최근 정보통신기술의 발달과 인터넷 이용의 폭발적인 성장에 따라 인터넷을 통한 전자 상거래가 새로운 경제 활동으로 등장과 동시에 off-line을 기반으로 하는 전자 상거래 시장이 급속한 성장을 하고 있다. 이에 따라 기존의 on-line 상의 전자 지불 방식을 보다 실용적인 off-line 상의 전자 지불 방식이 요구되고 있다. 전자 지불 방식의 하나인 전자 화폐는 효과적인 응용을 위해 실물 화폐와 유사한 여러 가지 성질을 갖고 있기는 하지만, 이러한 성질 중에서 사용자의 프라이버시를 보장하는 경우 발생하는 부정적인 문제 즉 돈 세탁, 약탈, 그리고 자금의 해외 유출의 용의 등을 문제점을 해결하기 위해 익명성 제어 익명성 취소 등의 다양한 프로토콜의 개발이 연구되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 off-line 상에서 전자상거래를 할 때 부정 사용자에 대한 사용자 추적, 즉 익명성 제어가 가능한 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안한 프로토콜의 특징은 기존의 on-line 상의 시스템 구현의 효율성을 고려하여 RSA와 Hash 함수만을 사용하여 사용자 은닉이 가능하도록 하였으며, 또한 익명성 제어가 가능하지만 어느 기관 단독이 아는 은행과 인중기관이 협조 할 경우에만 추적이 가능하다.

In this paper, a new edge detection method for area images is presented based on the scan-line image segmentation technology. The existing algorithms are lack of precision in its detections due to the noise factors such as depth perception and illumination problems when processing the 3D image into a 2D image. The general process of applying the scan-line method is to extract straight line components to determine the shape of the objects. However, we implement this method to an arc curve for precise detections. the paper proved precise detections that from off line to on line.

We propose a new indoor positioning algorithm named Cut-off algorithm. This algorithm cuts off candidates of beacons and reference points in advance, before looking for K neighbor reference points which are guessed to be closest to the user's actual location. The algorithm consists of two phases: off-line phase, and on-line phase. In the off-line phase, RSSI and UUID data from beacons are gathered at reference points placed in the indoor environment, and construct a fingerprint map of the data. In the on-line phase, the map is reduced to a smaller one according to the RSSI data of beacons received from the user's device. The nearest K reference points are selected using the reduced map, which are used for estimating user's location. In both phases, relative ranks of the peak signals received from each beacon are used, which smoothen the fluctuations of the signals. The algorithm is shown to be more efficient in terms of accuracy and estimating time.

최근 조선분야의 경우 생산원가의 절감, 품질의 고급화, 단순작업에 대한 근로기피 등의 이유로 로봇시스템 적용에 대한 필요성이 크게 대두되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 로봇 시스템의 교시방식이 교시-재생(Teaching-Playback)방식이어서 작업부재의 형상 및 치수가 매번 변경되는 중공업 분야에서는 적용이 불가능하였다. 본 연구에서는 조선용 아크용접 로봇을 위한 오프라인 프로그램밍(OLP: Off-Line Programming) 시스템을 개발하였다. 오프라인 프로그램밍 시스템의 경우 작업중인 로봇과는 상관없이 다음 부재에 대한 형상 데이터만을 이용하여 컴퓨터상에서 다음 작업프로그램을 미리 생성할 수 있으므로 기존의 온라인 교시-재생 방식의 교시시간의 과다라는 문제를 극복할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 강교 판넬 및 조선 소조립용으로 개발 중인 아크용접용 로봇 시스템을 위한 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템을 개발하였다. CAD 데이터나 OLP의 모델링 기능으로 작업부재를 형상한 후 미리 데이터베이스화 되어 있는 자료를 검색하여 부위별 작업매크로 확보를 위하여 실제 로봇 시스템을 이용한 작업테스트를 수행하였다. 개발된 오프라인 프로그래밍 시스템은 기능보완 후 당사 아크용접용 로봇시스템에 적용될 계획이다.

기존의 기술이 Off Line 상태에서 대지 정전 용량을 포함 하는 영상 전류 방식의 절연 저항을 측정 하는 반면, 본 기술은 기본적으로는 부하 Line에 흐르는 누설 전류를 샘플링 하여 얻어진 계측 값을 기초로 절연 저항에 흐르는 대지 절연 저항 전류 Igr을 구한다. 이와 같이 본 시스템은 웹 기반에서 원격 감시/제어를 가능케 한 것으로 Line을 Off시키지 않고 절연 저항을 구한다. 이때 얻어진 절연 저항, 선전류, 각 상별 전압을 Local 계기에서 Display하고 통신 출력을 통해 원격지에서 측정 시 제어를 수행한다. 이러한 기술적 기반은 Igr방식을 채용, 기존의 Io방식의 결점인 누설 전류의 크기인 스칼라량 검출로 인한 정전 용량, 잡음, 그리고 손실 오차와 부동작 요인에 관한 한계를 Igr방식의 채용으로 극복할 수 있어 절연 저항 측정에 대한 신뢰성과 안전성을 도모할 수 있다.

In trainir~ga back-propagation neural network, the learning speed of the network is greatly affected by its learning rate. Most of off-line fashioned learning-rate selection methods, however, are empirical except for some deterministic methods. It is very tedious and difficult to find a good learning rate using the empirical methods. The deterministic methods cannot guarantee the quality of the quality of the learning rate. This paper proposes a new learning-rate selection method. Our off-line fashioned method selects a good learning rate through stochastically searching process using evolutionary programming. The simulation results show that the learning speed achieved by our method is superior to that of deterministic and empirical methods.

디지털 혁명 시대에 경제활동의 변화와 더불어 등장한 전자화폐는 점차 그 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 하지만 현재 사용되고 있는 전자화폐 시스템은 안전상의 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 각 시스템마다 그것들을 해결하려는 노력을 기울이고 있지만 대부분이 오프라인(off-line) 보다는 온라인(on-line) 지불 처리 방식을 전제로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 운영되는 전자화폐 시스템의 문제점을 짚어보고 이를 해결할 수 있는 안전한 전자화폐 프로토콜을 오프라인(off-line) 지불 처리에 초점을 맞춰, 설계한다.

This research was conducted in order to know how influential the acknowledgment of factors such as the quality of educational contents and the conducting of off-line lectures is in terms of effective learning for leaners. Based on the satisfaction-importance model of the multi-attribute attitude model, this study would like to clarify the degree to which the quality of on-line contents of on-line education and the simultaneous conducting of off-line lectures influences one's learning attitude. On-line contents satisfaction will evaluated through the three categories: audio lectures, video lecture and WEI lectures, which make up the quality of on-line contents. We would also like to do a survey on the transformation of learning attitudes when on-line and off-line lectures were conducted simultaneously.

Since 1995, One of the NGIS(National Geographic Information System) projects, the underground utilities project, has been finished in 2003. The 19 cities in korea for this project will use underground utilities management system using underground utilities database focusing on water and sewage system. However, special expert, technical and experience problem in computer environment has not been had in working department for water and sewage management and maintenance for each local government. The management and maintenance by underground utilities database by manual method is getting lowered a data qualify of underground utilities database because of the data omitting, error in writing and securing of the lasted database. Therefore, in this study, Application test for field workers using a mobile tool and environment analysis of wireless communication in Korea and application test of GPS receiver for mobile tools had been processed and made a mobile working environment. The efficient management and maintenance method for underground utilities database has been developed an off-line method for modification and update of database about general work which has a high working frequency because of the limitation of wireless communication environment. Also, the emergency working has been applied for on-line method.
