공급사슬네트워크 시뮬레이터 개발 (Development of Supply Chain Network Simulator)

  • The competition between companies for prior occupation of the market is becoming fierce. In this highly competitive situation, it is important for companies to differentiate themselves if they are going to have a chance at success. And the competition to create the best solution method possible is higher than ever. Increased competition is forcing companies to lower costs and improve efficiency. A supply chain management(SCM) has become one of the most important solution methods of competitive advantage. This study has developed a simulator for the supply chain network problem. The simulator is designed to simulate the conditions of an actual supply chain network considering uncertainties. The simulator developed using commercial simulation tool ARENA and the results of computational experiments for a simple example were given and discussed to validate the developed simulator. Further research is needed, but using the simulator could become a useful tool for decision making in the supply chain network area.

  • A design of aeroload simulator is proposed which is used for the dynamic test of guided missile servoactuation system. Since the simulator is linked to the servoactuation system, it is a two-input one-output system. The mathematical model of the aeroload simulator is derived and the root-locus method is applied to design compensator to improve the stability, response speed and accuracy of the system. Computer simulations are done to verify the goodness of the system design.

  • We have developed CNS(Compact Nuclear Simulator) which can be used for the fundamental training of the nuclear power plant operators. The application software for CNS consists of simulation engine(analyzer code), instructor station software, and man-machine interface software. Each application software is regarded as one black box and the communication of black boxes is performed by the predefined shared memory variables. In this paper, we discuss our experience for CNS development.

  • In this study we suggest real-time simulator that could describe rent system without ordinary DSP card. This simulator is composed of 80196kc-16bit ordinary microprocessor, which is widely used up to now and personal computer. DSP card that has calculated complex numerical equation is replaced by personal computer and 80196kc generates control signals independently out of the personal computer. In all process personal computer is synchronized with one-board microprocessor (80196kc) within sampling time in the closed loop system. This makes it possible to be described in hydraulic servo system in real time.

  • This thesis proposes a new social network simulator, which can be used for the social network analysis (SNA). It is composed of three modules; initialization, network evolution, and output generation. For the network evolution module, we suggest a modified JGN (MJGN) based on JGN, the network evolution model developed by Jin, Girvan, and Newman. Arena, one of the most popular simulation tools, was used to model the agent based social network simulator. Lastly, some test results were presented to show the value of the proposed simulator when one performs SNA at the longitudinal point of view.

  • A vehicle driving simulator is a virtual reality device which a human being feels as if the one drives a vehicle actually. The driving simulator is used effectively for studying interaction of a driver-vehicle and developing vehicle system of a new concept. The driving simulator consists of a vehicle motion bed system, motion controller, visual and audio system, vehicle dynamic analysis system, cockpit system, and etc. In it is paper, the main procedures to develop the driving simulator are classified by five parts. First, a motion bed system and a motion controller, which can track a reference trajectory, are developed. Secondly, a performance evaluation of the motion bed system for the driving simulator is carried out using LVDTs and accelerometers. Thirdly, a washout algorithm to realize a motion of an actual vehicle in the driving simulator is developed. The algorithm changes the motion space of a vehicle into the workspace of the driving simulator. Fourthly, a visual and audio system for feeling higher realization is developed. Finally, an integration system to communicate and monitor between sub systems is developed.

  • A vehicle driving simulator is a virtual reality device which makes a human being feel as if the one drives a vehicle actually. The driving simulator is effectively used for studying interaction of a driver-vehicle and developing the vehicle system of new concepts. The driving simulator consists of a motion platform, a motion controller, a visual and audio system, a vehicle dynamic analysis system, a vehicle operation system and etc. The vehicle dynamic analysis system supervises overall operation of the simulator and also simulates dynamic motion of a multi-body vehicle model in real-time.   • This paper describes the digital relay simulator system using digital signal processor. The simulator system has two parts, one is software and the other is hardware part. The simulation software has variety calculation engines ; EMTP simulation data file conversion, user define simulation data generation, sequence data generation, data analysis engines. etc, these are designed upon GUI. And simulator software provides easy control interface for users, the simulator software performs on every MS Windows OS. The simulator hardware design uses 32bit floating point DSP(TMS320C32) architecture to achieve flexibility and high speed operation.

  • Aerial working platform is recently used broadly in heavy industry and construction field and also the utilization of it is growing. However, the raise of critical incident caused by unskilled operator is increasing gradually. To reduce and prevent such incident, the training for operating is essential. It's not easy to cover the requirements for the training with real platform because of the high price of it, safety and weather condition. This paper proposes a simulator for the training based on virtual reality to give the training safely regardless to the weather condition and the simulator is deliverable in lower price than real one. The simulator proposed in this paper is available to be set according to the level of trainee managing the assessment level and be also applied for the design of general heavy equipment training simulator based.
