The library faced an unexpected crisis of COVID-19, and as a countermeasure strategy, non-face-to-face online service has been reinforced. Therefore, this study attempted to present a plan to overcome the challenges arising from rapidly changing external environment and current crisis. To this end, data search, electronic library, library service, cultural event and open space management status of 288 public libraries serviced as an integrated site were investigated. Based on this, the meaning of online services in the post-COVID-19 era and the implication of it were examined. As a result, first, the increase in the use rate of online data search services with the spread of non-face-to-face culture, second, the expansion of the services of the electronic library, third, the diversification of non-face-to-face, online services, fourth, expansion of online cultural event services, fifth, the diversification of open space services were proposed, sixth, Introduced an artificial intelligence system for unattended loan return based on access and the Seventh, expansion of experiential cultural support services and educational contents through VR, AR and MR. It is deemed necessary for the research on the future direction of the library's non-face-to-face services to be conducted by investigating the current status of online services in various types of libraries and the types and case studies of library services in the era of COVID-19.

The threat of COVID-19 pandemic put many universities in Korea to develop and implement various types of non-face-to-face on-line classes, such as on-line real time class and on-line recorded video class. Online education has been recognized as one of the effective educational methods because of its ubiquitous and flexible educational environments. Even though COVID-19 led to many problems such as faculty's burden and stress during the early stage of COVID-19, both students and faculties have gradually become familiar with on-line environment. As students have got accustomed to the online environment, on-line recorded lectures are shown to be more preferred rather than on-line real time class. Researches regarding the learner's satisfaction of on-line classes during the COVID-19 indicate that systematic and good quality contents and interaction by instructor are important factors. This study, therefore, investigate the learner's satisfaction of online classes in Liberal Arts course using recorded video contents in terms of contents and interaction. The results of empirical analysis reveal that systematic and good quality contents are likely to predict learner's satisfaction and interaction plays a great role in providing those contents. These findings provide insights that preparing systematic contents and interaction are key to enhancing learner's satisfaction of on-line classes in Liberal Arts course.

This study analyzed the factors influencing the satisfaction of school students in Covid-19. The subjects of the study were surveyed in all 5th-6th grade of elementary school students, 1st-3rd grade of middle school, and 1st and 2nd grade of high school students in G metropolitan city. A total of 13,672 students participated in the survey, of which 13,613 were used for final data analysis. A hierarchical regression analysis of factors affecting students' life satisfaction showed that 22.2% of school life factors, 4.7% of home life factors, and 10.7% of daily stressors. The most influential factor in Covid-19 was home life satisfaction. Next was appearance stress for elementary school students and academic stress for middle and high school students. This can be seen as a result of Covid-19, which increased non-face-to-face classes and increased time for students to spend at home, which led to a greater impact on students' satisfaction in life. Nevertheless, middle and high school students can still see that academic stress has a significant impact on life satisfaction. Through this, it is necessary to support students to facilitate relationships, communication, studies, and leisure at home in the context of Corona 19. Especially, various educational policies must be accompanied so that the educational gap due to non-face-to-face classes does not deepen depending on the family environment.
e-Learning content can be defined as digital content to achieve educational goals. Since it is an educational material that can be distributed in offline, online, and mobile environments, it is important to create content that meets the learner's education environment and educational goals. In particular, if the learner is a public official, the vision, philosophy, and characteristics of each local government must reflect. As non-face-to-face online education expands further due to the COVID-19 pandemic, local governments that have relied on onsite education in the past urgently require developing strong basic competency education and special task competency content that reflect regional characteristics. Such e-learning content, however, hardly exists and the ability to independently develop them is also insufficient. In this circumstance, this case study describes the process of self-production of e-learning content suitable for Busan's characteristics by the Human Resource Development (HRD) Institute of Busan City, a local government. The field of instructional design and instructional technology is always evolving and growing by blending technological innovation into instructional platform design and adapting to the changes in society. Busan HRD Institute (BHI), therefore, tried to implement blended learning by developing content that reflected the recent trend of micro-learning in e-learning through a detailed analysis. For this, an e-learning content developer with certain requirements was selected and contracted, and the process of developing content through a collaboration between the client and developer was described in this study according to the ADDIE model of Instructional Systems Development (ISD).

