In the wake of the Arab Spring, the Internet's role in aiding dramatic political transformation has come to the fore. Throughout the Middle East, protestors have employed Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and other popular websites to organize and spread news at home and to the outside world. Chinese authorities have been increasingly nervous about the Arab uprisings, and fear that similar events will inspire unrest in China. The new information and communication technologies make it possible for social movements to initiate novel forms of collective actions. The Internet provides new opportunities for political liberalization. In Chinese society, citizens can now participate in politics uninvited. With each passing day, the online community gets stronger. The digital revolution has the potential for broadening democratic principles and could bring democracy to the collective Chinese mind.

In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation, which means changes in all industrial structures, politics, economics and society as well as IT technology, is an important issue. It is difficult to know which research topic is being studied because digital transformation is being studied in various fields. Convergence research is possible because a research topic is studied in various fields such as computer science area and Decision science area. However, it is difficult to know the specific research status of the research topic. In this study, eight research topics were derived using the topic modeling technique of text mining for abstract of academic literature and the trend of each topic was analyzed. We also proposed to create a Topic-Word Proportions Table in the LDA based Topic modeling process to predict the topic of new literature. The results of this study are expected to contribute to advanced convergence research on topic of digital transformation. It is expected that the literature related to each research topic will be grasped and contribute to the design of a new convergence research.

To combine the science and technology creativity necessary in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to cultivate talents who can discover new knowledge and create new values by combining various knowledge with self-directed mathematical competencies. This research attempted to lay the foundation for the curriculum for fostering future creative convergence talent by preparing, executing, and reflecting on the learning plan after learners themselves understand their level and status through self-directed learning. Firstly, We would like to present a teaching-learning plan based on the essential capabilities of the future society, where the development of a curriculum based on mathematics curriculum and intelligent informatization are accelerated. Secondly, an educational design model system diagram was presented to strengthen the self-directed learning ability of mathematics subjects in the electronic engineering curriculum. Consequently, through a survey, we would like to propose the establishment of an educational system necessary for the 4th industry by analyzing learning ability through self-directed learning teaching methods of subjects related to mathematics, probability, and statistics.

'4th Industrial Revolution' is accelerating as a core part of creating new growth engines and enhancing competitiveness of businesses. The fourth industrial revolution means the transformation of society and industries that are brought by IoT (Internet of Things), big data analysis, AI (Artificial Intelligence), and robot technology. Information and Communication Technology (ICT), which is a major factor, is affecting production and manufacturing systems and as ICT technologies become more advanced, intelligent information technology is generally utilized in all areas of society, leading to hyper-connected society where new values are created and developed. ICT technology is not just about connecting devices and systems and making smart, it is about constantly converging and harmonizing new technologies in a number of fields and driving innovation and change. It is no exception to the agro-fisheries trade. In particular, ICT technology is applied to the agricultural sector, reducing labor, providing optimal environment for crops, and increasing productivity. Due to the nature of agriculture, which is a labor-intensive industry, it is predicted that the ripple effects of ICT technologies will become bigger. We are expected to use the Smart Concentration using ICT convergence technology as a useful resource for changing smart farms, and to help develop new service markets.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하며 소비생활 측면에서 지능정보기술이 가져올 변화와 영향력을 살펴보고, 가정교과의 소비자교육 역할에 대해서 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 목적은 소비생활 측면에서 제4차 산업혁명에 대한 이해를 높여 주체적인 소비자로서 현명하게 미래 소비사회에 대응하기 위한 이론적 기초를 제공하고자 함이다. 먼저 제4차 산업혁명에서의 소비패러다임 변화에 대한 부분에서 생산과 소비는 초연결 플랫폼을 통해 실시간으로 공유되면서 융합되고 있다. 소비의 의미는 정신적 경험과 체험이 중요시 되고 있으며, 소유보다는 사용과 공유가 부각되고 있다. 주요 소비생활의 변화에 있어서는 더욱 편리해지는 스마트한 소비생활이 나타날 것이며, 개인별 수요에 최적화된 개인 맞춤형 소비가 가능해 질 것이다. 또한 지속가능한 환경친화적 소비가 더욱 증가할 것으로 예견되며, 급변하는 소비트렌드의 변화는 소비자중심으로 빠르게 진행될 것이다. 다음으로 제4차 산업혁명에서 예견되는 소비생활에서의 문제점에 대해 살펴보면, 지능정보기술 권력중심으로 인한 불평등적 소비가 나타날 것이며, 개인정보 데이터의 활용 및 관리 문제가 나타날 것이다. 또한 신기술 도입에 대한 윤리적 문제가 대두될 것이며, 궁극적으로 소비의 행복에 대한 문제점이 제기된다. 이러한 새로운 패러다임의 변화에 현명하게 대처하기 위해서 가정교과 소비자 영역에서는 우선적으로 가치 중심교육이 이루어질 필요가 있다. 소비의 윤리적 측면이 고려되어져야 하며, 소비생활에서 신뢰와 상호 협력이 이루어져야 한다. 아울러 창의적 융합이 가능하도록 소비자교육이 진행되어져야 한다.

