근래의 국내 건설 산업은 IMF 이후로 악화된 수주여건과 발주자와 시공자의 입장 차이 등으로 인한 클레임과 분쟁이 늘어나고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이들의 원활한 해결을 위한 방안과 전략 연구의 기초연구로 수행되었으며, 이를 위한 방법론으로 해외의 FIDIC, AIA, ECC 등의 계약문서와 국내 공사계약 일반조건과 서울특별시 공사계약 특수조건의 클레임과 분쟁관련 조항에 대한 벤치마킹을 수행하였다. 연구 결과, 국내의 계약 문건 상의 클레임과 분쟁관린 조항이 해외의 사례들과 비교해 클레임 및 분쟁의 정의, 제기와 해결절차 등의 명확한 제시 부분이 부족한 것으로 나타나 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 경호원의 경호임무 수행에 있어서 인간의 다섯 가지 기본감각인 '오감'이 경호상황에서 어떻게 작용되는 가에 대하여 알아보고, 인간의 초월감각인 '제육감' 계발하고 향상시킴으로써 보다 완벽한 임무수행에 이바지하고자 하였다. 제육감의 발달은 부수적으로 오감을 배양시키는 것은 물론, 임무수행중인 경호원의 심리를 안정시킬 뿐 아니라 올바른 사회적 가치관을 확립하도록 하여 준다. 이러한 제육감 능력을 향상시키기 위한 방안으로 인간의 육체보다는 정신수양에 중점을 두는 명상수련이 있으며, 육체와 정신을 동시에 닦아 나아가는 것으로서 도덕적 인간이 되는 동시에 충일한 생명력을 갖추는 선도수련이 있고, 다음으로 심리적 안정과 심신의 기능을 조화롭게 하는 심리강화훈련 등이 있다. 이러한 제육감활동 향상을 위한 실천방법으로서 경호관련 대학교육기관의 교과목 배정이 있으며, 민간연수기관의 수련 프로그램의 도입, 그리고 민 관 경호전문기관에서의 지속적 반복적 훈련시행 등이 있다.

The study is designed to compare differences between male and female Internet users in present Internet use conditions, Internet addition, self-respect, and deviation from a health life and analyze and understand factors causing compulsive Internet use. The research is aimed at suggesting basic information to guide a desirable direction for healthy and effective Internet use. The survey of 456 students majoring in public health at some universities in the Pusan-Kyungnam areas was made in November, 2006. The results are as follows: As for general information on those surveyed the number of the males was 50(11.0%) and that of the females was 406(89.0%), which shows an absolute higher ratio of the female respondents. On a question of Internet use frequency 62% of the male students and 44.6% of the female students answered they use the Internet everyday. Also the male respondents' Internet use time was longer. 64.0% of the male students use the Internet for games and entertainment, which were the highest ranked reason. 64.4% of the female students said they use the Internet to check e-mails. To all the questions assessing Internet addiction, the male users' answers implied higher addiction levels, but there wasn't statistically significant difference. However, the statistically outstanding distinction between the two sexes on deviation from a health life is shown in smoking, cheating in a test, obscene video/books, and conflicts with parents. The most answered deviations among the male respondents are smoking, cheating in a test, and obscene video/books, while conflicting with parents is for the female students. On self-respect the survey has found statistical differences in five questionnaire items and the female showed higher levels in all those questions. The male students answered cheating in a test(0.399), conflicts with parents(0.391), and Internet use time(0.242) have significant plus(+) influences on their compulsive internet use, while alcohol(-0.308) has a minus(-) influence. The female students answered self-respect(0.114), alcohol(0.097), obscene video/book (0.218), conflicts with parents (0.243), and Internet use time (0.284) factors have plus(+) effects.

