This study aims to propose a mid- to long-term fostering plan for the hydrogen industry customized to Changwon City by reviewing the government's policy and the status of the domestic and foreign hydrogen industry. The adopted methodologies were policy analysis, literature review, field investigation, and committee operation that could consider institutions, knowledge (technology), and networking between activity subjects. The short-term projects and long-term projects for the fostering plan are established using these methodologies. The short-term projects were structured so that the ongoing hydrogen industry fostering plan leads to a successful result, and the hydrogen mobility field is expanded to not only land vehicles but also marine and air vehicles. The long-term projects consist of a high proportion of the hydrogen utilization field to take advantage of the industrial strength of Changwon City, and a support system for new and turning companies for localization of parts was added to provide industrial competitiveness.

This study attempted to analyze whether the government's regulatory innovation efforts affect the continued operation of new products and new service-based businesses, such as regulatory compliance and response efforts, despite the perception of regulatory difficulties as business barriers for firms in new industries. Previous studies on the impact of regulations on companies in new industries were a limit to obtaining implications for regulatory issues and characteristics of each field due to the simplification of regulatory indicators and the establishment of field integration. To compensate for this, this study focused on the field of AI and DATA services, and subdivided regulatory issues to indicate practical inconvenience as variables, and model fit and hypothesis verification were performed by applying Structural Equation Model analysis based on the survey results of related companies. As a result, in the field of AI and DATA services, "Perceived regulatory irrationality" and "Perceived government regulatory innovation efforts" significantly affect the "Regulatory environment satisfaction" of the regulated, and "Perceived regulatory irrationality" and "Regulatory environment satisfaction" affect "Regulatory response efforts for companies in new industries to continue their businesses." The significance of this study is that it conducted research on the factors affecting the continuity of business of companies in the AI and DATA service sector by linking the analysis of the impact relationship between satisfaction and continuous use intention, which have been mainly used in the "Policy Acceptance Model" and "IT service sector," to "efforts for companies to continue their business in a new industrial regulatory environment." In addition, by presenting a new empirical model for new industry regulations, it is expected to be meaningful as it can provide a research foundation that can obtain practical implications in related fields.

For the service and creation of new space, the next generation smart device for interactive space using tailor-made contents process serve as an opportunity for the growth of new special display due to the integration of the latest digital technology. The application of next generation technology is in the field that most people expect. So, this thesis serving as the beginning, it is hoped that the smart mirror and wall industry in Korea will play a practical and academic momentum. An interactive environment which is the smart device can be realized when space displays based on smart device built on the experience of the user can provide various tailor-made processes such as academics, performances, meetings, virtual experience, exhibits and promotion, and through this a strategic direction was suggested for the development of each field.

In the fourth industrial era, when various technologies are fused and combined, new and advanced technologies from other industries are used extensively in the maritime industry field. New security threats are also increasing along with the development of new technologies. In addition, in incorporating convergence technologies into the maritime industry, various problems, such as communication definitions and procedures between technologies and customer-customized delays, occur. In this paper, for the problems mentioned above, research results on the network configuration of safer autonomous vessels by supplementing and fusing existing solutions rather than developing new technologies are proposed. In conclusion, the entire network consists of VDI and presents additional configurations to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which are the three security elements. According to the composition of such a convergence network, it is intended to help prepare countermeasures to protect internal data from external threats.

Even though it is expected the industry on new media contents will be grown constantly, corporate feels that the related specialists, human resources are so lack and it is real that the specialty level on related personnel, skilled works is low. In current situation, it is essential that the active supports will be given to new media contents industry with constant high quality human resource development as a winning point to success. Therefore the curriculum development must be reflected the current field situation in this industry for the human resource to meet the field corporate requirements. The DACUM method is used to develop the curriculum on this study in order to develop the college level human resources who have active adoptability to corporate in new media contents industry.

The industry field training course are offered a opportunities for industrial experience to students and Companies can take advantage of advanced workforce with minimum cost. Universities are taking a new collaborative educational systems that require on-site industry for the 21st century. Therefore, in this thesis, We intended to analyze factors influencing satisfaction of people studying in a situation that industry field training has been required to be a mainstream system of education in the midst of trend of changing paradigm of university education recently, and to suggest some possible solutions for industry field training at industrial complex campus.

Google was established an online service company. Lately, Google has widened to the business area until manufacturing industry. Apple was established a computer manufacturing company. So, new business models should develop and should be innovation in order to adapt to industry environments. New business model's development and innovation are attracted on strategy to expect the high performance at companies. In particular, it is important to companies facing a variety of problems. Therefore, the purposes of this study are as follows : First, there understand the perception difference on online service company, offline service company, manufacturing company. Second, there provide for the use of strategy on online service company, offline service company, manufacturing company. The results of this study are customer factor, strategy factor, revenue factor have been statistically significant differences using ANOVA analysis in industry field, and customer factor has been statistically significant difference using t-test in business field. Then, it will expect to increase business competition through the business model.

Heterogeneous field sensor network between sensor to sensor is designed the CAN method to bus type structure in most using at industry. This Network is supporting a distance vector routing protocol on a characteristic structural a bus type. Also This network support to convert as making separate routing table in heterogeneous network. However distance vector routing protocol make a problem of decrease efficiency because of restriction of network expandability and low transmission process. We propose new CAN routing protocol to support network expandability and high transmission process of industry network. New CAN routing protocol structure addition priority and optional function field based on RIPv2. We established heterogeneous field sensor network, we measure data Throughput(bits/sec) for confirm new CAN routing protocol to increase efficient in industry.

This paper analyzes some important achievements in Ergonomics field in CRT industry. After introducing principal regulatory requirements for CRTs, including ISO 9241 and TCO standards, the paper indicates some theoretical research in ergonomics of the display devices, such as new contrast parameter for appraising the display devices and effects of environment on visual performance at the ergonomic. Then, as the pivot of this paper, some practical progress, in the ergonomics field in CRT manufacturing , are described, such as vacuum sputtering process for advanced CRTs, new developed wet process for getting the multi-coating layers on surface of the panel.

This research dwells on the new paradigm of policy making of some innovative nations in Korean content industry. Especially this paper did evaluation of governmental policy in recent 5 years (2008~2012) in the field of Korean content industry. According to this research, the program of policy in Korean content industry had been obsessed to passive enrichment focusing on some part of content industry. The whole process of policy, scheme of policy and working flow of policy were very constrained in order to encourage more measurable area like CT(culture technology). Thus, we need new strong policy in this new government launched in 2013. The apparent keyword should be 'management'. New activity of policy need to focus on encourage Korean content industry in the real site of field, not in bureaucratic office in remote site. This change reflecting real filed management system would be productive innovation for policy making and activity in Korea.
