The purpose of this study was known the animation history, function of the animation character, the development process of the animation industry, and the industry process of the animation character in the center of the animation character of America and Japan occupying the internal character market largely. Also, it was examined how the animation character was used in the fashion industry and was recognized the importance of the character industry, and it was seen the design development of the fashion character in the future and the proceeding method of the fashion marketing strategy. The following this study was examined by using the various newspaper and magazine, the internal and external reference. In the result of this study, the animation character created in the TV and the screen is extended the related industry and is developed the various cultural products, and it is recognized as the product of the highly added value. The internal animation characters are mostly the characters of America and Japan, but now the internal animation productions is recognized the importance of the animation industry and is producted the animation to attack the internal and external market. The potential of the animation character was really excessive. The excellent animation product was important but the animation character and the activity of the accompaniment industry related to it was important. Also the animation character mostly had influence on the fashion industry.

본 연구에서는 지방신문사 소유 자본의 성격과 역사에 따라 언론과 지역사회 엘리트간의 네트워킹이 어떻게 형성되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 2002년 10월 현재, 우리나라에서 발행되고 있는 지방신문 중에서 20개를 선정하며 간부들과 엘리트간의 네트워킹 현상을 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 신문사의 경영진 구성은 소유자본의 특성과 역사를 반영한다는 결론을 얻었다. 우선 주식(향토기업)자본 신문사의 경우 지역사회 자본가들이 대거 참여함으로 해서 권력구조와 네트워킹이 긴밀하게 형성되고 있었다. 반면에 가계자본 신문사 간부들은 엘리트들과 밀접한 네트워킹을 형성하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 대기업자본의 신문사들은 주로 경제 엘리트와의 관련성이 높았다. 도민주자본 신문사의 경우 지역사회 엘리트들과 부분적인 연결망을 형성하고 있었다. 한편 역사라는 변수도 신문사와 엘리트간의 네트워킹을 설명하는데 있어서 중요한 변수로 작용하고 있음을 발견하였다. 역사가 짧은 신문사의 경우 엘리트와 사회적 연결망을 형성하고 있는 비율이 상대적으로 높았으며, 권력구조의 다양한 엘리트 집단과 중복해서 네트워킹을 형성하고 있었다.

본 연구는 한국의 게임 관련 이슈에 대한 분석과 게임 관련 계획·예산 등 정책에 대한 분석을 진행하여, 향후 관련 정책의 실효성을 높이고, 해당 정책의 사회적 통념과의 일치성을 높이고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 한국은 '음반·비디오물 및 게임물에 관한 법률'로 최초 게임을 규정하고 관련 법제를 확립한 이후 게임산업 진흥과 이스포츠 진흥 등 다양한 법제를 확립해왔다. 하지만 게임산업은 지속적으로 발전하고 있으며, 그 변화 속도는 4차 산업과 AI, 메타버스(metaverse) 등의 등장으로 더욱 빨라지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 배경에 따라 한국의 신문기사의 변동을 운형함수와 텍스트마이닝 방법으로 분석하여 관련 이슈화를 분석하고, 이슈의 증폭이 나타난 시점에서의 신문기사 내용을 분석해봄으로써 게임 관련 정책에 대한 환류(feedback)를 진행하여 향후 게임 관련 정책에서 다루어야 할 주요 쟁점과 발전방향을 제시한다. 분석결과, 게임 관련 이슈는 다양하게 나타났으며, 게임 관련 규제(과세, 도박 규제, 게임중독 질병화, 수수료 확대 저지) 등과 정부와 지자체의 지원이 공존하였다. 정부는 규제에도 불구하고 지원의 증대와 게임진흥정책에 따라 본 연구에서는 메타버스, NFT 등이 게임에 적용됨으로써 나타나는 문제의 선제적 대응과 게임 관련 전문가 육성, 스타트업 지원, 인력이탈 방지 지원 등을 정책적 함의로 제시한다.

환경에 친화적인 제품과 서비스의 개발은 시대적인 트렌드가 되었고, 경제적 가치를 가진 친환경 섬유의 개발과 활용은 새로운 비즈니스 모델로서 주목받고 있다. 친환경 섬유에 대한 동향을 분석하고 추이를 파악하는 것은 기업, 정부, 소비자 등 다양한 이해관계자들에게 중요한 정보와 인사이트를 제공하여 지속가능한 성장에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 2000년부터 2023년 6월까지 섬유패션 분야를 주로 다루는 신문의 기사데이터를 수집하여 분석을 진행하였다. '친환경 섬유'라는 키워드가 포함된 기사 총 12,331건을 수집하였고, 추출된 데이터에서 형태소 분석을 진행 후 연도별 토픽을 알아보기 위해 잠재 디리클레 할당과 동적 토픽 모델링 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 섬유산업의 지속 가능한 발전을 위한 전략적 지침과 인사이트를 제공함으로써, 친환경 섬유의 연구와 개발, 그리고 상용화를 촉진함에 있어서 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This paper provides emerging technology issue and institutes of LED fusion industry based on the efficient quantitative analysis of a large amount of newspaper articles and papers for the decision-making of new business planning and core strategy. In addition, market opportunities and market entering strategies of main LED fusion industries are proposed. In the future, it is required to analyze and complement the quantitative analysis result by LED fusion industry experts and to build emerging issue database.

