The buyer must pay the price under the contract and must take delivery of the goods of contract. The buyer's obligation to pay the price includes taking such steps and such formalities under the contract. The remedial system of the rights of the seller is easier than that of the buyer, for the obligations of the former are less complicated. The seller has the right to avoid a contract provided two conditions are fulfilled : (a) the buyer must have committed a fundamental breach of contract, or (b) the additional period for performance set by the seller in the case of non-performance must have expired. A decision is more difficult to take in the case of a delay where there is no fixed-term contract, to clarify the situation the seller may set a Nachfrist. It is essential that the contracting parties in Korea should understand the provisions of CISG.

International Factoring transaction in Korea is different from that of financially advanced countries in terms of legal system and commercial and financial practices. As for the domestic factoring, Korean factors are only involved in advances often on a with recourse basis. With regard to the international factoring, Korean factors do not accommodate whole account receivables from clients (suppliers) but handle on a selective basis. Among Korean banks, KEXIM (Export and Import Bank of Korea) is sole factor for international transactions. Currently KEXIM and several foreign banks handle factoring provide factoring services with limitation to invoice discounting which is largely extended to large corporate names. Therefore this is far different from factoring in Europe and Americas designed for small exporters with non recourse advances. In respect of legal environment, receivable assignment is subject to debtor' acknowledge or approval of such assignment according to Civil Law Act. To remove the legal obstacles, Korean government have prepared new law which allows factor's own notification of assignment (and thereby reimbursement right) to debtor with some evidences.

Consumption of fossil fuel has been increasing steadily, and it has seriously affected environment. Due to this situation, UN establish ed UNFCC (United rations Framework Convention on Climate Change), and since Feb. 2005, Kyoto Protocol has come into effect for UNFCC obligation. In Korean power system, coal and oil thermal generation emitting large CO2 form about 46% of total generation. Moreover since electricity dem and has been increasing continuously, various alternatives should be designed to comply with Kyoto Protocol. In this paper, we analyze changes of each GENCO's generation pattern and resource planning under CO2 emission constraints. For this analysis, we incorporate CO2 emission constraints and the emission trading mechanism into the conventional OPF model.

Based on attachment theory and family system theory, this study was attempted to construct a path model in which showed how adult son-mother relationship and mother's marital relationship influence son's marital satifaction. Predictor variables examined were the attachment between mother and married son, mother's dependency, mother's marital relationship, son's filial obligation, son's marriage years. Data were analyzed from survey and structured interviews conducted with 111 families including married son, his wife and his mother. Results indicated that the attachment between mother and married son influenced directly to son's marital satisfaction while the other variables had an indirect influence via the attachment between mother and son. The importance of the relationship between mother and married son to son's marital satisfaction received string support.

The purpose of this study was to explore the unfairness of adhesion contracts for internet contents service. The internet contents were classified into six types of avatar, learning, download, e-book and movie internet sites. The adhesion contracts of internet contents service were collected in 60 internet sites. The unfairness of the adhesion contract was reviewed under the adhesion contract regulation act. The major results were as follows. First, the obligation of clear statement, explanation, and delivery was not observed completely. Second, many articles of adhesion contract were unfair and they especially violated articles 7 and 9. Therefore, the standard adhesion contract system for internet content service should be enforced and self-regulation of information service providers is needed.

최근 우리나라는 제품 안전사고에 대한 종합적 관리를 위하여 제품안전기본법을 도입하였다. 이는 제조자에 대한 제품제조 책임을 강화하여 소비자보호는 물론 제품안전을 확보하기 위한 정부정책이다. 그러나 우리나라의 제품안전 확보체계는 아직 완전하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 한국과 일본에 적용되고 있는 제품안전 확보체계에 대한 비교를 통해 우리나라의 제품안전 확보체계의 개선과제 및 발전방향에 대하여 제시하였다.

보건의료기본법은 보건의료에 관한 국민의 권리 의무와 국가 및 지방자치단체의 책임을 정하고 보건의료의 수요와 공급에 관한 기본적인 사항을 규정함으로써 보건의료의 발전과 국민의 보건 및 복지의 증진에 이바지하는 것을 목적으로 하는 법이다. 독거노인들을 위하여 생활 교육, 서비스 연계, 가사지원, 활동지원 등 노인돌봄서비스를 제공하도록 함으로써 노인의 복지증진에 기여할 필요가 있다.

It is easily can be expected that Korea cannot be free under the regulation, because Korea is one of the major $CO_2$ emitter in the world. Even though Korea currently doesn't have any obligation to mitigate the carbon emission, power industry needs to study the effect of that. this paper aims to analyze the change of economic loading order for generation dispatch by various carbon price, looking at each plant's or generator's variable generation cost per unit electricity(kWh) that consists of basic generation price calculated by automatic generation system planning model, WASP 4.0, and $CO_2$ price per unit electricity generation.

The Energy and Green House Gas target management system was launched by the Korean Government in 2010. The Korea Emission Trading System will start in 2015. Therefore, simultaneous pursuit of energy saving and greenhouse emission reduction through energy use rationalization is an important obligation of Korean engineers, who import about 97% of domestic energy consumption. Economic analysis of the GHG emission reduction methodologies registered and approved by Korea Voluntary Emission Reduction (KVER) program was conducted. The results for waste heat recovery employed in an energy intensive pulp, paper and wood industry were reported. The emission reduction intensities were 9.7 kg $CO_2$/ton_pulp production. Net Present Value analysis showed that the GHG emission reduction was economically beneficial with an internal rate return of 60%. The results of exergy analysis indicated that the second law efficiencies of waste heat recovery system employed in KVER program were 77.3% and 53.6%. NPV decreased as the exergy decreased.