최근 몇 년간 빅데이터·AI를 활용하여 산업·사회문제를 해결하고 새로운 가치를 창출하는 것이 국가의 주요 정책목표로 논의되고 있다. 새 정부 또한 빅데이터·AI를 기반으로 국민·기업·정부가 사회문제 해결과 새로운 가치 창출하는 디지털플랫폼정부를 주요 국정과제로 설정하였다. 아직까지 그간의 논의를 정리하고 향후의 정책 방향을 논의한 연구는 많이 전개되지 못한 상황이다. 이에 본 연구는 지난 5년간의 논의의 진단을 통하여 우리의 현황과 과제를 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위하여 앞서 통용되고 있던 개념인 4차산업혁명을 키워드로 하여, 신문사설을 수집하여 분석하였다. 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하여 2017년부터 2022년까지 뉴스사설을 수집한 후 9개의 주요의제를 발견하였으며, 이를 기반으로 디지털플랫폼정부 기반의 미래사회에 대응을 위한 준비과제에 대한 시사점을 제공하였다.

Mankind has been attempting to live a happy and safe family life in a residential space. Due to the advent of the mobile phone in the 1990s and the smart phone in the 2000s, when the information and communication age came, human life has been innovatively changed. The revolution of human civilization led to the Neolithic Revolution and the Iron Age, followed by a smart phone revolutionizing human life, and the revolution faces with the era of info-communication, smart phones became a daily life and the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is an era of info-communication technology (ICT), creating a new paradigm across human life through technological developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, big data, mobile, and cloud. The smart home is actively researched in a direction to support the overall human life as a representative future residential culture paradigm. However, the study considering the needs according to the lifestyle, functional characteristics of each living space and human lifestyle of the Phono Sapiens era where smart phones live like daily life was relatively insufficient. In addition, research on smart home service design should be considered from the apartment residential space planning stage. Therefore, this study has significance in suggesting the direction of research on human-centered smart home service design considering the characteristics of each living space and resident's life-style in the smart phone era.

4차 산업혁명은 제조업을 시작으로 전 산업의 환경을 빠르게 변화시키고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명에 포함된 신기술이 이러한 변화를 주도하고 있다. 국내 중소기업은 4차 산업혁명에 따른 변화가 필요하며, 특히 스마트 공장의 도입이 필요한 시기이다. 본 연구는 스마트 공장 도입에 대해 중소기업의 현황을 SWOT 분석을 통해 성공적인 도입을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 강점 활용 전략으로 첫째 우수한 경쟁력을 통한 활성화, 둘째 우수한 기술력과 정보화를 이용, 셋째 세계적인 네트워크 기반의 환경을 활용을 제언하였으며, 약점 보완 전략으로는 첫째 정보보안에 대한 인식 제고, 둘째 기술 표준화 수립을 위한 평가 체계 확립, 셋째 전문 인력 확보를 위한 인력 양성 추진으로 제언하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 중소기업에 효과적인 전략과 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 다양한 외부의 전략을 이해하고 대비할 수 있도록 스마트 공장의 필요성에 대한 제언을 하였다.

4차 산업혁명은 가정생활 깊숙이 들어와 가사노동과 돌봄의 방식을 변화시켰다. 4차 산업혁명 기술 변화로 초래된 가정의 변화는 가사노동 사회화 측면에서 두드러진다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 가속화되고 있는 가사노동 사회화 현상을 "플랫폼"을 통한 "가사서비스" 양상 변화를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 4차 산업혁명 기술변화가 가속화되기 시작한 2015년 이후 전국일간지와 경제지를 대상으로 관련 신문기사를 추출하여 빅데이터 분석을 하였다. 빅데이터 분석결과는 4차 산업혁명 기술을 활용한 플랫폼 경제가 기업 비즈니스 차원뿐만 아니라 공공정책 차원에서 가사노동 사회화를 급속하게 확산시키고 있음을 보여준다. 플랫폼을 통한 가사서비스 지원이 기업의 새로운 사업 영역으로 성장하고 있으며, 공공정책 차원에서 맞벌이가정이나 한부모가정의 일⸱가정 양립 지원이나 감염병 대응과 관련하여 중요한 정책과제로 다뤄지고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 기술로 인한 가사노동과 돌봄의 변화를 통해 향후 가사노동과 돌봄에 대한 가정, 시장, 국가의 역할과 과제를 성찰하는 계기를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

In recent trends, the first age of digital device usage has been significantly getting low and the using frequencies for younger generation have been gradually increasing. Also, while there were more negative opinions of this trend in the past, the new idea is changing to more needs of training and approaches for children's sound using guidelines for digital device. In fact, people believe the new generation will face more advanced future, called the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The purpose of the paper is first to explain about the Jacques Lacan's concept of desire theory in order to understand the human's unconscious level through His desire theory. Second, the paper identifies how this unconscious level is affected to ethical aspects of new generations whose unconscious level are frequently and early exposed to digital media. Lastly, the paper will present the necessity of digital literacy education as well as future direction. Furthermore, the paper review for what is the ethics and positive guidelines of digital media for children who will become the future citizens in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
