There have been three trends in the study of the view of humanity in Daesoon Thought: insider theology, outsider theology, and religious studies. This article is intended to interpret the view of humanity in Daesoon Thought from the perspective of Mircea Eliade's New Humanism. We find similarities between Daesoon Thought and Eliade's New Humanism. Daesoon Thought deals with the complexities of life as being labyrinth-like and puts Jeungsan's view of humanity at the center of a Daesoon worldview. Jeungsan examines the existential problems which humans face in the Former World, and gives the religious remedies of Haewonsangsaeng (the resolution of grievances for mutual beneficence) and Boeunsangsaeng (the grateful reciprocation of favors for mutual beneficence) to transform humanity's worldview for usage in the Later World. Jeungsan suggests a way of peace instead of the revolution of Donghak. Through the Reordering Works of Heaven and Earth, Jeungsan changes the mutual contention of the Former World into the mutual beneficence of the Later World. The cosmology of Daesoon Thought recovers the relationship between divine beings and human beings in the three realms, and proposes a system of ethics that promotes virtue and reproves vices and human-centericism. In conclusion, the view of humanity in Daesoon Thought is an unapologetic view of homo-religiosus from within a new humanism.

The main goal of this paper is to suggest a new path to new ecological paradigm in social environmental education. The old paradigm of environmental education consists of two elements. The first element is emphasis on the seriousness and urgency of environmental problems while the second one is the presentation of concrete action programs as solutions of environmental problems. The missing point of this paradigm is the internal process of meaning construction of actors. Any kind of social action must be based on the meaning which the actors gives to their own action. Becoming an environmentally conscious actor, therefore, actor himself needs to interpret the world from the new perspective. In this paper, we call the change of worldview in the deepest sense 'conversion'. Ecological conversion means shift from anthropocentrism to ecocentrism. In the following sections, main characteristics of ecological world view are specified and some examples of ecological confessions which reveal ecological world view are presented. In this last section, 7 ways of lifestyle change which can facilitate ecological conversion are suggested: 1) trying to be alone for a while everyday; 2) making peaceful state of mind; 3) sharpening the 'green sensitivity'; 4) creating slow way of life; 5) choosing voluntary simplicity; 6)raising spirituality; 7) practicing sharing and caring. Social environmental education in the new ecological paradigm could be considered as a starting point towards a civilizational shift from the dominant materialist civilization to the post-material ecological civilization.

This article explores the intersection of freedom of religion, sangsaeng, and symbiosis when considering the post-COVID study of religions, especially new religions. When it comes to the study of new and alternative religious groups, where there is more potential for misunderstanding and misinformation, it becomes all the more important-and indeed mutually beneficial, in the areas of religious liberty, religious freedom, and cross-cultural dialogue-to learn about a tradition by taking into account the spiritual life and practices of members themselves and their own sacred writings and practices. Daesoon Jinrihoe offers a case study of the importance of this principle and the notion of sangsaeng in particular is a fruitful utilitarian lens for thinking about how scholars, journalists, and others might approach the study of religion in our complex and global digital age of (mis) information. Daesoon Jinrihoe is also considered in light of Roy Wallis's typology of world-rejecting, world-affirming, and world-accommodating new religious movements. Open areas for sociological research are proposed and the nascent field of Daesoon studies is compared to some similar scholarly endeavors within NRM studies.

Lee Sang, a poet and a architect, made new experimental poems that was influenced by quantum mechanics and theory of relativity that were published in the early 1900's, and he showed his new view of the world that transcended time and space limit through his poems. In this essay, I studied and analyzed on the links between his view of the world and modern design view with as the central figure his text, 'A Written Promise of The Line' The result is that he fellow the cyclic world view which the world consisted of cycles within cycles, of immense duration and the scientific view of the world which the universe and me are one flesh.

This study aims to examine the subjects of cultural power of the modernism and post modernism eras, and analyze how the change of power and subjects influenced fashion throughout the history from the microscopic perspective, and thus to explain the social relationship of the fashion phenomenon. The study findings can be summarized as follows. First, as the post modernism era which was being formed centering around Europe that was pursuing Haute Couture and formal masculine suits ended and the post modernism era started, America became the center of the world power, and the American equalitarianism and growing wealth among the general public spread over the world, and as a result, the ready-made clothes were propagated over the world, and various subcultures came to have multi-national tendency in the New Media society. Second, in the modernism era, the high class, whites, males, and the pre-existing powerful class were the subjects of cultural power. Although this changed in the post modernism era, as some of power moved from the high class to the middle class, the economically affluent general public, still the western world, males, and whites held the center of power. However, later, females, youths, the third world nations, and so on emerged as minor power, and when the New Media society started, the structure developed so that everyone can share cultural power.

At a turn of the third millennium the world storms and quickly changes. It became difficult to expect what expects us tomorrow. The most important are questions of recovery from the crisis and rescue of mankind from forthcoming global changes: warming of climate, water and food problems, social, economic and political conflicts that are shaking the world and other various cataclysms, accidents, negative processes. In article the concept of strategy of mankind's survival in XXI and next centuries, the principles of creation of planetary house of universal civilization for post-industrial world based on spirituality scientific and technological revolutions, ecology, space exploration, economy and world safety are considered. Introduction of uniform universal measurement of currency for the whole world in the form of "power" is offered. Important aspect of a research is theoretical postulate on integrated innovative society. The author puts forward a new paradigm of government on a basis of 5 spirals. The basic model of forced development of small and medium business, including 9 projects, is developed.

In this paper, we propose a new framework for detecting the unauthorized dumping of garbage in real-world surveillance camera. Although several action/behavior recognition methods have been investigated, these studies are hardly applicable to real-world scenarios because they are mainly focused on well-refined datasets. Because the dumping actions in the real-world take a variety of forms, building a new method to disclose the actions instead of exploiting previous approaches is a better strategy. We detected the dumping action by the change in relation between a person and the object being held by them. To find the person-held object of indefinite form, we used a background subtraction algorithm and human joint estimation. The person-held object was then tracked and the relation model between the joints and objects was built. Finally, the dumping action was detected through the voting-based decision module. In the experiments, we show the effectiveness of the proposed method by testing on real-world videos containing various dumping actions. In addition, the proposed framework is implemented in a real-time monitoring system through a fast online algorithm.

The purpose of this study is to study the tragic world perception that appears in Kim Sung-han's novels 'Frogs' and 'Five Minutes'. The main emotion that emerges in his novels in the 1950s is non-polarity. His novels "Frogs" and "Five Minutes" satirically express the relationship between God and humans, and the human figure in comparison to animals In the 1950s, in Korean society, individual lives were distorted in postwar situations, and the relationship between individuals and society was inconsistent. Kim Sung-han wanted to create new ethical and social values through novels. In "Five Minutes" and "Frog," Kim Sung-han expresses and criticizes the crisis in Korea's post-war society as a tragic reality that God has no ability. In the novel, Kim Sung-han criticizes the degenerate reality of humans without God and criticizes the slave grit of humans who cling to God. After all, what he wants to say in the novel is the perception of human free will and existence. In the two novels, the author talks about a tragic world perception that denies the realm of God, but finds out that there is no other world to live a new life that denies God.