본 연구는 호텔 조리사에게 있어서의 일-가족 가족-일 갈등이 호텔 조리사의 감정고갈에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 실증적 분석을 통하여 알아보고 관련 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 그리고 이러한 영향요인 가운데 조절변수로써 대처전략이 어떤 역할을 할 수 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 2010년 호텔 매출과 개실수를 고려하여 서울소재 13개의 호텔에서 설문조사를 실시하였고, 298부의 유효표본을 가지고 연구를 실시하였다. 일-가족 가족-일 갈등이 감정고갈에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 대처전략의 조절효과를 확인하기 위해 조절회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 일-가족 갈등만이 감정고갈에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 일-가족 가족-일 갈등과 감정고갈 사이에서 문제중심 대처전략이 조절효과를 나타내었다. 이는 회사 업무의 양이나 지시 체계 등이 합리적으로 운영함으로서 좀 더 가정이나 집안일에 충실할 수 있는 시스템을 갖추어야 하며, 혹여 갈등이 발생하더라도 원인이 무엇인지, 대안은 어떠한 것이 있는지, 합리적인 분석을 통해 갈등관리를 함으로써 감정고갈 증상을 다스릴 수 있으리라 사료된다.

In a parallel processing system, Multi-stage Interconnection Networks (MINs) play a vital role in making the network reliable and cost effective. The MIN is an important piece of architecture for a multiprocessor system, and it has a good impact in the field of communication. Optical Multi-stage Interconnection Networks (OMINs) are the advanced version of MINs. The main problem with OMINs is crosstalk. This paper, presents the (1) Destination Based Modified Omega Network (DBMON) and the (2) Destination Based Scheduling Algorithm (DBSA). DBSA does the scheduling for a source and their corresponding destination address for messages transmission and these scheduled addresses are passed through DBMON. Furthermore, the performance of DBMON is compared with the Crosstalk-Free Modified Omega Network (CFMON). CFMON also minimizes the crosstalk in a minimum number of passes. Results show that DBMON is better than CFMON in terms of the average number of passes and execution time. DBSA can transmit all the messages in only two passes from any source to any destination, through DBMON and without crosstalk. This network is the modified form of the original omega network. Crosstalk minimization is the main objective of the proposed algorithm and proposed network.

지금까지 하이킹 활동이 주를 이루어 왔던 산림휴양지역에 산악자전거 활동(MTB)이 도입되면서 휴양지역의 이용행태에 변화를 가져오고 있으며, 또한 MTB 활동의 증대는 휴양지역의 생태적, 사회적 문제를 초래할 우려가 있다. 본 연구는 인구사회학적 특성 및 방문행태에 따른 상충인지를 포함하여 MTB에 의한 등산객의 상충인지를 조사하였다. 자료수집은 2010년 9월중 무등산도립공원 등산객을 대상으로 현장설문조사를 통해 이루어 졌다. 설문조사에 참여한 388명 중 374명의 응답이 본 연구의 분석에 이용되었다. 응답자의 30.2%가 무등산도립공원내에서 MTB를 보거나 만난 것(평균: 1.7회/조사당일)으로 나타났으며, 응답자의 77.1%는 무등산 도립공원 내 MTB활동이 문제가 있다고 생각하였다. 응답자의 73.5~83.2%가 산악자전거인의 4가지 주요 행동(예, 등산로 상에서 너무 빨리 달리는 산악자전거, 등산로를 차지하고 있는 산악자전거, 등산객 옆을 너무 가까이 지나가는 산악자전거, 등산객에게 불쾌한 행동을 하는 산악자전거인)에 의하여 상충인지를 느끼는 것으로 분석되었다. 응답자의 48.5~62.4%가 "사회적 가치 상충", 11.1~32.4%가 "상호간 상충", 16.8~26.6%가 "상충 없음" 유형에 속하는 것으로 각각 나타났다. 상충유형은 인구사회학적(예, 성별, 연령, 교육수준) 및 방문(예, 방문횟수, MTB와의 조우경험) 특성과 관련이 있었다. 그러나 그러한 관계는 "MTB와의 조우 경험"을 통제하였을 때 대부분의 경우에서 성립되지 않았다.

