체형과 무채색 톤조합에 따른 의복 착용자의 인상 평가 -팬츠차림을 중심으로- (The Analysis of Wearers' Impression to Combination of their Body Type with Neutral Tone Wear - focused on Pants-)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out its effect on wearers' impression formated by combination of their body type with neutral tone clothing. The experimental materials developed for this study are a set of responses to stimulus in scales(7-point semantic). 45 pictures used as stimulus are, through computer simulation, manipulated to five wearers' body type and nine neutral tone wear. The subjects are 276(?) female undergraduate students in Kyung-nam area. Factors on wearers' impression suggested as responses to the stimulus consist of 5 different demensions (Tenderness, Cuteness, Attractiveness, Elegance, Intrepidity). The results of this study are as follows: first, combination of their body type with neutral tone wear significantly affects the formation of wearers' impression in the factor of Tenderness, Attractiveness, and Intrepidity (?); to the factor of Attractiveness, wearers' body type is rather more related than wearers' neutral tone wear is. Second, the harmony of their body type with neutral tone wear has a significant effect on wearers' impression in the factor of Cuteness. According to those results, the combination of wearers' body type with neutral tone wear has significant effects on the formation of wearers' impression.

간호학 교수들의 간호전문직에 대한 태도 조사연구 (Attitudes of Nursing Educators Toward Percussional Nursing)

  • This study of nurse educator's attitudes which found aspects of professional nursing was carried out from September 10 to 30, 1977. Subjects were 205 respondents from a total population of 314 nurse educators from the level of instructors to professors in all the diploma (post high school 3 year), professional junior college (3 year level) and university (4 year) nursing schools in Korea. Specific objectives were to determine their attitudes about the 1. social position of nursing as a profession, 2. nurses attitudes towards their word, 3. factors influencing the development of nursing, 4. the future of nursing, 5. nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. The instrument used was a questionnaire developed from consultations with nursing educators and sociologists, and based on earlier. worts by Burke (1976), Mason (1974) and Hong 1969. Data were analysis by computer using one-way analysis. Statistically significant findings included the following; 1. Responses were positive toward all seven aspects of professional nursing. 2. Compared to diploma nursing school staff whose responses were positive, professional and university school faculty response toward the social position of nursing were neutral. 3. Faculty with clinical experience of 10 to 19 years were most positive in their responses about nurses' attitudes towards their work. In all three types of schools, in comparison to professors, associate professors' responses were more positive about nurses' attitudes toward their work. Faculty with longer clinical experience expressed high agreement with statements about factors which influence the development of nursing. Without any differences between school, all faculty had positive attitudes towards the future of nursing, the younger the staff member, the more positive were the responses. 4. faculty in diploma schools and those with 10 to 19 years clinical experience expressed high agreement with statement about nursing educational problems, 6. their own educational position's intrinsic job satisfaction and 7. their salary and benefits. 청각자극에 따른 세타파와 알파파의 스펙트럼적 반응 (Spectral Perturbation of Theta and Alpha Wave for the Affective Auditory Stimuli)

  • 감정을 유발하는 청각자극에 따라 발생되는 EEG(Electroencephalographic) 스펙트럼 강도와 감정 반응 간의 상관관계는 중요한 변수이다. 약 20여 년 전 쾌감을 주는 청각자극에 대하여 측정된 신호의 강도가 전전두엽에서 비대칭적으로 반응을 보였다는 연구 결과가 발표되었다. 본 연구에서는 자극관련 스펙트럼적 반응(Event-related Spectral Perturbation: ERSP)이 전두엽에서 비대칭적으로 발생되는지 고찰하기 위하여 청각자극 실험을 수행하였다. 30명의 건강한 대학생 지원자들이 IADS(International Affective Digital Sounds) 실험에 참여하였다. 이 청각자극은 행복, 공포, 그리고 중립의 3단계로 분류되었으며, 데이터의 분석은 세타파(4-8Hz)와 알파파(8-13Hz)에서 이루어졌다. 알파대역의 ERSP 지도는 오른쪽 전두엽에서 행복감과 공포감의 자극에서 높은 신호의 강도를 보여주는 반면 중립성 자극에서는 왼쪽 전두엽에서 높은 신호가 발생되었다. 그러나 세타파는 행복감과 공포감의 자극에 따라 좌측 전두엽에서 높은 신호가 나타나는 반면, 중립적 자극에 따라 우측 전두엽에서 높은 신호를 보여주었다. 높은 쾌감성 자극(행복)은 상대적으로 우측 전두엽에서 높은 EEG 신호가 측정되었으며, 낮은 쾌감성 자극(중립과 공포)은 왼쪽 전두엽에서 측정되었다. 또한 가장 큰 세타파의 변화가 전두엽의 중앙에서 발생되었다. 알파파에서 행복한 청각자극에 가장 강한 신호가 전두엽 전체에서 관찰되었다. 이 결과들은 기존의 감정들과 일치되며, 세타파와 알파파가 감정처리에서 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 시사한다.

