In this work, a new algorithm for canceling MRI artifact due to translational motion in image plane is described. In the previous approach, the motions in the x direction and the y direction are estimated simultaneously. By analyzing their features, each x and y directional motion is canceled by different algorithms in two steps. First, it is noticed that the x directional motion corresponds to a shift of the x directional spectrum of the MRI signal. Next, the y directional motion is canceled by using a new constraint condition. This algorithm is shown to be effective by using a phantom image with simulated motion.

After the Versatile Video Coding (VVC)/H.266 standard was completed, the Joint Video Exploration Team (JVET) began to investigate new technologies that could significantly increase coding gain for the next generation video coding standard. One direction is to investigate signal processing based tools, while the other is to investigate Neural Network based technology. Neural Network based Video Coding (NNVC) has not been studied previously, and this is the first trial of such an approach in the standard group. After two years of research, JVET produced the first common software called Neural Compression Software (NCS) with two NN-based in-loop filtering tools at the 27th meeting and began to maintain NN-based technologies for the common experiment. The coding performances of the two filters in NCS-1.0 are shown to be 8.71% and 9.44% on average in a random access scenario, respectively. All the material related to NCS can be found in the repository of the JVET. In this paper, we provide a brief overview and review of the NNVC activity studied in JVET in order to provide trend and insight for the new direction of video coding standard.

Recently Factory Saemaul Undong is stagnant and spirits of Self-helf, Diligence, Cooperation goes off the public in general our society. After the 1988 year, Factories have a sickely constitution of industrial structure for Saemaul spirits fading. So, it is now a thing of the past in the 1973~87 year's active Factory Saemaul Undong of Korea industrial rationalization movement. Come on the new age 1990's, it make a special study renew method and newly technique of Factory Saemaul Undong promoting for democratic new age.

Busan is Korea's No. 1 trading port, and the logistics industry plays an important role in the regional industry as a whole. In Busan, various efforts are being made to revitalize the port logistics industry, but it is necessary to develop various policies and related technologies linked with the 4th industry. In this study, we propose a smart refrigeration logistics center, which is required for the activation of Busan New Port and the new port of Pusan New Port, which is connected with the 4th industry. I would like to present the operation direction of the center.

This paper introduces a new concept to analyze the digital control system where the continuous-time plant is stabilized by the digital controller with sampler and hodl. It gives some methods to handle the inter-sampling behavior which has not been considered in the digital controller design. Also, the new trend and future direction in digital control are introduced.

The purpose of this study is to set the direction of development of the design guideline of the New-Hanok-Style public building in apartment complex and to use it as basic data for future architecture plans. The existing Hanok architecture standards and guidelines were analyzed and the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex were applied. The planning direction of the design guideline was derived. First, although the criteria and guidelines related to the Hanok produced and distributed were classified differently according to the purpose of production, the details and contents were similar. Second, the general planning criteria items were divided into layout, external space plan, building plan, and performance plan. Third, the elements of 'creative inheritance of traditional architecture' and 'modern building technology', which are the characteristics of New-Hanok-Style Public Building, were applied. In addition, we analyzed elementary welfare facility guidelines and applied elements such as layout type and zoning setting. Fourth, a special planning standard for applying the building system required for the New-Hanok-Style Public Building in apartment complex was added. In the future, it is expected to revitalize New-Hanok-Style Public Building containing the unique identity(genetic factor; DNA) of the nation by developing and disseminating relevant building standards, design guidelines, and maintenance manuals.

This paper attempted to analyze the concept of the New Silver Generation and the New Silver Generation's perception and consumption structure of jewelry products. A survey was conducted focusing on those interested in jewelry, and through this, we sought to find a direction for future marketing plans and identify the characteristics and consumption patterns of the new silver generation and the types of jewelry they prefer. Through the survey results, we sought results on jewelry marketing plans and methods for the new silver generation, and as a result, we were able to suggest a marketing direction for the new silver generation. There is a need for research on the development of design products for the future jewelry market based on our response to the future silver industry and marketing directions to generate profits in the business area.
