The next generation wireless communication systems are required high BER performance better than present performance. Double binary Turbo code have error floor at high SNR, so it cannot be used in next generation wireless communication system. Therefore, many methods are proposed for overcome error floor at DVB-RCS NG(next generation). In this paper, we analysis structure of third-dimension Turbo code(3D-turbo code). 3D-Turbo code overcomes error flow by additive post-encoder in conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code. Performance of 3D-Turbo code is changed by post-encoder form, interleaving method, value of ${\lambda}$. So we are simulated by those parameter and proposed optimal form. By a result, performance of 3D-Turbo is better than conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code and it overcome error floor of conventional DVB-RCS Turbo code.

The next generation network preparation of stock computer network designated to facilities and goal facilities-based national main information communication certainly necessary for 'national competitiveness enhancement and national economic strength elevations'. This paper studies current government policy and network, security and securities computer network, and substitute for securities computer network-based the existing SONET/SDH, and next generation securities computer network designs so as to provide ALL-IP service-based MPLS for international GMG service. Set up stability, standardization, security, a basis of and compare is current next generation securities computer network by each bases in case of designs. Analyze an expected effect to have been improved at next generation stock computer network characteristics and merits and substitution width and QoS, communication instrument liquor, an information protection system etc. too. Result of research of this paper will contribute to national competitiveness enhancement and a national economic strength elevation to accomplish u-Korea.

In this paper, The next Generation High Speed Railway Inverter system using RCF-PWM(Random Carrier Frequency Pulse Width Modulation) was developed to reduce electromagnetic noise. RCF-PWM method is randomized the switching frequency in the range between Semiconductor switching devices' maximum switching frequency and minimum switching frequency, Simulation program has been built using MATLAB/Simulink to verify the validity of study. Finally, the simulation results of Next Generation High Speed Railway inverter system using the RCF method was compared with the conventional SVPWM method.

As embedded memory technology evolves, the traditional Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) technology has reached the end of development. For deepening the manufacturing process technology, the next generation memory technology is highly required because of the exponentially increasing leakage current of SRAM. Non-volatile memories such as STT-MRAM (Spin Torque Transfer Magnetic Random Access Memory), PCM (Phase Change Memory) are good candidates for replacing SRAM technology in embedded memory systems. They have many advanced characteristics in the perspective of power consumption, leakage power, size (density) and latency. Nonetheless, nonvolatile memories have two major problems that hinder their use it the next-generation memory. First, the lifetime of the nonvolatile memory cell is limited by the number of write operations. Next, the write operation consumes more latency and power than the same size of the read operation. These disadvantages can be solved using the compiler. The disadvantage of non-volatile memory is in write operations. Therefore, when the compiler decides the layout of the data, it is solved by optimizing the write operation to allocate a lot of data to the SRAM. This study provides insights into how these compiler and architectural designs can be developed.
There are many efforts toward the development of next generation gas safety management systems to improve the assurance, availability, and efficiency of the extant systems. Among them, the application of ubiquitous technology, such as RFID and USN, to the system is regarded as a promising approach for enabling such an innovation. Recently the ubiquitous technology became much affordable and available than before thanks to the reduced production cost and wide proliferation of the ubiquitous devices. In this paper, we analyze the core requirements for the next generation gas safety management systems based on the ubiquitous technology, and present an architectural design of a middleware to facilitate the realization of the system. We formally define an event model and present how to specify various situations related to gas safety management using the proposed event model.

This paper presents the characteristics of transient and effective impulse impedances for deeply driven grounding electrodes used in soil with high resistivity or in downtown areas. The laboratory test associated with the time domain performance of grounding piles subjected to a lightning stroke current has been carried out using an actual-sized model grounding system. The ground impedances of the deeply driven ground rods and grounding pile under impulse currents showed inductive characteristics, and the effective impulse ground impedance owing to the inductive component is higher than the power frequency ground impedance. Both power frequency ground impedance and effective impulse ground impedance decrease upon increasing the length of the model grounding electrodes. Furthermore, the effective impulse ground impedances of the deeply driven grounding electrodes are significantly amplified in impulse currents with a rapid rise time. The reduction of the power frequency ground impedance is decisive to improve the impulse impedance characteristics of grounding systems.

This paper presents a quality-of-service-enabled next generation local area network architecture which can provide efficiently convergence services over the Internet protocol. The basic concept of the architecture is to combine such three principle technologies as programmable switched network quality-of-service resource management and Internet protocol based network convergence. We discuss system entities and technologies development, which constitute the proposed network. The architecture of the network is then described. Implementation of systems verifies the proposed technologies. The network as a next generation local area network can provide quality-of-service-enabled real-time communication services as well as existing data traffic, and the open programmable interface can facilitates to adopt cost-effectively emerging new services or functionalities.
In this paper, we examine what changes the next-generation wireless communication systems will experience in terms of the technologies, services, and networks and, based on that, we investigate how the inter-cell interference management should evolve in various aspects. We identify that the main driving forces of the future changes involve the data-centric services, new dynamic service scenarios, all-IP core access networks, new physical-layer technologies, and heavy upload traffic. We establish that in order to cope with the changes, the next-generation inter-cell interference management should evolve to 1) set the objective of providing a maximal data rate, 2) take the form of joint management of power allocation and user scheduling, 3) operate in a fully distributed manner, 4) handle the time-varying channel conditions in mobile environment, 5) deal with the changes in interference mechanism triggered by the new physical-layer technologies, and 6) increase the spectral efficiency while avoiding centralized coordination of resource allocation of the users in the uplink channel.

In this paper, a high-quality low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) solenoid inductor using a solder ball and an air cavity on a silicon wafer for three-dimensional (3-D) system-in-package (SiP) is proposed. The LTCC multi-layer solenoid inductor is attached using Ag paste and solder ball on a silicon wafer with the air cavity structure. The air cavity is formed on a silicon wafer through an anisotropic wet-etching technology and is able to isolate the LTCC dielectric loss which is equivalent to a low k material effect. The electrical coupling between the metal layer and the LTCC dielectric layer is decreased by adopting the air cavity. The LTCC solenoid inductor using the solder ball and the air cavity on silicon wafer has an improved Q factor and self-resonant frequency (SRF) by reducing the LTCC dielectric resistance and parasitic capacitance. Also, 3-D device stacking technologies provide an effective path to the miniaturization of electronic systems.

There are some problems of current internet protocols to support the mobility of terminal in wireless environments. The mobile IP has come out to solve these problems, but there exists some problems like triangle routing, the need of each host's home address and the management of tunneling. Also. real-time multimedia traffics require fast hand-off, low latency and the utilization ratio of high bandwidth. SIP can support the mobility of wireless terminal and is widely accepted as the protocol which can support multimedia service and call setup in next generation network. In this paper, the framework of SIP system will be designed and implemented to support the mobility of wireless terminal by using JAIN API which follow the standards of next generation network and this system matches the standards of next generation network.
