In modern society, designers started feeling moral and social responsibility in the aspect of environment as a position of suggesting something new. Rather than creating another waste to make something innovative, the concept of Upcycling which is about adding design or utilization to the existing recyclable materials to raise their value to products or art works has started settling down. Among them, there have been various researches on the use of offcut waste to be dumped. Such use of waste can be found in Jogakbo (patchwork), one of our traditional boudoir crafts. This could be connected to the concept of the modern Upcycling in the aspect of giving new values to the wasted pieces of fabric through needlework. Therefore, this study suggested Stitch work as new Upcycling furniture by seeking for the common connections between Upcycling and traditional Jogakbo, and then reinterpreting them in the same viewpoint. It was an opportunity not only to rediscover 'the esthetics of waste' by changing the awareness of 'behavior of dumping', but also to reinterpret or reconsider the tradition. Based on this, it is expected to continuously have new attempts to use offcut waste for eco-friendly design in the future, and also to have opportunities to seek for new directions of Upcycling to rediscover new values through the revaluation of valuelessness.

In order to overcome the limitation of market orientation concept, Narver et al. (2004) have extended the original concept into two dimensions, responsive market orientation (RMO) and proactive market orientation (PMO), respectively. Yet, there has been very limited empirical studies that analyzed the differential effects of each market orientation on firm outcomes, especially in the Korean context. We analyze the impact of RMO and PMO on the new product performance in the perspective of SMEs and examine the moderating effect of external factors such as environmental uncertainty and market similarity. The results of this study show that both RMO and PMO have a significant positive effect on the new product performance of SMEs. Also, environment uncertainty shows a negative moderating effect on the relationship between RMO and new product performance, whereas it has positive moderation with PMO. This suggests that focusing on potential customers' needs rather than current needs helps improve firm performance as the competitive environment surrounding the firm becomes more uncertain. Lastly, market similarity showed a positive moderating effect on the relationship between RMO and new product performance, but not on PMO.

A small and medium enterprise is defined as smaller size of business than big business as point of capital, employee, output. It is concept, which usually used against concept of big business. When define a small and medium enterprise, criteria to determine a small and medium enterprise is depends on country and a category of business. However, In every country, A small and medium enterprise is getting be bigger and importance factor in whole industry. A small and medium enterprise is well developed and also well balanced with a large enterprise in the developed country. All around in the world, Interest about a small and medium enterprise is becoming higher. It is actively researching into a small and medium enterprise as the mean to create new employment, new industry, as means to from integration of a all and medium enterprise,as source of high competitive power. The status quo of rapid changing into informationization have been realized at considerable level in Korea. Information society is defined as information technology is main key to determine individuals competitiveness, which can solve effectively the side effect result from industrialization. It cleary imply that information technology is the most promising and important industry in 21st century. Therefore, We should seek to foster independent a small and medium enterprise and develop them corresponding to new concept of a small and medium enterprise in 21st century. The main frame of policy should be new economic system, which can contribute establishment of a small and medium enterprise, management innovation. It also attribute a small and medium enterprise to reveal their creative. New economic paradigm in 21st will be expanded with organization, market, technology. So far, a small and medium enterprise has been acknowledge as economic weaker and the one should be protected. However, In 21st century a small and medium enterprise will be considered as active majority or a source of creative. Development of technology to produce a small quantity with variety product and acceleration of knowledge and informationization will result in comparative merits of a small and medium enterprise. Hereby, The role and relative importance of a small and medium enterprise in our economic will getting be larger and It will be developed as the main force to activate the economic. However, Only a small and medium enterprise, which overcome difficulty with active desire and effort to improve their lot can be developed as a competitive enterprise in 21st century in considering themselves to be developed as diversity, active, independent, business by an enterprise.

Light was the symbol of the city's prosperity and culture. People can walk around the city at the night time with safe. Now light is used with beauty and function at the same time. This study is the example how to draw the lighting design concept in specific city and district based on the citizen-minded survey. The citizen-minded survey makes a new chance taking the goodness and characteristics from local city specially and select the site for applying the specific opinion and requirement in the city. The expression of design concept on night landscape design gives the fresh image to the city during the night time. Because people feel the free and dynamic mood in the night landscape lighting, it is very important to set and express the design concept on night landscape design. The result of this study was applied in the Daegu city. In particular, the distribution complex's night landscape lighting in the Daegu was designed with specific concept expression from the citizen-minded survey. Making and expressing the design concept on night landscape design is basic for unity and diversity in the city.

