  • 최근 인터넷이 대중화되면서 웹을 통한 전자상거래가 점차 늘고 있다. 이에 따라 웹 기반전자상거래를 위한 문서교환의 표준화 연구는 여러 기업의 참여 하에 활발히 진행 중에 있으나 아직까지 전자상거래의 일부 절차는 체계화되어 있지 않다. 가장 활발한 전자상거래형태인 오픈마켓을 통한 중계판매에서 상품제조업체, 판매업체, 오픈마켓(중계판매업체) 간의 전자적 상품정보(e-Catalogue)교환은 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이런 이유로 오픈마켓을 통한 전자상거래에서 상품을 판매하는 판매업체는 상품정보를 직접 수집하거나 가공하여 이를 오픈마켓에 등록한다. 실제로 이러한 상품정보 교환 과정에서 많은 인력과 시간이 소비된다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 RFID ODS 기술과 ebXML 기술을 활용하여 상품제조업체와 판매업체, 판매업체와 오픈마켓 간의 상품정보를 공유할 수 있도록 하는 새로운 모델을 제안한다.

Study on New Extraction Method of Microcystins from Cyanobacteria (남조류로부터 마이크로시스틴을 추출하는 새로운 추출법 연구)

  • A new analytical method of cyanobacterial toxins, i, e, microcysins was deveeloped using supercritical fluid extraction(SFE). The microcystins mcluded in the study are sparsely soluble in neat supercritical fluid CO$_2$ However, the microcystins were successfully extracted with a temary mixture(90% CO$_2$,9.0% methanol 1.0% water) at 40$^{\circ}$C and 250 atm. The SFE method developed in this study has several advantages over solid-phase extraction(SPE) sample preparation for the analysis of microcystins. Sample handling steps are minimized thus reducing possible losses of analytes and saving analysis time. No clean-up steps are employed in this SFE method. Althouhgh many methods have been described for microcystim RR and LR, the method using solid-phase extraction with ODS cartridges is the most commonly used. However, the adsorbing power of ODS caridges for microcystins is weak, so we have attempted to use a more polar CN cartridge, to increase the adsorbing power for microcystins. Lyophilized cells(100mg) were wxtracted with 5% (v/v) acetic acid. The extract was centrifuged and then the supernatant was applied to a CN cartridge. The cartridge which contained microcystins was rinsed with 5 ml of water and 5 ml of 0.5 M acetic acid. followed by 5 ml of 5% acetonitrile in water , and were determined by HPLC. Better recoveries and chromatogram were observed than with ODS cartridge.

Correlation Analysis between Sasang Constitution and Oriental Pattern Identification by Using Oriental Diagnosis System (한의전문가시스템을 활용한 사상체질과 한의변증 간의 상관관계 분석)

  • Oriental Diagnosis System(ODS) is an artificial intelligence program that utilize entered diagnosis knowledge, determine patient's disease and decide right medicine. The purpose of this study is to find a correlation between pattern Identification in Korean medicine and each sasang types(So-Yang, So-Eum and Tae-Eum) by analyzing ODS diagnosis result. Eventually our study secure availability of using ODS program at clinical training or developing diagnosis program. Subject of this study is 32 students participating in Sasang medical practice(12 subjects were So-Yang, 7 subjects were So-Eum, and 13 subjects were Tae-Eum). We analyze subject's clinical practice result reports by using ODS program and obtained result about pattern Identification. We used SPSS statistics 23 in analyzing the differences of the scores of Eight Principle Pattern Identification, Qi-Blood Pattern Identification, Bing-xie Pattern Identification, and Visceral Pattern Identification in each Sasang types (So-Yang, So-Eum, Tae-Eum). In the case of Heat-moisture, Tae-Eum showed higher score than So-Eum, but So-Yang showed no difference from the other two Sasang types(p<0.05). And in the case of Food-accumulation, Tae-Eum and So-Yang showed significantly higher score than So-Eum(p<0.05). It is hard to generalize the result because subject of this study was not enough. However, we explained correlation between pattern Identification in korean medicine and each sasang types based on quantifiable and objective evidence system. Therefore use of ODS program in student clinical practice training help to understand the relationship and correlation between different pattern Identification and will help standardization of clinical practice education.

Manufacturing and testing of flat-type divertor mockup with advanced materials

  • During reactor operation, the divertor must withstand unprecedented simultaneous high heat fluxes and high-energy neutron irradiation. The extremely severe service environment of the divertor imposes a huge challenge to the bonding quality of divertor joints, i.e., the joints must withstand thermal, mechanical and neutron loads, as well as cyclic mode of operation. In this paper, potassium-doped tungsten (KW) is selected as the plasma facing material (PFM), oxygen-free copper (OFC) as the interlayer, oxide dispersion strengthened copper (ODS-Cu) alloy as the heat sink material, and reduced activation ferritic/martensitic (RAFM) steel as the structural material. In this study, a vacuum brazing technology is proposed and optimized to bond Cu and ODS-Cu alloy with the silver-free brazing material CuSnTi. The most appropriate brazing parameters are a brazing temperature of 940 ℃ and a holding time of 15 min. High-quality bonding interfaces have been successfully obtained by vacuum brazing technology, and the average shear strength of the as-obtained KW/Cu and ODS-Cu alloy joints is ~268 MPa. And a fabrication route for manufacturing the flat-type divertor target based on brazing technology is set. For evaluating the reliability of the fabrication technologies under the reactor relevant condition, the high heat flux test at 20 MW/m2 for the as-manufactured flat-type KW/Cu/ODS-Cu/RAFM mockup is carried out by using the Electron-beam Material testing Scenario (EMS-60) with water cooling. This paper reports the improved vacuum brazing technology to connect Cu to ODS-Cu alloy and summarizes the production route, high heat flux (HHF) test, the pre and post non-destructive examination, and the surface results of the flat-type KW/Cu/ODS-Cu/RAFM mockup after the HHF test. The test results demonstrate that the mockup manufactured according to the fabrication route still have structural and interfacial integrity under cyclic high heat loads.

