지난 8월 16일에서 24일까지 영국 글래스고에서 개최된 제68차 국제도서관협회연맹 대회 총회에서는 '도서관, 정보서비스 기관, 지적 자유에 관한 글래스고 선언(The Glasgow Declaration Libraries, Information Services and Intellectual Freedom, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/faife/policy/iflastat/gldeclar-e.html 참조)'과 'IFLA 인터넷 설명서(The IFLA Internet Manifesto, 원문은 http://www.ifla.org/III/misc/internetmanif.htm 참조)'가 채택되었다. 이 같은 성명의 체택은 도서관ㆍ정보분야에서 지적자유에 관해 국제적 합의를 명확히 하고 이해와 협력을 구하기 위한 것으로 지난 해 발생한 미국 9.11테러 사태 이후 일어나고 있는 일련의 조치에 (국민의 기본권을 제한할 수 있는 법률의 제정 등) 대한 도서관계의 능동적인 대응이라는 의미가 크다. 국내 도서관인에게 참고가 될 만한 자료라 생각되어 '도서관문화' 편집실에서 이를 번역하여 게재코자 한다.

최근, 제품의 다양화, 생산성향상 등의 요구에 의해 소성가공 분야인 압연가공에 있어서도 절삭가공에서와 같이 고능률, 고정도가공이 주목되고있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인 압연롤 그라인딩(On-line Roll Grinding :ORG)법에 전해인프로세스드레싱법(ELID)을 적용하여 압연롤의 경면가공을 수행하고 최종적으로 경면압연을 수행함을써 압연품의 고부가가치화를 이루고자 한다. 이를 위해 ELID법을 적용한 ORG를 제시하여 압연기에 설치하고 정압 연삭으로 압연롤의 경면가공을 실현하며, 압연시발생하는 흠집을 고능률로 제거하기 위한가공능률 평가를 중심 으로 검토하고자 한다.

It Is difficult to manage broken link with dangling reference, inaccurate reference m the manual site that is consist of HTML documents of much quantity as KLDP(Korean Linux Documentation Project, http:/ /kldp.org) Web site. In this paper. we define relationship and constrain renditions that exist between Web site's HTML documents. And we design and implement HIMS(HTML Document Integrity Management System), which notify user that integrity violation happens or launch trigger operation to keep integrity between HTML documents in case of insert, delete, update.

Solvent extraction reaction of Zn(II) by Alamine336 from strong HCl solution up to 10 M was identified by analyzing the data reported in the literature. The equilibrium constant of this reaction was estimated by considering the complex formation between zinc and chloride ion. The necessary thermodynamic parameters, such as equilibrium constant for the formation of complexes and the interaction parameters, were evaluated from the thermodynamic data reported in the literature. The following solvent extraction reaction and the equilibrium constant was obtained by considering the activity coefficients of solutes present in the aqueous phase with Bromley equation. $Zn^{2+}\;2Cl^{-}\;+\;R_3NHCl_{org}\;=\;ZnCl_3R_3NH_{org},\;K_{ex}\;=\;6.33\;{\times}\;10^2$ There was a good agreement between measured and calculated distribution coefficients of Zn(II).

Solvent extraction reaction of cobalt by Alamine336 from strong hydrochloric acid solution was identified by analyzing the solvent extraction data reported in the literature. Analysis of the data by graphical method revealed that Alamine336 took part in the solvent extraction reaction as a monomer in the concentration ranges, [Co(II)] : 0.0169 - 0.102 M, [Alamine336] ; 0.02- 1.75 M, and [HCl ] : 5 - 10 M. The following solvent extraction reaction and equilibrium constant was obtained from the experimental data by considering the activity coefficients of chemical species present in the aqueous phase. $Co^{2+}+2Cl^{-}+R_3NHCl_{org}=CoCl_3\;R_3NH_{org}$, $K_{ex}=2.21$ The distribution coefficients of cobalt predicted in this study agreed well with those reported in the literature.

최근 데이터 산업 발전과 함께 데이터를 저장, 공유, 거래가 가능한 다양한 데이터 저장소와 거래소가 증가하고 있다. 대부분의 데이터 저장소 및 거래소는 데이터 검색과 공유를 위해 DCAT 기반 메타데이터를 구성하고 있다. 하지만 DCAT 기반 메타데이터는 웹 검색 엔진에서 검색이 잘되지 않는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이는 웹에서 자원을 출판하기 위한 데이터 모델 기법이 Schema.org 방법을 사용하고 있기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 DCAT 기반 메타데이터를 Schema.org 방법으로 변환할 수 있는 새로운 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 변환 기법은 데이터 저장소와 거래소 내 데이터셋이 웹에서 잘 검색될 수 있는 웹 출판 기능을 지원한다.

Elemental, Rock-Eval pyrolysis and isotopic analysis of the core sediments from the northwestern and eastern Ulleung Basin of the East were carried out to identify their geochemical characteristics, spatial and vertical variation and origin of organic matter in Upper Quaternary sediments from the northwestern and eastern Ulleung Basin of the East Sea. TOC, m and TS did not show spatial variation between the sampling locations whereas they showed systematic vertical variation associated with MIS stages related to the sea-level change of the East Sea. It is suggested that these past changes of sea-level influenced the sedimentary depositional environments and/or diagenesis which resulted the patterns observed in this study. Based on the results of TOC/N, TS/TOC, ${\delta}^{13}C_{org}\;and\;{\delta}^{15}N_{org}$ analysis, organic matters in the study area appears to be predominantly originated from the marine algae rather than land plant and deposited under normal marine oxic condition during MIS I and MIS III period, and under euxinic/anoxic condition during MIS II period. TOC/N, ${\delta}^{13}C_{org}\;and\;{\delta}^{15}N_{org}$ have a relatively constant value irrespective of MIS stages, implying that the organic matter source does not change by the sea-level fluctuations. However, the results of Rock-Eval pyrolysis indicates that the organic matter is in immature stage and originated from land-plant (Type III), locating in the immature stage land plant (Type III). Similar differences were reported from other areas such as the Atlantic Ocean, Iberia Abyssal Plain, Mediterranean Sea, suggesting that Rock-Eval method does not exactly reflect the characteristic of immature organic matters. Accordingly, the application of Rock-Eval pyrolysis for delineating the source of immature organic matters should be approached with caution and all other geochemical proxies should be considered altogether at the same time.