각종 통계 지표로 볼 때 한국경제는 지난해 3분기중 바닥을 치고 회복궤도에 접어든 것으로 판단된다. 우선 경기사이클을 나타내는 대표적 지표인 동행지수 순환변동치가 작년 7월에 바닥을 치고 다시 상승국면으로 진입한 점이다. 동행지수는 산업생산, 제조업가동률, 도소매판매, 수출액, 수입액, 비농가취업자수, 건설기성액 등 7개 지표를 하나로 묶어 실물경기 흐름을 파악하기 위해 작성하는 지표다. (중략)

The purpose of this study is to examine the evolution of precious metal and gem stores, and to derive the characteristics of this period from the government, industry, and consumers. Correspondingly, the contents of daily newspaper articles during this period were analyzed using Naver's news library search engine. The historical development process is as follows. Before the Korean War, precious metal jewelers operated in Jongno, Namdaemun, and Chungmuro, dealing with gold, silver, and platinum. Large stores not only sold jewelry and watches, but also functioned as craftsmen and watch repairers. After the war, a shopping district for precious metals and jewelry was formed around Midopa Department Store. By 1963, the number of jewelry stores in Seoul increased to about 130 and to about 280 by 1966. The characteristics of the government, industry, and consumers are as follows. The government continued to implement a policy to regulate the precious metal and jewelry industry. Despite challenges, the industry exhibited the potential for foreign currency acquisition and growth through domestic amethyst. Consumers could access information regarding precious metal jewelry in daily newspapers. In the late 1960s, various types of jewelry were distributed in line with an increase in income levels.

The purpose of this study is to explore the core competencies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in the major newspaper articles of social network analysis and to examine the core competencies required by each field and target. To do this, we reviewed prior research focusing on core competency concepts and core competencies of engineering students, and analyzed 227 articles related to core competencies of the 4th Industrial Revolution, focusing on five major newspapers. Through analysis, we analyzed social network with 118 refined core competency keywords. As a result of the research, it was found that core competencies of the 4th Industrial Revolution are the degree centrality in terms 'creativity', 'problem solving ability', 'convergence ability', 'collaboration ability', 'conductivity', 'software ability', 'human literacy', 'personality' order. Also, as a result of the analysis of the ego centric network by field and target, the required core competencies of university and industry were found to be different. Through these discussions, it is necessary to restructure the core competence of engineering students in order to nurture the engineering talents necessary for the 4th Industrial Revolution.

한국의 패션 산업은 국가 산업 발전에 일조하는 하나의 핵심 분야로 성장해왔지만, 세계 경기 침체로 인한 저성장 시대의 도래, 소비경향의 변화 등의 영향으로 마이너스 성장세를 지속하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 최근 5년간 패션 신문 기사를 토대로 한국의 어패럴 산업에 영향을 미치는 사회적 변화 요인 및 어패럴 기업들의 경영 환경 변화 요인과 관련된 핵심 텍스트들을 연결망 구조 분석을 활용하여 통시적인 관점에서 그 양상을 탐구해보고 한국 패션 산업의 가치 제고를 위한 함의점을 논하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과, 한국 어패럴 산업에 영향을 미친 정치·경제적 측면의 제언점으로 정부가 새로운 정책의 제시나 패션 산업과 연계된 지정학적 사안 또는 정세 변화에 대하여 보다 실질적인 측면의 소통을 통하여 정치적 영향에 따른 피해를 최소화해야 한다. 둘째, 한국 어패럴 산업에 영향을 미친 사회·문화적 측면의 제언점으로 미래의 방향을 예측할 수 있는 타 분야 기관과의 협력을 통한 전략 체계 구축을 통하여 기업의 미래에 대한 불확실성을 줄여야만 한다. 셋째, 한국 어패럴 산업의 경영 환경 변화의 제언점으로 한국 어패럴 기업들은 기업의 이익보다는 상생하여 서로 함께 더 나은 사회를 만들기 위한 발전을 도모하고자 하는 의식의 중요성을 인지해야만 한다.

For some Korean newsprint mill, addition level of aluminum sulfate has been reduced because sulfur from aluminum sulfate has detrimental effect on the efficiency of anaerobic water treatment. At this moment, an unexpected decrease in sizing degree of TMP mixed newspaper was occurred. The phenomena means that hydrophobic substance usually originated from TMP cannot be fixed on the paper. This study focused on effect of alum and PAC on sizing of paper and contamination. Also, substitutability of PAC was discussed as a possible alternatives of aluminum sulfate under anaerobic condition of water treatment. Evaluation of sizing degree and pitch deposit potential were performed at the varied addition level of PAC and aluminum sulfate. Hydrophobic substance mainly derived from TMP could be fixed on the surface of fiber by PAC. Fines retention was not changed by replacing aluminum sulfate with PAC. Additionally, fixing of hydrophobic substance without excessive agglomeration can be enhanced by PAC with low molecular weight. Consequently, sizing degree of newspaper and contamination of recycling process of ONP can be controlled by low molecular weighted PAC.
