미래 인터넷과 관련한 많은 연구들이 활발히 진행 중에 있는 지금, SDN(Software Defined Networking)이라는 새로운 네트워킹 패러다임이 IT 사회의 큰 이슈로 대두되고 있는 추세이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 SDN(소프트웨어 정의 네트워킹) 방식을 도입하여 서비스 정의 네트워킹을 제안한다. 이는 패킷을 전송할 때, 서비스 별로 패킷을 분류하고 전송하도록 하는 방식으로, 네트워크 자원을 효율적으로 사용함과 더불어 패킷 전송 시에 발생할 수 있는 지연을 최소화하는 알고리즘을 갖는다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘1)을 통해 네트워크 혼잡상태에서 발생하는 가장 큰 문제점 중 하나인 패킷 전송 대기시간을 완화할 수 있으며 또한 서비스에 따라 패킷을 분류하여 전송하므로 기존 네트워크에서 다양한 크기의 패킷을 처리하는 과정에서 발생하는 네트워크 자원 사용 문제를 효율적으로 개선할 수 있다.

차량 통신 환경의 멀티 홉 라우팅은 차량의 이동성, 도로 특성, 차량 분포에 따라 네트워크 토폴로지 및 라우팅 경로의 심한 변동 때문에 지속적으로 유지하기 어렵다. 차량 안전 서비스 유지를 위해 유럽 통신 표준(ETSI: European Telecommunication Standard Institute)을 기반으로 하여 GeoNetworking을 구현하였다. GeoNetworking은 유니캐스트와 브로드캐스트로 데이터를 전달하는 방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 QualNet 네트워크 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 GeoNetworking에 대한 패킷 전달율과 종단 간 지연 등의 성능 지표를 비교하였다. 이전 연구[5]는 GeoUnicast의 성능만을 평가했다. 본 연구에서는 GeoBroadcast에 대한 연구도 추가적으로 수행하였고, GeoUnicast의 CBF(Contention based Forwarding)와 GeoBroadcast의 Greedy 전달 알고리즘을 비교하여 GeoNetworking에 대한 알고리즘 성능 평가를 진행하였다.

인적자본 변수들은 경력성공을 결정하는 중요한 변수들이다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 2가지 목적을 가지고 본 연구를 수행하였다. 먼저 비공식적 인간관계와 경력성공의 관계, 둘째, 이들 관계에 있어 성별의 조절효과를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결과가 도출되었다. 먼저 비공식적 인간관계는 경력성공에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조직구성원들 간의 관계에 있어 비공식적 인간관계가 형성된다면 조직 내 구성원들 간에 신뢰 및 지지적인 조직문화를 형성할 수 있으며 이를 통해 조직시민행동 등과 같은 긍정적인 조직성과를 달성할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 비공식적 인간관계는 경력성공에 있어 중요한 변수이다. 둘째, 성별은 이들 관계에 있어 부분적 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 비공식적 인간관계가 고용가능성에 미치는 영향에 있어 남성이 여성보다 중요하게 지각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 많은 주목을 받고 있는 홈 네트워킹은 네트워크를 사용하여 댁내 기기를 원격으로 감시하고 제어할 수 있는 기술이다. 무선 홈 네트워킹 방식은 유선 방식과 비교하여 배선에 따른 비용과 노력이 들지 않아서 기존 주택에 용이하게 적용할 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다. 특히, ZigBee 프로토콜을 사용한 홈 네트워킹은 저렴한 비용과 낮은 전력 등의 장점으로 매우 매력적인 무선 네트워킹 기술중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 하지만, ZigBee 모듈을 구현하고 홈 네트워크를 구성하는데 있어서는 많은 실제적인 문제점이 존재하고 이들에 대한 적절한 해결책이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ZigBee 프로토콜을 구현하는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 모듈의 실제적인 구조를 제안한다. 또한, ZigBee 네트워킹의 구현에 따른 문제점들을 소개하고, 다양한 통신 테스트를 통하여 이들 문제점을 해결하는 효과적인 해결책을 기술한다.

최근 스마트폰은 일반적인 전화를 위한 기능보다 컴퓨팅 능력, 연결성 및 통신에 사용되는 소형장치로 사용됨에 따라서 모바일 소셜 네트워킹이 비약적인 발전을 하고 있다. 이렇게 발전한 스마트폰의 소셜 네트워킹이 사람들의 일상생활과 사회생활의 의사소통에 많은 영향을 준다는 것을 발견하였다. 본 논문은 스마트폰의 가치와 스마트폰의 소셜 네트워킹을 사용하는 사용자에게 어떠한 혜택을 주는지 확인하며, 앞으로의 소셜 네트워킹이 사람과 사람간의 커뮤니케이션에 미친 영향을 분석하였다.

We present an intelligent optical switching structure based on our lambda-group model along with a working scheme that can provide a distinctive approach for dividing complicated traffic into specific tunnels for better optical performance and grooming efficiency. Both the results and figures from our experiments show that the particular channel partition not only helps in reducing ports significantly, but also improves the average signal-to-noise ratio of the wavelength channel and the blocking performance for dynamic connection requests.

Military communications have limited resources such as poor bandwidth and insufficient link capacity. Numerous hosts in conventional IP networks, including the Tactical Information Communication Network (TICN), the tactical communication system of the Army, focus heavy traffic on a single server via end-to-end connections and in which data delivery latency is caused by exchanging routing information. Content-Centric Networking (CCN), one framework of Information-Centric Networking (ICN), is a novel Internet paradigm in which data can be accessed by the name of the content instead of the location information. This paper provides content caching strategies for applying CCN to military tactical IP networks based on TICN environment.

Software Defined Networking creates totally new concept of networking and its applications which is based on separating the application and control layer from the networking infrastructure as a result it yields new opportunities in improving the network security and making it more automated in robust way, one of these applications is Denial of Service attack mitigation but due to the dynamic nature of Denial of Service attack it would require dynamic response which can mitigate the attack with the minimum false positive. In this paper we will propose a new mitigation Framework for DDoS attacks using Software Defined Networking technology to protect online services e.g. websites, DNS and email services against DoS and DDoS attacks.

As individuals create many contents anytime and anywhere together with the widespread dissemination of smart devices as well as various social networking services (SNS), content centric networking (CCN) has regarded as a new networking technology. However, CCN is exposed to malicious attacks on the mobility management of mobile content sources during handover and high volume of control messages. Therefore, this paper presents a secure duplicate name detection (SecureDND) mechanism without additional control messages by signed information and secure token. It is shown from the performance evaluation that the proposed scheme can provide low control overhead, which results in the network scalability.