국내의 동물복지 개념의 도입은 해외 선진국에 비해 늦었으나 정부 주도에 의해 비교적 적극적인 동물복지정책들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 축산업 현장에서 동물복지 인식이 충분치 못하기 때문에 자발적인 개선이 아닌 정부의 정책수단에 의하여 동물복지를 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 산란계 농가를 중심으로 최근 5년간 도입된 동물복지 관련 정책이 현장에서 유발하는 갈등을 유형화하여 파악하기 위하여 산란 농장 운영자들의 동물복지 관련 의식수준 및 동물복지 관련 규정 준수여부를 조사하였다. 산란 농가 현장방문을 통하여 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 산란양계농장 운영자(소유자 혹은 관리 책임자)를 대상으로 53가구의 산란양계 농가를 조사하였다(2020년 산란양계농가 수 797가구 수 기준 90% 신뢰수준(Z-score: 1.65) 10.18% 허용 오차). 현장에서의 갈등을 윤리적 고려 수준에 따라 소극적, 중도적, 적극적 3가지로 유형화하였다. 또한 윤리적 고려 수준에 따라 동물복지 관련 규정 준수 여부와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 결과적으로, 축산 현장에서의 동물복지 관련 규정 준수 여부는 축산 농장 운영자의 윤리적 고려수준의 영향을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 예외적으로 농장 운영자의 동물복지 의식수준이 높음에도 동물복지 관련 규정은 준수하지 못하는 갈등상황이 확인되었는데, 이는 현장에서 인지하고 있는 규정과 정책의 충돌로 인해 발생한 갈등 상황임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 정책 수단에 의해 추진되는 동물복지가 효과적일 수는 있지만, 아직은 현장에서 갈등을 유발하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

본 연구에서는 '연소 전후 질량 보존'개념의 학습에서 변칙 사례의 개수와 표현 방식이 학생들의 인지 갈등과 개념 변화에 미치는 효과를 조사하였다. 남녀 공학 중학교 2학년 128명을 대상으로 선개념 검사, 변칙 사례에 대한 반응 검사, 개념 검사를 실시하였다. 변칙사례는 개수(1개/2개)와 표현 방식(글/글+그림)에 따라 네 종류로 제시하였다. 연구 결과 변칙 사례를 두 개 읽은 학생들이 하나 읽은 학생들보다 더 많은 인지 갈등을 일으켰다. 그러나 변칙 사례의 표현 방식에 따른 인지 갈등 유발 정도는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 개념 검사 점수에 이원 변량 분석 결과, 변칙 사례의 특성에 따른 차이는 유의미하지 않았다.

In recent years, the number of digital content transaction has increased dramatically, in main, owing to the innovation of IT technology. At the same time, it creates new problems which have never been found in traditional transactions. Especially, due to the easy-copy characteristics of digital content, the illegal usage of digital content proliferates. Also the conflicts between seller an d buyer in digital content transactions on cyberspace market take place frequently because contracts were made without face-to-face discussion. The increase of illegal usage and conflict in digital content market would diminish motivation of creators for their work, furthermore break down digital content market on cyberspace. Digital content transaction authentication system would play an important role in creating sound digital content market. Especially, it would make big contribution to reducing the number of conflict between seller and buyer. In this context, the main objective of this study is to suggest operational model of digital content transaction authentication and to explain critical success factors in organizing digital content transaction authentication system.

When imaginary numbers were first encountered in the 16th century, mathematicians were able to calculate the imaginary numbers the same as they are today. However, it required 200 years to mathematically acknowledge the existence of imaginary numbers. The new mathematical situation that arose with a development in mathematics required a harmony of real numbers and imaginary numbers. As a result, the concept of complex number became clear. A history behind the development of complex numbers involved a process of determining a comprehensive perspective that ties real numbers and imaginary numbers in a single category, complex numbers. This came after a resolution of conflict between real numbers and imaginary numbers. This study identified the new perspective and way of mathematical thinking emerging from resolving the conflicts. Also educational implications of the analysis were discussed.
