Purpose: After COVID-19, changes in the educational ecosystem take place and fire service academy education system have shifted from face-to-face into non fact-to-face. So, the educational effect of fire officials is decreased and the satisfaction level is also decreased. In this study, we want to examine the current status of non-face-to-face real-time remote education and supplement the problems to improve the educational methods, the educational environment, etc. Method: This study is an independent variable that affects non-face-to-face real-time remote education, consisting of education system environment, self-efficacy of computers, contents (education contents, structure, design, etc.), and proper interaction. A dependent variable was selected with satisfaction for non-face-to-face real-time remote education. In addition, it was selected and analyzed as an active property of learning motivation and learning attitude as control variables. Result: The better the content and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the higher the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time remote education, and the more active the learning motivation and the attitude toward learning, the more positive the computer self-efficacy and the satisfaction of learning Conclusion: In order to increase the satisfaction of non-face-to-face real-time education due to COVID-19, education designers or professors need to provide non-face-to-face education contents that can increase the aggressiveness of their learning motivation and learning attitude, and to increase the satisfaction of education for learners by increasing computer self-efficacy through pre-education of non-face-to-face education systems.

With the change of times, the postal service environment and the customer's service needs are changing greatly. In this paper, we researched to improve inefficient service for registered mail by using ICT technology. ICT-based non-face-to-face smart mailbox system can deliver mail efficiently and improve customer satisfaction. In addition, it is expected that it will be able to reduce the work intensity of the mailman delivery of mail and greatly improve the working environment of the on-site deliverymen.
Non-face-to-face classes continue due to Covid-19. There have been e-learning classes since the past, but the difference is that the current non-face-to-face classes are blended classes that combine real-time and recording classes or combine face-to-face and non-face classes. It is also characterized by being able to self-filmed or choose various lecture platforms in a place other than a dedicated studio. The advantages of non-face-to-face classes can be learned beyond time and space, and repetitive viewing and learning speed can be adjusted. Greening classes have no time and place constraints, and real-time classes have the advantage of high communication effects with learners. Evaluating whether non-face-to-face classes provide sufficient quality compared to face-to-face classes or e-learning will be necessary if branded classes are considered for post Covid. In this paper, for the evaluation of the service quality of non-face-to-face classes, the essential attributes desired by the instructors were derived from the viewpoint of Kano quality attributes and a quality improvement plan was proposed. After expressing the degree of functions that non-face-to-face classes should have on the X-axis and the satisfaction of learners on the Y-axis, 23 quality attributes were classified into 6 quality dimensions. In addition, satisfaction coefficient, dissatisfaction coefficient, and customer satisfaction improvement index were derived. As a result, 50% of learners were satisfied with non-face-to-face classes, but the preference was slightly higher than satisfaction, suggesting the sustainability of non-face-to-face classes. In terms of the customer satisfaction improvement index, the ranking of attributes with the largest increase in satisfaction when improving class quality was as follows. Professors' quick answers to learners' questions, content that can fully explain the subject, what the professor explains easily, develop high-quality content that can be learned on mobile phones, fairness of attendance checks, and real-time classes should start on time.

There are various Location-Based Services(LBS) that apply GPS technology in mobile devices such as smart-phone and tablet. In this paper, we designed non-face-to-face oriented LBS software in the reality that non-face-to-face services are increasing due to COVID-19. The proposed model searches location information for trading goods or services and utilizes information identified in real time. The proposed scheduling and priority control algorithm provides efficient service allocations and simulation was performed based on web/app to verify this. While commercialized LBS platforms focus on used goods transactions, the designed method is different in that it provides non-face-to-face services and not-direct transactions between individuals. It provides a wide range of transactions and services to users such as small business owners and franchises.
Since the first confirmed case in January 2020, Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) has brought many changes to our society, and Korea is no exception. Some changes are direct and immediate such as restrictions on overseas travel and social distancing, but the others are indirect and slowly adapted such as lifestyle changes impacting industries and businesses. IT service sector is tremendously influenced by COVID-19. IT service is used extensively in response to COVID-19 taking advantage of its non-face-to-face characteristics. In that sense, the industry is positively affected and in some sense invigorated, giving birth to new kind of services. This special issue focuses on introducing how the IT services are affected, what kind of transformations are undergoing, and how these are expedited after COVID-19. This special issue expands and extends the case research section by collecting new IT service case studies concerning these topics. After competitive review process, 11 studies are selected for this special issue which deals with four different but closely related aspects: (1) evolutions of private IT services, (2) transformations in public IT services, (3) impacts in the hospitality and tourism industry, and (4) changes of people's behavior along with COVID-19. The first set reports on the evolution of private IT services that have created terms such as foodtech and edutech as we enter a rapid non-face-to-face situation. The second set consists of studies dealing with the evolution of public IT services. Evolution and rapid response to non-face-to-face appear to be no exception in the public sector. The third includes studies of hospitality and tourism which is most strongly affected by COVID-19. The last set deals with the behavioral changes of users such as technostress in telecommuting. Lessons learned through best practices and key problems identified in these studies may help us to actively respond to the coming waves of changes incurred by COVID-19 in our society as well as in the IT service industry.
According to the economic advancement, the position of service industry in GDP has increased. Development of service industry has solved the employment issue and derived the activation of the internal market. It has contributed to demand creation in health care, education, and culture, enhancing competition of the manufacturing industry and entire economic development. By the development of information communication technologies, improvement of the quality of life from those, and changes in the competitive environment, customers, from businesses and public agencies, or the customer's needs are increasing. In these circumstances, companies are operating non-face-to-face contact call center for the purpose to communicate with customers, handle customer complaints, attract and retain new customers. In this study, to improve the performance of the non-face-to-face contact call center, this study tried to derive the call center's 'Service Process Modeling' and future policy assignment by analyzing the problem from the research of the service and process summary, performance evaluation, call center evaluation and etc.

