Our global environment and ecology are now facing crisis due to the hrincreased waster materials caused by reckless abuse of resources and energy with the continuous development of our society. Therefore the whole nation should recognize the environmental pollution seriously and should accept sustainable development principles. The country is looking for actions against the problems in various ways. The introduction of reckless and duplicating western housing plan should be ceased but a new housing plan conforming to our nature should be found. In this regard, it is believed that it is a good alternative to succeed tradition and identity of Korean housing plan and suggest a new plan for better ecological housing by analyzing the environment friendliness of our traditional Korean houses. In this study, the traditional residential components were divided into physical and design aspects and the characteristics of environment friendly Korean traditional houses were analyzed.

Modern society has achieved rapid growth in economy and materials whereas it caused such problems as municipal extension and high density of population, Due to rapid change of social environment, it became more complicated and multifarious than ever it before. Helping the people all kinds of routine affairs police box is giving a negative image to the citizens, for its environment doesn't have got rid of its old fashion . It's being an unharmonious factor to its surroundings, a solution is needed. So, this study is focused on recognizing the change of value system with the flow of time, planning a new image of police box for the change and in consequence recovering the trustworthy between people and the nation. For this , by grasping the characteristics of each space and through space-dividing and design corresponding to it, the plan is provided to make a pleasant interior environment of police box and to make it a symbol of local society. As a result of this study, we will have the police box not only as an office providing the locals with security and service but also as eyes of the country which watches the municipal environment.

A station is not only the public space where socially diverse classes get together and cultural interchanges occur but also the personal and emotional space where the meeting and parting occur for each individual. Thus, it is necessity to consider this dual point from the beginning of the plan to make the simple, comfortable, intuitive and friendly environment for the users in the station. Also, it should be capable of active life style of moderner according to the change of the city environment. Furthermore, as a station is not just a single-purpose space anymore but the versatile space where fulfills the user's needs for the multi-function and the desire for diversity. As the station in these days opened 24 hours for users with the modern, commercial and cultural facilities, the interior design for a station needs to be designed to be easy to use, functional and able to vitalize the environment. In order to make a desirable interior environment in a station, first of all, it is required to grasp the characteristic of the space by analyzing the phenomena of an individual or a group act in a existing space formed by the interrelation between the human and the environment. To reduce the resistance against the new environment from the user, in other words, to increase the satisfaction, it is necessity to induce the behavior of the users to the desirable way toward to the new environment. Consequently, positive methodology with recognitive approach through cognitive psychology, spatial behavior research is required.

Many recent studies have concentrated upon the radiative effects of atmospheric aerosols. Though their scattering and absorption of radiation, aerosols can also induce some other important environment effects. In this study, new radiation code and aerosol data within Atmosphere General Circulation Model (AGCM) is used to assess the aerosol radiative forcing and to analyze relative climate effects. The new Kangnung National University AGCM Stratospheric-15 (KNU AGCM ST15) was integrated by using two sets of radiative effect of aerosols: CTRL as not a radiative effect of aerosols and AERO as a radiative effect of aerosols. Two cases show the difference of net shortwave radiation budget at top-of-atmosphere (TOA) is found to be about $-3.4Wm^{-2}$, at the surface (SFC) is about $-5.6Wm^{-2}$. Consequently the mean atmospheric absorption due to aerosol layer in global is about $2.2Wm^{-2}$. This result confirms the existence of a negative forcing due to the direct effect of aerosols at the surface and TOA in global annual mean. In addition, it is found that cooling over at the surface air temperature due to radiative effect of aerosols is about $0.17^{\circ}C$. It is estimated that radiative forcing of the net upward longwave radiation taken as the indirect effect of aerosol is much smaller than that of the direct effect as there is about $0.2Wm^{-2}$ of positive forcing both at TOA and at SFC. From this study, It made an accurate estimation of considering effect of aerosols that is negative effect. This may slow the rate of projected global warming during the $21^{st}$ century.

Through Influence between the qualitative Environment-friendly Planning Elements (Independent variable) of eighty Apartment House on the four boundary areas in Metropolitan 2th Newtown as representative case of domestic Composition case of Eco-City and the quantitative deal price of Apartment House (dependent variable), it was analyzed empirically with use of the statistical measuring technique. This study has been meaning that it was groped the scheme of quantitative measuring analysis on environmental economics through the developmental extention for he classification system of the qualitative Environment-friendly Planning Elements on urban & architecture. And, As the result of empirical analysis, it was confirmed empirically that the economical induction effect was much more weight and worthy of notice through Environment-friendly Planning Elements in Metropolitan 2th Newtown influenced to the deal price of Apartment House, particularly it was found noticeable meaning that Environment-friendly Planning Elements of applicabled the green new techniqe like New & Renewable Energy were used already and it was influenced much to the deal price of Apartment House.

This purpose of this work is to explore the characteristics of urban thermal environment distribution with the case of Daejeon. To do that, this work applied GIS Spatial Statistics to the LandSAT images gathered from 2000 to 2011. The urban thermal environment distribution at the time point of 2 showed high spatial autocorrelation. Therefore, it is judged that spatial autocorrelation is needed to increase the reliability and explanatory power of the characteristics of thermal environment distribution. In the case of the thermal in Daejeon, its positive clustering appeared high at the time point of 2, and its clustering in 2011 more gradually decreased than that in 2000 to 2011. In particular, given the decrease in the core H-H region, it was found that the thermal environment of Daejeon was greatly improved. However, since the rise in the region L-L means another changed like construction of a new city, it is judged that it is necessary to come up with a proper plan. It is considered that this analysis of the characteristics of urban thermal environment distribution in consideration of spatial autocorrelation L-L be useful for providing a fundamental material necessary for the policy and project of thermal environment improvement.

This paper presents an advanced method of simulation for EM(electromagnetic) environment that affects on mobile receivers. A new calibration algorithm in the process of simulation is introduced. With a proposed calibration method, the time required for simulation is reduced and this makes it possible to simulate a near-real time EM environment in a shielded anechoic chamber. EM environment data acquisition and logging techniques with GPS for simulation were developed.

Today, we live in the New Information Age based on Internet/Intranet. It is expected to bring a new revolution on the business, general enterprises are using Internet/Intranet more and more on the business field. Intranet is a new definition of network environment which conducts all the inter-business by internet technology. It offers a standardized software environment in the development maintenance regardless of inner hardware and operating systems. This research studies on using and development trend of the intranet. In addition the author analyses the problems which occurred during using also suggests the desirable solutions for end user/evaluators and enterprises about intranet based on his research, several papers and case of studies in many company.

This paper presents a new method of force reflection in the teleoperated mobile robot control: artificial force feedback. Generally it is well known that force feedback from slave to master increases the reality with which the operator interacts with the environment. In the applications of the teleoperated mobile robot, however, such a force feedback control algorithm has rarely appeared in the literature because the contact force between the environment and the mobile robot is not available. In this paper, a method of artificially generating the feedback force for the teleoperated mobile robot is presented in order to improve the task performance. The computed artificial force feeds into the new designed joystick so as to increase the telepresence of the environment. Through simulations, we confirm the validity and effectiveness of our algorithm.

Lighting have been progressed inaccordance with these requirements and the demanding functions of our life style which played the important roll of bringing the stimulation we need with the new methods of performances, The advanced technology of today introduces the new method of combining the light, art and the Hi-technology into our artistic world bringing the new stimulation we have not experienced before. It is becoming the point of issue how to use these newly developed techniques and utilize, especially to those who are involved in the illumination environment and the world of Interior Design.