Frontal Asymmetry Analysis of Theta Wave in the Audio Emotional Experiment Revealed by Event-related Spectral Perturbation

  • Hemispheric asymmetry in prefrontal activation have been proposed in two decades ago, as measured by electroencephalographic (EEG) power in the theta band (4-8Hz), is related to reactivity to affectively pleasure audio stimuli. In this study, we designed an emotional audio stimulus experiment in order to verify frontal EEG asymmetry by analyzing ERSP results. Thirty healthy college students volunteered the stimulus experiment with the standard IADS affective sounds. These affective sound clips are classified in three emotion states, happy, neutral and fear. ERSP image results revealed that there are the stronger responses of high arousal (fear and happy) in the left prefrontal lobe, while the stronger responses of low arousal (neutral) in the right pre-frontal lobe. However, the high pleasure emotions (happy) can elicit greater relative right EEG activity, while the low and middle pleasure emotions (fear and neutral) can elicit the greater relative left EEG activity. Additionally, the most response differences of theta band have been found out in the medial frontal lobe, which is proved as the frontal midline theta.

  • This study was conducted to assess a possible alternative method as replacements for in vivo test. The human fibroblasts were exposed to several photoxic chemicals (promethazine, neutral red, chlortetracyclone, amiodatone, bithional, 8-methyooxypsorale) and non-phototoxi substance, ammonium laureth sulfate and irradiatied with 5 J/$cm^2$ of UVA (3320~420nm). The cell viability was measured by NRU (neutral red uptake) assay. The photoxic potential of test chemicals in the NRU PT (phototoxicity test) was assessed by determining the PIF (photoirritancy Factor) by using a cut-off value of 5. The NRU PT responses of most chemicals showed a close agreement with in vivo response except bithinol. There was a relatively good agreement between in vitro NRU assay and in vivo data. These results suggest that NRU assay using fibroblast could be used to predict the phototoxicity.

간호사의 업무수행상의 권한과 행사전략 (Nurse's Power and Tactics in Nursing Practice)

  • This study is to understand and to describe the power that a nurse experiences on nursing practice and then. to present a basic data for nurse's power-development, power improving and empowering. Ethnography was used to understand and to describe experience on exercising various powers occurred on nursing practice. and to analyze and to understand the meaning of a nurse's power. The objects was nurses. Ten nurses who have more than three year's experience were selected as objects from Cuniversity's hospital in Seoul from May of 1996 to August of 1997 through in-depth interview. participant observation, and phone interview. Instruments werw a portable recorder and field notes. I described a case appeared in a data using Agar's 'Pencil and scissors' method right after collecting materials. Then, Idescribed a theme discovered commonly. Followings are the results of the study. 1. There were three categories of relationships with main objects when nurses exercised their power on their practices: a therapeutic caring relationship with patients, a relationship of companion, vertical cooperation, and a constituent person with a doctor, and a relationship of cooperation, and a constituent person with administrative workers and medical technicians. 2. There were many types of nurse's power, tactics and various patient's responses about them. 1) Types of nurse's power to patients were giving information, controling environment, helping for cure, emotional support, and performing discretion. 2) Nurse's tatics for performing power were positive tactics neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Patient's responses were appeared as compliance and noncompliance. Compliance were agreeing. taking nurse's advice, trusting, understanding, being admitted, exposuring himself, and appreciating. 3. There were types of nurse's power and performing tactics. 1) Types of power to a doctor were advice, informing, demanding and mediation. 2) Performings of tactics to a doctor were positive tactics, neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Doctor's responses were appeared as accepting and unaccepting. Acceptings were taking in and appreciating, and unacceptings were denying nurse's advice and authoritative. 4. There were types of nurse's power and tactics about administrative workers and medical technicians and responses about them. 1) Types of power about administrative workers and medical technicians were suggestions and demands. 2) Power performings tactics were positive tactics.neutral tactics, and negative tactics. 3) Responses of administrative workers and medical technicians about nurse's power performing were appeared appeared as accepting and unacce pting. Acceptings were taking in, and unacceptings were denying. Therefore, it can be said that types of nurse's power and performing tactics on nursing practice and nurse's power based on responses of a patient, a doctor, an administrative worker, and a medical technicians are power or influence for agreeing, taking advice, trusting, understanding, exposuring himself, appreciating, and taking in to objects. The results of this study helped to understand nurse's power. I expect that this study will improve nure's power by using expert power, referent power, and legitimate power effectively among powers acmpanied with the origin and that nurses make ef-ort to improve professional knowledge and human nature so that they use this study as a chance to develope expert nursing practice.