Without an accurate understanding of information needs of library users, an efficient services can't be implement. And we can expect that there is a difference between query statement and actual information needs of users. It also will occur difference in the process of librarian's interpretation of query statement because of an inaccurate presentation and their different working experiences. It means that there is a communication problems between users and librarians. The purpose of this study is to provide the techniques of face to face communication between users and librarians as a method of efficient library service activities. And focused on the importance of non-language communication. The effectiveness of this study are as follows: 1. With the understanding of information flow, librarians can expand the extent of library services. 2. Knowing that how to communicate with users at the a n.0, ppropriate degree, librarians can improve the communication techniques. 3. Expanding the satisfaction of information services and heitening the reliability of users. 4. From the analysis of user information needs, librarians can convert present system to the proper service-oriented system. 5. Knowing the importance of non-language communication, librarians can improve the service environment.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore dimensions to improve airline non-face-to-face(untact) service quality and identify shadow work dimensions in the digital environment among them. Methods: This study conducted mixed method. First of all, For finding out the dimensions of airline untact service quality, in-depth interviews were conducted from passengers. The collected data through the survey were analyzed using improved importance-performance analysis(IPA). Second, An online survey was conducted to quantitatively analyze user perception about airline untact service quality, and the importance performance of service quality at each dimension was identified through the revised IPA method. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Through in-depth interviews, 11 dimensions found out and 32 measurement items were developed. and then, through the revised IPA analysis, passengers were highly satisfied with "Cleanliness of in-flight service" and "Reliability of self check-in". Also, We found 3 shadow work dimensions such as "Ease of use of self check-in", "Usefulness of self check-in", and "Responsiveness of self check-in". Conclusion: Airline service providers have to keep high-satisfaction services and urgently improve less satisfied services. In particular, the dimensions related to shadow work have to be improved.
Due to development of IT, various Internet services via the non-face-to-face are increasing rapidly. In the past, the resident registration numbers (RRN) was used a mean of personal identification, but the use of RRN is prohibited by the relevant laws, and the personal identification services using alternative means are activated. According to the prohibition policy of RRN, i-PIN service appeared as an alternative means to identify a person. However, the user's knowledge-based i-PIN service continues to cause fraudulent issuance, account hijacking, and fraud attempts due to hacking accidents. Due to these problems, the usage rate of i-PIN service which performs a nationwide free personal identification service, is rapidly decreasing. Therefore, this paper proposes a technical safety enhancement method for security enhancement in the i-PIN-based personal identification service. In order to strengthen the security of i-PIN, this paper analyzes the encryption key exposure, key exchange and i-PIN authentication model problems of i-PIN and suggests countermeasures. Through the proposed paper, the i-PIN can be expected to be used more effectively as a substitution of RRN by suggesting measures to enhance the safety of personal identification information. Secured personal identification services will enable safer online non-face-to-face transactions. By securing the technical, institutional, and administrative safety of the i-PIN service, the usage rate will gradually increase.
Purpose: Due to the coronavirus infection-19 (COVID) pendemics, all educational institutions were required to provide full non-face-to-face real-time education, and fire officials were required to provide fire-fighting education by applying non-face-to-face education. In this difficult situation, the National Fire Service Academy tries to find the direction of the non-face-to-face real-time education and suggest ways to improve it through a survey of the status of non-face-to-face real-time education conducted by the NFSA to fire officials. Method: A survey was conducted on fire officials under the theme of "Consciousness Survey for Improving the Quality and Specialization of Non-face-to-face Real-Time Remote Education" and an in-depth analysis was conducted based on the results. Result & Conclusion: First, professors or educational operators shall actively utilize remote education programs suitable for educational characteristics by utilizing various programs. Second, a dedicated notebook for non-face-to-face training should be provided to provide an educational environment where all learners can participate in the training without difficulty. Third, in the case of education and training that requires the use of equipment due to the nature of fire officials' education and training, it is necessary to consider it as a non-face-to-face training place by arranging educational equipment at each fire station. Fourth, it is hard to expect a satisfactory educational effect to cope with practical education with theoretical education. Therefore, facilities and programs that enable non-face-to-face real-time hands-on training should be developed. It is worth considering the proper combination of face-to-face education while maintaining the social distance as much as possible until such non-face-to-face training is possible. Fifth, non-face-to-face education is considered to have high eye fatigue due to the light and electromagnetic waves of the computer screen, and as time goes by, the concentration level decreases. Therefore, it is necessary to form an education time to reduce the eye fatigue of learners and increase concentration through proper class and rest time. Finally, professors should operate a learner participation-oriented education that allows professors and learners to interact rather than one-sided knowledge transfer education. In addition, technical problems of non-face-to-face remote education should be thoroughly prepared through preliminary system checks to ensure that education is not disrupted.