Metaverse have begun to attract attention because it facilitate interaction between learners and teachers in non face- to- face environment. In order to use the metaverse in the educational field such as online class, it is important that pre-service teachers intend to use it. The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship between the pre-service teacher's educational competence and the intention to use the metaverse based on the technology acceptance model. The influence factors of flexibility for new technology, teacher efficacy, and TPACK were examined. It was conducted with 240 pre-service teachers, and the data of 183 pre-service teachers finally collected were used for the analysis. As a result of the study, among the metaverse educational competencies of elementary school pre-service teachers, flexibility and TPACK mediate perceived ease, and the pathways affecting metaverse use intention were significant. In this regard, theoretical and practical implications that can be helpful in the discussion and intention of using the metaverse of pre-service teachers were presented.
The purpose of this study was to identify the convergence factors influencing learning satisfaction of nursing students in the COVID-19 pandemic after applying non-face-to-face mixed classes consisted of both real-time and non-real time distance educations. The participants were 109 nursing students who attended in a university and completed the self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results showed that the learning flow was 3.41, self-regulated learning ability was 3.75, and learning satisfaction was 3.98. Learning satisfaction showed a positive correlation with learning flow (r=.42, p<.001) and self-regulated learning ability (r=.75, p<.001). In addition, the factors influencing the learning satisfaction of the subjects of this study were self-regulated learning ability (𝛽=.662) followed by 60.6% (F=25.63, p<.001). Therefore, to enhance learning satisfaction of nursing students, it is necessary to increase their self-regulated learning abilities and to develop and apply training program considering the needs of the educational environment change in the post-COVID-19 era.

This paper proposes a fuel cell education framework installed on a Metaverse environment, which is to reduce the burden of education costs and improve the effect of education or learning. This Meta-Fuel cell platform utilizes the Unity 3D Web and enables not only theoretical education but also hands-on training. The platform was designed and developed to accommodate a variety of unit education contents, such as ppt documents, videos, etc. The platform, therdore, integrates ppt and video demonstrations for theoretical education, as well as software content "STACK-Up" for hands-on training. Theoretical education section provides specialized liberal arts knowledge on hydrogen, including renewable energy, hydrogen economy, and fuel cells. The software "STACK-Up" provides a hands-on practice on assembling the stack parts. Stack is the very core component of fuel cells. The Meta-Fuelcell platform improves the limitations of face-to-face education. It provides educators with the opportunities of non-face-to-face education without restrictions such as educational place, time, and occupancy. On the other hand, learners can choose educational themes, order, etc. It provides educators and learners with interesting experiences to be active in the metaverse space. This platform is being applied experimentally to a education project which is to develop advanced manpower in the fuel cell industry. Its improvement is in progress.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether the motivation for visiting experiential tourism can be maximized by revitalization of domestic tourism according to tourist image and visit satisfaction. In order to achieve this purpose, the four factors of educational motive, experiential motive, cultural motive, and communion motive of experiential tourists who visited domestic experiential tourist destinations, as well as the image of tourist destination, and suggestions for revitalizing domestic tourism through visit satisfaction were proposed. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, theoretical significance can be found by establishing the concept of domestic experience tourists' visit motives, image of tourist destinations and results related to visit satisfaction in the COVID-19 according to this study. It suggests that it is an essential condition for promoting a new change in which tourists participate in experiential tourism motives in the era of the pandemic by providing experiential tourism programs that are tailored to the level of tourists through research on the image of tourist destinations and their satisfaction with their visit motives. are giving Second, in terms of experiential tourism programs operated by domestic experiential tourism companies, it should be possible to promote the image of a safe tourist destination utilizing the characteristics of untact services that can provide non-face-to-face services. The purpose of this study is as a base study for improving the quality of online classes through multilateral analysis that examines the learning outcoms of educational quality and learning emotions on non-face-to-face online classes at Technical Colleges To this study, from March 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020, a survey was conducted on 1,000 students of H Technical Colleges located in the metropolitan area. The collected data were statistically processed using the SPSS Statistics 18.0 program, t-validation were performed to reveal awareness of online class also correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed to reveal the relation and influence of factors related to quality of instruction, learning emotions, learning outcomes. First, there was a statistically significant difference in perception of online classes by gender and grade. Second, there was a positive correlation between the educational quality, learning emotions, and learning outcomes for online classes. Third, among the learning outcomes, the factors that influence the achievement were the educational content and positive emotions, and the factors that influence the satisfaction among the learning outcomes were the educational content and the learning environment.
Traditionally, the engineering field has been dominated by face-to-face education focused on experimental practice, but demand for online learning has soared due to the rapid development of IT technology and Internet communication networks and recent changes in the social environment such as COVID-19. In order for efficient online education to be conducted in the engineering field, where the proportion of experimental practice is relatively high compared to other fields, virtual laboratory practice content that can replace actual experimental practice is very necessary. In this study, we developed a line tracer model and a virtual experimental software to simulate it for efficient online learning of microprocessor applications that are essential not only in the electric and electronic field but also in the overall engineering field where IT convergence takes place. In the developed line tracer model, the user can set various hardware parameter values in the desired form and write the software in assembly language or C language to test the operation on the computer. The developed line tracer virtual experimental software has been used in actual classes to verify its operation, and is expected to be an efficient virtual experimental practice tool in online non-face-to-face classes.