A new first shear deformation beam theory based on neutral surface position for functionally graded beams

  • In this paper, a new first-order shear deformation beam theory based on neutral surface position is developed for bending and free vibration analysis of functionally graded beams. The proposed theory is based on assumption that the in-plane and transverse displacements consist of bending and shear components, in which the bending components do not contribute toward shear forces and, likewise, the shear components do not contribute toward bending moments. The neutral surface position for a functionally graded beam which its material properties vary in the thickness direction is determined. Based on the present new first-order shear deformation beam theory and the neutral surface concept together with Hamilton's principle, the motion equations are derived. To examine accuracy of the present formulation, several comparison studies are investigated. Furthermore, the effects of different parameters of the beam on the bending and free vibration responses of functionally graded beam are discussed.

동영상자극에 의한 정서유발시의 표정변화와 생리반응 (Physiological Responses Induced by Pleasant and Unpleasant Film Stimuli)

  • 본 연구는 동영상자극에 의한 정서유발시의 표정변화와 생리반응을 밝혀내는 것을 목적으로 실행되었다. 18명의 실험참가자에게 각각 2종류씩의positive, negative 그리고neutral의 총5가지의 동영상자극을 약5분간 제시하였다. 표정변화는 비디오카메라로 기록하였고, 생리반응으로 뇌파(64ch), 심전도, 임피던스카디오그램, 안면근전위등을 측정했다. 표정의 분석결과, positive조건은 neutral조건에 비해 눈구석간의 거리가 감소하였고, 입 꼬리간의 거리는 증가하였다. 반면, negative조건은 neutral조건에 비해 오른쪽 눈구석과 눈 꼬리간의 거리가 증가하였다. 뇌파의 alpha/beta ratio변화량에 있어 positive조건은 neutral조건에 비해 우전두엽을 중심으로 감소하였고, negative조건은 좌전두엽에서 감소하였다. 심박수 및 PEP/LVET는 negative조건에서만 감소하였다. 또한, 근전위의 변화는 positive조건이 neutral조건보다 좌우볼 및 입부위에서 증가한 반면, negative조건은 좌우눈썹부위에서 증가하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해, 정서유발시의 표정변화와 생리반응의 특성을 알 수 있었다.

면담자의 인형사용과 질문유형이 5세 유아의 진술에 미치는 영향 (Anatomically-Neutral Dolls and Interviewing Techniques : Effects on the Memory and Suggestibility of 5-Year-Old Eyewitnesses)

  • This investigation compared the eyewitness accounts of 5-year-old children by verbal-only inter views and interviews using anatomically neutral dolls. The verbal interviews consisted of free recall, specific question, and leading questions. While the overall accuracy of the interviews increased with the introduction of dolls as memory aids, the efficacy of the dolls was not uniform across types of interviews. In free recall, the dolls were not effective in eliciting accurate accounts. The use of dolls also did not compromise the memory of children in free recall which recalled greater number of correct details with the memory aids than without, but it should be careful in free recall could be reported exactly correct in spite of little bit amounts. Responses to leading questions showed that the children were affected by suggestive misleading question and were susceptible to incorporation of that information into their memory.