  • Marine Algae of order Chordariales are rich resources of bioactive metabolites. Methanolic extracts of the brown alga /shige Okamurae exhibited potent antioxidative and butyrylcholinesterase(BChE) inhibitory effects. Bio-guided purification [solvent partition, ODS flash, silica flash, gel-filtration on Sephadex LH 20, ODS HPLC] of them gave a compound 1. Its structure was elucidated by detailed analysis of spectroscopic data of 1 and comparison of literature data. A variety of bioassay for 1 is in progress.

  • This research aims here to develop a certain extended double sampling plan, EDS, which is an extension of ordinary double sampling plan in the sense that the second-stage sampling effort and second-stage critical value are allowed to depend on the point at which the first-stage continuation region is traversed. For purpose of comparison, single sampling plan, optimal ordinary double sampling plan(ODS) and sequential probability ratio test are considered with the same overall error rates, respectively. It is observed that the EDS idea allows less sampling effort than the optimal ODS.

  • NiAl powders containing oxide dispersoids have been produced by mechanical alloying process in a controlled atmosphere using high energy attrition mill. The powders have been consolidated by hot extrusion and hot pressing followed by isothermal annealing to induce microstructure coarsening to improve high temperature properties. Grain growth and dispersoid coarsening kinetics have been investigated as functions of annealing time and temperature. Coarsening of dispersion strengthen NiAl and dispersoid has been discussed. Some clues of secondary recrystallization have been investigated. Mechanical property measurements have been also made and correlated with the microstructures.

Anti-stress Effect by the Treatment of Vitamin C (Vitamin C 투여에 의한 항스트레스 효과)

  • The anti-stress effect by the treatment of vitamin C was investigated in this study. The treatment of ascorbic acid in the presence of $Cu^{2+}$ion induced strong time- and dose-dependent degradation of hitamine, and also the addition of histamine accelerated time-dependent decomposition of ascorbic acid in vitro. The treatment of ascorbic acid in $ODS^{od}/_{od}$rats, which cannot synthesize ascorbic acid, significantly decreased the urinary histamine. The protreatment of ascorbic acid, dexamethasone and promethazine inhibited the lethal effect induced by immobilization stress, but that of dimethylsulfoxide did not. The addition of ascorbic and to a culture of spleen cells of $ODS^{od}/_{od}$rats significantly increased the Con A-dependent T lymphocyte proliferation.

An Investigation of the Stability of Y2O3 and Sintering Behavior of Fe-Based ODS Particles Prepared by High Energy Ball Milling

  • Fe-based oxide dispersion strengthened (ODS) powders were produced by high energy ball milling, followed by spark plasma sintering (SPS) for consolidation. The mixed powders of 84Fe-14Cr-$2Y_2O_3$ (wt%) were mechanically milled for 10 and 90 mins, and then consolidated at different temperatures ($900{\sim}1100^{\circ}C$). Mechanically-Alloyed (MAed) particles were examined by means of cross-sectional images using scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Both mechanical alloying and sintering behavior was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM). To confirm the thermal behavior of $Y_2O_3$, a replica method was applied after the SPS process. From the SEM observation, MAed powders milled for 10 min showed a lamella structure consisting of rich regions of Fe and Cr, while both regions were fully alloyed after 90 min. The results of sintering behavior clearly indicate that as the SPS temperature increased, micro-sized defects decreased and the density of consolidated ODS alloys increased. TEM images revealed that precipitates smaller than 50 nm consisted of $YCrO_3$.

Characteristics of Oxidative Desulfurization(ODS) of Sulfur Compounds in Diesel Fuel over Ti-grafted SBA-15 Catalyst (Ti-grafted SBA-15 촉매를 이용한 경유유분 중의 황화합물의 선택산화탈황 특성)

  • Oxidative desulfurizaton of model sulfur compounds and Industrial diesel fuel(LCO; Light Cycle Oil) over Ti-grafted SBA-15 catalyst was studied in a batch reactor with tert-Butyl Hydroperoxide(TBHP) as oxidant. Effects of Ti loading, TBHP/Sulfur mole ratio, reaction temperature on ODS activity and kinetic parameters were investigated. Ti-grafted SBA-15 catalyst showed higher sulfur removal activity in the oxidative desulfurization reaction of refractory sulfur compounds(DBT and 4, 6-DMDBT) and LCO, suggesting that Ti-grafted SBA-15 catalyst could be a good candidate for ODS catalyst.
