우리나라 정부부처 및 공공기관에서는 매우 많은 양의 전자기록물을 생산하고 있는데, 그 종류도 다양하다. 또한, 이질적인 전자기록물이 결합하여 하나의 전자기록물을 이루기도 하는데, 이 논문에서는 이를 복합전자기록물이라고 부른다. 복합전자기록물의 대표적인 예로는 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service) 기록물이 있다. 현재, 우리나라 대부분의 정부부처에서는 페이스북을 이용하여 각 정부부처의 정책 공지 및 국민의견을 수렴하는 등 그 활용도와 가치가 높다. 이 외에도 많은 복합전자기록물이 우리나라 정부부처로부터 생산 및 활용되고 있는 실정이나, 이들에 대한 보존 방안이 제대로 마련되어 있지 않아 많은 정보가 유실되거나 방치되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재 우리나라 정부부처에서 생산 및 유통되는 복합전자기록물의 종류 및 특성을 살펴보고, 복합전자기록물 보존 관련연구를 조사 분석한 뒤 장기보존 전략을 제안한다.

전자기록 장기보존의 핵심은 전자기록이 최초로 생성되고 활용되었던 본래의 기능적 속성과 모습 등을 담고 있는 비트스트림을 오랫동안 그대로 유지하는 것이다. 대부분 국내외 주요 아카이브기관들은 경제적, 기술적인 측면을 고려하여 원본의 비트스트림을 담고 있는 포맷의 안정성, 신뢰성에 따라 새로운 포맷으로의 변환을 허용하는 마이그레이션을 주전략으로 채택하고 있다. 그러나 전자기록 유형이 다양해지고 범위가 확장됨에 따라 마이그레이션 단일 전략은 다양한 문제점들을 발생시키고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 기술을 활용하여 전자기록의 본래의 기능적 속성과 모습을 담고 있는 비트스트림을 변경하지 않으면서, 전자기록이 생산 활용된 시스템 및 응용 환경까지 재생산하는 에뮬레이션 전략의 적용 가능성을 검토하고자 한다.

충청북도 증평군은 1읍 1면의 행정구역과 3만 7천명의 인구를 가진 전국에서 손꼽히는 작은 기초자치단체이다. 그러나 증평의 사람들은 한마음으로 뭉쳐 증평군으로의 승격을 이루어 내는 등 꾸준히 '도전과 투쟁의 역사'를 만들어왔다. 증평군 기록관도 최근 여러 실험적인 도전을 통해 연구사 충원과 함께 지역아카이빙 사업예산을 확보하면서 증평군과 비슷한 '작지만 위대한' 성공들을 만들어가고 있다. 이 글에서는 2017년부터 증평군 기록관에서 추진했던 마을기록 만들기, 경관 아카이빙, 기록전시회, 국비공모 등의 사업들을 간략히 소개하고 그 의미를 짚어보았다. 증평군 기록관의 성공경험을 공유하고, 더 많은 기록관들이 도전적인 실험을 할 수 있도록 작게나마 아이디어를 제공하기 위함이다.

Four species of the family Lycosidae are reported. Alopecosa gachangensis n. sp. is described from Daegu, Korea. A. aculeata (Clerck, 1757), Lycosa boninensis Tanaka, 1989 and Pardosa hokkaido Tanaka and Suwa, 1986 are newly recorded to the Korean spider fauna.

To find unrecorded diatom species in the Nakdong River Estuary and Yeongil Bay, bottom sediments in the estuary, and seagrasses in the bay were collected from 12 sampling sites. Eighteen species and four genera are added to the national flora of diatom as newly recorded one. In the Nakdong River Estuary, twelve species are new records to Korea, Martyana atomus (Hustedt) Snoeijs, Pseudostaurosira perminuta (Grunow) Sabbe & Vyverman, Trachysphenia acuminata M. Peragallo, Trachysphenia australis Petit, Fallacia clipeiformis ($K{\ddot{o}}nig$) D.G. Mann, Amphora graeffeana Hendey, Amphora jostesorum Witkowski, Metzeltin & Lange-Bertalot, Amphora ostrearia var. vitrea (Cleve) Cleve, Amphora wisei (Salah) Simonsen, Halamphora eunotia (Cleve) Levkov, Halamphora lineata (Gregory) Levkov, Nitzschia littorea Grunow. In Yeongil Bay, four species are added as new, Licmophora gracilis var. anglica ($K{\ddot{u}}tzing$) H. Peragallo & M. Peragallo, Tabularia investiens (W. Smith) Williams & Round, Nitzschia composita Giffen, Nagumoea neritica Witkowski & Kociolek. Two species occurred simultaneously in both regions, Fragilaria cassubica Witkowski & Lange-Bertalot and Hyalinella lateripunctata Witkowski et al.

The taxonomic revision was made on the tribe Harpalini (Coleoptera: Carabidae) in Korea. The Korean species are arranged after Kryzhanovskij et al. (1995) system with minor emendation. This present list is an attempt to bring together the available literature and collection-based information on fauna or taxa recorded from Korea (including some collections from the northern part of the Korean Peninsula, now North Korea). Materials examined for each species, an annotative checklist of Korean Carabidae, and the practical key to tribes and genera are provided. As a result, a total 86 species (and subspecies) belonging to 13 genera are recognized from the Korean Peninsula, of which one species (Harpalus egorovi) is new to South Korea. Distribution of two species, Harpalus tardus and H. tibeticus hsifanicus, are very doubtful in the Korean Peninsula. Besides, numerous new distribution records are given as based on materials deposited in various Universities and private collections.

제주도에서 채집된 부채게류에서 3종, 작은옴부채게(Novactaea pulchella), 산호숨이부채게(Calvactaea tumida), 털손네톱니부채게(Pilumnopeus granu-latus)가 한국 미기록종으로 판명되어 재기재하고 보고한다. 지금까지 기록된 한국산 부채게상과의 종은 모두 3과 29종이 된다.

Two cumaceans species, Eocuma amakusense $Gam{\hat{o}}$, 1967 and E. latum Calman, 1907, belonging to the family Bodotriidae are collected from the southern sea in Korea, and are redescribed. At the present, just one species belonging to the genus Eocuma, E. cf. hilgendorfi Marcusen, 1894 has been reported in Korea. Herein we add two Eocuma species to the Korean cumacean fauna and described them with full illustration contained new information of mouthparts. A key to the Korean Eocuma species is also provided.

안면도, 거제도 및 제주도산의 동정된 컵히드라충류 가운데 3종, 토톤혹히드라(Obelia tottoni), 다역테히드라(Sertularella polyzonias), 부푼주름컵테히드라(Symplectoscyphus turgidus)가 한국 미기록종으로 판명되어 재기재하고 보고한다. 그러므로 지금까지 동정된 한국산 컵히드라충류는 8과 109종 6아종이 된다.

거제도와 장호항(동해)에서 1997년 1월부터 1999년 3월까지 채집한 히드라해파리류 가운데 꽃해파리목(Anthomedusae)에 속하는 팔방라드케해파리 [Rathkea octopunctata (M. Sars, 1835)]와 무희나선꼬리해파리 [Spirocodon saltatrix(Tilesius, 1818)] 그리고 연해파리목 (Leptomedusae)의 양면체형 해파리(Dipleurosoma typicum Boeck, 1866)가 한국미기록종으로 밝혀져 재기재하고 보고한다. 따라서 지금까지 밝혀진 한국 해산 히드라해파리류는 3목 7과 7종이 된다.
