MANET is composed of only the mobile nodes have a limited transmission range. The dynamic topology by the frequent movement of nodes makes routing difficult and is also cause exposed to security vulnerabilities. In this paper, we propose the security routing technique consisted of mechanism of two steps in order to respond effectively to attack by the modification of the routing information and transmit secure data. The hierarchical structure is used and the authentication node that issues the key of the nodes within each cluster is elected in this proposed method. The authentication node manages key issues and issued information for encrypting the routing information from the source node. The reliability value for each node is managed to routing trust table in order to secure data transmission. In the first step, the route discovery is performed using this after the routing information is encrypted using the key issued by the authentication node. In the second step, the average reliability value of the node in the found path is calculated. And the safety of the data transmission is improved after the average reliability value selects the highest path. The improved performance of the proposed method in this paper was confirmed through comparative experiments with CBSR and SEER. It was confirmed a better performance in the transmission delay, the amount of the control packet, and the packet transmission success ratio.

All sensors in Ubiquitous sensor network have to communicate with limited battery If we adopt current authentication, there are difficulties to keep sensor network because heavy calculation in each sensor needs more power and lifetime of sensor could be short relatively because of the effect. This paper suggests network structure which is using RM(RegisterManarer) and AM(AuthenticationManager) to solve power Problem on authentication, and su99ests mutual-authentication protocol with low Power which supports a session key by mutual-authentication. RM and AM manage algorithm with fast calculation to keep the safety by doing key generation. encryption/decryption. authentication instead of each sensor node . Processing time to authenticate sensor node is 2.96$\%$ fast in the same subnet, and 12.91$\%$ fast in different subnet. Therefore. the suggested way Provides expanded lifetime of censor node and is more effective as sensor network size is bigger and bigger.

In this paper, we propose a pipeline network coding (PNC) scheme for efficient data transmission in wireless networks, a data authentication scheme for verifying the integrity of data, and a node authentication scheme for a virtual source. PNC is a technique that improves the overall network performance by relaying data such that the relay node performing network coding transmits to the sender instead. However, network coding is vulnerable to a pollution attack, which is an attack by a malicious attacker to inject modified data into the network. To prevent this, hash-based message authentication code (HMAC) is used. For this purpose, in order to generate a tag used for data authentication, a key must be distributed to the nodes performing authentication. We applied a hash chain to minimize the overhead of key distribution. A null vector is used as the authentication scheme for the virtual source. Finally, we analyze the safety and complexity of the proposed scheme and show he performance through simulation.

The existing handover authentication schemes have authentication delay and overhead of the authentication server since they have been separately studied handover authentication at the link layer and the network layer. This paper proposes a handover authentication scheme initiated by Mobile Node on FMIPv6 based mobile access networks. The main idea of the paper is to generate a session key at the mobile node side, and transfer it to the next Access Router through the authentication server. Also, the scheme has a hierarchical key management at access router. There are two advantages of the scheme. First, the generated session key can be utilized for protecting the binding update messages and also for access authentication. Second, hierarchical key management at the access router reduced the handover delay time. The security aspects on the against PFS, PBS, and DoS attack of proposed scheme are discussed.

In Wireless Mesh Networks (WMN), an authentication technique can be compromised due to the distributed network architecture, the broadcast nature of the wireless medium and dynamic network topology. Several vulnerabilities exist in different protocols for WMNs. Hence, in this paper, we propose trust based authentication and key establishment for secure routing in WMN. Initially, a trust model is designed based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) to exchange the trust information among the nodes. The routing table is utilized to select the destination nodes, for which the link information is updated and the route verification is performed. Based on the trust model, mutual authentication is applied. When a node moves from one operator to another for accessing the router, inter-authentication will be performed. When a node moves within the operator for accessing the router, then intra-authentication will be performed. During authentication, keys are established using identity based cryptography technique. By simulation results, we show that the proposed technique enhances the packet delivery ratio and resilience with reduced drop and overhead.
The wireless mesh networks are recently getting much attention for commercial applications. In such networks, the service should be uninterrupted when roaming from one domain to another while the authentication for a secure access should be maintained. The challenge is to consider the authentic coordination between the home domain and foreign domains and the maintenance of local authenticity between foreign domains. In this paper, a novel authentication method is presented so that a mobile mesh node can be effectively authenticated and obtain an secure connection in foreign domains. In the proposed method, the authentication process does not rely on an end-to-end connection between the foreign domain and the home domain. Even without a connectivity to the home domain, the foreign domain can provide an effective authentication of a mesh node by consulting one of the neighboring foreign domains that has been visited by the mobile mesh node. In order to verify the performance of our proposed method, a qualitative analysis has been performed and compared to those of conventional methods. The results show that our method is superior to the conventional ones in terms of authentication response time and authentication service robustness.

The authentication in WSN(Wireless Sensor Network) usually means the entity authentication, but owing to the data centric nature of sensor network, much more importance must be put on the authentication(or attestation) for code of sensor nodes. The naive approach to the attestation is for the verifier to compare the previously known memory contents of the target node with the actual memory contents in the target node, but it has a significant drawback. In this paper, we show what the drawback is and propose a countermeasure. This scheme can verify the whole memory space of the target node and provides extremely low probability of malicious code's concealment without depending on accurate timing information unlike SWATT. We provide two modes of this verification method: BS-to-node and node-to-node. The performance estimation in various environments is shown.

The objects, which can be personal digital assistants, electronic rings, doors or even clothes, offer embedded chips with computation facilities and are generally called artifacts. I later realized that this was not so the real problem is actually authentication. Recent results indicate scalability problems for flat ad hoc networks. Sensor network achieves function that handle surrounding information perception through sensor and sensed information to network that is consisted of sensor nodes of large number. Research about new access control techniques and height administration techniques need authentication information persons' certification assurance level classification in sensor network environment which become necessary different view base with authentication information at node for application of AAA technology in USN environment that must do authentication process using information that is collected from various sensor mountings. So, get base authentication information in sensor type and present weight grant model by security strength about authentication information through information who draw. In this paper collected information of sensor nodes model who give weight drawing security reinforcement as authentication information by purpose present be going to. and Must be able to can grasp special quality of each sensor appliances in various side and use this and decide authentication assurance level for value estimation as authentication information elements. Therefore, do to define item that can evaluate Authentication information elements thus and give simple authentication assurance level value accordingly because applying weight. Present model who give authentication assurance level value and weight for quotation according to security strength.

In this paper, we propose an efficient mutual authentication and key distribution protocol for cdma2000 packet data service which uses Mobile U access method with DIAMETER AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) infrastructure. The proposed scheme provides an efficient mutual authentication between MN(Mobile Node) and AAAH(home AAA server), and a secure session-key distribution among Mobile If entities. The proposed protocol improves the efficiency of DIAMETER AAA and satisfies the security requirements for authentication and key distribution protocol. Also, the key distributed by the proposed scheme can be used to generate keys for packet data security over 1xEV-DO wireless interface, in order to avoid a session hijacking attack for 1xEV-DO packet data service.