Construction industry faces a lot of inherent uncertainties and issues and the construction phase of nuclear power project is not free from this risk. This paper investigates promising methodologies to be used on nuclear power plant (NPP) construction schedule delay risk assessment by using entry level systems engineering approach. This study contains how the initial concept for the risk assessment methodology has been developed. In this point of view, this work structured on three main phases: needs analysis (NA), concept exploration (CE), and concept definition (CD) through systems engineering (SE) approach. Traditionally, the SE process is applied to technical development programs but this study opens up a new avenue that SE can also be successfully applied to the development and optimization of the risk assessment model. This study provides a rational and systematic process for developing and selecting the best risk assessment model. This paper selects analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to assess NPP construction schedule delay risk for international project. As conclusion, the proposed concept and selected method can discriminate successfully and clearly among schedule delay risk assessment methods.

Purpose : The concept of organizational socialization has been regarded as an abstract concept of organizational learning process and it has been used as strategy for the organizational goal attainment. New graduated nurses' organizational socialization has been a very important process for learning knowledge, skills and behaviors in hospital setting. This study was to analyze and clarify the meaning of the concept of Organizational Socialization. Method : This study use the process of Walker & Avant's concept analysis. Results : The critical attributes of organizational socialization were identified as : 1) Internalization of Value and belief of organization; 2) Learning of organizational rules and modes of living; 3) Improvement of job performance; 4) Maintenance of supportive relationship; 5) Formation of occupational identity. The antecedents of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) negative feeling of role; 2) difficulties of interpersonal relationship; 3) unskilled work performance. And the consequences of organizational socialization consist of those facts that 1) organizational commitment; 2) job satisfaction; 3) intention of leave work setting; 4) improvement of job performance; 5) improvement of decision making; 6) maintenance of supportive relationship. Conclusion : Through this concept analysis, the concept of organizational socialization is defined as internalization of value and belief of organization, learning of organizational rules and modes of living, improvement of job performance, maintenance of supportive relationship and formation of occupational identity.

This study uncovered ambiguity and inconsistency of the semantic relationships of the existing thesaurus by analyzing the concept relationships of AGROVOC and proposed the concept relationships of ontology in partially overcoming these limitations. By the results of analyzing the concept relationships, the study proposed conceptual model as most important part of conecept relationships of ontology and semantically developed concept relationship types. These relationships partially can perform inferences and must be useful for information knowledge system based on more exact semantic relationships. Also the study found out new relationship types and they will be useful for extension of the concept relationships of existing thesaurus. And these relationship types showed that they were useful for the existing thesaurus as Legal Thesaurus.

This paper proposes a simple but practically useful model for preventing fraud of users called "ERBAC03". The new model consists of qualified mandatory and discretionary features for roles and locations, including the assignment of permissions for the appropriate roles and the assignment of roles for the appropriate locations. Moreover, a static separation of duty (SSoD) principle is applied to the new model for integrity requirements of security systems. The paper also explores some extensions of ERBAC03 including the new model using the SSoD concept from some experiments. The experimental results prove the efficiency improvement of the proposed model that can make benefits for large enterprises.

In this review, several new technologies considered when providing an open service environment in a mobile communication network are described. Recently, 3GPP developed some standards related to IoT services for opening a service platform in an SCS environment based on the OSA concept in a 3GPP LTE system. Similarly, the development of a new framework is underway to allow a plurality of services to commonly use an API environment in which a service provider or client accesses a 5G mobile communication system. Extending the existing LTE SCEF concept, the standardization of the northbound API is applied in the 5G CAPIF environment. Therefore, it is possible to construct a framework that facilitates access from outside, and takes advantage of the common management of various open service environments. An open service platform environment is expected to play an important role in transforming a network with simple connectivity services into a variety of new service markets, or into a service environment that can create added value.
