One-Handled The Mobile One-Time Password Scheme (단일 제어 모바일 일회용 패스워드 기법)

  • While increasing online services with developing e-businesses, finance, game companies and others have employed OTP(One-Time Password) to overcome vulnerabilities of static passwords. Existing OTP technology has inconvenience that customers always possess reserved token since requiring the token to generate OTP. In order to supplement the issue we propose mobile OTP generated by mobile devices such as smart phones. Our mobile OTP scheme generates OTP by using a non-linear function based on pairing to eject the collision problem of S/Key scheme universally used to design OTP schemes. Our scheme based on a non-linear function over pairing can complements the collision problem and widely applied to finance and various services to increase security level of the services.

  • 본 논문은 기존의 OTP(One-Time Password) 시스템의 한계와 약점을 해결하기 위하여 지문인식을 활용한 OTP 시스템에 대하여 연구를 진행하였다. OTP 시스템 자체가 높은 보안성을 가지고 있지만, 은행에서 발급하는 OTP는 생성 버튼만 누르면 비밀번호가 생성되기 때문에, 분실 및 도난 상황에서 2차 인증에 대한 보안이 허술해 질 수 밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 지문인식 기반 OTP 시스템의 개발 방법을 마련하여 사회적으로 보안에 대한 인식을 높이고, 동시에 사용자의 편의성을 높이기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As electronic commerce service became more popular, information equivalent to currency prevails in network. Accordingly, hacking into network often occurs and thus OTP (One-Time-Password) has emerged as an alternative secondary security system. However, weakness has been found in even existing One-Time Password that used to be considered 'perfect'. Therefore, it becomes very urgent to have an additional security countermeasure. As security recommendation is not considered as solution anymore, more specific plan becomes necessary. The present study proposes PKI coordinates technique-based OTP (One-Time-Pad) for a safe key transmission in E-commerce.

  • As the applications based on Mobile and Ubiquitous becoming more extensive, the communication security issues of those applications are appearing to be the most important concern. Therefore, every part of the system should be thoroughly designed and mutually coordinated in order to support overall security of the system. In this paper. we propose new technique which uses the voice features in order to generate Mobile One Time Passwords(OTPs). Voice is considered to be one of the powerful personal authentication factors of biometrics and it can be used for generating variable passwords for one time use. Also we performed a simulation of homomorphic variability of voice feature points using dendrogram and distribution of voice feature points for proposed password generation method.

In this paper, we propose new integration OTP framework technique which uses the fingerprint and voice features of biometrics in order to generate Mobile One Time Passwords (OTPs) Token. The fingerprint and voice are considered to be one of the powerful personal authentication factors of biometrics and it can be used for generating variable passwords based on mobile environments for one time use. However, we performed a simulation of homomorphic variability of fingerprint and voice feature points using dendrogram and distribution of fingerprint and voice feature points for proposed password generation method, and verified validation of availability.

  • Recently, OTP (One-time-Password) log-in methods have been used in many areas to prevent leakage of personal information and enhance security. The OTP method is primarily used for security of bank personal account, this is one of the sophisticated security ways in which one time password is generated and checked to enhance security. Digital door locks frequently used in everyday life require convenience and safety simultaneously. Meanwhile, related technologies for digital door locks are evolving, but methods for enhancement of security are still unsatisfactory. Generally, the digital door lock using password input type has been most commonly used and especially it provides more convenience, but it has some problems such as password exposure and password oblivion. Therefore, in this study, we propose and implement the OTP-based digital door lock system with enhanced security and convenience features but without the risk of password exposure and oblivion.

  • Diverse kind of attack using the vulnerability of user authentication on Internet service is announced recently. Especially, security accidents on the Internet banking service and Internet telephony service(SIP) are increased rapidly. Attack skills are also evolved into intelligent mechanism. Therefore, more enhanced authentication mechanism is required on existing Internet banking and telephone services for preventing those kinds of attacks using personal identity information such as biometric data. In this research, the proposed B-OTP mechanism can be used to enhance security on a user authentication procedure by combining biometric data with existing OTP mechanism. As a result, the security on internet banking and Internet telephone service will be more improved by using proposed B-OTP mechanism.

  • Synthesizing octylphosphate(OTP) from phosphorus pentoxide with n-octyl alcohol, octylphosphatethiourea(OTPU) was prepared from OTP with thiourea. After flame retardant finishing OTPU to acrylic fabrics, nylon taffeta and tetron taffeta, the physical properties, such as tear strength and flame retardancy were measured. As the results of the measurement, OTPU was found to be a good flame retardant having softness using to synthetic fibers.

  • 최근 물류, 교통, 환경 등 우리가 살아가는 생활 중 다양하게 많이 사용되어지는 RFID 시스템은 우리에게 많은 편의를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 시스템은 무선네트워크를 이용하기 때문에 이것이 가지고 있는 보안적 취약점이 크게 문제가 되고 있다. 개인정보를 도용하여 악의적인 목적으로 사용하고 사생활까지 침해하여 사회에서 큰 불신을 갖게 되는 이러한 취약점을 안전하게 이용할 수 있도록 여러 가지 보안방식들을 사용한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 보안방식 중 OTP(One Time Password)라는 보안방식을 RFID 시스템에 응용하여 이러한 시스템에서 지금까지 사용되고 있는 여러 보안방식들 보다도 더욱 안전하게 개인 프라이버시를 보호하고자 한다.
