1982-the members' gesture oscillated between critique and embrace, which allowed the group to occupy a unique domain in the realm of Korean art production.

트럭은 상대적으로 낮은 운송비용과 그 운영의 탄력성 때문에 화물 운송에 가장 널리 이용되는 교통 수단이다. 그러나 전체 교통량에서 트럭교통이 차지하는 비율이 높은 곳에서는 심각한 안전 문제를 일으킬 수 있다. 트럭사고는 다른 차량간의 사고보다 더 심각한 부상이나 사상자를 야기 시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 트럭 교통과 관련된 안전 문제는 교통 시스템을 운영, 관리하는 공공부분과 이러한 시스템을 이용하는 일반 운전자에게 있어 중요한 문제이다. 본 연구에서는 트럭관련 사고 자료를 이용하여 교통 조건에 따른 사고 형태를 조사하고 통계기법을 사용하여 현장에서 조사된 사고 요인들 중 어떤 것이 가장 큰 트럭관련 사고 요인인지를 분석한다. 이 연구를 위한 자료는 TASAS의 database를 이용하였다. 중요 사고 요인이 분석이 되면, 효과적이고 효율적인 트럭 관리 전략에 대해 논의해 볼 수 있다.
